Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My shipment should reach to me on 25th march but still it hasn't deliver.
I registered the complaint at the goregaon barnch but still there is no commitment given about the delivery.

Trackon is one of the worst courier service and i will not recommend or advice anyone to use this services. There website is also not updated.

I was expecting a consignment from mumbai. Unfortunately same was not delivered even not attempted to deliver even single time and returned back to mumbai.

This is very disappointing and due to which i failed to file for claim reimbursements. This kind of behavior should not be accepted and responsible person, company should be sacked effective immediately.

Have booked a courier on 19/03/2019 vide docket no [protected].
It was booked for muzaffarpur bihar but at the time of tracking it is showing that the docket is is in chennai.
Why it was go to wrong place, please revert and arrange to delivered the courier in right place asap.

We are supposed to received our courier material send by customer. The courier agency @ sawardari, chakan, pune supposed to handover, but as document was inside the packing and the courier boy not able to show our security asked him without paper they can not accept. The courier team very roudly talked and saying it is not our job to check paper is there or not and take by the parcel. On contacting very roudly discussed and not handovering the parcel. Saying to whome you want to call you can call.

1) i had applied for pan card, which was supposed to be delivered on 9 march by trackon courier service, which is not
Delivered to my address.
2) they sent this message - "trackon[protected] is delivered on 16/03/2019, in case of non-receipt please call back on [protected]".
3) as i have not received my pan card yet, so i called the above number, but it's switched off.
4) no one from trackon ever contacted me to deliver the pan card, which is very irresponsible.
5) my pan card status on official website is - "your pan card is despatched and will arrive till 9th march". While trackon's message says that it was delivered on 16th march.
6) please solve this issue as i want my pan card as soon as possible.

I had sent my courier ([protected]) on 22 dec 2018 from faridabad to gurgaon and checked in couple of days online that it was returned to faridabad hub office on 26 dec 2018. I called the faridabad hub office and the faridabad local office and also the delhi office to track my package. However they all kept telling me to call later and that they are co-ordinating among themselves to find the package. Now on 16 mar 2019 they tell me that the consignment is not found online and that they cannot do anything about it. This is completely fraud as they kept fooling me for nearly 3 months and now they reply with such an answer. How can a package miss all of a sudden. This is the worst experience ever. Trackon fails to keep the minimum expectation in the postal delivery service. I want my package and a compensation for this fraud and mishandled service asap.

I have sent my courier to healthway hospital in panjim, goa on 6/3/2019 through trackon courier services at the said address... 1 week has passed and it is still not delivered... When i went to the dealer of courier services for getting tracking no. Details he gave it after 1 day... When i tried to track my consignment on trackon's website, it is coming "no such consignment is found"... What does that even mean??? Who will pay for the delay & for the lost contents in the courier...??? I am sending you the tracking no. Details: [protected] & [protected]... I am expecting a courier (In kolkata) parcel from ncr since the 7th march 2019. Was despatched on the 5th. No delivery. Web tracking update is blank after 7th. Yesterday the syatus shows incomplete address. I have tried calling them on 12 different numbers for hours each day since the 8th but the numbers are a hoax. Tried sending emails from personal and company accounts but their server rejected the mail (How convenient). Frustrated i sent a telegram and still nothing moves. Don't these people have any sense of responsibility or decency. That courier could make or break small entrepreneurs, but then obviously that is beyond their sense of reasoning. I mean just what kind of people are these? Or have that absconded with whatever they could get their hands on. I am very seriously considering lodging a fir against the board. Tracking is showing parcel received but i have not received the parcel contacted courier boy arvind he has delivered parcel to wrong person without checking details even the sign and no. On the receipt are not recognised and number is wrong.. No one is cooperating and listening to our complaints.. Help us.. Urgently.. Courier man didn't call me before delivering my stuff and even didn't,. Call the person who has sent the parcel.. How can someone be so careless i lost my stuff it was so important for me...

We had sent a shipment from Mumbai to Bareilly via Prime Track number[protected] on 8th March 2019. We had sent this through aggregator Disha Logistics at Vasai. We have the docket for the same. However, when we track on website, it doesn't show any update.

