I sent a courier from gurgaon to Vadodara and 2 items were missing from the package received. The box was broken n retaped. It's really unacceptable kind of service.

    My parcel have been placed from nehru place, on 4th jan. 2023, and i live in dabri village near sagarpur, but its been 2 week i have not got my parcel, on approaching to trackon website and their on call service, i have been informed that parcel already delivered but i havenot got any, pplease help me, that parcel worth of 1800 rupees.

        Website: Trackon couriers

        Pan card shipment having "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected]", showing delivered on 20/12/2022. However the parcel still not received at the delivery address & still I'm awaited for my Pan card. And I'm still unable to get that without delivery how could you show the parcel has been delivered with such an Important and personal document.

          The status shows delivered by it is not. PAN is an important document. This agency seems to be a fraud. Need intervention from authorities

                  I received a sms througg my mobile -[protected] on date:12-dec-2022, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 15-dec-2022 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

                  when i checked shipment status AWB Number[protected] on website: https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/Single Tracking

                  Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...! (Screen shot attached).

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had booked one consignment vide no.[protected] on[protected] from Sarswati Vihar agent to Bangaluru. As promised by the agent of assured delivery by[protected] through Air and charged accordingly. This contains Perishable Edible items which had been booked. Now as on date it has not reached to destination nor any status being shown on screen. He says it is going by road. This is clearly cheating by agent or company which has not affected monatry loss but has hurt the sentiments. Please help what best can be done in this case.

                                I got a call from a pan card distribution person. Person didn't reach my address and asked 30 rs for courier charges i denied so he ask me to get pan card within 10 mins in the place where he is.. He not even reach my address and didn't ask me the route to reach my address. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible. I need my pan card at my address

                                        I booked courier in Prime track on 24.11.2022. The item is not yet delivered. But, the tracking status and the officials are saying that it was delivered on 29.11.2022.

                                        Tried contacting Trackon helpline number and had spoken also. But, they are not responding properly.
