I am very sad to be part of your business growth.

I got a new connection after a great struggle as was initially fooled by your dealer staff ms. Pooja that my connection will be installed on the same day which did not happen, actually it took 4 days to get installed by calling and getting help from your helpline.

Now second storey started at the time of installation.
My wish was rejected by the technician (Mr. Vinod kumar) as he wanted to get the tower installed at the corner where he felt that signal will be ok,
While as the location i showed was much better in open ad top without any hindrance.
Mr. Vinod alo got support from mr. Gulshan for choosing channels and he spoke to me the transfer the balance money of rs. 1250 for enjoying all hd channels which did not happen immediately because mr. Vinod said that hd channels will take some more time but till now nothing such thing happened.
Divya tv channel is not in the list,
I want to watch but i am not able to subscribe for it and came to know through your customer care executive ms. Meenu that you don't have such channel in the list of tatasky as well, may i know how can i get it, don't you think it is a breaching with the trai.
This clearly indicates that customers are being cheated and you may have to pay for its consequences.

I am just requesting for the solutions of the following.3 points.

Hope you will get me satisfied and stop me in going for any legal action.

1. Picture vibration.
2. All hd channels free
3. Divya tv. Paid
4. Free monthly subscription not provided
5. Connection bared.

Hope this will go to senior management also.
Please refund my money with interest and penalty

    Dear sir,

    This is regarding suspension of one of my vodafone numbers ([protected]) without any prior intimation. This is very surprising to know that even though there is no outstanding against this number, vodafonecare call center informed (Mr. Deblal) that my number is suspended through the backend team and service request number is 3/[protected].

    Am surprised at how vodafone can suspend a customer number without any concern for customer. I have been using this number since 2009 and have sufficient evidence that i have never given any request to vodafone to suspend my number. I have registered one service request number today. However the vodafone agent was unable to provide any details and his senior also refused to speak to me. Hope vodafone can get my call recording of today’s interaction dated 1st march 2019 10:24 pm.

    I am requesting your support to get the support from vodafone team with proper evidence on why my number was suspended.

      Dear trai, i am a cable tv subscriber of em digital in odisha. By abiding your latest rules, i have opted for their gold pack on 1st feb 2019, which eventually covers all tv channels. But as off now (Till 1st mar 19) i am unable to access popular channels including dd national, dd news, republic tv, otv which are free to air channels. Despite my several complaints they are not taking any action to activate my desired channels. Hoping for a resolution of my complaint through your forum.

        I sent email to dishtv so many times for selection to view of channels but no communication from dishtv for how much monthly charges are to be paid.
        As per dishtv advice i installed dishtv application, but this application only alow recharge. The application not allow for selection of channels.
        I want to view on tv all hindi news channels, whether free or whatsoever charges & zee business, cnbc awaz.
        Kindly help me.

            Dear trai,

            I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

            Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 300 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 2 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their customer care number at [protected] but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of january also they didn't agree to giving me for choosing channel package & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

            As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

            Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

            I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

            Dear TRAI,
            I hv facing problem about SBI General Insurance company, mumbai ... my Father has expired at road accident. Before they died, he was purchased some policies from regarding company... but when i submit these multiple policies, they are settled only one policy claim for my Nominee Mother, therefore against the 29 policies. But they didn't settled me n my sister's nominee policies.
            So here i would request u to plz ... give us helping hands or do needful actions taken for my family ... against SBI General Insurance company, Mumbai by purchasing Through SBI Bank Branch code 472 at Satana District Nashik Maharashtra 423301

              Respected sir,
              Am from kerala (District:alappuzha) our cable tv operator is not providing the option for the channel selection. They are asking to pay 170 rs for free to air channels (Less than 100 channels) and rs 30 for the pay channel (Asianet). As mentioned in the tarrif card by the broadcaster they have charged only rs 22 (With gst). Kindly give me solution for this problem. Details of the cable operator is mentioned below

                Asianet digital tv cable net work Trivandr, they are not giving customers requisitiin channel and they providing their on way.They are forcing to pay channel like surya tv. You can search every where. They are saying that you should pay for this channel and charged 206 rs.Earlier full pay channel and free chak we will getting 230 rs. Now they are not giving customers selection channel. If i am select starsports rs 19 rs extra but they will not provide. We have to oay 400rs above. As per the trai rule charge is high and not getting pay channel also. Well done trai... Now we r giving 206 rs only free channels and forcing paid channel surya tv. Earlier 230rs we will get all channels. What you have done?. They are making money as per your rule.

