      This is to inform you that new tarrif rule or guildlines towards cable tv connection is not stastfactory as i used to get at 758 rupees per month payement all hd and hd channels, with two regional packs, all star sports hd hindi, english no hd chnnels, sony ten sports all hd non hd channela, all news english and hindi channels, all english and hindi hd and non hd channels i used to get and also new chnnels were added free with same package before but now with implementation of new guildline by chossing only hd channels which we view its costing me now 755/- rupees per month with missing many channels with no any sport channels... It got more costluer then before, if i add few other channels which before we used to view, it will get more expenses...
      Kindly look into the matter i had thought by implementing new guildline the packages supposed to get cheaper but no its expenses.
      Now i more concern about other situation if channel services provider hikes there rates of channels then it could be more expensive.
      With this situation we lost intrest of watching tv, because of many missing channel, if i want to add its getting more expensive, its situation to watch tv or let not add the channels with so expensive rate...
      Kindly see into the matter to resolve it...
      Or let be the before guildline where service providers use to do there package and give option to choose packages to consumers...

        Hi sir,
        I am venkatareddy. Customer of tata sky.
        Tata sky asking more money. Every day change rates also.
        1. Min rs.153 for 99 channels
        2. But not get any use channels. Asked add telugu channels for 153. If i want any more channels i will pay
        3 he told will not come any paid channels
        4.in tata sky site channels not showing for min rs.153. I cannot change what uses channels.
        5. He telling 153 min. What u want pay and add
        6. Before trai rules i paid about 160. Now 325 for olny telugu 25 channels without hd
        Present 153+175
        Last 24th feb 2019 onwards not coming channels properly. But money is reduced. No of times i told tata sky. Still not updated..

        Pl help me trai

          Dear concern,

          A tv cable service provided named "pushpanjali vision" in gomti nagar, lucknow (U. P) has misguided me on tariff plans and took rs. 500 (400 tariff plan + 100 connection fees) without giving any receipt.
          I was shown some plans and was told that a package worth rs. 398 has all the channels. The plan was not actually of rs. 398 and was of some amount close to rs. 200+gst. But i was told that additional rs. 153 (Which contains some unnecessary channels) will be added to every plan by default as it is the scheme of service provider and has to be taken mandatory. Still i agreed and paid the total amount without receiving any receipt. I was told that the receipt will be handed over shortly as they didn't have the receipt book at that time. But till date the same has not been received.
          But when i saw that few channels were not working then i complained about it and now the service provider is saying that this is not actually how the plan works and it will not show all the channels and the service provider is not ready to accept the mistake of its field workers.
          I have been misguided by the agents of service provider and when i am complaining about the same then no one is accepting the mistake.

          Kindly take some serious action against this service provider as they are misguiding their customers and accepting money without giving any receipts.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that our lco (Mahaveer cable) and cable provider (Den cable) are forcing us to take a set package provided by them.
            When we talked to them they said that we can get our connection disconnected.
            Den network not allowing to login or do somthing in their site or app, which is against of rules and regulations decided by trai.

                Apke new plan ke anusar vediocon d2h service nhi de rha hai mai pichhle 15 din se pareshan hoin kam se kam 10 baar apna plan website se change kiya but sare chanel nhi chal rhe the call center me call karo koi pick nhi kar rha agar kar rha hai to kahta hai online hi hoga yaha se nhi tab maine kyi baar trai kiya to pta chala ki ki aap jitne buqet lena ho lijiye but single channel only 12 ho rhe hain isse jyada dalne par nhi le rha what is this ek taraf kah rhe hain apni pasand ka dekhiye aur jab choose karne jao to apni marzi thop rhe hain please aap apne level se check kijiye

                  Since 1 month im suffering with my cable tv provider siti whom i had handed over my desired paid channel packs. My card no is[protected]. I had requested for colors wala bengali value pack worth rs 25/- but they only provided me with colors bangla channel and when i approached them they refused to help and asked me to approach colors channel. When i approached colors channel theyasked me to approach siti service provider in return and if not resolved then approach trai. Accordingly i again approached siti cable service provider who refused to help and had asked us to take up the matter directly with their head office by calling them. After despite repeated calls nobody picked up the phone number provided by siti cable. We feel helpless and are unable to watch our favourite channels. Please help us!

                  Problem not solved. Attaching the email conversation with Colors channel regarding not receipt of Colors channel pack when SITI Cable advised me to approach the channel directly.

                    I have connection with videocone dth service. I wish to select my favourite channel according to trai new rule, but i can't contact with dth operator. There is only one customer service number but it's not working what can i do???
                    Today is the dead line date. Tomorrow onwards i can't select my own channel. There is only one videocone customer service number is provided on their website. What can i do
                    Please resolve my issue

                      I am a dish tv consumer. My vc n.- [protected] against jai jawan scheme. As per new tariff scheme i made my pack one month earlier. But now i want to change my pack by logging in my dish tv account account. But unable to modify the pack as it shows "you have a special connection and for now, change of pack is not allowed on your connection". Thus i am unable to modify the pack as per my needs.
                      I contacted the custoemer care if dish tv by mail about my problem they replies is as follows:
                      We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
                      As per your email, we are unable to process your request for package
                      Change under jai jawan scheme as the same is under process till further
                      Notice as per the government regulations.
                      Moreover, we are working to ensure there is least disruption to your
                      Viewing experience.
                      Kindly look into the matter so that we can also avail the facility of changing/ making own pck as per need.

