I am user of videocon d2h and customer id is 24212653 i am suffering from wrong activation of chennels from company even his customer care number not responding also.
I unable to select hd chennels even i select some sd channels but charges activate for all chennels but not activate in my tv.

So, kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    My siti cable service provider is not resolving my issue as i can't view all pay channels selected by me. Complaint registered but no action taken till now.

    Complaint details:
    "my vc no-[protected],
    4 channel i. E. Star jalsa hd, jalsa movies, sony max2 and news 18 bangla is not available in my set top box since my package selection. Repeatedly called siti customer care but all went in vain. I want immediate solution. I will inform to trai now."

      Dear sir,

      This to inform you i am using airtel dth service & my id : [protected].

      I have complain to my service provider regarding my own plan still not active after so many reminders on mail as below mail communication & sms activation process also done by me as per attachment.

      Also given all evidence to process for activate my own plan but they have activated some other plan which was not selected by me & not given any request to him from my side.

      I have also attached evidence of activation process - which was done on 08/02/2019 & 18/02/2019 from my side for your reference.

      So i requested you please help to provide my own plan activation from my service provider airtel dth as per my process & take action against him for service related same issue for other customer also - which was found/observed at the time of visit of nearest service center of airtel dth.

      I hope you will take action against my service provider airtel digital & resolved my issue of active my own plan as per my process asap.

        I am a user of videocon d2h. Customer id[protected]. After launching of new provision of trai regarding d2h user i will try to communicate many times to customer care of videocon for viewing selected channel via teliphonic, mail, website and apps for upgrade my connection accordingly a new rule of trai. But the company no take me seriously and not upgrade my channel till now whereas it is deducting rental as it is from january 2019 and also no any channels shown in my connection. I am so worried from behave of this company who not taken seriouy a new rule of trai. So took this matter seriously and do needful for giving me a judgement.

          We are facing a savior problem, since from last 20day we are unable to watch our favorite programs on our tv, even after several reminders and calls to videocon i d no:77816600. This is very annoying and disgusting please take a stern action against veidocon for their unethical and unproffatonal attitdue to mental tourchure to us as senior citizens

            Sir,
            My customer id for d2h is 5622687.
            On 24 jan 19 i contacted customer care of d2h regarding non telecast of our favourite tamil channels. I was advised to pay rs.413 as monthly recharge to view all the tamil channels. Accordingly we have paid rs.415 on 25 jan 19. To our surprise, all our favourite channels were stopped from telecasting by d2h from 5 feb 19. Inspite of our repeated telephonic conversation and messages, they have not restored our favourite tamil channels but they are insisting for the next payment which is due on 26 feb 19. Our efforts with d2h have proved futile. We request you to take up the matter with them and do the needful. We are able to see hardly couple of free channels. Kindly advise them to adjust the excess amount charged and immediately restore all the tamil channels for next recharge.

              I have 3 mirror connections out of which only one is working and the other 2 is not working and is been deactivated for no reason at all.

              I have made about 50 calls in 4 days but every time they promise that the problem is escalated to the backend team and they are working.

              Today is the last day i can wait if my connections are not activated i will be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court and trai tomorrow morning

                As per trai guidelines i have submitted my channel request form to my local cable operators - meghbela digital and have also paid for the service. Yet i have not received the channels i requested for. I have called my local cable service centre many times but they have not done anything. I believe they might have not have registered me for all the channels i have requested for, but taking payment for it. I need immediate response and resolution to my issue.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  As per trai new rule on dth, people prefer only on tranding, knowing, crazy, study channels. Exisiting channels have more preferance than new channels. It may effect the new channels very much. There hard work, tallent is wasted because people not know about those channels. It's not a friendly competation. Not only new channels but also people suffer. Please provide all channels to people. People can learn different languages, see hollywood movies.

                    The purpose of introducing new frame work is good and beneficial for all. But the base price (130+taxes) is too high as consumer have to pay extra amount for each additional pay channel.in practical, most of the channels watching by consumer are pay channels. Currently if a customer paying only 150 inr for the current package, he/she should pay more than 210 inr for the very limited pay channels. Unfortunately we have more such customers in india and all of them will be paying 50% to 100% additional amount after implementing this.

                    So can we revisit the base price and try to keep it in between 30 to 50 inr inclusive of gst? It will save most of the consumers to pay almost same amount what they are paying now. Also the actual purpose of introducing new frame work will be justified.

