I've a courier which is coming from delhi.. The package was arrived 15days ago to malakpet trackon courier hub. They're not delivering my courier & not responding properly till now. I've called them number of times, the employees at malakpet hub are very rude with customers. They're answering to my call with a harsh manner. I strongly oppose trackon courier services. I request concern officials to take an immediate action on this issue. Thank you.

I had couriered a coin holder and book to a friend of mine on 22/08/2019 duly gift packed and further packed in a-4 size envelope vide tracking no: [protected]. However my friend had just received book. She has not received coin holder in the consignment. This package of coin holder is ripped off by blade and only empty packet and book was delievered to my friend. I am attaching photos of packet for your perusal. The gift is very precious to me and i had brought it from abroad exclusively for my friend. Request you to please give my product back on urgent basis.

We dispatch material through trackon couriers via docket number [protected] dated; 12.08.2019 for hero motocorp, neemrana. While collecting from our office they did not said that they dont deliver there. After a week we got status that its returned and is at their jaipur hub. From jaipur hub it was returned to vadodara on 22.08.2019 but they did not delivered in our office. Yesterday we sent our office boy to collect parcel as it was to be again sent to consignor on urgent basis but they refuse to give the parcel to our office boy. Today morning we again called them at their karelibaug branch but the concern person refused to give us today while alkapuri branch person was ready to deliver it today.
Is this the way you run a courier company?
We would now never recommend any one to use your service.
We are very much disappointed with your behavior and due to this you loose your business.

Very poor service and also refer to the attached file and see the condition when received.
Last time also when i ordered hey gave me such poor service... Just have a look on the date when ordered and wen delivered... It took around 10 days and that time also i have to go to their office and collect the parcel.

I submitted a parcel through trackon on 29th of july from chandigarh, which was supposed to be delivered in panipat.

Firstly 3 days afterward someone from trackon called saying no one is present at this address. I asked him to wait for a few days and till that time i tried to contact amazon (As it was a self return). When amazon could not contact seller, i asked him to return it. So that it can come back to me.

After 4 days, i again got a call from another delivery boy from trackon saying he cant find the address. I asked him to return it straight away.

Last update on the website is of 14th of august. After that there is no update on the website. I think they have blocked my numbers.
I tried to reach out to panipat branch where the packet was last received. But they just keep disconnecting the call.
There are 2 people in panipat branch to whom i am calling from last 3 days. And till date they have not returned my calls.

Every time i call customer care and ask them to connect me to their manager.. They say they can not! And now i can even reach out to them as they have blocked my number.

Today is 23 of august when i am writing this here. And till now i can not track it anywhere!!

This is really sad and i am very disappointed. They have misplaced my parcel.

One of my parcels from varanasi, uttar pradesh with consignment number: [protected], reached hyderabad, telangana on 19/08/19. It did not reach me still. As per the contact number in your website the parcel in is punjagutta hub, but no one is picking up the phone over there. The customer complaint number of hyderabad is also not picking up the phone. Such irresponsible behavior is not at all expected. Kindly solve the matter and help me proceed further as the parcel contains important documents.

Kindly track it and sent to my home address which was given to your representative on phone call while complaining it telephonically.

Hi team,

When ever my couriers are delivery by trackon serivices, every time the delivery person is having problem to deliver the product to my address, every time they are asking to come to some where on main and collect the courier.

Even the delivery persons are not having atticates how to talk to person.

Kindly take care of this complaint and suggest your deliver persons to learn some atticates or teach some professionalism and talking atticates.

Dear team,

I have sent a courier on dated 02 aug 2019 to goregaon mumbai same is recevied at your ooofice at garegaon but still not delivered, i have tried to talk your emp. Naame not told... Mob. No.[protected], even the concern person not entertaining the issue and also mis baheving on phone.
Dear team plz provide the receipt details if courier has been delivered on not

Same is pending from dated 5/8/2019 and no body is entertaining the isssue

My father sent some medicines on 13 Aug 2019, It reached at the destination on 19-Aug-2019 and was showing the status "Out for delivery" today its third day I still not received the parcel of medicines.
I have already raised the complain and the Complaint No. is T872876.
There customer care is really very worst and rarely connected. when connected they suggest to go to the branch at the destination and collect the parcel which is not possible.
India's worst courier it is...
So I am here to get the justice and my parcel ASAP.

My consignment number is [protected], tracking shows courier has been delivered with signature. But i have not received any courier yet. Upon raising complaint c864959, which was closed 3 times without any update. After chasing for some days, i was provided with proof of delivery which shows some signature. But that is not my signature. This is cheating, i don't expect such service from you. I need to know where is my courier, have you lost it or some courier boy stole it. This is very unprofessional.

As per online tracking the consignment was delivered on 27 july but we have not received any courier till yet. After complaining multiple time these people are only suggest to have patience.

My father is a senior citizen and he is having so much problem without having his id proofs.

I have called them multiple times but they only suggest that consignment will delivered today but their today but today never comes as yet.

The consignment contains my id proof.
Please don't rely on this courier company

आप को 14.08.2019 को कंप्लेंट के थी परन्तु कोई सही जवाब nahi mila. आप ने कहा की खुद कलेक्ट कर लो। जब आप के ऑफीस वाला कोई जवाब नहीं देते तो हम कहा से कोल्लेक्ट करे।

I was a recipient of courier tracking no[protected] and it shown out of delivery from 14/08/19. Yesterday i was logged a complain against non delivery of product in trackon after that i received a call from delivery boy of trackon and he deny to deliver the product and say if you want your courier you need to come at our place. Very pathetic service from Trackon Courier i have multiple consignment is is over expected delivery time but it has not delivered yet pls find AWB# below

Company sent 2 box but in nashik branch they got only one box the other box is missing so plz find out other one.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivani kumari which was dispatched our address mentioned in the parcel 5th august 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told me that kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your re-dispatch my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

I booked one packet containing rakhi on 05.08.2019 from sector 38c, chandigarh office of trackon couriers pvt ltd vide con no. [protected] by paying rs. 110. It was meant for delivery at kakinada-eg dist, ap. Packet containing rakhi was not delivered by the courier company till 1200 hrs of 16.08.2019. Rakhi was 15.08.2019. Now festival is behind us and whole purpose of sending rakhi through courier for speedy delivery is defeated. Company is extremely callous and plays with sentiments of people. When i tried to enquire at booking office, staff was not only uncooperative but quite arrogant. Complaint lodged at company’s website vide ref. No. C855731 did not evoke any response even after 36 hours. I am not sure whether it is genuine courier company but public need to be cautious.

On my plea of being 73 years, madam in charge kindly agreed to deliver same to my daughter dr shohini sircar (Mob: [protected]), consultant, gastoenterology dept, choithram hospital, manick bag, indore 452014- an address visited by their delivery personnel.
Inspite of reminders on 13/08 & 14/08, consignment remains undelivered.
Request delivery positively today 16/08.
