My name is varma.
I am from hyderabad.
I've activated my cable network according to new revised trai regulations. Am quite happy to have these regulation.
Now i'm not getting dd sports channel at the time of cricket match, but i shall view a message as
"dear customer, please note that as per terms of supreme court order this match/game can only be viewed in free-to-air mode on dd sports channel from dd free dish or dd's terrestrial network".

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    As per trai regulations, i received a message from sun direct dth that my plan which was prepaid has been converted to a pack as per their convenience, now i want to switch the base pack and select the channels as per my choice, but till date i have made more than 100 calls and not even once they have answered the call neither did they call back. Though this choice of channels is good, but the price is too high and also base packs are irrelevant as it provides channels in punjabi marathi odia bengali etc which are non consequential to any other state people

      Dd sports is a free to air channel. It should be ideally be available for subscribers to view. However, the hallway connection we have currently is blocking this channel. All we see is a blank screen.

      This seems like a collusion between the hathway network and the paid channels. By blocking free to air channel, they are trying to enforce the paid channels on us.

      The dd sport channel is available till the match start time, but once the match starts the channel is going blank. It appears like a wanted mischief by the broadcaster with a motive to compel the subscribers to go for paid channels.

        Hi i am hathway cable subscriber from dwarka, delhi. Hathway is not showing dd sports free as they are forcing us to buy their sports pack. As far as i know every cable operator is bind to show free channels but not the case with hathway. I hope it would resolve as soon as possible and hathway should be fined accordingly.in addition when i spoke to my local vendor, he advised me to log complaint against hathway to train.

          Hello
          I want to make a complain against a local cable operator in udaipur whose name is mr cable operator sansthan.
          I frequently called him to provide me channels of my choice but he is constantly making excuses and providing me channels of his choice. According to latest updates by trai we have the right to choose channels. But i cannot watch my favourite channels on my tv and this made since january 2019. I have paid money of jan and feb.
          Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you

            Respected sir/ma'am,
            This is a consumer of hathway broadband named akshay kajolkar, account no. [protected], vc no.[protected], account holder's name:usha kajrolkar. (Address: bdd chawl, delisle road, opp. N. M. Joshi police marg, lower parel, mumbai, 400013) (Local area operator: mr. Harish turalkar)

            Recently according to trai's new regulations, certain changes were made in our daily veiwing dth pack and our local cable operator mr. Harish turalkar informed us to fill the forms provided by the company in which there were packs provided by the company. I, instead of accepting the company provided packs, chose to select broadcaster's pack and submitted the form manually (Offline) as well as online through the hathway's official website. My cable operator started arguing that the pack i chose cannot be implemented by him and charged me an higher amount than what was stated in the online form. I also said him that "as per new regulations, only 25 dd chanels are mandatory and after that we can choose our own packs or channels" but he refused to listen to me and said that "it is mandatory for everyone to accept 100 fta channels @ rs. 130+taxes and then customer can choose his own packs or channels."

            (Attaching the form submitted by me online & the pack my cable operator charged, along with this mail).

            Moreover, mr. Harish turalkar said that you can complain to customer care & also visit the nodal officer's office in mumbai which is listed on your official website and is located in lower parel.

            I tried calling the customer care number for straight 3 days and not even one of my call was picked, ever.

            After getting no reponse from the customer care i decided to visit the the regd. Office in lower parel on 05.03.2019, where when i stated my complaint, they responded by saying that, "the area you live in is not covered by our office and kindly contact mr. Dinesh chavan", and gave me his contact number. This is the reponse i get by the only regd. Office in whole mumbai area which is mentioned on hathway's official website.

            After having a conversation with mr. Dinesh chavan, he said to speak with mr. Shailesh chavan (Head of mr. Harish turalkar) and after complaining to mr. Shailesh chavan he said, "i generally do not speak with customers directly and said either solve your problem with your cable operator or register your complain to trai." where i had a conference call with mr harish turalkar, mr shailesh chavan himself and me, and at the end of the heated conversation, mr. Harish turalkar (Local cable operator) said that "i am going to deactivate your dth connection today itself."

            After having such a drama for the past few days regarding the dth cable, i am disappointed with ther service & customer care provided by hathway and i am left with no other option to send a mail to the nodal officer directly.

            Kindly do the needful and i hope to get a positive reply from you.

                Sir recently i ported two of my mobile numbers to airtel (One from bsnl to airtel - [protected] and other from jio to airtel [protected]). But sir now i am facing a very bad network problem in my area. Both of my numbers are not getting proper signals, due to this i am not able to get any calls. Now to port back, i have to wait for 90 days as per the rules. Sir, please remove this lock down period for atleast one of my number preferably ([protected]).