February 19 trai rules implement. That time my brother received one message. That message is "please conform your channel to this link" my brother click on the link. It's automatically changed plan. We call for toll free no: [protected]. She say that amount is refund to you. But we not to change current plan & not return money. My plan expiry on 03.03.2019. That plan is 1 year free dth. But that person not refund & not change plan. Trai dth plan implement on 31.03.2019. I call thrice time.                         As per the new trai guidelines, i have been trying to add all the required channels in the list. However, the videocon servers are always down, despite of adding all the channels and submitting, some varied services are going on which was not opted by me.

                        Neither their customer service representatives are paying any heed to it.

                        I sincerely request you to kindly help me resolve my complaint as i cannot view any sports, some movies, news and other channels.

                          I don't have a credit card. I never want to get one. Thanks to these messages, i'm thinking that is a great decision. I keep sending the complaints to 1909. They say that complaint is registered successfully. But after few days they the request is denied or something. Every few days i kep seeing these ugly messages. They ask me to visit a webpage to check my credit card score, win 5000 amazon pay balance, 1000 rs...

                            We are using den cable service.
                            Service providers are not providing service as per trai rules.
                            They make compulsory on consumers to opt 100 free to air channels against 130 rupees.
                            Which is highly effecting on consumers budget.
                            We are using cable upto december 2019 on charge of 200 rupees per month. But now it raises upto 400 to 500 which is really painful.

                              It very surprising that goa has been left out on the fta channels provided by the broadcasters. I live in dadar, mumbai and i contacted indigital mumbai to understand the new selecting channel system which is provided under trai. The broadcasters have indicated that they do not have any goa channels that they can provide to us. I would like to know why goa local channels have not been provided on the fta channel list nor a-la-carte channel list. Your advice how could the broadcaster provide the goa local channels for people living in mumbai and all over the country.

                              Secondly, i would like to know that the broadcasters/lcos are provided 100 fta channels @ rs.130 + gst. I inquired with my lco and he informed me that if you are taking their package, then the 100 ftas are provided in the package. But if you are taking a-la-carte, then it is mandatory to take 100 fta @ rs.130+gst. It is not understood why the cable operators make 100 channels mandatory for the customer to purchase.

                                Sir before janavary we see all channels in150rs only. But your new rule say 153 free channel only. We have choice option. My choice is pay kannada channels only. I don't want your free channels. So pls allow to cable operator to add pay channels only. Another problem is i purchased pay channel i don't want see adds. So pls stopped adds. I don't know english. Totally your new order is completely wrong. Poor people dont like your rule. Your new rules usefull to broad casters, corporate companies, not for common people. Trai is agent of broadcast ers and corporate companies.

                                Brother we can't do anything we have to accept fate.because TRAI won't support peoples.they need money .They won't go against corporates.i also complained a lot through email.but their only reply is "sorry we can't help you with money matters"
                                They won't ask questions to network operators for monthly recharge 35 rupees and they won't respond ur message.they are for corporates

                                  1. My previous cable bill was 180/- but now it exceed 350/-.
                                  2. Fta sony (Six2, ten 4, pix 2), neo (Sport, prime), ten cricket channels are missing from operator's list
                                  3. Tv 18 broadcaster's bouquet is also missing from operator's list
                                  4. Despite repeated requesting they don't give right solution.
                                  5. Cable operators are just selling their own channel packages.
                                  6. Though it is said that its our choice but every operators forces consumers to take their useless commercial fta channel packages.

                                  In that case what should we do?

                                  - besides that some complains about you, like
                                  1. Why should i have to pay 350/- or more instead of 180/-. Is it cheaper to us?
                                  2. To keep activate mobile sim why it is necessary to recharge with minimum 35/- rs? Is it helpful to people's budget?
                                  If i am answered all those questions it will be very satisfying. Thanking you.

                                      I am arapi subscriber of d2h videocan my customer id is[protected] they not provide customer choice channel or not responding properly. Compare my old plan to new plan i am getting double of the monthly bill. Whenever i try to they avoiding my call stating to will connect senior and after that they disconnect the call and there call centre services is very bad and very poor. I want trai help in this regard and even they not providing any details of trai also.

                                        I have been using Dishtv from the past 8 years. I'm in pick by channel pack right now. As per TRAI orders I wish to change my pack but, the pack I ordered is not changed. I have been asking customer care members and they are saying that "we have a technical issue and we will resolve it". Its been 1 month but my ordered pack is not changed.
                                        Presently am also paying money for GEMINI TV, GEMINI MUSIC, MAA MUSIC, GEMINI MUSIC which are missing in the channel list but they are charging money from past 2 months. Please resolve the issue
