Dear sir i have an 2 connection on videocon d2h id 25372219. For about 20 days only 1 connection is running [super gold package] and on 2nd connection only some free channels are comming. Iam very much deppressed. Daily i call many times customer care number for urgently start my choosen channels but every times no response comes from their. For 20 days they said server is down

    trai rule on tv setup box is not good any user

    We have paid a basic charge rs. 153/- which is unnecessary charges.
    Before trai rule, my expensive amount was 219 rs. Per month and we can see all channels.
    But at this time, i recharges 300 rs. Above but more channels not show and free channels did not gets.
    When i call to customer care of d2h he said that its trai rules. D2h can nothing do.
    So, please change your rules otherwise remove 153 /- fix charges so that...

    Dear sir / madam,

    I am a availing services of videocon d2h from many years. As per new trai guidelines i can chose channels/packages of my choice but i am not able to do so either by their site or call centre since site is not working and customer care number is also not working.

    I have sent them several mails regarding the same but there is no resolution provided by them till date and they r charging very high amount for the services.

    My name is sanjoy guin and my d2h id is 4798508.

    Request your urgent intervention regarding this matter like me there must be thousand of customer who will be suffering.

      I have subscribed channels from siti networks on 03/02/2019 till now they did not activate the same i have lodged so many complaints against the same but they always suggest that you problem will resolve within 24 hrs but they not resolved it i have already mail him also. Sir my request if they can not update the same so kindly refund the paid amt.

        फ्री चैनल्स सिलेक्ट करने का अधिकार कस्टमर्स को होना चाहिये तभी पब्लिक का पैसा बचेगा नए पैकेज आने के बाद चैनल कंपनी को पहलेसे ज्यादा मुनाफा मिलने लगा है और जनता का पैसा जा रहा है, मैं टाटास्काय उपभोगता हु पहले मैं220 रुपये के रिचार्ज पे जितने चैनल्स देखता था उतने चैनल देखने हेतु मुझे 400 रुपये देने पड़ रहे है, पता नही क्या नियम लागू किये है पब्लिक का नुकसान और कंपनीयोका भला हो रहा है, कृपया कुछ अच्छा निर्णय ले लिया जाए जल्द से जल्द,

        ट्राई का जो नया नियम है केबल और डी टी एच का वो बिल्कुल जनता के हित में लिया गया होगा लेकिन कोई भी 100 चैनल चुनने का अधिकार तो देखने वालों को होना चाहिये न, जनता को अपने मर्जी से अपने पसंदीदा चैनेल चुनने का नियम लागू कीजिये चाहे वो कोई भी चैनल हो वरना जो पहले के पैकेज थे वो एकदम सही थे.

          D/sir, i shiv kumar kandoi my cusomer id no is[protected]. I am retired 62 yrs old person. Jab se trai ka niyam chalu hua hai mera d2h conection daily ekk naya package mere ko provide karti hai on paper aur mere pre-paid paise se cutt kar deta hai but ekk bhi pay channel dekhata nahi hai only 185 free wale channels dikha raha hai. Hum kya kare kuck samajh nahi aa raha. Customer care not wotk.

            I am videocon d2h user. My customer id for videoncon d2h is 71842094. I am requesting to videocon d2h customer service for activating channels. I have recharged my account with rs. 300/- last week. I have choose d2h combo pack but they have not yet activated yet. I am calling to their customer care number daily since a week but they are not asnwering well & simply disconnect the call. Due to this we are watching any chanal since 03/02/2019. We make so many. Complaints but no answer from
            Videocon d2h. Please do the needful and oblige us.

              As per trai rules i selected the new channel pack,
              First time, selecting pack it showing the grant total is 222.
              And after confirming the pack its showing recommend pack recharge is 369.

              Tatasky extra charged 153 rupees per one dth connection...
              And i am not deselect the all channels that time also tatasky charged 153 network fee

              Trai rules & regulations are more benefit to the business not customers

              The common man unable to watch the tv cause of trai / dth operators..

              We are not encourage this type of activities..

              Please remove network fee

                  Sir,
                  I would like to drag your attention on the matter that, i am a customer of videocon d2h having customer id no. 78752180. From last two weeks, i am taking continuous follow up to update my selected channel pack with vidoecon d2h customer care. Initially i was replied that, they can not change the choose pack on phone request, i have to go through only www.d2h.com and then only it can be changed. According to their instruction, i did the same, but every time i'm getting message that "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact to customer care".
                  From last two weeks, whenever, i conveyed the message to customer care, every time they are replying that, the problem will be solved within 30 minutes or 1 hour. Several time i am calling and getting always the same reply.
                  Please find attached document for reference. I can not watch my desired channels, then also the amount is deducting from by balance. Initially the amount was nearly rs.1400.00/-, today it is 1280.00/-.
                  You are requested to do needful at the earliest.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am having videocon d2h account with customer id 3594404. With new trai rules the plan has been selected by calling videocon d2h representative and they promised that tv will start working within 1-2 hour but since last 4 days my d2h is not working. I have called numerous times to customer care, mailed them but no positive action taken from the company. We have already recharged account for rs.700 when our plan is for rs.350. If by calling them continuously nobody cares what should customer do? I am harrassed with their bad service. Please do the needful by your end.

