You have created total chaos and allowed the service providers to fleece the consumers. Point at issue is the dictatorial response of the company, who have suo moto added channels (South) not asked by me, while the gulistan news a local channel free is not provided by the company and are asking additional charges. Could you do something or you are a party too in this fleecing exercise of the service providers?

    Two numbers are regularly being utilized in commercial use however these are entitles as domestic numbers. I am seriously fed up with calls from [protected] & [protected]. I request you to please stop services of this number to call for commercial purpose. They people deal in property business and continuously calling for commercial purpose.

      Hello, i am currently a dishtv user & id no-[protected]. I have many times contacted dishtv for non functioning of channel in my set up box. Even i have paid for the channel but the same cannot be seen in my television and i have contacted dishtv. But there is no response from them.. They are not at all serious about the problem.. I want to add some more channels to my dish tv pack but the login is not going on. Password is sent to the forgot password but does not open with that password. I have not logged in for a lot of time, but after losing the help of customer care, i did not get any help from them.

        Hi, i have money in my videocon d2h account but unnecessary they disconnect my connection, i am able see only free channels. I subscribed the pack also then also its not coming. This trai thing is horrible. Bcoz of this we r facing lots of issues. Not even a single customer care number is working. This is disgusting disgusting disgusting disgusting. No one is giving d proper solution, horrible service, horrible service, horrible service, bakwas service, bakwas service.

          Our cable operater not providing us choices of choosing channels as per our requirements. They have fixed package of channels of rs 420 /_ for marathi super entertainment pack and rs 430/_ for hindi super entertainment pack with in digital mumbai metro
          Please look into matter and solve this as early as possible.
          Service provider name is mr baburao fadatare residing in santa cruz (East) mumbai 400 055.

            Den cable service has few. Channel package n requires to choose compulsory from them our choice of channels are not given to us do look into the matter so den cable can be more considerable to customers. People used to play lesser amount prior to the new law of paid channels but now we have to pay much more for the channels we want. The unclear policy of government has created problems for common people please do look into the matter

              Sir i am a customer of videocon d2h braodcasting service. From the last three days i am trying to opt mera wala plan (New scheme as per instruction of trai) in d2h website as well as through customer care. But the d2h company is not allowing to do so. However, money is deducting from my account. We are not able to watch the programs of we desired channels.

                  I have selected training pack migration yesterday and selected tamil pack monthly, the charges of rs 140 and network fee 0 to 100 has been detected and the pack is not activated. The account status still show as monthly charges 385 as per tata sky wish. I have lost two days after payment of selected channel. Its a breach of trust and forgery by tata sky. Kindly take action.                     In ref. To my earlier mail dt. 12.02.2019, reliance big tv has not yet provided me dth connection against my booking eve after one year. After some days ago a phone call was from independant tv regarding complaint, but he replied to see the matter in some days. And i did not get any reply till today. It seems they are cheating me.

                    Kindly give order to reliance big tv to release my connection as per the same terms and conditions of booking date 11.03.2018.

                    I booked Reliance Big TV Cable Connection Online on 11-03-2018. Successful Payment of Rs. 499/- was made by Net Banking through PayU money detailed as below:- Merchant Name: Reliance Big TV Payment ID : 182169346 Merchant Order ID : 1de1ac487514b42a6e3f Order Amount : 499/- Dt. 11.03.2018 Just after booking I talked on Reliance big tv customer care no. 1800200900. I got reply “Please wait till confirmation of booking, we will back shortly. It will take some time.” I talked many times on Reliance customer care No. 1800200900 but every time I got reply “ your Booking did not update in our system due to some technical reasons. When your booking will show in our system, we will call you back. Then on 12.06.2018, to provide me confirmation of booking and Installation, I sent a message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [email protected] with a copy of PayU monety receipt of my successful payment against booking. I did not get any reply from Reliance Big TV in this regard. On 29.06.2018 and 03.10.2018, I again sent message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [email protected] to provide me connection or refund my paid money. I also did not get any reply in this regard. On 05.11.2018, I sent a message to PayU money, on their mail id [email protected] with a copy of their receipt, to provide the solution of booking confirmation. I Wrote in mail that according to Reliance Big TV customer care my booking is not showing in their system. I Received a mail from PayU money from their Mail ID [email protected] on 05.11.2018. In mail, they provided me a ticket ID 03779467 and replied “We help only in online transaction and after successful transaction, we settle the money with merchant. Only merchant is responsible for the next process. So please contact to merchant ‘PANTEL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.’ on their mail id [email protected]” On 06.11.2018, I sent a mail to merchant on their Mail id [email protected] with detail of my transaction and requested them to provide me a cable connection. But I did not get any reply till now. On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail again to PayU money on their mail ID [email protected] to provide me the proof of settlement of my booking money with Reliance Big TV or to provide me other solution of my booking. I informed them to lodge complaint against them. On 16.11.2018, I received a reply from PayU money by mail “we have already informed please contact to merchant or settle the matter with your bank.” On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail to PayU money on their mail ID [email protected] with a copy of bank statement related to my transaction and request to provide me the proof of settlement. But I did not received any reply from PayU money. Please look into the matter and give order to provide me a cable connection as per the terms and conditions of booking date ie 11.03.2018. After some days ago a phone call was received by me from Independant TV regarding complaint, in which they promised to see the matter but they have not provided me connection. They have also cheated TRAI by closing complaint on it's website.

