I am a resident of Ananthnagar Phase II, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore-560100 having your cable TV connection through your local cable operator, Mr. Muniraj of CH Cable Network, Kammasandra, Electronic City, Bangalore-560100 since last more than 5 years. As required under new TRAI guidelines, I have submitted the details of my desired channles, on line on 15/02/2019 at about 12.35 PM. Screenshot of the confirmation list furnished by you is attached herewith.
From yesterday ( 18/02/2019) onwards, it is noticed that most of my usual channels ( pay channels) including those opted by me on 15/02/2019 has been cut off. Telephone enquiry with Mr. Muniraju ( Mobile No: [protected] / [protected]) yielded no result. When he was requested to meet me at my residence, he gave some evasive reply that those channels have been blocked from at your end.
Call to your Toll free no: was waiting for more than 10 minute which was then abruptly cut off. Direct No;[protected] was left unanswered. I tried to contact you on your mobile No:[protected] which was not answered at all. Hence this e-mail.
Please let me know, what am I supposed to do further for getting the desired chananels? Please note that in case I d not get a proper reply within 7 days, I shall be left with no other option but to obtain cable Tv connection some from source.

I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT FOR MY CUSTOMER ID[protected], I am still getting message that insufficient balance and channels are not coming from 9am, I have tried customer care number many times and it is always busy.Please take necessary action against videocon D2h .
