Hello trai, we are suffering from your rules about dth services. Before your regularization on dth services we enjoyed all channels on very low price but after your regularazation we paid very high. So many middle class and poor people are not effort to see all channels. Before your rules we paid all channels for 150/- rs but after we paid 450/- rs for cable networks. Are you people side or service providers side. Who has profitable for your rules. If you serve for people pls be review on your rules on dth regularazation.

The new TRAI rules are just not made for the common people. They are made for the sake of networks. I had a plan where I had a basic pack for Rs. 100/- and a telugu regional pack for Rs. 69/- amounting to a total of Rs. 169/-. But now just the network fee is Rs. 153/- and for the regional pack its Rs. 136/- amounting to a total of Rs. 289/- which is 60% higher than it originally was for the same or most likely less channels that I was getting previously.

    I am getting so many phone call regarding dish cable tv recharge. It would have been too much frustrating for me. If asked how do you get my number replied it was flash on tv screen to give a missed call on this number.       Sir,
      I m a customer of d2h from last year. Now as per trai rules we have to select channel and subsequently d2h will charge the money.
      On 31.01.18 i charged the d2h channels in which clearly told abp maza which is free to air channel will be subscribe and recording is with me but till date d2h cant give me channel after atleast 100 times talk on customer care. Secondly on 05.03.18 i have recharged from my debit card of rs 539/- the receipt i got on mail but till time customer care telling that we had not received the amount however my account also debited the amount. So i cant get the channels after being subscribed. Abp maza is free to air channel for which ncf is submitted even though they are playing cheating.

        Dear sir,
        I recharged my dishtv on[protected] but i am unable to view any channels. Each time we switched on set-top box, it shows error "201- viewing card error". We called at toll free number but till today, we are unable to watch our channels.
        In between we registered our complaint on[protected]. The complaint id is:

        It is very difficult to contact customer care executive, they are unable to fix the issue.
        Every time we call, it is picked up by some other executive and again we have to explain
        The problem from scratch.
        Kindly arrange to fix the issue as soon as possible, otherwise we are going

              I am jayesh rathod, lives in ahmeabad gujarat. I have complain about gtpl cable operator of my city that our cable operator took more money then original pack and also refuse to activate own pack selection via chennal selection in trai. My cable operator also block all zee chennal on my list. I have raised comaint this regarding to gtpl nodel office but he cant hep me and send me msg that co operate with cable operator. I have registerd for gujarat power+ pack for rs 350 but now he stops all zee channal and ask me for extra 40 rs for zee pack for activate. So please do some action against our cable operator because he could not follow trai rules. Please show gtpl site for recommeded pack of gtpl

                As per trai regulation i had selected channels from tata sky dth service and send the list to their help desk and nodal officer. However, i find so many of the channels i selected blocked on my tv. Not only that but they want me to pay more money for less number of channels. Complaints raised several times have never been responded to. Tata sky action is unauthorised and arbitary. They should be told to restore the blocked channels.

                Tata Sky is the worst ever DTH service provider I have ever dealt with. Their customer care officials only want to put the subscribers in a permanent state of confusion so as to extract more and more money .They are ill mannered and ill equipped to deal with customer complaints. They have no respect for the regulations and instructions given out by the TRAI.

                  As per your advisory rs 130/- per month for 100 tv channels in which we can add our paid channels but he is charging extra 20 of 25 channels. He said that rs 130 /- is compulsory. I am not interested in taking 100 fta channels. I want to include 58 paid channels in it but he is charging but he is charging rs 60/- + gst extra. Which is not acceptable why should i pay extra to him. Please do the needful at the earliest. He is making fool o[censored]s. I told him read the advisory he said if others are agree why not you. If you are not agree then i will disconnect the cable. This is not the solution please do some thing.

                    I was pay for one year subscribers in sun dth[protected] to[protected]. Certainly 04-03-19 onwards sundth stop the all he channels. I am called the sun customer care the reply to me, for you only available free channels. Free channels also selected by themselves, i don’t have issues sun dth should be refund the money remaining 6 months money, i will select the what ever i want..

                      1. Please see attachment dishtv has bifurcated into 2 zones north & south before the trai rules. But it continues to remain after trai effect also. What i mean, is that north box customer is constrained to take only bst north of the free fta pack, not providing a choice. Why is this required in the present day new trai regulations. The customer is not free to make channel selection of his choice as per trai.
                      How is this going to be rectified.
                      2. Is there portability to other setupbox.

                        We have cable connection from hathway. As per the new regulations from trai, we requested for specific paid chnnels and the 100 free channels that we are entitled to. But they are not offering the 100 free channels of our choice and insist that we should accept their bouquet. List of free channels of our choice is charged. Pl clarify if their bouquet is compulsory or consumers get to choose from free list.

                        I am customer to Airtel DTH service and they charging more money in particular pack. That particular channel telecast the pack amount it's also veriated between the Airtel ( Ex. Zee Tamil prime pack SD cost is per 10 rupees only but airtel dth gives the same pack to the customer like 12+18% )

                              Dear trai,
                              The kolkata based gtpl kcbpl has preselected the 100 channels with ncf 130. We like users will not select pay channels, bouquets under 100 channels selection that you mentioned in faq.
                              They said that we will have to pay extra ncf 20 upon selection any pay channels or bouquets. But as per trai regulations act, we knew that we will also select channels under 100 channels ncf 130, where 25 dd channels are mandatory.
                              Also info/choose process defined at http://channel.trai.gov.in

                              The main highlighted points that i described :-
                              I) they did not provide ala carte form of hd channels to the users.
                              Ii) there is no online submission process by users in their official website. www.gtplkcbpl.com
                              Iii) many of the lco has forced to choose gtpl kcbpl's recommended bouquets only.
                              Iv) there was no mentioned for any demo to select channels on their website.
                              V) customer care number did not respond and received call from the subscribers.
                              Vi) also info lcn 999 did not provide suitable information for new regulation act of trai.

                              Please verify this matter and resolved this problem arised.

                                      Trai has made blunder by not ensuring providers ready to implement the new regulations. Tatasky has complied but sundirect is cheating public this reflects badly on bjp in coming election by sufferers. Sundirect in charging ₹154 including gst but not giving choice to see subscriber choice free channels. Please compare tatasky and sundirect. Already public not happy on paying more money with new trailer rules further public is getting cheated by providers like sundirect.

                                        Please note the same complain i have raised to airtel customer care, nodal office and appellate of airtel too dated 03rd march 2019 but still did not get any concrete response from them.

                                        Recently on 22nd december 2018 i have converted all my prepaid numbers ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) in to family plan postpaid. However, the 2nd bill dated 17th february 2019 i received, has gross manipulation and it is completely wrong. Just to let you know. Since 23rd december 2018, i am outside india (In overseas country) and never opened internet connection on any one of 3 lines. To my surprise in current bill, which is due for payment on 08th february 2019 there is exaggerated bill of rs. 3131.53 (Instead of my regular bill rs. 799 + taxes).

                                        Please help me ti get my bill corrected and avail a revised correct bill so that i can pay before 08th march 2019. Else i will not be able to pay this manipulated bill.

                                        This is completely unacceptable.
