My cable person has made some plan according to his wish
And he is saying that govt. Has made this
And we have to choose between those plan

He is not working allowing people to choose individually rather he want us to choose from his made plan

He is giving hardling 170 channel and recharging 25rs
My bill is getting high aftr trai regulation

    My consumer id is[protected]. I want to make my own channel on d2h as per trai rule but there is no free channel list on d2h website. I selected some fts and paid channels from the trai website and mailed the file to the d2h but they are not responding to my mail. On consumer care number there answer is not satisfactory. Every time the say that duo to some technical reason it is not possible now.
    It is requested please ask him provide me requested channels as per trai guidelines.

      I have taken pack for gtpl.in which all free to air channel should come. But in my area taranagar. Jharkhand. Dd sports are not coming. It gives me pain. When contacted to operator he told that he can not do any thing. Gtpl gujrat is responsible for this.. Now what i can do. I am paying for free to air channel but not getting them. It is cheating. Plz help me in this regard.

        I want to give complaint against videocon d2h, i am selecting the channels on there site but every-time after selection there is some error coming on their site telling we will get back to you shortly. For last 3, 4 days i am trying this and same message is coming. Also all there customer contact numbers are not working. Have also mailed them my channel list but no reply from them. Please take action on this, my customer id for videocon d2h is 58272409.

          Despite having unlimited free voice plan on my jio number jio telecom have blocked outgoing call service on my number. While contacting jio helpline number they suggest me not to use high number of outgoing calls.

          Now i want from company please provide the detail where i can violate company`s t&c. Or what are the limit of outgoing calls you provided to the customer on which bases you blocked my outgoing call services, as you mention in plan unlimited free voice call and start my outgoing service immediately on my jio number [protected].

            I paid full amount through city cable app. For city cable on 12th february and they start my pack on 15 th feb after so many request and complaints, and now they deactivate my channels after 13 days only i. E on 27th feb. I made so many complaints but no response given by customer care. My current complaint no. Is 5385012. Now they bar my mobile no. And i am unable to contact customer care. I contact their regional manager mr. Tirath jaglan but all in vain. Please help me.

              Good after noon sir maam iam ram naresh jha my complaint regarding airtel digital tv my consumer no is [protected] resister customer name is subedar hare ram jha add-deepatoli army cantt ranchi 1st ihave recharge with 252 rs on 16th feb thats 1 months validity but my plan expire on 27 th feb then i have 10 times mail airtel digital tv but no responce then i call customer care that executive told me that ur amount will refunded within 24 hours and u recharge 153 and u get 75 channels again i have recharge my airtel digital tv 153 rs but in my only news channels are comming not another channel are comming she misguide me i want my money back for thats all

                Dear sir,
                Actually dd sports is free channel but we have ap file network. They are not given signal. Especially, at the time of india cricket matches, they intentionlly stop the singal and showing blank screen. It is unfair. If dd sports, not comes, we will buy sports channels. This is there plan. They are forcebly purchasing sports channel.

                So, support to us give instructions to cable operators, dont stop dd signales at the time cricket mathes.

                If want proof, today india vs aus cricket match. Now dd sports not comes. Pls check and solve problem.

                  I have two tv connections. Since one month they have not accepting new tariff plan as per new trai rule.

                  I was enjoying all channels as per old pack - but suddenly they have imposed a "popular" basic pack which is not having lot of missing channels including free channels. Even regional channel which i had before are discontinued.

                  Kindly instruct d2h - video cone to resume either new pack or my old pack before new tariff start.

                        Since one month you have not been activating my desired channel as
                        Requested by me thorough your web site & customer care.
                        Since 20 days customer service has given lame excuse for technical error & no instruction from trai for two mirror connection.

                        I have two tv connections & if you cannot start two tv, then connect me one tv with new trai's regulation for subscription as per my choice.

                        If you are not fit to serve our request then you must inform us officially.
                        I will take up the issue with my lawyer & trai.

                          Please help to solve my problem, i want to shift my service provider on same set box, please guide me, it is costly to take new set box with dish umbrella.

