Dear sir we are working in hdfc bank.. Constinously we ask for daily base for coming your delivery guy mr banwari lal and others but they refuse evey day for taking couriar and today the guy come and say abuse and refused to take couriar.
Resolve my problem else i am going to sue trackon company.

It is in reference to the complaint lodged on 25.06.2019, at the trackon website regarding the cheat & fraud, my mother was targetted to, by the employees of trackon courier.
I had used your courier to deliver articles from mumbai to kolkata. Complaint for the same was registered on the official website.
Complaint no: * dated 25th june, 2019 @ 16:24 pm.

Prior to the formal written complaint, i made the call to trackon lokhandwala office, from where this parcel was booked.

Since my mother is a senior citizen, aged around 70 years & having low vision, i ensure to send her courier, often, in order to restrict her to visit market alone for household purchases (Grocery). She's on heavy medication, hence the precaution.

This time parcel contained organic items purchased from multiple places. When she was to open the carton, it was found that 1 carton beared a hole which damaged my grandmother's antique saree, which was gifted to me; it's priceless & hold an emotional value to both me & my mother is is beyond explanation. Another carton was slit open from 1 end & 3 items mentioned above, were found missing/stolen. It was further sealed with trackon cellotape to ensure that the receiver doesn't come to know of the break-open.

Carton was thoroughly packed, end to end, with 2 rounds of brown cellotape, which is self-indicative, that, by no means, it can tear open by itself, unless it is on purpose slit-open. Parcel was professionally tempered by some brilliant thief who stole the goods sent.

I demand the compensation for the theft and an internal inspection by yourself to find the thief behind this steal. I would appreciate your co-operation for nabbing the culprit behind this as such a theft & fraud was so not expected from a reputed courier service like yours.

Since 1week i have not received my parcel. Customer care is not responding & giving worst service. They don't respond & cut the call and just avoid listening to customer. Worst service from trackon couriers will never ever suggest anyone this courier. Trackon courier service is worst and customer care service is of no use because they don't have time to listen customer problem. Going to complain in consumer service for this.

I am sending my document to raipur through trackon courier, indore on dated[protected]. But still courier is undelivered and we unable to track my courier whose docket no. Is [protected]. Its already one month passed but no confirmation getting from courier services. Its an highly important document for company. Kindly help us to get this courier. Please do need full.

I had to receive a courier from delhi. I received a call from the number [protected] saying that if you want your courier to have to come to our office otherwise it will not get delivered to your place. I said that courier is supposed to cone to our place but he said that i will not come do what ever you want. This type of behaviour never experienced, had to send my staff to receive the courier. Worst courier service ever experienced.

One on my relative booked(From Jaipur to Mathura) a consignment(No:[protected]) on 12th June 2019 with my full address and mobile Number but we haven't received that parcel yet.
It has been 10 days but there is no update from this courier company and when I'm trying to reach them they're not attending the calls(Neither their Co. Customer care nor franchisee based in Mathura)

I would suggest to keep away these type of public looter companies.
They don't have any business values and ethics to manage relationship with customers.

On 15th the product is sent from Mumbai and reached 16th to Bangalore. but till date the package is not delivered. and no one picks the call on these following numbers. but these number become busy but when it rings no one pick the call.

I had one consignment from kanpur to varanasi which was booked on 14th june 2019 on 15th june 2019 reached at varanasi
cause of sunday off it has to get delivered on 17th monday, package was important for me so i visited to that hub were my package was delivered showing on system after tracking .

I meet with front desk person who first tried to find my package but it took almost more then hour which was irritating for me so i tried to talk with there senior who's name was something mr, srivastava after having some word's with him i was shocked cause of his irresponsible reply about his service and way of working,

even i raised complaint on trackon customer care about this issue but it seems useless even they have same mis-guiding habbit, i make call every day but i get only one single reply sir we will shortout today evening .

PAN card was dispatched on 4th June and suppose to reach by 14th June 2019 but still I haven't received it.
It was supposed to be delivered to Rishikesh address but still lying somewhere in Kashipur from last 12 days.
How can courier be so slow? Its better to send via normal post.

Called Trackon customer care multiple time. Very slow action and response from the team. I myself called All the hubs where the my PAN card was delivered. And no response from customer care department.
Important documents like PAN card shouldn't be given to such a irresponsible Courier service.

I sent my documents from Guwahati on 9th June to Harsish Chandra Institute Allahabad. But they have not yet been delivered to the address mentioned. I complained about this issue but I dont see any action from their side. The deadline of submission was 18th June. Please deliver my package as soon as possible or my admission will be cancelled.

The Consignment No:[protected] reached at destination on 15 june 2019 and out for delivery on 17 june 2019 but still not received today is 18 june. the shipment booked on 10 june 2019 from Ahmadabad, after 8 days its not delivered it was very urgent consignment for us but trackon courier not serous to delivered the consignment, they are also not providing delivery boy contact no. we are helpless .

Airway bill no [protected], this was given on 8th June 2019, today is 14th June 2019. Is this fast your service. If this is how the company operates no sooner you will loose customer. I am not at all satisfied with your service, even after giving the proper address & cell number. Inform the action taken for this complain at david.[protected]@gmail.com

Booking consignment on dt.7.6.19 from Panipat to Indore through trackon courier no.[protected] which is person saying your courier delivered by 12.6.19 and he charged me Rs.250/- .The weight of consignment is 1.3 kgs. Still today my consignment not delivered . My contact no. [protected]

On 27th May i have courier some important courier from Trackon courier POD no- ([protected]), from 2nd june'2019 consignment courier showing in Mumbai location, after so many complaints in trackon courier still my courier not found, they also provided some contact no.([protected]- [protected]) which always shows line Busy & out of service.
kindly help me getting my courier as their are some important document in consignment.

Trackon courier is the worst courier service company, I have handed over the packet to Khanna stationary, sector 2C, vasundhra- Ghaziabad. Shop owner gives me receipt of Trackon courier with docket number- [protected] DTD 27 May 19. Article as on day is missing and Trackon reps did not contacted the consignee inspire of giving two alternative working mobile number. Website customer care number are not working. Khanna stationary who facilitated is not holding any responsibility for Trackon. He is working without any agreement with Trackon. Total chain is corrupted. Trackon services are really worse and no satisfactory reply from customer care is received.

I am from varanasi pincode 221001, my complaint is that i book my parcel on 3rd of June aftr that today is[protected] and i not pick my courier why i complainy many times but no reply what is going on i try to call every where in trackon office headoffice every where but they didn't pickup my phn nd also not answering to me i m so much disappointed to ur facilities my parcel is so so imprtnt plz i beg uh to do something

Our supplier has booked one consignment from Nalagarh to Noida vide docket no:[protected] dated 03/06/2019 on COD basis. The consignment reached NOIDA on 04th June 19 by 3 PM. But till now the consignment not delivered yet. More over we have got the information from our supplier that the courier has informed them that the cheque is not ready due to which they could not delivered which is a lie. None of the courier persons visited our unit nor called. The cheque was made ready on 3rd itself as soon as we receive the details from suppliers and still with me. Trackon false information damaged my credibility with my supplier, I had to send the proof that the cheque is ready.

When I try to call their customer care service for resolution, either the line is busy nor the person informs the server is down and cannot update you the status. I am experiencing this kind of service from TRACKON second time with in a week, earlier one consignment from PUNE also got delivered very lately. It seems TRACKON is working as per their wish and to cover their inefficiencies they are blaming the customers.

My PAN card has been dispatched on 18-May-2019 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected] from the Income tax department.
But till date i have not received my courier which having my PAN card.
This is very important document, kindly resolve the issue.
