Sir with due respect i am subrat behera want to say that early we used to watch all channel at a cost of 200 inr but now on the basis o[censored]r trai rule it costs around 330 inr not for all channels only for 96 channels. As i belong from a lower middle class family it's really hard to pay this amount. So how this rule would be helpful for customers. So i requested you to that if trai should come up with some good solution then we would be helpful. We are eagerly looking for your early respose/solution.

Hello trai, we are suffering from your rules about dth services. Before your regularization on dth services we enjoyed all channels on very low price but after your regularazation we paid very high. So many middle class and poor people are not effort to see all channels. Before your rules we paid all channels for 150/- rs but after we paid 450/- rs for cable networks. Are you people side or service providers side. Who has profitable for your rules. If you serve for people pls be review on your rules on dth regularazation.

I am getting so many phone call regarding dish cable tv recharge. It would have been too much frustrating for me. If asked how do you get my number replied it was flash on tv screen to give a missed call on this number. Hence it is being requested to remove my number otherwise t have to registered a complaint in tri. My number is 8822xxxx55

I m a customer of d2h from last year. Now as per trai rules we have to select channel and subsequently d2h will charge the money.
On 31.01.18 i charged the d2h channels in which clearly told abp maza which is free to air channel will be subscribe and recording is with me but till date d2h cant give me channel after atleast 100 times talk on customer care. Secondly on 05.03.18 i have recharged from my debit card of rs 539/- the receipt i got on mail but till time customer care telling that we had not received the amount however my account also debited the amount. So i cant get the channels after being subscribed. Abp maza is free to air channel for which ncf is submitted even though they are playing cheating.

Dear sir,
I recharged my dishtv on[protected] but i am unable to view any channels. Each time we switched on set-top box, it shows error "201- viewing card error". We called at toll free number but till today, we are unable to watch our channels.
In between we registered our complaint on[protected]. The complaint id is:

It is very difficult to contact customer care executive, they are unable to fix the issue.
Every time we call, it is picked up by some other executive and again we have to explain
The problem from scratch.
Kindly arrange to fix the issue as soon as possible, otherwise we are going

I gave request at videocon dth cc for relocation of my connection from ahmednagar (Mh) to indore (Mp) & requested the same to be actioned by 27th feb but same not processed till date.
Now, they are not responding to my complaints & also for extra charges.

Request you to please intervene & help me to get quick resolution.

I wnt to complaint about vodafone fake netwrk promises. I have a regular network issue facing from vodafone since i bought the sim, they are saying super net 4g bt they are not giving that service sir i hv complain thousands of times bt they don't respond and sir i have all the recording in which they are telling me to about resolving my problem bt noting done ad i have also the screenshots of 2g privide range by thm aftr complaining many tyms
...bt sir plz hlp me please do anything kindly please take such a strict action towards thm

I am jayesh rathod, lives in ahmeabad gujarat. I have complain about gtpl cable operator of my city that our cable operator took more money then original pack and also refuse to activate own pack selection via chennal selection in trai. My cable operator also block all zee chennal on my list. I have raised comaint this regarding to gtpl nodel office but he cant hep me and send me msg that co operate with cable operator. I have registerd for gujarat power+ pack for rs 350 but now he stops all zee channal and ask me for extra 40 rs for zee pack for activate. So please do some action against our cable operator because he could not follow trai rules. Please show gtpl site for recommeded pack of gtpl

As per trai regulation i had selected channels from tata sky dth service and send the list to their help desk and nodal officer. However, i find so many of the channels i selected blocked on my tv. Not only that but they want me to pay more money for less number of channels. Complaints raised several times have never been responded to. Tata sky action is unauthorised and arbitary. They should be told to restore the blocked channels.

As per your advisory rs 130/- per month for 100 tv channels in which we can add our paid channels but he is charging extra 20 of 25 channels. He said that rs 130 /- is compulsory. I am not interested in taking 100 fta channels. I want to include 58 paid channels in it but he is charging but he is charging rs 60/- + gst extra. Which is not acceptable why should i pay extra to him. Please do the needful at the earliest. He is making fool o[censored]s. I told him read the advisory he said if others are agree why not you. If you are not agree then i will disconnect the cable. This is not the solution please do some thing.