                            Im using my no [protected] last 7 years. Im billed regularly. My another no ( — ) they blocked then im asking they said not paid. Ok then they told my people coming and collect the cheque, but not coming. Then they called me you are not paid. Im telling your people not coming how can i pay? They said you can pay now with penalty. But im said no. Without penalty im ready to pay. Then they sent legal notice. Im replied.in between time im paid my postpaid connection for another no [protected] more two years advance. Now they block my no. You can pay another no bill otherwise your no is barred. This is the way to people treated? Im paid more than two year payment in advance what they are doing that time? Now my bill is coming only 318.36 for the month of feb 19. Kindly do for immedietly.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have dish tv parent connection ([protected]) along with three multi connection. I have taken super sports hd pack of rs 397 and also on super sports hd on two connection and super sports sd on one connection. Upto feb. 2019 dish tv are charging rs 225 for three multi connections and rs 397 on parent connection. Now dish tv are charging rs 397 for two multi connection for super sports hd and rs 278 for third multi connection fr super sports sd from march 2019 without giving any concession on child connections. Also dish tv are charging ncf of rs 224 for parent connection and rs 59 for each child connection, but that was not upto last month. As per trai press release no. 10/2019, ncf for second/additional connection is not mandatory (Same is attached for your information). Sir if there is change in traiff for multi connections according to trai, provide me information (Evidence) by mail. Also i have contacted dish tv customer care and email this matter to dishtv and they have revert back me through mail by saying they have changed the tariff acoording to trai rules, but without providing me any copy of traii order, which i have sought from them. Dish tv are charging extra charges for mulit connections
                              Sir plz take action against the dish tv.

                                I have a tv connection with airtel and customer id is mentioned above.
                                As per your new orders, i have opted for channel with reduced cost per month. Although i had been trying to get activated the channels with reduced tariff, this is not done so far. I have taken up with the operator more than 25 times, through telephone, sms etc. This i had been doing for the last 30 days with no results.
                                When i contacted their office at calicut, near baby memorial hospital, personally and through phone, they say always they are waiting for the details. Till date details are not available with them.

                                As per their instruction through tv channel 998, i have sent the prescribed code to their no.[protected] through sms more than 5 times. Than i will get a reply saying that invalid request and sms to 54325. This is a continuing process.

                                Net result is that i am not allowed to reduce the cost of monthly tariff,, and to make my own pack.

                                    My customer id is[protected] i am continuously following up for the past one week since 24th february 2019 with videocon d2h as they have sent me an message to pay rs 555 which i did for migration to some package which never existed, now my ordeal begins everyday i make 4-5 calls but after 15 minutes it get disconnected as all executives are busy, i doubt if they have any executives or only prerecorded ivr menu.in the meantime i had also paid rs 150/- for free channels. Luckily i got through on 27th february and lodged complaint no[protected]Getting an appointment with pmo would have been much easierwith so many calls
                                    The executive instead of refreshing my channel sent an technical executive to check my antenna so that this person can also earn some money and they charged me again rs 200/-

                                    There is something called nodal officres who have only email ids but there are no staff by that nameelse they would have replied after sendin 6-8 mails

                                    Please my friends if you are bored in life and would like to have some adventure please subscribe to videocon d2h and have a blast…..

                                      I was trying to update my videocon d2h custom pack from their website and infinity app but they are showing only foolish message"thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly"

                                      I called many time to customer care service of d2h but they are not giving proper answer, they are only providing their sop's answers.

                                      Also i am taking followup via email but they are also unprofessional replying only sop's answers.

                                      I asked to talk with their senior but they don't.

                                      I have already recharge with rs. 800/-

                                      I think this money is gone.

                                      Videocon D2H is a fraud company. They cheated me of several thousands by not disabling mirror pack and then adding channels I never ordered. They don't resolve your problems through customer service.

                                        I am videocon dth customer my customer id is 92267125 as per trai rule we can select 25 dd channel and 75 channel as per our choice but when i called to customer care executive say no there is no such facility you should get 100 channel set by dth so i request to you kindly look into this and resolve the issue
                                        When i tried to select channel it's showing me only combo plan / bouqet/ add-on i don't want go with this so ask to dth for channel selection process should be active for customer
                                        TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
