Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all i would like to brand your company as A UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER. Next is your CUSTOMER CARE team which is a BUNCH OF IDIOTS.
Please note that i have been calling your CUSTOMER CARE no.[protected] from 22/02/2019 till date but none of them are solving the problems.
The problems are as following:
1) Product No.[protected] No KANNADA channels are available. I have registered my selection of channels successfully as per TRAI on the suggestion of your customer team but never got any confirmation in this regard. I am neither getting the channels as per TRAI registration nor as per my old package.
2) Product No.[protected] - No KANNADA channels are available. 3) Product No.[protected] - I have requested for temporary deactivation on 25/02/2019 but nothing has happened till date.
This is a clear violation of the TRAI norms as my connection has been deactivated inspite of sufficient balance. Moreover the amount is getting deducted from my available balance. On what basis has my balance deducted without giving the services. I now request PROFESSIONALY to a UNPROFESSIONAL company to resolve my complaints immediately and credit back the amount deducted from my balance for the period 22/02/2019 till date failing which i will be forced to approach Consumer Court for justice.
