My customer id[protected] for videocon d2h connection. No solution so far to get channel selection as per our wish and demand. No communication can be made with the service provider, neither through mobile nor through their website or email. Absolute carelessness. Please immediately forward this complaint to trai and give some solution.

Dear sir,
My customer ID :33597200.from Videocon D2H, I make my own plan, but the company cannot activate it, from last two week.
It is to inform that, There has been drastic increase in the Monthly cable Subscriptions from Rs 250 (Previous) to 650-700 (Present) for all the channels. Please rectify this problem. We are having Multiple connections at our Hostel and it is very difficult to subscribe at this price. If not end customer is affected.
They r not providing services .. n force to take their package...i m suffuring from last 20 days.. after paying money

Yogiraj cable dombivali east lodha heven are denies to give service if we choose .. channels by our own choice..
If TRI IS not able solve such problems dn why TRI took these steps

AND SELECTION OF FTA CHANNELS NOT AVALIABLE

    Maine 22feb 2019 ko mera wala plan me channel choose karke rechsrge karaya. Jisme se mere dwara choose kiye channel me star value pack hindi aur anya channel bhi nahi chal rahe hain, sabhi free to air channel bhi band hain. Maine 22feb se ab tak lagbhag 20 baar videocon d2h customer care par call karke customer care representative se baat ki hai. Lekin abhi tak kuch bhi nahi kiya. Please videocon d2h par action lein.

    Cable operator has been deactivated my cable channel connection before implementing new TRAI regulations on choosing the channels on customers interest.
    Tata sky is charging a very high fees for the packs like the operator on the tv is showing a pack of ₹12 for the kids pack but tata sky is giving that pack at ₹ 34 and also charging 153 as operator network feea which the rule says ₹130
    Please do something for the concern.
    I HAd modified my pack in dishtv.but still they are not activating my pack since its been 7days now and they are violating trai 72hours rule.And their customer care executive is still not receiving any call.please take some strict action against this companies
    In my Videocon DTH ID=48157899, I have already recharged Rs 500/- on 1/2/2019 but it is showing only free to air chnnels.
    Also zero balance is showing in my account.
    I have already lodged complaint two times at customer care but no action has been taken.
    If still no action is taken then I will be forced to lodge complaint in TRAI.
    Trai is working for d2h companies, couple of years back trai force to deploy setup box. Now they introduced in plan in the name of consumer choice. Previously I was giving 219 for one month package now I am paying 350 of less number of channels then which I used to watch in 219 plan.

      Sir my mob. No. Is [protected] airtel. Airtel has been deducted 23 rupees in my main balance., without my knowledge. I call call center and the call center employee said that yours no. Outgoing facilitie is expires so yours balance cut for outgoing service. And call center person behaviour is so rough. He said the balance is not back in your account.

      My airtel dth stop last 18 days and provider cut my balance 130 and not start the dth. Provider says that recharge dth but on 31jan2019 last balance is 132 all balance cut and new balance shows in -52 negative so please give balance and start the dth

        I have switched from postpaid to pre paid and had a security of nore than rs. 1800. Which in spite to airtel customer is not refunded. They are showing in records as sent how ever the same not recieved or credited to account. I had cleared all due before switch. The company does not want refund me after 6months of waiting and continuous request also have failed. They have squared my security deposit by putting entries and actual receipt by me is nill. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back.

        Hi, I was paying 240 (226 for for semi annual they changed to 240 for monthly) for Telugu and Kannada all channels, and recently they migrated my pack to Kannada Basic and charging 290 which more for less channels. as per TRAI regulation DPO should not charge more than the current monthly pay.

        Is it compulsory to pay NCF for 2nd tv. As we have seen and read at many place regarding TRAI regulations and it is mentioned that it is not compulsory to pay NCF for 2nd TV. But our IN digital operator is taking NCF for our 2nd tv.

        As per the rules made by you, my DTH expenses have gone high by almost 70%. You were saying about reduction in cost by applying channel per choice but it has actually rose and rose very high. I am having connection of Hathway cable.

        Please look into this, as this has actually inflated our budget.

          I select in my pack sony happy india a pack which have 9 channels but tata sky not show all channels. Tata sky provide only 7 channels in this pack and sony happy india b pack price rs.46 after gst take by tata sky. Sony website show sony happy india pack a and b same price. I complaint tata sky because it charge channel price full but not giving us all channels facility.
          TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Videocon DTH peoples are not responding, they purposefully not activating bouquet channels and even customer service is very adamant and disconnecting calls directly. I have called them 30 to 40 times and also wrote a mail 7 to 8 times. They are not following TRAI order, it's TRAI who need to punish Videocon and resume customer services.

            Ek samasya yeh bhi hai ki maine times bouquet 1 hd ko meri vc par activate karwaya hai jis m movies now hd channel b include hai jisse dish tv available nahi karwa raha hai bol rahe hain ki yeh channel hd main available nahi hai... Par movies now normal channel channel inke platform par available hain.. Kripya apse nivedan hai ki agar bouquet ka koi channel inke platform par hd main available nahi hai or sd main available hai to dish tv waale usse sd main customers ko available karaaye kyu ki customer is channel k paise de raha hai.

              After new guidelines of trai to customer for benefits of customers but after new regulations cable operator not giving free to air channel specially (Dd sports) and also after selection of new needed channel my pakage or monthly subscription charges is increased.
              Because trai objective is to reduce the charge but they are not reducing.
              Please guide them so that we can avail the channel with reduced cost.

