I had done a recharge of 300rs on my videocon d2h with customer id 47243234 on 26th february, 2019 and till now as on 5th march, 2019 my d2h is still not started and i have raised the complaint so many times but got no response from videocon side.
All of there customer support numbers are either wrong or unreachable.
Help me out as it's been quite a long time since i had done my recharge and still i am not getting any help from the videocon d2h.

      Dear sir please clarify your rules why we chose 25 mandatory channels+ 75 pay channels dish tv collected me 536 your advertisement on tv freedom from extra money you can choose your favourite channels and pay less but my previous package is very good i'll pay 441 per month and watch more channels. After new rules increase 250 rupees after the cancellation of my favourite channels my package cost is 536 please clarify me how to make this

        I have received pack list from local cabel operator. The bcn (Rubi cable network) publish their own list of packs that they can provide only. So here consumer have no option to choose their own channels that they can watch. Trai said consumer have own access to choose channels or bouquests. But rubi cable network is not in the way of trai. They dn't even share our customer id. Also they dn't give you org. Or printed bill. They give their own printed vouchers. Please direct them or take any action against them. Thank you.

          Recharge was done, but most channels are missing, so i logged into www.d2h.com selected channels as per my choice, but not updated yet, cannot able to see the desired channels, when i open my account ican only see"thank you, we have already taken your request." message. I am continuously calling to all the four customer care numbers for reinstate channels, but till now i cant able yo connect them as every time when i select to speak with customer care option to check but all time they are calls are busy... After few minutes the call automatically disconnect.

            First of all i would like to brand your company as a unprofessional service provider. Next is your customer care team which is a bunch of #.

            Please note that i have been calling your customer care no.[protected] from 22/02/2019 till date but none of them are solving the problems.

            The problems are as following:
            1) product no.[protected] no kannada channels are available. I have registered my selection of channels successfully as per trai on the suggestion of your customer team but never got any confirmation in this regard. I am neither getting the channels as per trai registration nor as per my old package.

I now request professionaly to a unprofessional company to resolve my complaints immediately and credit back the amount deducted from my balance for the period 22/02/2019 till date failing which i will be forced to approach consumer court for justice.

              I have a complaint against idukki vision cable operator from idukki (Kerala). Here cable operator are not allowing us to choose our own packages and even free channels also. They are forcing us to take their own packages only. Operator said that the basic package rupees 130 is not available and the basic payment package also. Please do the needful

                I am a customer of dish tv. Out operator is not following the guidelines of trai. There is no option to choose from the fta pack. All these fta channels are made mandatory for customers. Further, on child connection, executives of dish tv are providing the false information. They are deducting double charges such as channels selected on both parents and child connection excluding ncf + ncf on child connection + gst.

                It seems trai and operators are making fool to customers. Loot lo jitna ho sake. Pahle to trai ka intention kuch aur hai, statement kuch aur hai. Ye kewal operators ko fayada pahuchane ke liye hai aur kuch nahi. Customer confused hai. Agar trai ne kuch change kiya hai to implement karwane ki jimmewari bhi honi chahiye. Public fasi pari hai. Trai ko kuch to sangyan lena chahiye. Na trai khud kuch kar rahi hai, na dish tv, as per guidelines kuch karne ko taiyaar hai. Please

                TRAI says - TRAI customer support has been notified and Your matter has been resolved.
                We also know, as per policy guidelines, this situation should not arise. But due to lapses from TRAI, DTH Service provider are cheating the customers and TRAI Says another thing. Jab aapne policy banaya hai to use implement karwane ki Jimmedaar bhi TRAI ki hi hai. Agar koi complaint mil raha hai to use solve karne ki koshish karni chahiye, taaki TRAI ki aur DTH/Service provider ki Milibhagat sa ehsaas na ho. Public ko Cheat kiya jata rahe aur aap apni Dhun me Magan raho, this is not the proper way you are resolving the cases.

                I having dish TV connection with VC no - [protected]. Without any intimation they changed my pack. So many times I have complaint against this but they could not solve my issue. Also so many times I had tried to change my pack with dish TV app but their app are worst app & not responding. Please help to resolve my issue.
                Tatasky didn't given free DDSPORTS channel on 24th February 2019 of Cricket match which means contempt of supreme Court order please take action and I couldn't see match indirect they force us to take Star sports channel take necessary action

                  I had deposited rs 4800/ on 06.04.18 for connection and recharge for 12 months in tata sky with hd duedate was 05.04.19.
                  After 10 months due to trai new rules, we changed online without hd but due date is reduced to 04.04.19.
                  Now i am demanding from them a/c statement (Details of calculation of amount charged by them) for last one month but they are not providing me inspite of aprox 20 complaints.
                  Kindly do the needful in the matter.

                  As per trai we can select channels as we want to choose ex:paid or free but operator denied to give authority to choose channels, and they are giving just their plans, they have made some bundles of channels and we have to choose them accordingly no individual choise is been given to me.please keep gerience of customer in your mind try to solve it

                  The latest directives are biased in favor of everybody except retail viewers. With all the calculations the new outgo charges exceed the earlier payments. The order in its mandatory nature is against the basic human rights. Surprisingly no voice is being raised against it. Who is benefitted, please share if any normal viewer has.

