Hello,
I am a videocon d2h user. Since from last 2 weeks i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong pack activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.
Fresh incident is after recharging monthly regular recharge i am not able to see almost all movies channel, some news channel, and some other channels which ran 2 to 3 days. I tried many times customer care number but they are not connecting ([protected]/[protected]/[protected] only ivr responding after selecting talk with customer care executive option call will disconnected after that i contacted on their email [protected]@d2h.com only one reply they sent your account is refreshed and service will resume after 10 minutes but its not helpful after that i mailed many times, but thet didn't replied. Still i am facing issue. How to contact them.

    Dear trai team,

    This is regarding pack change in my sun direct smart card account. My sun direct smart card number is [protected].

    I had done recharge of rs 1720 for tamil economy pack on last year 17th july 2018. Till friday 1st march 2019, my smart card account is activated for tamil economy pack with balance around 55 in my account and with 16th july 2019 as renewal date.

    On 1st march 2019 evening, sun direct team has changed the pack to tamil dpo 1 basic package subscription six months renewal and now my account is having balance around 1 only and also changed the renewal date to 26th june 2019. These all are done without my consent and haven't received any intimation from sun direct for these changes. It is completely not acceptable.

    I understand that they have done this change as per trai's recent order. But i have asked them to clarify on what basis these changes are done by them. Also i have requested that if they can send comparison report contains the scheme benefits, account balance, validity date between my old pack and this new pack so that i can understand that transition is done smoothly without any loss on both sides.

    I have contacted their customer care but have not satisfied with the answer provided them. So they requested to send mail to them. I have attached call recording also. It may help you.

    I have sent mail to their customer care email i'd on 3rd march 2019 and sent reminder mail to them on 6th march 2019. But no reply from them till now.

    As consumer i am worrying about this. So request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I am not happy with videocon d2h service with out any align with me who decided my packes. Today i call call centre but i am not happy with your service. I call more thane 50 times to videocon d2h call centre my call waiting more than 10 minutes every times but not ayy response from call centre from yesterday 3 times call centre senior say i call you with in 1 hour nut any call receive me. So request to call centre close my account & refund my balance amount but call centre say no any policy the disconnect the connection. I remove you channel but not refund your balance amount.

        Dear trai,
        I watch the tv but after your new rules my life has been changed when you bringed a new tarrif plans in front of dth consumers.
        You says that we have the right to select any channel and have the right to watch any channel but at the same time you have imposed a compulsory tarrif plan of rs 153.
        We the people of india didn't like it and have decided to not to select any dth package until you remove your complusory tarrif package or bring the old rules back.

          From the launch of new tari cable rule the icc cable are doing their own rules and regulations they r charging 200/- rs for the service and free channels including gst. They have launch their own plans and not as per the requirements of the people they have not at all given the ala card rate card and the company like star, zee, and others plans as they are advertising on the tv. So kindly look into the matter and pls stop the loot been done from the cable operator of all the consumers.

            Sir mai dishtv use karta hu mera pahle jo monthly bill ata tha 209 rs jisme 250+ channel dehkne ko milta tha but ab mera bill aa raha hai 300 ke kariban aur mai 15 channel bus dehk pa raha hu aur jo yeh rule bnaye hai yah ekdam bekar hai yah to ncf charge hata dijiye kyu ki koi bhi aap ke rule se khush nahi hai bas aap kaj raha hai ki customer ka bill kam aye ga.

              My service provider videocon[protected] not active base pack yet, hence no channel are add or deactivate to my previous a-la-carte package. No costumer service of my service provider resolve this issue from over one month, all are said that technical problem but, i think it was too much time to get response from them.                 D2h provider has disconnected my connection prior information when i have balance and have selected my choice, the customer no is not available trying from 1st till date, without giving ny response and services they are deducting my balance, kindly refund my balance and give me solution, i have requested for call and even mailed them but no response

                  I have "dd-free-dish" and most of channels are disabled.

                  I want some channels to see, how i restart that channels in "dd-free-dish".

                  I scan in that but no channels are restart.

