Dear concerned,
I am escalating this matter as i am really fed up of the ignorance and intentional delay of airtel's customer care towards resolving my issue.
I am sure you will get all the relevant details to the issue from the records.
Let me brief you about the issue.
My airtel 4g is not working for which i am being charged.
- i have been using this number for more than 10 years so you can presume my frustration and escalation.
- i have 75 gb 4g data in my balance
- i was using the smaller (Cost effective) plan and then as per the customer care of airtel i could not use my accumulated data without upgrading the plan,
I wonder why is that because it did accumulate in the first place so why upgrade. I still went forth with it.
- after 4 days my 4g internet stopped, i have not been able to use it after 24th/25th feb'19 - you can check the records.
- i have made 8 escalation and more than 15 calls and 5 mails to airetl - nothing is resolved. No once has cared to even check or give a feedback call.
False/ misleading texts from customer care
- after the 1st issue, i did what any loyal customer would do, i complaint to customer care.
- initially they asked for time and later sent a canned text that the issue has resolved.
- sir, fyi it is not resolved till date - 5 days have passed, i am being charged for the services which are being denied to me.
- i can share the reference numbers against which i received the false texts if requested and or required.
Irresponsible approach and spreading misinformation on purpose
- ref no. 11320* name sh*, from the front end the matter was escalated to her (A senior i believe) and she
Was supposed to give feedback/confirmation call to me whether the issue got resolved or not - you can check the call recording.
- i got no call, in fact no one has even cared to explain it to me that why is my internet not working.
- i even approached the nodal officer rajasthan and advisor customer care, no one reverted after 27th feb'19. And for the record another i got another false mail misinforming me
- customer care mentioned that it is network issue (False), then they said it is the area issue (False) it not working anywhere.
- then they said to change the sim slot (Done, still not working) swapped handsets - not working, used single sim handset - not working
TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
