Hello

You are fooling us by implementing this new norm of selecting channels. If you had a problem of people not watching a certain channel why don't you discontinue it from your end. We don't need these channel and cable companies looting us. Please discard this new norm i want to lessen the expense. Kam paise mein jyada fayda hona chaiye. We demand the old ways more channels less money. All o[censored]s tend to browse channels and then decide what to watch based on the content what rubbish is this

    Hi team,

    I have 3 TV connections with DISH TV. They have migrated the plans to new one and everything has gone. They are charging Rs1100 but no channels are working. Not even star plus or Sony. I have raised complaints regularly from last 5 days but DISH TV is not resolving the issue and my family is not able to watch anything at all. When I ask to quit and get refund for the connections so that I can switch to some other service provider, DISH customer care is not ready to take my request.

    Please help, my family is waiting for a response. We are sitting idle from last 5 days.

      I am a Cable TV consumer of Asianet Digital Network Pvt Ltd in Kerala at Trivandrum with Sub Id AA 92039264. As announced about the changes of cable TV pricing as per the consumers choice and changes towards prepaid scheme, I was contacting the officials of ADN Pvt Ltd since December 2018 they were reluctant to adopt or make aware the consumers of the changes to the new scheme, instead they always said to wait until it gets launched.
      But at the first date of implementation announced by TRAI they got it postponed by stating that they did not get enough time to get their consumers aware of the change. At this stage I send my choice of channels opted for my service to an official of ADN Pvt. Ltd towards his e-mail Id provided in their website. On the second date 01st February, 2019 announced for implementation by TRAI, I think that the cable TV providers were in a hope that TRAI would postpone it again and again and So they never tried to make aware their customers nor introduced a mechanism or portal for choosing their channels.
      As on 1st February, 2019 after the Cable TV regulations were introduced the Cable TV operators including Asianet Digital Cable TV Network started to introduce an online portal for the consumers and ADCTV Network introduced a portal only on 4th February, 2019 for choosing the channels.
      Immediately on intimation through TV screen and via SMS, I got registered in their portal which was in a premature state and selected my channel options and the portal calculated the Channel charges, NCFee & GST for it, gave me the Order No. 11284 and guided to make the payment. I paid the payment immediately through online payment which was shown as received and gave the transaction Id[protected]SNG821 also.
      Now for the preceding month March 2019, when I tried to make the next month's payment I was alerted with a dues of Rs 83/- as pending in my account. I tried my level best to contact some officials of ADCTV Network but no one never get answered nor not able to connect to those numbers. I contacted their customer care No [protected] to lodge a complaint they hesitated to register my complaint stating that it is a dues for delay in choosing the channels.
      In this context I get request to escalate the dues from my account which is not of a reason of myself and give me the opportunity to make my genuine payments monthly, here after to continue the service OR GET the Cable TV Service (AA[protected] DISCONNECTED after intimating.

        The above subject cable tv Opreator is sent to implement my choice channel which I have chosen myself through Heathway cable tv through online
        Durga cable tv network Anandgram Dilshad garden is a dealer of Heathway cable TV
        When I spoke to him and know reason not to implement my choice channel he said we can give you RS 600 per month as per our plan

          I am videcon D2H subscriber and my customer id is[protected].myservices were cut on March 8th early morning without any intimation. On raising a complaint with D2H, their technician came and after inspection told me that there is no techncal fault and services were cut due to non-selection of channels as per TRAI regulation. Thereafter I submitted the selected channels of my choice on the same day but no solution. I spoke to their customer care numerous times but no help. Today afternoon, I submitted channels of my choice through the tarrif app in about 4pm but till now no resumtion of services till...
          Please do anything to resolve my problem

After 1st april i m not able to view the channels selected channels and they r providing me free channels and few paid channels which i have not selected at all... Calling their cutomer care several times is of no use.. I am still having the same problem... So plz do the needful... Thanking you

              Service provider den through home entertainment network in lucknow is not letting consumer choose tv channels on their own as in violation of trai order they have not yet provided any facility for selection of channels other than the ones they have provided in the form of bouquets. Their login site/ app is not working till date whereas they have already removed most of the channels.

                I am a customer of videocon d2h service provider. I want to watch E 24 channel but not available in channel list of d2h service provider. I called their customer care & they told me that it's not in our list then I told them to raise a complaint but the refused me to register a complaint. Please take necessary action to provide as desired channel as above.

                  I am videcon d2h subscriber and my services were cut on march 2nd early morning without any intimation. On raising a complaint with d2h, their technician came and after inspection told me that there is no techncal fault and services were cut due to non-selection of channels as per trai regulation. Thereafter i submitted the selected channels of my choice on the same day but no solution. I spoke to their customer care numerous times but no help. Today afternoon, i submitted channels of my choice through their support team member mr. Hardik kumar around 2 pm but till now no resumtion of services till now.

