Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

They are not in business of courier rather they are in business of tampering of consignments and should keep tag of thief with them which will suit this company. From lucknow to pune they took 10-12 days approx to deliver my (1+1) courier and first deliver 1 damaged courier and then ask for more days and second courier was also tampered and damaged intentionally. It was my badluck that i entered into the service of this trackon company and will never suggest anyone in life to get their services from worst company trackon. I dont understand even after so much compaints and worst reviews why no authority is taking any action against them and these type of company is exploiting the customers. What was my senders’s fault? She/he believed a company which is authorised to do delivery services and have license of the same or that he paid a lumpsum amount of ₹1200 for delivery of his handmade gift which took around 1 month to prepare?
I will sue this company to consumer forum whatever the consequences would be.. And those who want to contact -

Frauds/faults of this courier company
1. Late service
2. No upto mark complaint redressal
3. Worst online maintanence
4. Worst staffs and no control over them
5. Bluffing the customers
6. Tampering the consignments in greed of something to steal
7. No follow up of compaint and rules

I am from bhilai (Chhattisgarh) pincode 490001, my complaint is that i book my parcel on 17 the of april aftr that in net it showing that on 19th they forward my parcel to raipur today is 26 nd still i m see on net my parcel is not moving i try to call every where in trackon office headoffice every where but they didn't pickup my phn nd also not answering to me i m so much disappointed to ur facilities my parcel is so so imprtnt plz i beg uh to do something

I shipped a courier on 13th april 2019 from trackon courier sector 17 chandigarh. The courier was shipped to a wrong mail address of himachal pradesh while i stated it clear that the courier should be sent to the right address of chennai. Still after that my courier was shipped to wrong destiation and i had paid 120 rupees at that time for my courier. After i rectified this address error i was told that the shipment would be sent to the right address. After few days i am getting the information that the courier is in chandigarh and had not been shipped yet. When i asked the person from that company he said i have to pay 100 rupees again to ship it to the right address. This is a fraud on customer. And still they have not shipped the courier. As this courier is meant to be sent to thepancard.com office chennai the courier has not been shipped to right address even after 11 days of mail. This matter is a play of theft game on the customer. While the courier company has been playing around with me and my courier. I want to complain about this fraud company and also the refund of extra 100 rupees taken as charge from me. I want full refund and shipment of my courier to the right address.

Very poor service by Trackon. This important item is posted timely to sender which is still under process even after a week deadline is given to be received by receiver. It is posted on 06/04/2019. 16 days passed still not delivered. If this item is lost than trackon has to bear this i.e. the item cost + courier charges to me i.e. 585 + 354 = 939 INR

My name is usha gahlaut. I have applied for a new pan card from nsdl website and it was dispatched on 7 apr 2019, after which i did not received any update. Now when i have checked the status on trackon website, it says that it has been delivered on 12 apr with signature. So, where is pan card while i did not even communicated about it being delivered. It has not reached me. Consgn no.[protected].

I have ordered a headlight set from royal bullet world, karol bagh on 07.04.19 of id [protected].
It was sent from delhi at since 13 days it is not recieved, while it was promised to be delivered within 7days.
When i called the courier department no one picked the phone (Bhubneswar franchise), then afterward a call came from arup-kol, he said that the process is going on and your problem will be shot out and the product will be deileverd by 19.04.19
Still no calls received yet i have called them no one is picking it up, i have been in great trouble

I have ordered 4 bottle's through shipment no.[protected] but in containers box I have found only 3 bottle's & there is whole in container Box. This is clear case of lost of my product. Please let me know if you found my product & take strictly action against the person who has done this.& I want my product Back.

Courier charges ₹200 from delhi to agra.
After taking that too charge no one able to understand the problem.

Have applied for pan card, so pan card has been dispatched from nsdl dept and as per the tracking no (Awb no[protected] this has been delieverd to their mumbai branch but still it is not delivered to me. Also trying to contact their customer care but every time there call get divert to ivr and then drop my call. Please help me to contact them and get my parcel as soon as possible.

