        I haven't received my courier since one month and on tracking it show that consignment is reached at destination.
        No one is answering to calls at any given number in chennai.
        Already registered complaint on their company portal still no one contacted for resolution.

          1 of courier Was sent by Kumbhat Motors, in these courier I have an important documents. I have also tracked in your website for delivery status. But it shows me that item already delivered on 8th dec but didnt receive my Item. Please I want my Item please delivered it to my address other wise I can file complain against your company.

              I hv booked my pkt after the checked pin no by the courier service man. But the pkt was nt delivered on time. It is a huge loss. If there is no service why the courier was booked. It is shown as a fraud company.
              It was also shown the poor service of the courier.it is requested don't loss time & money of customer.

                        Do not accept orders if you can’t deliver them. The parcel was booked on 30 nav 20. Item reached destination city on 05 Dec 2020, still not delivered. Charged for AIR freight but still not delivered. No response from customer support. Contacted local office of trackon courier, they have accepted that they received courier on 05 Dec but still not confirming when they can deliver the parcel. Worst customer support and rude staff. Wasted my money and time with trackon. I need strict action against the rude staff at local office at Visakhapatnam.

                                  I had one parcel coming through Trackon from Kerala to Chennai, I was tracking the AWB no till it reached the hub in Ambattur, chennai where it's been for the last one month. It has reached Ambattur hub by November 9th 2020 but the delivery has not been made, when I go there in person to collect the parcel they were unable to find my parcel. They have no idea where the parcel is, they say it must have gone missing since they changed their office recently.
