My customer id no is[protected]. Today i called the customer care to avoid the pay channel of all sports. But the are telling that the same are inclusive of your package. I am not willing to pay for this. Also telling that if i cancel that channel, your other channels also automatically seen delate.

      Hello i am a coustmer of videocon. I have recharged according to the new rule but i am not getting service from 5 to 7 days regularly. The coustmer care is also not receiving my calls and not replying to my mail. My id no of d2h is 61706723 plz help me from this prblm and i would also protest against the days which i didnt get the services though after paying the amount.

      I am serscriber of den cable TV. Operator refuse to give me freedom to choose my package instead of he suggest us to see their pack that is 350 rs per month and zee TV is not their. I complain several times from Dec . Now they cut my connection

        We received a call yesterday morning and they asked us for debit card details saying they would return our money, and we should try to recharge again.
        But we offered to provide him the saving account number, but he kept asking for debit card details.
        Now when we tried to call the customer care they wouldn't pick up the call and the person who called us that morning has his phone switched off.

        We are still not getting those channels.

          I have just recharge my dishtv on 5/3/2019 with the plan showing in the app of amoy 473₹. Which was shown as a hd pack with hd chanel's but it's not coming on my dishtv account as i called customer care they are telling me that it's not a valid pack the how did i recharge the sum i have all the screen shot i want immediate action to be taken regards the same. The executive then told me that they will change my package which was changed wrong with wrong information and their behaviour is as they were not wrong i have all the call recording and now my packy is coming to 581 with 18% gst? Which is not mentioned why?

            I have subscribed star sports 1 channel on 5th march at 1.30pm, after that i raised the request to drop this channel on 6th march at 7 am through mytatasky.com website. Request id was raised, but still pending.. I have tried again, and said you have already raised the request. Then i called [protected] for drop channel, they said hum asmarth hain. Then i call tatasky representative 5-6 times, they said ho jayega aaj mein, i said charges also will be added.. They said drop ki request aayi hai, par time lagega.. Hum kuch nai kar sakte. They not give me a satisfactory answer and request for drop channel is still pending while writing this issue. Pfa the snap shots.

              First of all i went to our cable operator to recharge my tv channel plan as i have decided to take every channel seperately whichever i like to use, see and pay.
              I've done one list of those channels wich i would like to see.
              When i told to operator of "bhima riddhi cable sevices" to recharge my tv plan..
              They said we can not recharge ur tv plan if you wanting to select channels separately and you need to take some chanel bouquets that's all
              I was wondering because according to trai recommendation we can choose any channel however we want and now thats totally nailed..

              So to do a complain in trai care centre i tried to call and i've been calling them for 2 days no one picked up pbone until yet.
              Such a useles service trai providing. It's very disappointing for me.

                  This is to inform you that video con d2h customer care no [protected] which is displayed in net, and other number also not able to contact, they are not responding to any call itself ending.
                  We are unable to choose channels,
                  Package made on a tricky basis.
                  Further more your rules made to customers to pay more money from their pocket. It is not justified.
                  If you unable to control this inflated rate of channels then why you interfere in the public matters? I hope good things to happen. Otherwise let legal consequences taken place to give justice to common man.

                      This is sachidananda here from bangalore. I have vediocon dth connection with customer number[protected]. I want to choose channels as per my choice.in last 1 month i called them on their customer care several times but they say they cont do and i have to do myself. Both their website and infinity app don't have proper options to build my own package.
                      This is clear cheating they are doing and violation if trai order. Could you please look into this and do justice to us.

                        After trai new regulations i am unable to see the channels i want to see. Despite a customer from ap who used to recharge for telugu packs my new pack activated as malayalam pack that too without my involvement. I tried to contact sun direct to resolve this issue but none of there customer care numbers are working. I even tried to contact them through there app but still no response. Finally they gave a reply to my complaint through facebook but still no progress i didn't even now the status they asked my contact details so that they can contact so i gave them but still no progress.. I don't know how to activate my new pack i reachared with 210 rupees 10 days back but still iam unable to see what i want to see. Is this why trai introduced this new rule? Surely not? Please solve the issue. Take an action on sun direct or atleast make them contact me. My smart card i'd:- [protected]

                          I have airtel d2h, last month i selected my package from tv only. After that i got a sms from airtel that they will confirm me my package soon with 48 hours but i did not get any confirmation from them then i called to customer care and that executive told me to recharge for rs 479 dated 19 feb 2019. But on 5 march my recharge finished when i called to again customer care they said my package is rs 876. When i said i selected only 479 they said it’s technical problem and they will call me but i did not got any solution yet.