              I selected 13 channels through Www.d2h.com but I got only 7 channels...Later I tried several times to add 6 more channels but the site showed error...I called the costumer care several times but They didn't help...again I tried to add my channels trough d2h Infinity app...but that didn't work though...I tried email them but they didn't respond...

                We are using scv connection for viewing the tv channels. They are billing us 230/month for showing all channels. But now due to the new rule, they have cut several channels already even though the cut off period is extended. When we called the operator, they didn’t respond properly. Please look into this. I have already emailed a complaint to their customer service at mailto:[protected]@scv.in.

                  I had given migration request to new pack as per trai rules during last week of january 2019. But the migration was not done and i enquired with tata sky during february first week why my plan was not migrated to my new pack. I was told that the new pack was not being reflected due to technical reasons and same would be reflected in due course when their technical issues were sorted. But on 26.2.19 my account was deactivated citing no balance. But i had recharged in january rs.240 which is more than the new pack cost of rs.152. Migration to new pack should have been effective from 1.2.19

                      Guidelines i selected my new pack on 24.02.2019, scanned qr code and
                      Sent sms to [protected]. I received a message that my sms has been
                      Received by airtel dth and my pack will be activated shortly but from
                      That day on wards my pack has not been activated. I have repeated the
                      Process twice but no satisfactory result has been received yet. I even
                      Talked to the customer care executives but they are unable to answer
                      Me satisfactorily.

                        Airtel dth they intentionally created free own 100 channels without user choice, customers adding new channels they charging extra money as ncf charge this is wrong practice. I do not want odia bengali telugu malayalam free channel they intentionally forcing to use this channels but new channels user adding they charging ncf extra.
                        After trai regulations my dth rental increased to 300 extra...

                          I'm using hathway cable run by star tv by a proprietor in malkajgiri, sainagar, hyderabad. I didn't subscribe any channel for the month of february now they are charging 250 instead of 130... I asked them why we have to pay. They were very arrogant and shouted do whatever you want if you want to continue you need to pay 250 now they are not playing any channel they were talking very rude

                            I am a Sun direct customer As per TRAI instructions I want to choose my channels. But sun d th is forcing a pack on me & I am not able to choose my channel. Sun Direct customer care is not coming on line.They are forcing 4 packs on consumer.Please help me
                            All the DTH operators have to give wide publicity.But SunDth didn't give details.They have their own priority & trying to force their wish over the consumer.For example, in it's package, certain good chsnell is missing

                              I am residing in trivandrum, kerala. I am preferring to watch malayalam channels. I am using sundirect dth. They are not providing the right to select my required channels. They have make bunch of channels in a pack and they are forcing us to take these packs.in the packs they have not included some of my required channels and included some unwanted channels. For example 140 channels included in their fta1 basic pack, charged rs. 130+18%gst.in that pack they have not included mazhavil manorama hd channel (Free to air) and included some not required channels. They are not ready to make any changes on that pack. If i required hd then they are told me to spend rs. 331+18%gst. I the case of malayalam, only 3nos of hd channels are available in their platform. From that it self only one channel is free to air.

                                Dear sir,
                                Post Trai recommendation to select inky required channels. Most of the selected channels are blurred with screech audio.
                                Most of the HD SD channels are now useless even after paying so much per channel. Some of the channels for eg are republic TV, romedy now HD, mnx and many more. The dth provider is airtel.
                                This is not specific to one location. I have witnessed this both at coimbatore and palakkad.

                                  I port my number in Jio but facing network issue. I can not make any call or not use internet. I raise a complain on jio helpline but they told that this issue resolve in 60 days. But i can not access any call or message in my office and hamper my work. Mostly my number is out of service area. Jio customer are helpless and only told for wait 60 days.

                                    Hi,

                                    As per new trai regulations all dth operators should allow customers to pick their selected channels. So as per the law we should go for a basic plan and can hand pick some channels on ala carte basis. So each channel will be having a price and 18% gst extra. This is fine. But what sun direct is doing is completely illegal. First it will not allow me to directly choose the channels and pay for it one shot. First i should be having a balance in their account. If i recharge 100 rs he is deducting 18% gst and crediting remaining amount. So with the remaining amount i need to pay again 18% gst while choosing channel. Why the hell customer has to pay gst twice. What is the use of this new system, where we are ending up paying hell more than earlier. Is this what been directed by trai or what sundirect is doing.

                                    Kindly have a look into this on priority and save money of sun direct customers.

                                      My cable operator not providing to select prefered channels, local cable operator prepared a set packages, they are only giving option to select that packages, cable operator is saying that we dont give that package recharge with full package there is no another option, trai published that we can select individual channels but it is not applying by the cable operator. That minimum package is more than the regular colletion of cable tv. So enough action should be taken for this issue. They are getting huge profits by this method.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        Gtpl cable tv is suddenly stopped working on 4th february even i have already done payment for 250 rs monthly pack that expired on 16th february.
                                        I also tried another and selected "gujarati popular" 7th/8th february and done payment of rs 266 (For 280 rs monthly pack) but it's again auto selected "gujarati starter" pack at evening, i don't want this pack

                                        I have already sent 4-5 emails on [protected]@gtpl.net and i got reply like saying that contact to local person. Local person said it takes time then we will see.

                                        I have already paid rs 399 (199+280) as a balance, now how can get my money back or settle that money.

                                        I haven't received any satisfactory answer so sent email to nodal office on 13th feb 2019 but also not got any satisfactory answer. I sent more than 7 emails to nodal officer as well but each time they says that connect with local office.

                                        My complaint sr no are 1146287 and 1152059

                                        Please help me on this matter

                                        I have already told them to stop it so my money is locked but they don't do it and charge me per day without given proper service (means channels)
