Dear sir
Due to your staff wrong update my courier detail last 4 days and when i was follow the courier then your gwalior staff missbehave and worn me put your courier undelivered i was very disappointed this behave of your staff membar and also still my courier not delivered courier no.[protected]

So need your help to provide me better solution as soon as possible

Trackon courier is such a fraud company.
My pan card was send by nsdl to barbanki at my home.

Trackon courier were least bother to call or make an attempt to deliver the product.
When i enquired about my pan card they said to come to their office with adhaar card photo copyand collect.
We will not deliver at your home.
I have also complained online on there web site also earlier on 26/07/2019

But trackon courier did not made any attempt to deliver instead send me a message address not found or consignee no required they already had my number on 27/07/2019

Trackon is such a cheat fraud company
Please nsdl choose india post to deliver the product at least they have some accountability

I book my parcel on 27 -7-19 no.[protected] from tank road Delhi .where I booked she told me u get Parcel on 29-7-19 .but I not get it.when I call to the panchkula branch manager he told I send u a Parcel on 31-7-19 .this not gud .it's a trakon courier it is not a local courier. Sir pls like this matter. I m very harrash from manager talk.no responsibility

Action needs to be taken against trackon courier services, for their irresponsible, unprofessional and casual approach. My consignment was booked at delhi on 19/07/19, which is supposed to reach karimganj. Today after 11 days and numerous calls, i am yet to receive my consignment. As shown by website, it had reached guwahati by 21st july. Today is 30th july. There is not any progress - that can tracked on the website or via calls to the customer service centers.in that whole period it was like mental torture. Most of the numbers written the website are no longer in use, google location is wrong, even if a number rings you should consider yourself lucky. And if somebody picks up, even by mistake, you owe a gala feast to the nation. God bless anyone who has booked their product on trackon.

It is reached in mumbai on 29 july around 09 o clock. As per your service provider it should have reached to me on 29 july but still i have not recd. I tried to contact with ur santakruz hub repersentetive but they are not giving satisfied answer. Whenever i call trackon office in srinagar at karanagar they never pick my call or they never call back many times i called the person was on another call but he didnt bother to call back. Before this complaint i already have complained before on customer care number. I visited ther office they dont behave well there. My business iz purely on trackon seevice and it gives me loss many times.
Kindly plz and plz take necessary action against them.

Courier vide airway bill no.[protected], courier person is saying they dont have time and people to delivery the pan at registered addrerss and thy are saying come and take appointment for the courier.
Trackon couriers pvt. Ltd is very poor services.

We need pan card for our tender but due to trackon couriers pvt. Ltd we are not able to give tender also.

Nsdl should change the courier department.

They are not really bothered about any anytime or not taking any responsibility to deliver people's couriers on time. I have tried first time trackon services but worst experience i have gone through it. My courier is so important for me there is very important bill of my officials.

My pan card has not yet been delivered i contacted the trackon courier services no response from the customer care ninja the delivery personal has contacted me terrified service i do not understand by pan card department has chosen trackoncouriers for this service of delivering important document please see to it it can dissolve my complain as soon as possible as i am in need of pan card.

I am following and trying to trace my consignment book by trackon courier against docket no. [protected] (Koperkhairne, navi mumbai to anaura, lucknow). No clarity about why my consignment is hold since last 3 days (24th-jul to till date; 26-jul) in lucknow. There is no any contact no. To contact for delivery. Even tried to get contact no.

Can you suggest me is there any alternate way of get connected with the responsible person from trackon courier agency.

It was urgent and critical consignment, very critical for our business. Late delay delivery impact huge business loss. All the losses i will claim and process for legal action to avoid false commitment by courier agency

I am jupinder kumar goyal from mansa punjab 151505. Today courier sent by me from mansa location mansa to new delhi i am pay for this 300 rupess i want to know 300 rupess is correct charges for my 100 gm weight courier. I beg to say that my daily income is 330 and 300 is big amount for me so plz save my money if i paid extra charge for this courier. Consignment no. Is 11142929 plz resolve my issue

Have booked a parcel from malad for kharghar on 22/07/2019 afternoo. I was promised that the parcel will be delivered on 23rd evening.
While i am writing this it is 11:00pm of 25th 2019' thursday, the parcel is not reached as yet
Nandan has been promising me that the delivery boy has left with the parcel, if the boy has left with the parcel, due to shortage of man power he had organised some one from malad to get it delivered to kharghar so whom did the delivery boy delivered the parcel

There is a blame game going on and nandan first passed me the number of irfan siddiqui, than passed me one more number of raju ([protected])

After speaking to irfan siddiqui i realised that nandan has lied to me and he had not sent anybody to kharghar with for the delivery and irfan siddiqui was clueless about the matter

Than finally irfan siddiqui so called the manager promised me that he will get it delivered by 5:00pm, than said 8:00pm but nothing has been been delivered till now i. E 11:00pm of 25th, thursday 2019

To my surprise now nandan and irfan both of them switched off their cell phones

Hi,

At kangra, (Trackon office) many pan cards has been hold of customers. And, no one (Trackon executive) understand the responsibility for inform them that your pan card is at trackon office and collect it. Continuosly, pan cards are receiving there from nsdl. But, trackon executive taking hold up these cards at their office kangra and not informed them. As result, pan holders getting harrassment for their pan card.

So, please look into this matter and manage the team accordingly..

I sent some important documents on 19.7.19 from general service & 20.7.19 from express courier service in 2 different courier packets. No packet reached to destination till evening of 25.7.19, while one out of it was sent from express courier. Tracker id is showing it just 50km away from destination since last 3 days. They are very careless as they are not answering properly. It was necessary to be delivered on time, otherwise it may cause cancellation of admission of a student.

Live saving drugs was sent to guwahati from paschim vihar, new delhi on 15th. July 2019 with awb no. [protected]. As the medicine was exhausted, the courier company at guwahati, assam was vigorously tried to contact but all the numbers were switched off. Till date the courier not delivered. It is very strange to note that a courier takes 10 days to reach guwahati, the capital city of assam. The company does not have the minimum sense of responsibility. On previous occasion also they did the same, when the courier was send to jorhat, assam. On approaching their vendor at jorhat with great difficulty, they said that they do not have door delivery service available. But the consignment was received by the courier company at delhi for delivery at the given adress. This is a bogus and cheating company (At least operating assam) without having sense of responsibility and reluctant to give service for which consumers are charged.

My urgent courier parcel reached to the courier delivery office but they refuse to deliver the parcel to destination. They said that collect the parcel from the office, given excuse that we have no delivery staff to delivery the parcel before 3 days.

Is it customer duty to collect the parcel from courier office, from customer company take the delivery charges also.

Very bad service

One courier was sent to me from mathura by this company via abw no.[protected] to agra on 17july2019 and on tracking it is reflecting from 5 days out of delivery but not delivered after 5days and no reply to my complaint to them nor i can contact to their contact number it is happening second time it is so worst company. They have not given any response nor they are bothering about it neither they acknowledge.

My parcel was booked on 15 jul 19 for pin code 530005. At 0936 hrs On 18 July 19 parcel was received on Visakhapatnam hub of trackon courier. But they called me at 1145 hrs and told me that ur address is out of delivery location of trackon courier. I requested them to deliver the parcel on my office address with pin code 530012. But they didn't deliver the parcel to my office address also. After doing many times call they pick up the phone and told me that parcel will go to auto nagar branch and I have to collect personally from office.
My complaint is that first courier should not be booked by company for out of delivery location and secondary 530012 (mulagada area, Gajuwaka ) is the main city location of Visakhapatnam. How it is possible that it is also out of delivery location.
