I am Videocon d2h consumer, consumer no[protected]. As per new TRAI regulations i am facing problems creating own channel pack on videocon d2h website and videocon d2h infinity app. I contacted several times to videocon customer care but issue is not resolved.
Kindly help me to create my own channel pack as early as possible and regarding to login issues on videocon d2h website as after entering mobile no and otp it does not proceed but only page refreshes.
Customer care employee said that they have site down problems.

    But they are not activate that plan and they not provided any details about plan. I had sent SMS also. Today I talk to customer care executive for this but she said plz Recharge your DTH than your plan will be activate but plan not activate I had Recharge done

      Respected sir, we are unable to select the channel from the operator, as they are urging us to select to select the package instead of single channel, also they are charging the network operting charges am and also the 130 other charges plus the gst on all channels, these costs more than earlier. Please help... Operator ucn cable network.

        Trai is looting India, they have made mandatory 100 channels which are of no use and charging Rs 130+GST, and increasing the slab for any other channels we subscribe. Kindly request ban such malpractices of increasing the slab for no reason, we want to pay for the channels we subscribe. Kindly request consumer Complaints department to look into the matter. We the lower class and middle class people are suffering for this new norms that really unjustified.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I am a availing Services of Videocon D2h from many years. As per new TRAI guidelines I can chose channels/packages of my choice but I am not able to do so either by their site or call centre since site is not working and customer care number is also not working.

          I have sent them several mails regarding the same but there is no resolution provided by them till date and they r charging very high amount for the services.

          My name is Nilam and my D2h ID is[protected]
          Even I tried calling to customer care several times but they ignoring it and keep transferring the call to one department to another.

          Tried more than 5 times everyday for past 3 days.

          Request your urgent intervention regarding this matter like me there must be thousand of customer who will be suffering.

                I have installed airtel dth in month of January and it was in offer with 3 months free HD pack and I was told that offer will remain as same even after new trai rules. After 1 month, all HD channels are stopped by airtel and despite of calling customer care services since last 3 days they are saying issue will be resolve in 24 hours but still no progress. I'm really frustrated calling so many times.

                  As per trai channel selection mechanism, videocon d2h is not following the same, after login in videocon d2h login page and when we go for create your own pack, there is only few free to air channel is showing and not showing the all free channels available in trai channel selector page.my customer ID is 25414640, when i go to create your own pack and select channels as available and process then it shows, "your package is not migrated due to some technical error please contact to customer care" and when i contact to customer care they said please login d2h site and process, but when i go to select their own created d2h combo pack, it is completed, but channels are not available as i want.this is violation of rule of trai

                    As per trai guide lines for cable tv wef feb 2019 my service provider asianet digital.com has fitted me (Consumer id gb[protected] in a packet of their choice. I get the same service as i was getting last month. The only difference is instead of the monthly charges of rs 180 asinet charges me rs 320 per month. Hat off to trai. You have stood by asianet to cheat me.

I have recharged my account with Rs 219/- on 03 Feb.2019and 04 Feb.withRw. 100/- after that on 16th Feb.2019 with Rs. 300/- last week. I have choose d2h combo pack but they have not yet activated .                         Dear Sir,

                        Today is been 14 days since my d2h is not responding. On 8th of February i recharged my account with a amount of Rs404 and selected a package of Diamond Combo. My previous plan was Gold Maxi but I want to change it so I go through the website and change it to Diamond Combo and paid amount of Rs404 and then I just submit it. The time when I submit it on the website then suddenly my d2h goes blank and after some minutes it showing me that channel was not subscribed while I have selected the diamond combo and that channel was in that list. I waited for d2h to refresh but it won't so I refresh it my self but the problem continues. On 8th of February my balance was Rs506 after that recharge and it get deducted without watching anything. Don't know how within 2 days my account balance got Zero and I haven't been able to watch anything. Then we try to contact customer support many times but they are not receiving our call. So we mail the problems many time but no solution is coming. When we got no balance so I thought that recharging again will solve the problem so I recharged again with a amount of 100₹ but the problem continues. On the other day a technician came to home but he also was unable to resolve the problem. His boss sent the delight code(The code by which company knows that the problem get resolved) and he just feed it and then gone. After that he tell me to wait for 12hrs to get problem resolved but I waited for 24hrs but nothing happens. We just lost our all hopes to get our d2h working fine. The d2h is showing only Rajya sabha and Lok sabha channel. Yesterday a new technician came to my house he checks everything including my cable to dish but he also can't find any solution so he just took my set top box and tell me to wait for him to get it back after checking it in office. After checking he just call me and said that "Sir I'm unable to find the problem I have done everything but nothing can solving the problem I have reset the set top box many times but it is unable to solve the problem. There is also other option if you want to watch TV is that you should get a new set top box or you should wait for your set top box to get right on its own." So I tell him to get my set top box back to me and refuse that option to get a new set top box. Now today is 14th day I m unable to do anything the customer service calls me everyday that they are refreshing the d2h but nothing happens.                           As per new trai rule time period given up to 31st march 2019 to select the channel. Our cable operator name hertz tv, old washermenpet, chennai - 600021. Forcing us to go for selection of paid channels. He voluntery blocking all channels and forcing customer for paid channels. He received this month bill amount of my three setup box connection. Even he is blocking all channels. Telling trai & scv only asked to block channels and force to convert on paid channels. There is no meaning trai law. Cable operator is climbing money on his benefits. Lets wait and watch what trai will taken action on this type of cable operators.

