Tisai cable network in Kalyan is not able to provide the cable viewer NDTV channels.
Kindly look into the matter. This is against the freedom of customer to watch any channels...There are all the channels shown, particular this channels are not shown. After repeated request, I am not getting, what I want to see. Kindly expedite the process and get is the channel, at the earliest...

Bought independent tv by paying 2300/- on the basis of free plan for first year. But within two months they have stopped all hd channels saying that now you have to pay. This is fraud, misleading to consumers & giving false information & plans so that they use independent tv.
Atleast existing users should have been given that one year free plan & new guidelines should have been imposed prospectively....

I'm a regular customer of idukki vision digital (Mso), idukki district, kerala. After the new tariff system, they do not provide channel selection procedure to customers. When we asking for to chose our own favorite channels, they said that to choose their packages. They do not allow main regional language free to air channels in basic pack (130+gst). They are forcing customers to take their own packages only. Their website...

We are not receiving any cable programme despite of submitting our selected channel list to them from 21st february 2019. We have contacted them several times but nothing happened. I paid 257.24 rs to siti network on 2 march 2019 but after register 3 complaints unable to resolve problem. Local cable oprater refuse to provide help every time i call they give me 24 hours, 48 hours alredy passed but no solution. I mail 3 times to customer care but they dont ever reply on mine single mail please do the needful. I have submited my transid 10 times but not getting any information...

As discussed with idea support team they told me that since last 6 month you did'nt called outgoing so your number is expried and di not det same number...
But my concern is before my number is to be expired not a single warning message recived by idea.
And also they told me that if you want that number again so you have to move on postpaid... And chargen taken by me rs 95...
So, i request you to please look into matter...

Im not the getting the channels in my pack as i used to get before. Even though these channels are part of my pack, they are showing message "this channel is not a part of subscription"
Also the services are not as convenient as before ; they do not pick up tge calls nor reply to the emails.
We have no where to complain.

I had done a recharge of 300rs on my videocon d2h with customer id 47243234 on 26th february, 2019 and till now as on 5th march, 2019 my d2h is still not started and i have raised the complaint so many times but got no response from videocon side.
All of there customer support numbers are either wrong or unreachable.
Help me out as it's been quite a long time since i had done my recharge and still i am not getting any help...