We have book one consignment from Ahmedabad to Surajpur Greater Noida on 05/04/2019 through Trackon courier "Prime Track Service" so that we can get material on time wide Docket No.[protected], but it is delivered on 15/04/2019 after 10 days (Screenshot attached). This is the Trackon Prime Service.

And Trackon team member not picking up phone intentionally, Mr. Pravin Saini ([protected]) has not given response, I have called 100 times (Screenshot attached).

With this way Trackon courier working, my production suffers due to this for 8 days, Can I Expect Trackon will bear the loss?

I am very dissapointed from this courier company. My father has sent the courier on 28th march and yet I have not received. The man said you will receive your consignment in 3-4 days. This is totally unacceptable and now he is not picking my calls neither reply to any message.
It is my humble request to whom is reading this message that please help me out ASAP.

I had send courier on dated 01/01/2019 & docket number is [protected]. But this courier had not reached its destination till now. I had made contact from dated 08/01/2019 with nimbahera head office but they (Mukesh ji, [protected] nimbahera distt. Chittorgarh rajasthan) had not given me a satisfying answer this courier is more costly than others but we believe that its service is better than any other courier service, but we are wrong.. So, i kindly request you to look into this matter.

I draw your kind attention that trackon couriers pvt ltd bill no awb[protected] not delivery of document from send by nsdl till date. Most valuable documents regarding income tax related, in this packet. Nsdl written by our mail to receive document upto 29.03.19.
Kindly look into this matter and send immediately.

My consignment # 10628536 was shipped from chandigarh to bangalore and as per tracking records, the delivery was attempted on 8th april 2019. I was at home all the time i did not receive any courier. They tried the delivery again on 9th april 2019, i was not at home they called me and i was unable to pick the call. I called them again around 6, they did not pick my call. The other day on 10th they shipped back my courier to chandigarh without even confirming with on the shipping number. I called the bangalore customer care on 11th april 2019, the person said i will deliver the courier today at 3:30. I called the bangalore customer care again at 5:30, he said i will deliver it on saturday which is on 13th april. Now on 12th, i got a message on my shipping number that they have shipped the courier back to chandigarh. This is complete cheating. They did not inform us before shipping it back to chandigarh. Now the chandigarh customer care is not at all helping us with redelivery, also bangalore customer care is not even responding.

Sorry to inform you that i had booked a courier from jalandhar to sector 45 gurgaon on 8.04.19 but till 12.04.19 the courier was not delivered a complain was also registered complain no t-561002 but no response went to the office at jalandhar manager in charge mr vineet sharma as told by him dint even have the courtesy to addend the customer he just had a word saying you can check up with gurgaon office we cant help you in this matter there are important documents send by the courier last had to leave the office with out any help as if they have no responsibility i would appeal do not ever send your courier through this courier service (Trackon courier)

It is about 10 days. Their tracker on website shows that my consignment is in madiwala from a week. But nobody has dleivered the parcel yet.

I had some valuable parcel. There is no way i can reach out to them.

It is one of the worst courier service that i have ever used.

The company says that the the delivery boy was at the given right delivery address and says that no body was there in the house, but it was nothing like that all were in the house and no one came for the delivery as it is confermed by me that there were atleat someone who can take over that courier. I dnt know that what they did to it but the courier was very important to be delivered that day only.

There is a parcel booked at trackon courier sector15 noida. The parcel would be received by me and courier charge paid by me. Trackon courier office charged the amount rs 350 for a2.4kg parcel. Which is the very huge amount charged by the courier office. So please take an action against said courier office. And said office should return the extra amount.

I have done my courier on 02/04/2019 from rajahmundry to rourkela, to day is 06/04/2019 till now also i didnt get my courier and tomorrow is sunday holiday so to deliver rajahmundry to rourkela you guys have taken 6 days, it is too much delay, in that courier i have my bike papers to get my bike from railway station they will cost 250 rupees per one day. So there i will have to spend 1500 rupees because of your delay. Who will give that compensation. Please i want to clear that you guys are very careless how we can trust you in future in any urgent case??