                  If any charge for "dd-free-dish" channels thn how and where to pay and if its free for "dd-free-dish" thn how can i get stopped channels back

                  Help me out of this

                    As per the trai rules, my cable operator provided me a form to fill up and asked me to mark the channels/packages i want to avail as per my wish.
                    I filled up the form and handed over the same to my cable operator with the assurance that the cable service would be initiated from march 1st, 2019.
                    Its been around a week and cable service is not started in my tv. After inquiring this with my cable operator, he told me that i can not get the channels/packages i had mentioned in the form, instead i will have to opt some den suggested combos (Containing several unwanted channels) of worth rs, 472 or 614.

                      I have connection of cable tv from "rose rise cable tv network" shiv nagar janakpuri new delhi. They are not providing me the channels of my choice not even free to air channels. My stb no is ag[protected] and view card no is[protected]. Plz take up the matter and resolve it.
                      Moreover i have submitted the form in jan 19. But now they are asking me to submit new and different form.

                        I am a subscriber for dth based in t. Nagar, chennai. My service provider is vanitham vision a sub contractor for tcl. To-day ie.7th march, 2019 he came to my house and asked me to indicate the channels which i wish to subscribe for. I told him that i need only the basic 100 free channels. For that he demanded rs.186/-. When i asked him why rs.36 /- extra he has no explanation. But says i need to come to his office for details. Also when i demanded his gst number he refused to part with it. I am a gst registered chartered accountant. Since i told him that i need a bill with his gst number he said he cannot provide with one. I request you to take immediate action and put him in place.

I have been raising the issue of removing d2h kids world package from my add on for one week through writing mail, talking to supervisors and online logging into my account. But they aren't removing it. They are charging around 40 rupees per month from me. My registered number is [protected].

                              I recharged my D2Hconnection Id 19127732 with Rs 154 /- on 2nd FEb 19. for 100FTA channels. The service was activated but paid channels were provided and only 7-8 channels could be viewed. Customer care nos [protected] &[protected] are not reachable, once connected, they put the call on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnect.
                              I wrote e mail to D2H and stated the problem but the reply given tells me about balance and next recharge date. This is rediculous and frustrating.
                              Now the recharge is over and I am being asked to recharge my account again.What should I do and how to reach D2H ?

                                i asked cable operator to provide 9 channels of costing rs.26/- above the base pack.

                                My cable operator given the bill as under
                                09 pay channels - rs.26/- + fta charges- rs. 130 + ncf charges- rs.20 + 18% gst rs.32/- (18% on 176/-) and maintenance rs.50/- total rs.258/-.
                                Above bill seems to be incorrect and higher. Pl resolve my proble,

                                  Referring to the subject, we expected the monthly viewing charges would go down by the new trai rules, which would benefit the middle class peoples. But we are being forcibly charged rs130 + taxes for viewing 100 fta channels. Please note when its free to air, why we have to pay rs 153? Normally the fta's are not worth viewing/following daily soaps. Despite this 153/-, we will have to pay for other minimum bouqets (Star, zee, times and sony), which costs around 200 + taxes. Kindly note i am only writing of sd channels. Hd will still charge more.
                                  I would like bring to your notice, earlier i used to pay 275-290/- for my favorite packages. Now after the new rules, i am being made to rs 350+. Finally i would say the ncf charges are burden on the customer. Kindly discard and charge only for the bouquets of service provider.

                                    Airtel digital tv is charging money for channels that dont exist on their end. For instance i selected a "times pack" consisting of mnx a channel which should be on channel no. 261, but it doesnt exist at all. Also according to trai they should have given us a channel selector application on our dth which according to them is present on channel 998, which also doesnt exist. This is fraudery at its extreme. Airtel should be charged as this is a serious offence. Guess its airtel laughing at trai's face.

                                      My residence d2h tv package from last one month many channels which was getting earlier is now not getting, the package shows BST plan.
                                      I was trying to change in signing the website and it will show YOUR NEW PLAN REQUEST IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED, IT WILL BE ACTIVITED SOON, but after the same still the package remain in old status. If I contact at d2h customer care on phone they repeat to apply through website. I request you solve or guide me to resolve my issue.

                                        The new trai rule has increased my tv bill 2 times. This is a type of fraud. Government is just looting people. They said that this will decrease the bill but its not true. They should look upon this as soon as possible. I can't watch all channels now in my budget. I am having a problem in choosing a proper plan for the whole family because everyone's demand is different.
                                        In total this new rule is a curse.