I was pay for one year subscribers in sun dth[protected] to[protected]. Certainly 04-03-19 onwards sundth stop the all he channels. I am called the sun customer care the reply to me, for you only available free channels. Free channels also selected by themselves, i don’t have issues sun dth should be refund the money remaining 6 months money, i will select the what ever i want..

1. Please see attachment dishtv has bifurcated into 2 zones north & south before the trai rules. But it continues to remain after trai effect also. What i mean, is that north box customer is constrained to take only bst north of the free fta pack, not providing a choice. Why is this required in the present day new trai regulations. The customer is not free to make channel selection of his choice as per trai.
How is this going to be rectified.
2. Is there portability to other setupbox.

We have cable connection from hathway. As per the new regulations from trai, we requested for specific paid chnnels and the 100 free channels that we are entitled to. But they are not offering the 100 free channels of our choice and insist that we should accept their bouquet. List of free channels of our choice is charged. Pl clarify if their bouquet is compulsory or consumers get to choose from free list.
We are from south bangalore.

I am a consumer of videocon d2h. We selected the channel as per trai guidelines and submitted the list to our service provider. Amount was less than our previous pack but this month we paid according to our previous pack and not able to see the new pack also. We are watching tv according to our service provider. We tried to call our service provider but not getting any response. Even portal is not user friendly. Kindly help us.

Sir i'm a customer of videocon d2h braodcasting service. Customer id is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. From the last one week i'm trying to opt mera wala plan (New scheme as per instruction of trai) in d2h website as well as through customer care. But the d2h company is not allowing to do so. However, money is deducting from my account. We are not able to watch the programs of we desired channels.

Dear trai,
The kolkata based gtpl kcbpl has preselected the 100 channels with ncf 130. We like users will not select pay channels, bouquets under 100 channels selection that you mentioned in faq.
They said that we will have to pay extra ncf 20 upon selection any pay channels or bouquets. But as per trai regulations act, we knew that we will also select channels under 100 channels ncf 130, where 25 dd channels are mandatory.
Also info/choose process defined at http://channel.trai.gov.in

The main highlighted points that i described :-
I) they did not provide ala carte form of hd channels to the users.
Ii) there is no online submission process by users in their official website. www.gtplkcbpl.com
Iii) many of the lco has forced to choose gtpl kcbpl's recommended bouquets only.
Iv) there was no mentioned for any demo to select channels on their website.
V) customer care number did not respond and received call from the subscribers.
Vi) also info lcn 999 did not provide suitable information for new regulation act of trai.

Please verify this matter and resolved this problem arised.

I' was using idea no since last 3-4 year's suddenly the recharge process started of 35/65 n all more than a month ago i received a message ur rs 65 recharge is going to be finished thn same day i did my recharge of 65 through paytm aft tht also my no has been disconnected n whn ever i call to costumer service they say ur no is activated bt the fact is they have disconnected the no my no is [protected] which is disconnected.

I am a consumer of airtel dish tv having i'd [protected]-001. I have selected my own pack of channels and send it to airtel for activation twice, first on[protected] and secondly on[protected] but my pack has not been activated. I have contacted airtel customer care but get nothing except false assurancs.
Kindly help me & initiate legal action against airtel.
I have a proof in terms of two return messages in which airtel has assured me to implement the pack soon but they did nothing

My dish tv vc no is [protected] i wants to change my old swagat pack to new FTA pack channek but they are changed my Swagat pack to titanium pack without my permission or intimation
i call to Dish TV customer care somany times but no positive reply from that side i call to dish tv customer care but every time they are misguide to me regarding my concern 5 to 10 times call back arranged from dish tv but there is no call from dish tv side after disconnect my dish tv account they said first you have to recharge and disconnection charges will be applicable on your account due to disconnect your connection

Trai has made blunder by not ensuring providers ready to implement the new regulations. Tatasky has complied but sundirect is cheating public this reflects badly on bjp in coming election by sufferers. Sundirect in charging ₹154 including gst but not giving choice to see subscriber choice free channels. Please compare tatasky and sundirect. Already public not happy on paying more money with new trailer rules further public is getting cheated by providers like sundirect.