                      I am karthik my sun dth id : [protected] with registered mobile number [protected] connection in the name of karthik, our complaint regarding sun dth is cheating us our recharged amount this month 13/02/2019 we have recharged amount 200 for tamil dpo papck 1 its coast rs.199 after that we have recharged rs.30 and rs.10 with my existing balance rs.17 for add five hd channels requested (Suntv hd, star vijay hd, anmal planet hd, fox hd, fyi hd) after debiting the amount of rs.50 they have activated only one hd chanel other all chanels normal we raised the complaint regarding this this to wrong add on in sun dth complaint no:sr[protected] till now they are not rectifying the issue star vijay already is avilable in my dp base pack same channel they have charged again now denying to activate for add on star vijay hd forcing to recharge it again with gst kindly requesting you do the needfull for extra charges and wrong add on channel refund or reactivation with hd channels and also when ever recharge to sun dth with gst again they are debiting gst in the main balance after detuction, the main balance shows in the app.

                      As per TRAI the cable operator has to give service till March 31st but here the cable operator has disconnect the line and he don't receive any calls

                        I am airtel dth user, before your regulation our monthly charges was rs. 450/- for sd and hd channels. Now airtel providing their own pack for hd & sd for rs. 500/- to 600/- and when we selected our own channels, the pack will be increased up-to 600/- to 700/- gst, ncf charges, dth charges addition of this, the pack charges will be 2 to 3 times increased. Your scheme is looked very useful & reasonable but not in practical. This gave us additional burden on our budget. Now cable is not affordable for middle class people.
                        Request please take some decision regarding this issue.

                          I made the recharge after my choice channel of rs. 460/- but at next 4th day channels are not displaying they are again asking for recharge. Don't buy videocon d2h. Pathetic service. Customer care are disconnecting the call. No proper response. Today is 3rd day my channels are not displaying. Helpline number is helpless. Their server is slow from day one.

                            Regret to say that after so many calls and mails videocon d2h donot give proper response only made false and cheating with customers, cheating done by free to air channel fix in our plan, we donot select channels in our plan videocon fix this also so many channels which we not select in our plan but videcon add in my plan its totally fraud to me and other customers, please do needful, l called your customer care for so many time for removing cartoon channels in my plan, i have no children in my house so i didnot select any cartoon channel but videocon add so many wrong channel in my plan.

                                We are middle class families, my salary 8000/- per month, how to paid cable t. V bill minimum 300/- rupees for month, please thinking you sir
                                Because; before cable t. V bill 150 /-rupees for month (More then 350 channels (Free air channels+pay channels (Telugu +hindi+english+sports)

                                In TATASKY FTA channels 196 nos made mandatory but as per trai on 100 FTA channels mandatory.with 96 extra channels NFC charges and multiple connection charges increased.please help in this regards.

                                As per new trai policy of channels purchase is very costly instead old package. Old package is very suitable about us.Amt every month is 250/- per month was suitable.
                                We are not satisfied about new formality and new packages.

                                  I am not able to select/deselect any channels through website, app or phone. All attempts to reach customer support are not working.

                                  Because of service providers problems I am facing the following issues:
                                  1. I can not see the channels I want to see (as i can not select it)
                                  2. I am forced to pay for the channels I am not interested to see (as i can not de-select any)

                                  This is day time looting of the customers. In case they have issues at their end, they have no right to charge more than the base pay charges of Rs 130.

                                    I am an existing airtel dtv since long back and following the instructions of the trai i was trying to contacting the airtel dtv since last one month. I was having south indian pack and other hindi networks and entertainments channel, but 15 days back the airtel has changed the channels as per their wishes. When i tried to change the channels through my tv it cannot be fulfilled. It simply return back to the old position. Balance of old scheme is also with them. Nowadays i am not viewing any channels as the channels changed by the airtel is not liked by me as well as my family. My customer id is [protected].                                       I recharged my Airtel digital TV with ₹388/- after Airtel customer care executive called me and advised me for 3 months pack.
                                      When I asked if in future if any problem comes(means if I can’t view or something) then he gave his personal mobile no..
                                      After recharging upto 10 days was able to view channels, but after 10 days they stopped the service..
                                      I called 2 or 3 times but always customer care personnel telling technical issue call after 2 hours..
                                      In this case where to go except you..
                                      Kindly look into the matter..
