    Sir, my mobile number ([protected]) ported into airtel mobile network in kerala circle on 4/02/2019. I have contacted airtel customer care for more than 20 times in these days. Whenever i called cc their call centre executives told me that my complaint will be solved within 4 hours of time. But till now even after one month after port in, i am not able to use my mobile connection. Every time when i try to recharge incoming message shows recharge not success. Even calls to cc was not enabled. My sim card shows mobile network, but absolutely not working

      My name is subhra pratim das and i am from west bengal, hooghly district. I am a customer of siti network and my vsc no is [protected]. My network is not providing me with options to choose channels of my choice. Neither all the fta channels nor all the pay channels are available to choose. They also forcing me and all the subscribers to take all the fta channels (I. E. 100 channel) apart from the mandatory dd channels to claim extra ncf of rs20/-. Rather they are making packages of fta channels and pushing extra channels to us where lots of them we do not desire to watch.
      Please make proper arrangements to facilitate us with proper freedom to watch our desired channels and not to pay any extra money.

        Hi all,

        This is my worst experience with videocon d2h being a user for more then 2 years.

        This is a disgusting process to relocate a d2h with you guys even after paying your demanding amount.

        Refer the below worst/pathetic instance happening with me:

        on 3rd march, i had requested your customer care to place a request for de-installation of my d2h & re - install at my new address. It was committed by your customer care executive that will arrange the same on same day i. E. 3rd march with charges of rs.450, i was agreed on this.
        Later on one had called or visited my place.
        on 4th march. I had received a call from your technician for de installation but as no one there at my place i denied for the service & requested for some other day, he told me he is not able to re-schedule it hence cancelling this request & can place a new request on any other day, i was agreed & asked him to cancel the same.
        on 6th march, again i called your customer care for relocation service on next day which is 7th march & specially took a leave from my office to get install this d2h, but your customer support executive told me -"sir your earlier request still not cancelled i will ask the technician to work on the same request, i agreed & ask to do the same.
        on 7th march, when i have not received any of the call from technician i had called on the same number of technician from which i have received a call earlier - he told me sir their is no request received from your end yet, we are not able to de install the d2h.
        I was surprised & worried as it was committed that technician will visit & get this done, again i called your customer care explain everything your executive told me ' there is no request with us we are taking your request & fulfill the same & the technician will visit & do the needful.
        But even after wasting couple of hours i have not received any call from technician then i called your customer care they told me" sir your de-installation request is already fulfilled by our person now only the re - install have to be done - this is the point where im getting pissed of with your worst service as no one have visited to de-install the d2h then how come the technician can close the request? This is the worst part.
        Later i called your customer care several time but your executive were not able to handle my complaint & transferring the call to their senior but every time the call got disconnected after several attempts i tried with alternate no. & spoke to your senior person they informed me we already took your request & will get back to you in next 24 hours.
        Still i have'nt received anything from you.

        Now im fed up with your pathetic service, you guys have wasted my 5 days also my loss of pay from company yesterday (7th) without any work, i no longer want to the customer of yours, will take a service from other service provider.

        You guys are useless doesn't care for users who are being with you from couple of years, wasted my money & time, still demanding for the payment of relocation charges after wastage of time & my money.

        I'm going to raise this complaint in social media & consumer forum also will ask my family & friends to beware your fake & non sense services.

        I called up their customer care today, said the complaint resolved without any resolution.
        No one is answering what is the action these guys have taken, although they asked me to raise new complaint & his customer care suggested to take new connection from other subscriber.

          As per new rules of trai
          Now we need to pay inr 450 per month and getting less channels for which i used to pay inr 250 per month.

          This is a loot i would say..

          If this rules is to be implemented our bill should remain same if we want same number of channels or should be less if i select less number of channels.

          But in actual world our bill has increased twice...

          Please look into this matter and discard new rules...

            With the new trai regulations the cost of viewing my present channels has gone up by 2 times. It is a huge burden on me n my family budget. What can be done? I used to pay rs. 7205.00 per 6 months to view the channels that i want. But now under the new rules i will have to pay rs. 2300 per month. So my 6 month cost would be rs. 13800.00. Its 2 times the previous amount. These new rules are not acceptable if they double my expenses.

              I took a package for 1 year for hd ultra telugu and sports pack which was 180+280 anually 5490/.in november2018 recently form march5th they changed my pack to some 380/month and refused to months, i. E to august 2019 rather it was november 2019. I called the costumer care but they siang trai changed the tarrifs. But as per your information they has to provide to select our priority.. But it was not happend and even they redused my channels list.