                        Sun dth consumer number: [protected]
                        I have been on long term plan with sun dth which had more than 52 hd channel and almost all channel. This subscription was 1 year. But they have migrated my plan to some other plan quoting trai regulation. But trai advisory clearly says via gazette notification dated 3rd march 2017 that "chapter 3 -10. Restriction on discontinuation and modification of subscribed bouquet during its lock-in period when all the constituent channels are available on distribution platform. — no distributor of television channels shall discontinue any bouquet, or modify the composition of the bouquet, subscribed by the subscriber during its lock-in period or during the period for which subscription amount has been paid in advance by such subscriber in pursuance of any scheme offered by the distributor, if all the channels forming part of the bouquet continue to be available on its platform".
                        When i contacted their customer care on this, they deneid any action could be taken. I have recordings of their call. I can produce it on demand. Please take action on this. Please issue immediate notification to all operators on this.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am deeply frustrated and angst over the inability of the airtel dth to provide any kind of customer services for my airtel dth... Customer no [protected]. (001)... Customer care has been registering complaints from 28 th feb onwards and i have been calling on a daily basis... When at last on 9th of march service guy mr raees comes and changes the set top box and informs that my set top box will be activated after 24 hrs... Still it was not activated... I called customer care yesterday... Within 20 min it will be activated from freeze mode... Not activated today morning 10th march 9;15 am i called... To customer care... Escalated to senior mrs harjeet... She said will be activated within 10 minutes... After 20 minutes still not activated... She starts feigning that she cannot hear me on phone!!! I had been assured that due to extreme delay in services i shall not be charged extra for services and stb replacement... However mr raess billed me for 350 and still my stb not activated... My request for at least not charging me money for the last 10 days for unable to use/see airtel dth was used to only 'freeze"my account and no reversal of burn rate was done and instead because of this"freezing"of account which your team is unable to de-freeze despite multiple calls... I am not able to stil see dth (Error code b003)
                          If this is the kind of services airtel dth provides now then it should simply tell its customers that we cannot provide you services and you should subscribe to an alternate dth provider.

                          Dear sir,
                          In continuation with the previous mail... I have called the local faridabad service centre which says that it has mailed to backend team for service activation and that i should be calling customer care for activation as they are yet to receive any mail back... So. I called customer care and they say the service is fully active and it will contact it's back end team for resolution... Again i have been issued a new complaint no 86650788.
                          What kind of a football is being played...
                          Kindly clarify asap... Today is day 11 of failure to resume services of my airtel dth.

                              Operator told me that the fta are preselected and you have to see which free channels we provide to you. You can go for the complain. The system is hell if you are talking about coustomer choice, their is no choice in the hand of coustomer. At least you (Trai) should apply selection of channel online before doing this dumb system. If you are not capable of to do thing correct you should get help from experts, you are non professional people. Do you think the people of india are fool, no they are not, but they don't have any choice. That's why trai can do whatever they want. "the price will be goes down" are you kidding me. Which school you had stuided. And one more thing we don't pay for ads remove tham if you are charging for your product. Or otherwise pay us for watching ads. Because you are making two sideed fool. First you are charging high (200goes to 350) and this payment allows tv channel to show ads, and making money. We are paying for our favorite shows not for ads first of all.
                              And than paying 350 instead of 200 for the same channels which we sew before.
                              What a gauts you have, because you know people have no choice if they have tv they should have channels (Jiski lathi uski bhains).
                              At least make an app that can help to select any channel any time. Not this dumb system which you are proud of.
                              Which makes people paralyzed.
                              Fake people makes such a fake system, and having gauts to announce in front of indian people, because that was not a conversation that is only a speech. Like our politicians do. That speak whatever they have, and everyone have to listen, because people have no power to question.

                                Hi i am a resident of hyderabad, i am having hathway connection, but it is not showing dd sports which is free. They are forcing us to buy their sports pack. As far as i know every cable operator is bind to show free channels but not the case with hathway. I hope it would resolve as soon as possible and hathway should be fined accordingly.in addition when i spoke to my local vendor, he advised me to log complaint against hathway.

                                  I just want to bring this to your kind notice that my local cable operator by the name "siti channels" is not providing editing option to fta channel list and is making mandatory to buy these channels of their choices, hence forcing me to buy extra channel slot so as to add my paid channels. I want to add some paid channels in fta slot of 100 channels by removing some of the fta channels that i don't watch. But they are not letting me to edit this slot and is forcing me to take 100 fta channels.

                                  Please resolve this asap as i am paying much more than what i use to pay before this new dth rule.

                                    I am using asianet cable tv (Kerala), as per the trai instruction when i am trying to select my cable tv chanals, i came to see that service provider asianet cable tv included me in abasic tariff kerala classic rs= 81. And additionally charging
                                    Network capacity slab i [protected] [protected] 25 40.00 7.20 47.20
                                    Network capacity base slab [protected] [protected] 109 260.00 46.80 306.80

                                    Total 354
                                    There no option to delete the network capacity base slab to reduce the number channels from 109 to below 100
                                    Because of this now i am forced to pay 354 per month and to view unwanted channels

                                        I've activated my cable network according to new revised trai regulations. Am quite happy to have these regulation.
                                        Now i'm not getting dd sports channel at the time of cricket match, but i shall view a message as
                                        "dear customer, please note that as per terms of supreme court order this match/game can only be viewed in free-to-air mode on dd sports channel from dd free dish or dd's terrestrial network".

                                        Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