                      As per trai new rule we need to pay only for channel we want to see. But den local operators are taking much money and costly packs. And are not coordinating with online selection of channels please look in to this matter because if is it not worthy then trai must stop this and continue with earlier package atleast there were cheaper. After this trai initiative it is more costly and difficult to deal with operators

                        Videocon d2h have following wrong services:
                        1. Website not accepting request o[censored]p-gradation down-gradation request of packages.
                        2. Without permission changing packages and providing channels of their interest.
                        3. We do not have the rights to select own channels while trai had issue guideline. Videocon d2h not obeying the guidance of trai and violating the rules of trai.
                        4.in free to air channels also we have right what we have to subscribe and based on it if maximum consumers blocking channels have to permanently closed by broadcasting association.

                          I have sufficient money for my dth pack few days before. but my company so careless and irresponsible..yesterday company unnecessary remove all chanel without my permission.. They never give proper response.. Never call receive by videocon dth.                             Sir, as per latest guidelines customers have time till 31st March 2019 to opt for plans. But in Borabanda, New Vivekananda Nagar, Hyderabad, Siti Digital cable operator stopped all paid channels and insisting to choose plan immediately. For that also, for tariff Rs. 243/-, they are charging Rs. 348/-. I understand for Rs. 243/- I have to pay 18% GST, that means Rs. 287/- . But not sure why they are charging extra Rs. 61/- stating that their operational charges and they are recurring. Please look into this and instruct concerned to revise extra charges.

                              This has creating such a nuisance. Earlier i was paying 400 rs and was getting so many channels and there were many favorite channels. From past one month this new system has made tv viewing like india has gone back 20 years.
                              It is such a nuisance. Please provide us what we were viewing earlier. This month i paid so many times and have not got any service.

                                Old system was economic
                                Present system is expensive

                                In just rs.325/- all channels could be seen

                                At present rs.500/- also cannot allow us to see all channels

                                Old system of channel transmission is very favourable...
                                Pls cancel the present system urgently

                                      After uploading, the sr no[protected] generated,

                                      But till today videocon d2h has not accepted and implemented to broadcast the uploaded channels.

                                      It is hence requested to look in and implement by broadcasting the uploaded channels.

                                      The channels, bouquets selected and uploaded is attached to your mail.

                                      Abstract:
                                      48 pay channels - 124.75 + 22.45 gst = rs 147.20

                                      24 mandatory channels + 16 fta kannada channels + 8 gta english channels - 130 + 23.4 (Gst) =153.4

                                      Ie 147.2+ 153.4 = rs 300.60,
                                      Anticipating an earlier implementation.

                                        I have taken airtel dth package for 1 year in december 2018. The dth package was activated for (Basic pack (130+gst) +colours' package (Rs 1/day and cnbc/awaaj, channel no 329)) was activated. I have deposited rs 1600 for next 1 year. Since last 5 days my channel cnbc (Channel no 329)
                                        Has been discontinued without my knowledge/consent. Just 2 months have passed. Airtel advertised that customers can watch any channel by paying rs 1/day. That extra channel cnbc aawaj has been stopped. No customer care number available on airtel website is working
                                        Kindly look into the matter.