                I am a disht tv consumer bearing vc no-[protected] and i have applied for secondary vc, which was installed by the company on 06/03/2019 and it was told that i can see all channels for an additional recharge of rs.200/- only and new connection will continued within 1 hour. But is fourth day the company has not continued the services on my secondary vc vide no-[protected]. I have complained several times to the customer care but all the efforts are in vein and they have also demand for extra maintenance charges.

                  Hi there,

                  I have subercribed cable from home net cable service provider - mulund west, mumbai, maharashtra 400080 and during the india cricket match dd sprots channel is not working and when i have call my local cable operatoer, he did mentioned to me that this is intentiolly so that pepole can subscribe start sports. I have checked this behavior since last three match and once cricket match over next day onwards dd sports channel coming back magically. Please advise what do we do in this case?

                    I have a dish tv connection with vc no [protected], as per trai new regulations, i selected online channels as per my requirements several times (30 days now) but action taken by the dish tv. About this issue several times i reminded the by mail but unfortunately always they replay we are working on it and also now days we are busy due to several mails etc.

                    Therefore i requesting trai to take necessary action to dish tv to rectify the issue at the earliest.

                      I am a regular subscriber of sothern gold channel including flowers (Free channel). Recently i renewed my subscription and is valid up to 20th march, 2019. However, they stopped the channel without any information giving much difficulty to my family members and children. I have given reminders, but no response was received from them. They have given a toll free number also but it is not working properly. We should get back the flower channel immediately.

                          I am having dish tv connection with registered no.[protected] and my vc no is [protected].in terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan or channels. I have selected the channels through there website which cost me around 400 rupess and i have got a token number from which is [protected]. Dish tv is charging me 760 rupess as per my old package. I have called multiple times regarding this they are giving excuse of server is down or it will take them few days to update to the new plan. This has been happening from more than months. Whenever i call them i get same excuse from them that server is updating or its down. They have a pathetic customer support who are unable to process my request and do anything about it. They have also asked me to do a recharge of 400 rupess which will automatically reflect and it will last for a month as per my plan but it would last for only 12 to 13 days. Then again i called regarding this they said the same i loosing my patience regarding their service. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without customer consent and more not able to provide the solution to this. I want some action to be taken against dishtv.

                            7 star cable tv operator in jogeshwari west mumbai is not allowing consumers to choose the channels as per new rules. There is no options to choose sony package, star packages etc. They have made some packages costing 400, 500, 700 etc and forcing consumers to opt to these. They are including their on package of local channels and kept it mandatory for all.

                                My airtel package was auto upgraded to an expensive package by airtel without my permission due to which i was heavily charged and now they are not issuing a refund, please take a strong action against airtel dth since it's long they have been looting the innocent customers. They charge far more than tata sky and others and they have a bad customer service as well as the always seek ways to attract money from the public, such a company should be treated strictly

                                    On 14th february i requested airtel for a customised pack (Total value around 370). Immediately received confirmation sms from airtel that. My request is received and they will activate it shortly. I immediately recharged it with 400/-.
                                    On 2 march i recieved a notification on tv that account will expire soon.
                                    I called 6 times on customer care but said my request was rejected due to some technical. Mistake and i have to request again. They were running. My old package from 14 feb onwards.
                                    According to my calculations my account should be active upto 17-18 march atleast but they hav deactivated the connection on 8 march. I m wasting my time and calls from last 7 days but no proper solution and compensation is given to me for such a fault for which airtel is solely responsible.
                                    This is a serious case of financial fraud and mental harrassment.
                                    Kindly provide me a justified solution at the earliest.

                                      Hello, i have selected a channels in training website and asked our local service provider to select channels as per that list, which is coming ₹ 248.98, but our cable operator is asking me to pay ₹255 asking additional cost for free channel "polimer"and now i'm not receiving the channel selected by and facing issue with cable operator. When contacted to him, he is responding rudely to my parents, that you have not paid the amount for all channels, so only we have disconnected. This is really ridiculous from those guys and behaving rudely to the illiterate aged persons. I request your intervention to resolve this issue, as most of the people in our area are uneducated people.

                                        I wish to state that i am having two bsnl sim [protected]&[protected] bought under nesam gold plan. Even though i don't utilize the facilities available in this plan they charge me rental charges in addition to call charges. When i approached them in cuddalore near post office to have change in the plan for paying only the call charges. They denied my request and it is compulsary to pay the rental charges in addition to call charges and there is no scheme to pay only the call charges. So i kindly request your guidance.