                    I am having two set top box in my above customer id and it's add-on connection. My problem is from the new system started there is no channel in available in my both boxes, some time it shows in one box then other one is down. I tried to call service provider not they are not able to resolve this issue says that multiple connection its not possible. Now i told them to separate my two boxes and make it two connections, but i don't any reply from them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                      Please take necessary action on airtel digital tv.

                      I registered complaint on airtel dth customer care no. Is 86336807.

                      Why they have change my monthly rental of rs. 169.00 to rs. 292.00 without my permission.

                      I am having balance in my airtel account. Airtel deducted the amount and change my plan.

                      I have selected plan by myself as per my preference but now it has been changed due to airtel cheating.

                      Please refund the deducted amount and change my plan to earlier.

                      Also take necessary actions on service provider against such cheating from there end.

                      Please acknowledge this mail.

                      *also instruct airtel dth, don't mis-communicate the customer regarding trai rule & regulations.

I have selected free channels as per train new guidelines, in that ddsports is one of the channel.in tatasky when cricket match series is going on not able to telecast the match in that (Dd sports) channel.                             Dear concerned,
                            I am escalating this matter as i am really fed up of the ignorance and intentional delay of airtel's customer care towards resolving my issue.
                            I am sure you will get all the relevant details to the issue from the records.
                            Let me brief you about the issue.

                            My airtel 4g is not working for which i am being charged.
                            - i have been using this number for more than 10 years so you can presume my frustration and escalation.
                            - i have 75 gb 4g data in my balance
                            - i was using the smaller (Cost effective) plan and then as per the customer care of airtel i could not use my accumulated data without upgrading the plan,
                            I wonder why is that because it did accumulate in the first place so why upgrade. I still went forth with it.
                            - after 4 days my 4g internet stopped, i have not been able to use it after 24th/25th feb'19 - you can check the records.
                            - i have made 8 escalation and more than 15 calls and 5 mails to airetl - nothing is resolved. No once has cared to even check or give a feedback call.

                            False/ misleading texts from customer care
                            - after the 1st issue, i did what any loyal customer would do, i complaint to customer care.
                            - initially they asked for time and later sent a canned text that the issue has resolved.
                            - sir, fyi it is not resolved till date - 5 days have passed, i am being charged for the services which are being denied to me.
                            - i can share the reference numbers against which i received the false texts if requested and or required.

                            Irresponsible approach and spreading misinformation on purpose
                            - ref no. 11320* name sh*, from the front end the matter was escalated to her (A senior i believe) and she
                            Was supposed to give feedback/confirmation call to me whether the issue got resolved or not - you can check the call recording.
                            - i got no call, in fact no one has even cared to explain it to me that why is my internet not working.
                            - i even approached the nodal officer rajasthan and advisor customer care, no one reverted after 27th feb'19. And for the record another i got another false mail misinforming me
                            - customer care mentioned that it is network issue (False), then they said it is the area issue (False) it not working anywhere.
                            - then they said to change the sim slot (Done, still not working) swapped handsets - not working, used single sim handset - not working

                              I have recharged my two siti cable connection online ans selected package. Now siti had changed the plans to default and in-spite of complaining, no action has been taken. They are saying to wait for 24-48 hours but still issue is not resolved. My two card numbers are [protected] and [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. My subscriber id is 17466477 and 17466462. The complaint location is kabirpur, sonipat-131001. From the day i have recharged i am facing channels issue. I have also attached complaint numbers and online payment receipt and mail sent to siti. Currently default plan is activated which is of rs 153/- but my actual pack selection is different and i am not able to see my selected channels.

                                My self aakash tiwari from gadarwara mp. I will working restart our headhead now use as per new sms/cas for as per das regulation 2017.
                                We face new issue type of channel issue pay or fta.
                                Broadcaster and trai document say difference between type of channel some place pay other place fta both website trai and broadcaster.

                                      Since trai has introduced new guideline, i have modified my plan of ~256 rs per month through videocon online website on 1st feb onwards.
                                      I have a confirmation message also from videocon.
                                      But today on 28th feb, sudeenly they have modified my plan from 256 to 1193 rs without my consent.
                                      I tried to contact videocon helpline 6 times, everytime they are hanging my call for 20 mins & then disconnecting my call.

                                      They are charging 5 times more than my selected plan.

                                      Pls assist
                                      My hard earned money are being robbed by videocon.

                                        I am using Dish TV, last month I recharge my dish tv as par TRAI new guidelines but after recharge 60% of free channels are not showing and even I take Sony value pack but that also not working, So I directly call to dish tv customer care and complain them but no response 3-4 time I complain but again no response very disappointed. Now you tell me what I have to do ?