Please let us know the current status of shipment.

This packet was dispatched from jaipur on mar 2, 2019 for rohini and on 4th march it reached rohini hub. After that there is no status of this packet. I lodged a complaint with great difficulty as it is almost impossible to get through trackon numbers.

I got a complaint no and everytime i call, i am told that please give us todays time and we will inform the concerned office. But no action has been taken till now.

The distance from rohini hub to my place is hardly 1km but after 8 days till today there is no sign of dispatching and not even the status is updated.

It seems that the packet has been lost by trackon and now i am left with the option of complaining through consumer forum and sue them for the charges and damages.

Mera ek courier panipat ke liye kaithal dhand se book kiya gya but panipat office walon ne mujhe time pe deliver nahi kiya aur jab main khud lene gya to wahan par bhut hi galat tarike se bat ki gayi, gali di gayi, misbehave kiya gya. Panipat me trackon courier ka branch office sh no.71, tau devi lal complex me hai ye 9 march 2019 ko approx. 5.40 baje ki bat hai, wahan par jo sardar ji hai unhone hi trackon ki franchise le rakhi hai. Ek to ye log courier time pe deliver nahi karte upar se customer ke sath mis-behave karte hai. Main chahta hun ki ishke khila[censored]chit karwai kari jaye. Uske bad maine sath hi me jo inka head office hai wahan ish bat ko btaya to unhone bhi us sardar ko kafi samjhane ki koshish ki par unhone head office walon ki bhi nahi suni. Courier bhi hume phata hua mila jabki usme mere jaruri papers the. Sardar ne mujhe majbor bhi kiya ki courier me kya hai ye main usko bataun, mera naam puneet hai, [protected] my mob no.

I am trying to track it but im having worst response from their staff...I dont know what to do and the customer is on my head this time...Either you have to do something or I will complaint in the police station by tomorrow...

My curior tracking no is [protected] is arrived in patna in 6 march, and i have already complain in courier and my coplain number is T496176. But courier couldn't be delivered in my address and no any member can be received in my call at office time.
Kindly short my problem as soon as possible..

I had couriered a packet using your services on 20th february, 2019, from new delhi to hathras. The docket number is [protected].

I had been tracking the package ever since and it hasn't moved beyond aligarh till date. I am clueless upon the status of the consignment thereupon. It was an important parcel that was sent by one of my raw-material suppliers to one of my facilities.

I need an update on my package. It is urgent and the consignment was important. Such delays are highly unprofessional.

One electronic touch screen of Color Sortex machine was booked from Coimbatore to Raipur on 27th Feb. Your tracking system shows that it reached in Mumbai on 1st March & today your customer care office at Delhi informed that it reached Raipur on 5th March. But the said article is not yet delivered

I have a package containing pan card which was supposed to be delivered by 25th feb is still not delivered and no one turned up for any call or a message from courier. I tried all the possible ways to reach them but there are no numbers which can connect you to the service.
Even the complaint form on website will not allow you to submit a complaint. Pan is a critical documents and that is very much unsafe in these cheaters hand, i am not sure what to do.

My courier booked from vapi on 7-2-2019. Today 3-3-2019, not received yet. I complained many times on customer care. But no action. My courier no [protected]. The trackon courier service is very poor. If courier comes in 2 to 3 days. I am waiting for 27 days. But still i have not received it. And i called every office of trackon. No one helping me to locate my courier.

Cn [protected] booked on 21/2 at nashik reached ghatkopar on 22/2 but it was not delivered on 22 or 23rd. It was given to chowdhury by gita at[protected] on 23rd feb to chowdhury cell [protected] on saturday and
Directed him to deliver it mahesh bhat at 12 kamadhenu pklot 26 peston sagar chembur mumbai 89 but till 11 am tody 25/2 it is not delivered. Chowdhury

The docket within 24 hours in mumbai. This guy chowdhury must be sacked for not delivering the docket on saturday as promised by gita at 25001372.