                        Dear trai, we are very unhappy due to videcon d2h service. At the time of recharge we take plan of 400 rs.in that plan including channels are showing in starting and now says that channels not in plan. Also customer care no not connecting. Please help. This is happens second time. Always customer care no not connecting. Which is actual plan working on our d2h we do not know and also we are using same plan from long time. And right now last 2 months our pack is changing after 15 days of recharge and including channels not showing which was in montly plan. At time of recharge plan amount shows different and after half month plan amount shows different. This is not well.

                          Our cable operator, incablenet, nitin matre, mobile no. [protected], started stopping all our main tv channels one by one ever since january, and in february toh there were hardly any channels left that we watch, even though we have paid by check rs. 2, 000 edvance in february as asked by him. It is not fair that only our channels are gone and other people from our society still have them, and i would also like to point out that in the commercials it has been specified that we are all allowed to finalize our channels till 31st march so i feel it isn't legal what he has done with us.
                          Furthermore, he keeps on insisting us on buying one of his expensive packages if we want our channels back, and all our main channels are sort of separated into different packs. But we know that we are allowed to choose single channels of our own choices, and when i told him that he lied to our faces saying that that's not allowed, and that we "have" to choose one of those packages that he himself has designed. We refused to do so and told him we do not require his services anymore and asked him to give our money (Rs 2, 000) back. But he refused to give us the entire amount and said he would cut 2 months worth (January & february) and give it back. I feel charging for february is wrong as we have suffered a lot of problems with the channels as most of the channels weren't even there.
                          I would also like to mention that the payment is alway been done by giving checks on his personal name instead of the company's name since minimum '20 years' and no bill is given to us. And now with the gst system how can he ask for personal checks! We request you to kindly look into this!

                            My d2h id[protected]. As per trai new rules, new pack got activated and then i recharged with 450 on 5th feb. My pack amount at the time of recharging was 429.52 hence i was supposed to get 31 days recharge. On 5th the next due date was correctly shown but next day onwards pack amt started showing 571 and next due date 1st march for which i continuously complained. After about 10 days pack amt was corrected but next due date was only revised to 4th irrespective of last recharge date and amt. Since then i hv been complaining daily but nobody tried to resolve it correctly. Instead they calculated from the day they corrected pack amount. I m extremely harrassed and feeling cheated though amt is only 60 but it is not fair. Today is 4th and my balance is 1 rupee due to their tech issues and my connection is disrupted though i recharged till 8th. Kindly help such that this is resolved correctly this time and does not happen again. The kind of resources and energy i wasted to complain daily thru calls and mails is something i dont want to go through ever again.

They are insisting us to accept their self created channel bouquet of rs-490.00. I think its violating your instruction.

                                New trai rule on cable charges went completely wrong.

                                It seems trai tie up with channel broadcasters or network providers for common man's money, because trai new rule on dth channels not at all useful for customers.

                                  I am videocon d2h user, as per new regulation i have selected channels of my choice total price 153 rs including ncf+ selected channels +gst. But after selection they gave me total price of 153 rs. But when they finalize this on payment option, they gave me price of 393 rs. Forcely. I have repeated these steps from last week more than 30 times. Their customer care number is not working i have tried 100 times a day all the numbers.

                                  They literally torturing the customer by doing their intentional will to charge more money.

                                  Last five days I am trying to contact videocon d2h, but their contact number is either busy or not working. This is high level o[censored]nprofessionalism by the service provider.

                                    I have been using videocon d2h since the last 5 years. My registered mob no. Is [protected] and customer id is[protected]. While i am going to prepare new package as per my own choice, the problem has been occured on the company side. The company has activated a paln of rs. 520/- monthly. I think the videocon d2h has sow moto created this type of problem. While i login to the d2h.com, it has been given massage that your registered mob. No. Is not correct.

                                      My complaint is regarding dth provider airtel who are taking advantage of the trai new rule for the dth. The companies have advertise ahead of this rule being implemented to choose the desired pack from the tv menu and upon scanning the bar code and sending the sms, the new plan will be activated. However they did not mention that one should call their customer care and ask them to deactivate the old plans. This has now sum up and the customer who was paying for example 400 rupees for dth is now paying 400+ the new package cost. For me in this case was 675 rupees.
                                      This is misguiding customers and trai should take necessary action as by this wrong doing, dth providers would have earned crores of money.

                                        I am a subscriber of gtpl cable for tv.in the process of selecting channels for viewing i have selected the bouquet of channels offered by ndtv. Gtpl has refused to provide access to ndtv channels; in effect acting as a censor as to what i can watch and what i can not.

                                        My question to trai is do they - the service provider - have the authority to censor my choices when these channels are on approved list of trai?

                                        I believe the service provider can not be allowed to act as a censoring authority. What do you suggest to stop the service provider gtpl acting as a censor?
