Dear trai,

Please note the same complain i have raised to airtel customer care, nodal office and appellate of airtel too dated 03rd march 2019 but still did not get any concrete response from them.

Recently on 22nd december 2018 i have converted all my prepaid numbers ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) in to family plan postpaid. However, the 2nd bill dated 17th february 2019 i received, has gross manipulation and it is completely wrong. Just to let you know. Since 23rd december 2018, i am outside india (In overseas country) and never opened internet connection on any one of 3 lines. To my surprise in current bill, which is due for payment on 08th february 2019 there is exaggerated bill of rs. 3131.53 (Instead of my regular bill rs. 799 + taxes).

Please help me ti get my bill corrected and avail a revised correct bill so that i can pay before 08th march 2019. Else i will not be able to pay this manipulated bill.

This is completely unacceptable.

    Hi i am gautam kashyapi from bhopal m. P. I am a digi cable subscriber since last few days i am unable to view dd sports during the ind vs aus cricket match. As the match starts its there on my tv but after few hrs they block the channel. After so many complaints to the operator they don't activate the channel by saying star sports people have asked them not to show dd sports during the match.
    TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Salem, Tamil Nadu, polymer cable net (PCN, Salem) is NOT telecasting the live cricket matches between INDIA and AUSTRALIA One day matches. Polymer cable is blaming that TRAI only blocks this telecasting. Previously also T20 matches blocked. This is against your rule.

    Sir I can't see free to air channel and the package provide by gtpl which very unsustainable for me . so I want to watch only free to air channel . but gtpl is stop my service
    Cable operator is making his own packages and forcing the coustomers to take that.they r not giving chance to select my channels .so what to do
    They have blocked my channel they took money for 3months for the pack and they told that they will give channels and immediately they took the channels out without my notice and did not gave back my money

      Tisai cable network in Kalyan is not able to provide the cable viewer NDTV channels.
      Kindly look into the matter. This is against the freedom of customer to watch any channels...There are all the channels shown, particular this channels are not shown. After repeated request, I am not getting, what I want to see. Kindly expedite the process and get is the channel, at the earliest

        Bought independent tv by paying 2300/- on the basis of free plan for first year. But within two months they have stopped all hd channels saying that now you have to pay. This is fraud, misleading to consumers & giving false information & plans so that they use independent tv.
        Atleast existing users should have been given that one year free plan & new guidelines should have been imposed prospectively.

        Airtel DTH not having any rebate with multiple DTH connection, taking NFC charges with all connections. I have two connections, want to take one more. But they are taking NFC charges with all.

        Sir please do not install any jio tower in public area, which will affect people by that radiation, old young adult animals pets every one will be effected by that, so please i request you to please do not install in public area..

          I am a customer of gtpl mumbai-chembur. I am resident in mumbai - rcf colony.in my colony only one cable operator provided connection as per company, my customer identity number is n[protected] & set top box no - 5934616c29008349. As per government policy 31 march deadline for select pack but 2 nd march onward i can't see the channels i tried to convince for operator but he not respond. I have called customer service last 2 days but cable operator told me subscrib channel pack. The customer service numbers are busy all the time. When it is connected they says system is down. Need the satisfaction we are very frustrating for gtpl service.

            I'm a regular customer of idukki vision digital (Mso), idukki district, kerala. After the new tariff system, they do not provide channel selection procedure to customers. When we asking for to chose our own favorite channels, they said that to choose their packages. They do not allow main regional language free to air channels in basic pack (130+gst). They are forcing customers to take their own packages only. Their website has no option to select customer favorite channel for reference the address and web links are as follows.                 Sir, i am a customer of vidiocon d2h. I have 1 dish connections of direct to home service. My customer identity number is 56782649. I was recharged my account with 460 /- rupees on 2 march 2019 to the company. From march 4 i can't see the channels i have subscribed in the plan. The charges are deducted as per plan everyday. I have called customer service more 100 times in last 2 days. The customer service numbers are busy all the time. When it is connected they says system is down. Need the satisfaction we are very frustrating for vediocon d2h service.

                      As discussed with idea support team they told me that since last 6 month you did'nt called outgoing so your number is expried and di not det same number...
                      But my concern is before my number is to be expired not a single warning message recived by idea.
                      And also they told me that if you want that number again so you have to move on postpaid... And chargen taken by me rs 95...
                      So, i request you to please look into matter and take some valuable step against idea.

                        Im not the getting the channels in my pack as i used to get before. Even though these channels are part of my pack, they are showing message "this channel is not a part of subscription"
                        Also the services are not as convenient as before ; they do not pick up tge calls nor reply to the emails.

                            Hi, i am a user of airtel dth services, i have select a pack which cost me 550 rupppe, but the cable operator imply it’s own package that cost me 700 ruppee, secondly today i recharged my account the payment was done but the it is continiuosly showing account is suspended due to low balance, customer care services are at worst level, don’t know how to talk. Trai only bring headache, nothing more than that, in short term gundaraj bna lia h sb cable operators ne just beacause of trai new scheme.

                                I am yogesh hatti. I am ported the number "[protected]" from vodafone to bsnl on 28th jan 2019. I am facing very bad service so i am unable get access of any phone call, message or data as well. I already make 3 complaints on 4th feb, 28 feb and 3rd march also through customer care service. But still they didn't resolve my problem. I also make complaint on their web portal but still no any response from them. The complaint register number as follow "mhr/co/2019/3842" & "mhr/co/2019/5023". Due to network issue i am facing problem in my professional life also. So i request you to give permission to port another network within porting period of 90 days.

                                      Hello trai team,

                                      My name is madhukar r & i am from bangalore, karnataka.

                                      I have a dth connection from tata sky. Until now, i was enjoying tata sky south special pack. After implementation of choosing channels, i am finding terrible issues with the service. Tata sky is charging exorbitantly to it's customers & they are looting them.

                                      As per trai regulations, a customer can choose 100 channels (Including pay channels) in their basic amount of rs. 130 + 18% gst = rs. 153/-.
                                      Whereas tata sky is not allowing me to do so. I have chosen 75 channels (Both free to air & pay channels). Tata sky is charging me rs. 401.65 for the same. When i tried to contact the customer care, lines are busy & they disconnected the call.

                                      I am hereby attaching the selected channels list along with their charges.

                                      Request you to take serious action on such service providers & help the common people. If that is not possible, then please retain the old system itself, where most of the people will be happy to pay a fixed amount of approx. Rs. 250 - 350 and enjoy all the channels.

                                      The new system has become a block in common people nose.

Airtel has done fake billing of 690.08+104 late payment charges nd complained to trai regarding same. Later aftr telephonic conversation wid airtel they agrd tht charges r irrelevant nd promised refund. But still dey hvnt processed nd are yet forcing to pay the amount