                            Hello TRAI/ DTH Operators / Tatasky
                            As Per TRAI Rules i selected the new channel PACK,
                            First time, selecting pack it showing the grant total is 222.
                            and after confirming the pack its showing recommend pack recharge is 369.
                            and
                            Tatasky extra charged 153 rupees per one DTH Connection...
                            And i am not deselect the all channels that time also tatasky charged 153 network fee
                            TRAI rules & regulations are more benefit to the business not customers
                            the common man unable to watch the TV cause of TRAI / DTH Operators..
                            we are not encourage this type of activities..
                            please remove network fee

                              Selected channel package is more costly than previous pack/monthly cost.
                              So all customers are paying more.
                              Please do the needful.
                              1) Only rules are there in paper. No supervision, follow up, identification of non adherence of rules, rectification, levying heavy penalty, no feed back is collected and make the companies to get fall in line with the object of new policy. It is the duty of the central and state govts who shared the gst collected on subscriptions collected from the customer which ultimately defeats the object emphasised by trai l.e the customer prerogative to choose channels of his choice keeping an eye on amount he has to bear.2) One can observe that even an educated person can not follow the procedure to opt for channels as the companies are making it difficult for the customers to choose on line and companies are not giving wide publicity for the proceduere to be followed.3) The trai central govt state govts should see that heavy penalties are imposed including cancelation of licence then only the companies act in the interest of the customer.4) please do not see the companies are as source for collection of tax as it is the money of common man not the companies wealth.                                 I have paid ₹.300/- for ₹.295/- (Gold pack kannada channel package) on 18th feb 2019. Cable operator entered in his books of records on same day.

                                But, still channels package not activated even after 48 hours. I contacted customer care no's[protected], 2405116, 2045110 & mob:[protected] almost 17 times for same query.

                                But no useful response from that side.

                                Kindly do the needful for me.

                                Delay in your service leads me to take further actions towards it.

                                40.8% Cost is increase after your new rule for compulsory selection of DTH pack. Please reduce minimum cost of free channel of Rs.130 to 50 to 60 Rs. and maximum per channel cost from Rs.19 to Rs.10 for justify cost.

                                  I m airtel customer. Recently charged my pack with 200/ on 19th jan 19 which was valid till 18th feb, due new rule by trai v selected channels and then on 7th feb 19 my pack exhausted and showed a negative balance of 106/, i again recharged with 200/ on 7th and was left with only 78/ due to negative balance. This was over on 10th feb19 and i again recharged same day with 200/ and 98 channels and got message of being valid till 9th march 19 but this again got exhausted on 19th feb 19. When complained to airtel they told there were selections not done by me as i had selected channels only pricing between free to 3/. They said they launched complaint with relevent department and i will receive a call but today it's 21 feb 19 and have not received any call. I m also not able to c any channel since 19th feb 19. They have charged 600/ in a months time, which should be paid back with a penalty so that next time they check as to what selections have been made by the customer and charge accordingly.
                                  Please look into the matter as they r not considering it and i need my payment back with penalty from airtel.

                                    My d2h customer id is[protected]. After the trai notification i registered with d2h my own pack consisting of bouquets 1) ndtv ultra - rs. 3.50 2) star hindi hd premium - rs.120.00 3) sony happy india platinum hd 90 (A)- rs.90.00 and tv 18 broadcaster odia value hd - rs.35.00 as shown in trai site. But i was informed by the d2h customer care they can not provide ndtv ultra and advised me to opt for any zee news channel but i declined. They assured me that other booked bouquets will be provided by. But till now nothing has happened in this direction. On the contrary they have suo moto abruptly stopped my earlier pack of new gold sports with hd adds on for which i have earlier paid and started providing absolutely unwanted useless channels of their own whims. All the requests to continue with my original channels till i am provided my own pack as per trai has been thrown in dust bins. Is it the new system what the trai wants?? All efforts through e mails and phone to d2h customer service have proved futile since last ten days. Their customer care system appears to be dead. Even i wrote to d2h gujarat nodal officer but of no avail. Is there any mechanism with trai to help the aggrieved customers or should we conclude that trai is only for the betterment of servicr providers' welfare and they are hand-in glove with them? May be may be. Are this all deliberate on the part of d2h and trai? I demand prompt action from trai if they are of any real worth to hapless customer.
