My tata sky id [protected]. Tata sky dth automatically change my pack without my confirmation on 24 feb 2019. When i contact customer care of tata sky representative he told to me i have took your request and changed to previous pack but i unable to watch my previous pack after that i again contact to customer care representative, he told to me your pack is automatically changed due to trai regulations. I requested that please take favourable action against tata sky because he changed my pack without my confirmation and last date is 31march 19 for channel selection.

    I tried to create mera wala plan as per trip guidelines but my d2h service provider force me to choose pack as per their suggestions. Repeatedly i am submitting my plan pack on videocon d2h website but they not accept the same. Also service provider not accessible from 27/12/2017.

    Most un professional, in efficient worse than any govt.department, FRUAD ORGANISATION.Phone calls are not answered, If answered-RUDE behaviour of call center operators, TOO MUCH OF BACK GROUND NOISE IN CALL CENTERS.

    GOVT MUST ASK DISH TV TO CLOSE BUSINESS OR HAND OVER TIS TO ANY OTHER EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.

    LIKE MOBILE NOS PORTABILITY-DIRECT TO HOME DISH TV SHOUD BE MADE PORTABLE IMMEDIATELY.

        I reside in mulund west.. My cable operator is home cable.
        He is not applying thr tariff according to channel selection.. He is applying a lum sum charge of 400 now where he used to charge 300 and telling us that selecting channel will be in effect from 1st april 2019
        I want some infornation regarding it..

          I am aditya shah, one more person tortured by trai with their fake 'help consumers' attitude.

          Customers are always open to be exploited and yet praise the authority for so called changes they bring in which in reality is sophisticated way of pulling out more money out of customers.
          There was no need to start this pay for what you watch campaign. People were happy with all the channels they used to see for an amount which was way less than the one which they have to pay now.
          Dth operators are not that bad, the government is. Dth used to offer cheaper packages already. What trai has did is another way to loot like earlier ways by the government by increasing rail tariff, demonitisation, tax and what not.
          In case of rail tariff government announced suddenly that the tariff will be increased so people queued up and paid for 1 year pass as well. Later it was announced that percentrage of increase will not be as announced and customers were like 'okay atleast increase is not too high as announced'. Smart way to dupe and now trai is up with the same.

          Getting customers to work on basic things and wreck their brain, trai has accomplished to garner the anger of customers.
          But this is the regulator so nothing can be done by poor customers against them than to follow what it orders.

          Such a sad days for customers and cant imagine what is coming up next.
          Trai please stop interfering in things that you dont understand. Go dissolve immediately.

          Do you know that all administrative expenses incurred by dth operators will be downloaded to customers and they will bear additional burden in the name of various operation charges?
          Do you know that a kg of apple costing 100 will be more expensive if someone decides to charge them individually in the name of pay for how much you eat?
          Do you know that same package of dth which was costing less is now too expensive?

          Please please stop this tyranny on us.

            Your new cable/dth rules are total #. You played all indians on this new rule. You said customers will only have to pay for channels they want to watch, so that the monthly charges for cable/dth wil reduce. Instead of going down prices are going up. Well played trai, i used to pay 150 per month and i had all the channels. I live in small village. But now it's going to be around 250 per month. Nice looting system. No one in our area is with current government or bjp bcoz u stole tv from us. A lot of people in my village stopped watching tv coz they can't pay 250 or 300. Remove these #ty rules.
            Especially, remove that minimum of 130rs cable fee, everything will be fine.

              I am trying to recharge my dish tv since last 10 days as it is completely blacked off due to insufficient recharge amount. I desire to pay for the channels i want to see. But after selecting the channels online of dish tv and after submitting for recharge the website always ask me to pay rs.832/- for recharge which is very-very high. Earlier i want paying only rs.500/- for many channels but not why should i pay higher amount for limited channels.
              I have made customer care complaint and also nodal officer complaint but no one is responding.

                Terrible service. Since 1st feb, they have been making a fool of the customers. I have been calling the cust care, using their website or the app, but they have been unable to give me the channels i want to opt for. Customer care seem clueless and keep on asking us to wait for 4-5 hours and it has been almost a month now. Biggest loot is that all the recharge money has been exhausted without giving us any service.

                  I have recharged the airtel dth for 1 year and now they are telling that it is only recharged for six months and we cannot give more than 6 months of service. Even if i call them, they dont respond. They dont address my complaint. I am supposed to get 1 year of hd channels too. The problem was that the back end team did a mistake in updating the plan. Hence, this problem.

