Sir our parcel was sent from meerut to palghar and it wasnt received by us but it was resent to delhi head office so its my humble request to resend the parcel on the appropriate adress mentioned on the parcel.

      My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on 5-Jan-21. Consignment number:[protected]. Since 8-Jan-21, the status is showing as out for delivery and not delivered till date (19-Jan). Contacts given in portal are not reachable and after multiple calls, I finally managed to speak to them. They asked me to call some other number. Those two numbers never respond to the calls. I have raised a complaint about it and the complaint was closed asking me to self collect the parcel. Their service is pathetic and they take no ownership. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Request you to help in getting my PAN delivered.

              My Pan Card had been dispatched from 31-12-20 and reached Cuttack ( arrived at destination) on 4-01-21, however it has not reached me till now 16-01-21 . No one is responding to my calls and I'm unable to get my Pan Card. Kindly please solve my issue.

                    Deliver fast to supplier its already very very late.
                    Trackon courier Tracking number:[protected].
                    Parcel got Rto but didn't delivered still to supplier still.
                    Its been 1month 6 days same status showing but parcel not delivered to origin .
                    Last status shown on 4th December which shows processing bag for Delhi head office from there again no status update and no parcel delivered.

                    Customer care numbers are also not receiving calls and customer care mails also they are not replying.

                      My order number is [protected], they shipped my parcel from Delhi on 4th Jan for Jammu, Nagrota, Jagti and their website showed me that shipment reached Jammu on 6th jan. I have been since then trying to track online but website keeps giving error and when I call the cust service, they just keep diaconnnecting, i got hold of employees of this company who work in Jammu and one guy said we wont deliver in nagrota, then gave number of other guys who dont pick up calls.I am worried it has really important stuff and they took money for this but now will left me hanging. my contact number [protected]

                        My Parcel of 9kgs was booked vide no.[protected] from Batala to Hyderabad location vide Air Mode.
                        Firstly the Person has changed the mode to SURFACE and sent through road and secondly All eatables boxes sealed were opened and 3-4 pieces were taken out from box.

                        In this Pandemic of Coronavirus, how these courier people can open boxes and touch all eatables and take out things partly.

                        Disgusting on Part of Trackon couriers.

                        Pls find the attached images of Box lamination opened and sweets are taken out.

                        I want you to take action against the company and staff.

                        Your Action and response would be highly Appreciated.

                                  I have sent a glass temple to Bengaluru however same was completely broken none of the piece was in solid form. When i was sending the same i asked your person from Bata office in Faridabad that its a glass item and needs to send very carefully. He assured me that nothing will happen to this and we will take care... i asked him multiple times to send it by Air if possible.. but your person Ashok given a complete assurance that it will not break... i asked him from last almost 10 or 15 days to raise a complaint against the refund as same was also told by your person that if something happens we can claim the same however he is just not ready to do it and also telling me that it will be done on daily basis.. i have spoken to you head office on Neelam bata road they are also not ready to help in any case and far most worse than Ashok by saying nothing can be done on this... if the claim is not option then why do you guys ask for invoice... i have shared invoice with Ashok and also the video footage for broken. Video Footage is available.

                                  I have raised complaint on emails and on Twitter as well however its so pathetic service that no one is ready to reply on the same.

                                    I have very important sensitive document which has sent from Delhi on December 31. the destination location is Kolkata. while I am tracking the item, it is showing that the item reached at destination on January 2. today is January 5 but still now it is delivered. The Trackon office (which is showing in the tracking screen) is hardly 2 kilometers away from my address, but you are not able to deliver it by three days.