                  Want to make complaint against airtel dth for cheating and taking my rs.42/- by just calling me from their dirty operator from [protected]. She said we have provided free channel of airtel tv, and immediately next day they cut my rs.42/-. And closed my service. Airtel dth is cheating people. Why this people are not doing honest business. Airtel dth owners are hopeless and sophisticated looteres. I am complaining against airtel dth and their service in telecom regularity (Trai). My consumer no. Is [protected]. And my mobile no.                       Cable networks in mangalore are not giving customers freedom to select which channels they want.. For 150 rupees they are giving us free channels which no one wants to see.. Cable mafia is harassing common people in mangalore. We are forced to see the channels which they offer us.. We are paying 150 rupees for basic channels which are to be provided free of cost.

                      This is happening only in mangalore region and not noticed anywhere else.

                        Your new rule dth channel cost price and gst add value base pack it my cost price 153/rs. So how can choose my channel it most costly 22rs per channel price. So i decided drop out dth service. Thanks for new rule. This rule not befit for customer's. It's befit for company and your new rule +gst more than costly plan for customer's. So please looks this matter.

                          My independent set top box no.[protected] that i had packed all channels for one year on 24/02/2019, but after two days almost all channels stopped. Independent tv customer care told me that we are busy for few days so we can't help your. I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future.

                            Ci[protected] with out my notice unwanted channel package was activated by videocon operator from 06th march 2019. I have selected silver telugu pack through website and videocon app on 09th march. But still not not activated my pack. I have contacted customer care through toll-free number on 10th and i have told about my problem to customer care executive but my problem is not resolved. Kindly take action against videocon d2h operator

                              I am a user of videocon d2h with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing issues regarding services of vvdeocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 300 for which i should get services for 30 days and within a week time my d2h account balance reached on 165.19/- for no reason and whereas without prior intimation my services got stopped.

                              Customer care is not taking a my call nor they responding on email too. As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.
                              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

Care no portal they are totally fail to give me a any information after that they will tell me you can go our website www.dishtv.in you can add your pack sir i want to inform you they will break all the rule if try they give his own pack like swaagat pack max combo pack etc. They will charge 189 rupees 270 rupees but they dnt show trai pack why i am calling last two month but they dnt resolve my problem i m suffer last two months for add sony happy india pack it's nt a big problem it's a small problem but dish tv own profit that's why they are irritated to me or uske bad mei inka pack activate krwa lun jissai jiske liye mjhe inhe zyda pay krna pade or dish tv ko faida ho dish tv wale apne faide ke liye customer ko loot rhe h please aap ish taraf dhyaan de or isko jald se jald ish samasya ka nivaran karein

                                  D2h is not allowing to choose channels as per customer requirements, they are forcing to use plane made by them and customer care is not responding calls and giving wrong commitment.
                                  Also if we are trying to choose channels from web site as per our requirements then submit or proceed option does not come.
                                  After trying countinuosly after a week i spoke to sweta and ravi from d2h and updated them about my query but it could not be resolved till now.
                                  Two days back i reacharged but not a single channel is working from chosen list.

                                  Kindly help to recover money.

                                    I am trying to call videocon d2h customer service for more than 20 times they are not coming in contact regard package updates please solve this problem my d2h i'd is[protected]. I last recharged by selecting my favourite channels with 280 rd package and sms comes to solve within 48 hrs but since one month completed the problem not solved please solve it

                                      I opted for rs 296 plan last month feb2019 and selected channels of my choice and using services. A cable operator o[censored]lhasnagar den company told me compulsory need to go for minimum plan of rs 400 and also denied for free channel plan of rs130. He stated that they follow rules of their den company and nothing to do with trai rule of cusomer's selection procedure. He disconnect cable connection.

                                        I recently recharged my d2h connection cust id[protected] and[protected] had informed your customer care over call and over email about all selected n preferred channels including selected star sports select hd and sd channels, star sports 2 hd and sd, ten sports 1 and ten sports hd, sony six hd and sd, vh1, etc. And i am not getting any of these channels and other selected channels. Moreover, you cannot reach out to videocon customer care as they have blocked all calls to their customer care no. So as to avoid calls from customers and continue to cheat customers. They do not even respond to emails.

                                        I would like to know why this videocon is cheating customers like this and creating a scam by collecting money and not providing the selected channels and not allowing any calls to reach your customer care.