                              My DTH service provider not following dth rules hi force me to take his own plan and when i ask for a my plan he says he not going to give it, he forcing me to take 100 channels which are not important and not viewed my be. Even he says he not going to follow trai rules and asking for more money, he want i should buy individual channel so that he get profile and he making many customer fool by doing this,
                              When i ask him for zee star channel package he says go and buy it from them only he would not going to give channels in package, i attached copy of plan he forcing me to buy please help because people like this service provider spoil government rules and make people fool and take more money even they try to blam government for this so that government impression get down. This kind of people does bad publicity of government and trai and they confidentially says they are not going to follow tari rules

                              i have problem with my DTH service provider (Ajinkya tara cable network) when i go to ask for my channel pack to DTH provider he told me that he not going to give channels as per trai rules, he not giving channel pack he force to buy single channel at a time which increases price, he force me to buy his channel package when i say i want channel as per rules hi says it is not possible if we follow trai rules how should he earned,
                              As per rules 130 rs is for 100 channels capacity out of which 25 channels are government channel and for rest 75 i can take paid one or free one but my service provider says that i have to take 100 free channel in which he giving all advertisement channel like homeshop18 and so on and if i want to buy any other channel i need to pay again for network capacity i.e for 25 channels 30 rs, even i don't want some free to air channels and i can use that capacity for paid channel. he not giving me that options, when i ask for zee, star pack he says that he is not going to give me channel pack if i want then i have to go and buy all channels form them only company he force me to buy all channels individual so that he get profit.
                              Please help because this type of people makes people fool and take advantage of there trust.
                              This type of people try to defame trai by miss using trais policies and bad advertising. I attached cable operators card and plan list which will help you to take action against him, please take strong action against them

                                I have gtpl cable connection, they are not providing us channel selection option as we required, they insist us to select there choice pack which is higher rate then individual bundle pack as shown in trai site including taxes. I have asked gtpl customer care, they informed me that i should select the packages as they provide not my choice packages from list of trai channel selection bundle.

                                  The new trai rules are just not made for the common people. They are made for the sake of networks. I had a plan where i had a basic pack for rs. 100/- and a telugu regional pack for rs. 69/- amounting to a total of rs. 169/-. But now just the network fee is rs. 153/- and for the regional pack its rs. 136/- amounting to a total of rs. 289/- which is 60% higher than it originally was for the same number or most likely less channels that i was getting previously.

                                    Den website or app is not working. I selected my channels on the site of trai channel selector and took printout of my channels. Now my cable operator is saying that den is providing them fixed 100 channels and even they are not able to change the channels as per customer requirement and thus if the customer wants some channel that is out of those channels provided by den then extra addition will be done for ncf. But why should we pay extra for the channels within 100?

                                      I m an subscriber of videocon d2h. Since from 2 months i m trying to activate my chosen bouquet s as trai. But videocon is telling different as we have to accept first 75 chanells as per their pack. But i have chosen 91 channel s as my choice. But videocon is not accepting this, it shows as 130.00 mandatory charges and my chosen tariff ad rs 241.00. Total comes to 500+. They are not allowing our choice. Assist or rectify.

                                        Sir with due respect i am subrat behera want to say that early we used to watch all channel at a cost of 200 inr but now on the basis o[censored]r trai rule it costs around 330 inr not for all channels only for 96 channels. As i belong from a lower middle class family it's really hard to pay this amount. So how this rule would be helpful for customers. So i requested you to that if trai should come up with some good solution then we would be helpful. We are eagerly looking for your early respose/solution.