                  If i call them, they dont give answer and make me wait for 20 minutes or so and the call will get cut automatically. This is been happening for last 45 days. Always the call gets disconnected after some 15-20 minutes

                    We have a broucher from our local service provider with pre-defned packs instead of selecting our own. They are even charging a lot of money for their worst sevice.

                        My videocon d2h id is[protected]. App and website is not working properly. No otp is generated neither customer care of videocon is responding properly. Now, videocon is charging heavy amount from me without choosing us new tariff plan as per trai rule.

                        My combo plan should be of rs. 250 after trai rule but provider is charging me rs. 330/- pm.

                          Airtel dth pack wasn't provided as promised by the nodal officer, even after multiple reminders. Tickets so far 78430234, 78460966, nodal [protected], [protected].

                          My account got suspended today when i took the conversation via private messages, dont trust airtel at any cost

                            Sir/madam, sir i want to say that your new rules about tv and selective system is very bakwas, i use den cable before this new rule i pay 200 rupees for month and i get all of my favorite channels in this price but after new rule if although i choose my favorite channel so as per new rules i have to pay 400-420 rupees per month so i think this is very bkwas rules and system you have prepared this is very dangerous looting system by you we don't want this rule and selective system plz cancel this system we are happy in our past channel system. Thank you.

                              As per new trai regulations, i have created my own pack of channels, but i could still see that republic tv (Channel number 376) and r bharat (Channel number 323) was getting telecasted in my set though i have not opted for these two channel, when i asked airtel dth customer care to remove these channels from my pack, they were unable to do so.

                              This seems violation of trai guideline "where now consumer has right to choose what they want to see"

                              I request to some action be taken against airtel dth for this act.

                                As per trai new guideline customer should select the 100 free to air channels for rs 130 but in bangalore the cable operator act is not following the same. As per the list in the 100 channel list there are 13 swayamprabha channels, 11 act own tv channel and 1 train timing channel.in reality i am not able to see all the 11 act own tv channel and train timing channel but the act customer care told me all the channels are available and i am not checking properly which is not the reality. My concern is from act tv total channel list apart from dd odia there is no other odia channel available where as all other indian channel s are available. Previously i used to see odia channel but now those are not available. When i checked the customer care as per them as per the trai guidelines they have made the 100 channel list. If customer is paying money then why the cable operator imposing some channels which customer do not want to see. As i mentioned channels like all the 13 swayamprabha channels, 11 act own tv channel and 1 train timing channel which many customers (Even me) do not want to see. If the channel providing other language channels then why blocking odia channels. Really is there any guidelines from trai for act tv for channel selection? I need your intervention in this regard to stop the monopoly of the cable tv operator.

                                    Our dish tv - vc - no -[protected], we have selected our desired channels on dish tv app on 18/2/2019 abd paid amoubt of rs 500.00. The confirmation regarding selection of channels and payment receipt by dish tv was received on the same day. But we are unable, to view the sekected channels even after 5days against their message statibg that with in 15 mins to view the desired channels.
                                    Kindly look into this and resolve our issue.

                                      We have taking dth service from videocon dth. As we all know, according to new trai regularization, customer may choose their own channel & can see on their choice. On 2nd feb. We have made request to videocon d2h for our channel pack over phone & through their web site. We had rs. 1042/- balance on 2nd feb. After choose our own channel/pack, videocon d2h not provided their service. No any single paid channel is running. Only free to air channel is showing on our tv. Day by day we are approaching to them through their customer care number, they giving only answer that soon it will start/will start in 2-3 hours etc. Now days, customer care number are showing engaged. We have much balance in our d2h account but no service provided by videocon d2h. Day by day our d2h account balance showing lesser without gaining any service. Please help us..

                                        My customer id is 46768027. I have added channels as per trai with a total amounting to rs.290. They have added d2h channels (Movies active) and now it is amounting to rs.360. Have been calling customer care from morning but they cancel the call or say that their system is not working. They are adding channels without the consent of customer and increasing the price of the selected package. Please take action with immediate effect. Customers are being fooled and our patience is tested to extreme end.

                                        I had updated the required channels on 15th Feb but the CC executive said system was down.Yesterday again I updated the channels needed but i am still getting unwanted channels and some CC executive say it has not been updated, some say it has been updated. They are charging as per their convenience and they do not even transfer my call to higher authorities or give a proper resolution.