                    I selected my cable package online (Den) worth rs 250. I was asked to pay charges to lco. I did the same but im not getting my package not even fta channels. I'm physically challenged person can't travel. Much. Lco says he can't do anything and talk to cust. Care they also not reply. I'm suffering from fraud done to me by den and lco. Lots more togo

                      Independent tv promise me to give all hd channels and all normal channels in rs 1999 for 1 year i installed independent tv in november but only nov, dec, and jan they provide all channels but from february onwards they not provide hd channels when i am calling customer care they have not any sufficient answer and also they refused to give my money back. Pls suggest what i can do

                        I am customer of videocon d2h from last 2 years but from last two months i am facing issues with the services right now only news channels are live on my tv rest channels are not coming and i call to customer care but always number busy no responce of e mail i dont know where to contact customer care number is always busy whole day i cant able to contact them even i recharge the setup box again but my valuable money is getting waste my customer id is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected] i am from meerut please help me out.

                          Tata sky dth id [protected] i added 12 channel on 6.319 but unable to view i made complaint 6.3.19, sr no.1ckwpo1g till now not clear & every day contacting over phone, e mailing to c care but no response, again contact c care on 7.3.19 at 19.57pm very poorly answered, my call put recorded voice our rep touch u shortly but more than 40 minutes waited after that call was disconnected pls take necessary action.

                            I have received bills as per rental plan of 150+35 for sms = 185 for the period upto 24.01.19. Suddenly vodafone sent the bill for the period 25.1.19 - 24.2.19 with rental of 334 less 35 discount net 284. I have asked vodafone to issue corrected bill as per my earlier tariff of 185 they are not replying nor amending the wrong bill raised by them. Please inform vodafone to amend the wrong bill raised by them.

                              Our smartcard number is [protected] we have paid and opted for one year pack with rs. 3, 700 on 28.09.2018 which is supposed to expired on 27.08.2019. But it got expired on 07.03.2019 at around 8.00 pm. When i check my plan and after due inquiry from dealer i understand that after the introduction of trai new rules with respect to cable and dth our service provider without our knowledge and without informing me, activated a plan of his choice and deducted monthly rental which is on higher side. The trai gave clear guidelines for all operators that the existing plan should not be disturbed until their expiry but despite of the guidelines given by trai our operator changed my plan charged on his choice
                              Prayer: 1) please guide sundirect, the operator, to re activate my plan which i have opted for one year till 27.09.2019
                              2) reimburse the amount i recharged for rs. 322 dated 07.03.2019
                              3) penalties of rs. 5, 000 for my mental agony i faced

                                My cable operator is mnoranjan cable, 2 m. G. Road purani bazar tiagarh, kolkata 700119. Before new trai rules for cable operator my monthly rent was rs.270. New plan my selection channel charge rs.55
                                100 free channel charges (Compulsory) rs.150 with gst
                                Total 150+55=205+gst 18%=245 toatal i pay for the month march 2019

                                  This should be noted that after trai rules implementation most of dth companies including video con, sun they misguided and put their own packages even after collected money.
                                  Video con d2h is providing worst customer service, they never attend customer care call putting busy tone 24x7 hours it is purported act of cheating customers.
                                  I had sent e-mail many times for changing channels already fees paid ¬ getting required channels.
                                  Video con app on t. V. Displays downloading, it takes a moment but in vain after so many hours also it is not downloading,
                                  In the paid amount of rd. 385 paid online we are unable to change the channels which was that put by customer care service themselves a waste bundle channels.
                                  In their company app no clarification of channel price as it showing in t. V. For payment as we wish to watch hd selected cause we purchased set box 2months back only no use.
                                  Can you solve this?

                                    I have taken new connection on 27/06/2018 with annual package which cost rs 5999/-. Still i have three months validity but they have disconnected and asking to recharge again. When i call customer care they are just disconnecting my call after hearing problem. One of the worst customer care.

                                    They told my package has expired. How it can expire, still i have three months validity? They need to provide equal package for long duration packs.

                                    I didn't receive any call / message to change the package. When i asked customer care, they are saying we have sent messages and disconnecting calls.

                                      I am a subscriber having id no. Ga92020754 with asianet cables. My online sibscriber id had been locked without any reasons. I bad been in touch with customer service call centre, but they have failed to solve the issue more over, they had informed me that only next month, my id will be unlocked.. I dont have any pendong dues also. Infact they are asking us to choose the programmes provided by them

                                      This is unethical way giving services.

                                      Pls look into.

                                        I have booked long term package for multitv connection in june 2018 and paid money for entire year. The long term pack will end in june 19. Tatasky gave us benefit of one month free for long duration of pack. Now under fear of trai rules they are forcefully changing the our package in to new mode and withdrawing one month benefit. Does trai has this policy to got harnessed by tata sky. I saw in tv that those having long duration pack will continue the same if they wish but at the end of package they have to migrate in new scheme.in fact the new scheme is 50 % expensive for us. Does trai has policy to harass the customer and leave them on mercy of dth providers.
