I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

My customer id is[protected] when calling to customer care the call is not connection after waiting for 6 minutes the call is getting disconnected this is not a way of videocon service plz i have changed my package but package is not activated...

    I have mailed airtel for providing me the reason that why it is charging ncf on secondary connection. They said they do not have any update on this. I also send them the pdf file of trai mandate, but they said they do not have any update.
    While operators like tata sky, dish tv, sun, videocon have removed the ncf charges on secondary connection, airtel is lagging far behind and continue to charge the customers against the trai rule.
    It's a request to please update trai for this.

        I am a videocon d2h customer. My cust id is 80050199. From february 1st i am. Not able to aee any channels. After repeates call to d2h helpline they yold. Me. To choose pacl as per trai norms. I dod but till date after successful submiaaion of. My subscriber requeat i ammunable to view major pay channels but on the subscription it has been charges to me. Moreover they are asking for additional inr 200 for engineer visit to fix it on my site. But fact is i am able. To view few channels so why 8 will. Pay them extra 200 for viait as. My stb is worling fine.
        They are kisguding their customers and cheating money from them.
        Please take urgent action.

        Their Engineer called for visit but he also said that the problem is at the end of service provider's side not from the side of consumer. he also suggested me not to pay INR 200 as he will not visit for the problem told. I beg your quick response to penalize this Videocon D2H service provider as every day my balance been reduced. I watched TV channels 4 to 5 days till date in Februay 2019

        My Entire INR 750 recharged on 24.01.2019 has been lost due to non availability of service along with regular balance deduction on Videocon D2h side. Now they are showing execuse of Application Upgrade / Error for one whole month and customer like me is suffering hugely in terms of Money and Service.

        AGAIN THEY FORCED ME TO REGISTER SERVICE VISIT BY THEIR WNGINNER AND FOREMOSTLY I WAJT TO NOTE MY PREVIOUS RECHARGE 750 HAS BEEN CHEATED AND BALANCE NOW 34 RUPEES. THEYARE ASKING ME AGAIN TO RECHARGE ON 24TH FEB

          Dear team,

          I had purchase new hd dth connection (Dth no:[protected] for hathway with one year recharge from 23rd nov 2018.
          But now we are unable to view maximum channels only few channels (Free channels) are coming on connection from 1st feb 2019.

          We are unable to view all channels after pay money for one year and i have regular followup with my cable operator but one single person respond.

          And i had already update complaint to national consumer for the same matter. My complain no is 1160980.

            As per trai new rules i selected my favorite channels, but asianet cable vision is not willing to give me my favorite channels. They are pushing me to select there packages. But i don't want there packages. They are forcing everyone to choose there packages. I am adding the screen shots of my selected channel in there website its cost showing is 210.34 rs and it is already paid with my remaining balance. Please take necessary action.

              Respected sir,
              We have not been able to afford the prices of cable channels. Those popular channels have kept their prices at a price of rs 19, if you want to add all the channels to your pack, then the price of my month's tariff but the channels are less visible. The channels we distribute, we want they are due to add kelelenahi in and execute the package that takes you to a different. Which increases the cost of the pack. You can not take sports channels in it. My question is, if 100 channels are free-to-air, why is the price being charged from us, which channels are free, let us see the live view of the tri, and pay any taxes on those who have paid channels. I'm doing it to you from the customers.

                As per trai regulations, consumers are allowed to select their own channels but tata sky is cheating consumers by making 100 channels as default channels and these channels cannot be removed. On adding additional channels of our choice they are increasing the network capacity fees accordingly.
                I communicated with tata sky consumer service to remove fta promo channels but they replied that it cannot be removed as they are default channels. These channels include regional channels of different languages that i do not understand.

                  Sir according to new TRAI rule I have prepared my own pack of Rs 354 for 1 mnth including gst Airtel DTH no. Is [protected] but Airtel hav stopped my in only 18 days, when I called customer care they are telling me that I have selected their sports value pack of 575 rs which I have not opted Please look into the matter, and punish the operators for looting the people of india

                    My self dipak berva. My customer id is[protected] in vediocon d2h. They have converted my plan as per your intsrcion but in that they are charging the fees for add-ons but not allowing to view such add-ons. This is sheer fraud. Please help. They are making this practice since very long. I have complain several times but my query is not getting resolved. I am utterly disappointed with such pathetic service.

                      I have dth connection of videocon having cust I'd[protected]
                      I have selected my the channels from subscription channels list provided by videocon, after subscription I am not getting the broadcast of the channel selected by me. When tried to cal the cust care number is always busy, not rechable or on hold for hrs nobody respond to call neither they respond to complain over email. The charges are deducted daily but I am not getting to view channel.

                        As per new rules out 100 free channel 25 channels has to dd channels it is compulsory and remaining free channels i. E, 75 can be selected by our choice. But our network provider hathway network is not letting to choose free 75 channels as well as bouquet channels. They are again giving it in package for regional channels (Kannada, tamil, telugu, malayalam), english, hindi, oriya and etc.
                        For example if they giving kannada channels along with dd free channels and they clubbing other free channels of there choice along with some paid channels which also there choice.

                          Dear sir i am from nashik maharashtra we are using a cable connection of den cable. Our cable operator is arbitrary on us to take a package of chanel of their choice the pack is very costly. So they telling us to taking their package is compulsory the price of the package is 300rs and + the price of chanel which we want to see it maybe cost us to 400+450rs monthly
                          According to rule the basic package of 130 and choise chanels this is totally arbitrary to us.

                            As directed by hathaway mumbai channel (Rajesh cable ghatkopar east) selection done online. However i am not receiving channels selected. Have sent email to hathaway awaiting response. Hathaway online complaint portal is not functional and also phone lines are not being attended and thus not able to connect.                             Today Full cable channel shut. Local cable operator say you have to talk to hathway. Phonelines of hathway and complaint portal is not reachable. He is asking fresh payment and to seek refund for money from hathway.

                            Could some one give me solution or should I switch to any Dish TV operators. Any good Dish TV operators like say sun, tata etc please suggest.

                              I am a videocon d2h user with since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                              They are not activating the channels that i want to, moreover there website is not working
                              Customer care num does not respond
                              Website says error every time from last 15 days
                              And if customer care picks up the the call once in a blue moon they say you have to update in the website, which doesnt work
                              Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

                              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                                I am a resident of Ananthnagar Phase II, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore-560100 having your cable TV connection through your local cable operator, Mr. Muniraj of CH Cable Network, Kammasandra, Electronic City, Bangalore-560100 since last more than 5 years. As required under new TRAI guidelines, I have submitted the details of my desired channles, on line on 15/02/2019 at about 12.35 PM. Screenshot of the confirmation list furnished by you is attached herewith.
                                From yesterday ( 18/02/2019) onwards, it is noticed that most of my usual channels ( pay channels) including those opted by me on 15/02/2019 has been cut off. Telephone enquiry with Mr. Muniraju ( Mobile No: [protected] / [protected]) yielded no result. When he was requested to meet me at my residence, he gave some evasive reply that those channels have been blocked from at your end.
                                Call to your Toll free no: was waiting for more than 10 minute which was then abruptly cut off. Direct No;[protected] was left unanswered. I tried to contact you on your mobile No:[protected] which was not answered at all. Hence this e-mail.
                                Please let me know, what am I supposed to do further for getting the desired chananels? Please note that in case I d not get a proper reply within 7 days, I shall be left with no other option but to obtain cable Tv connection some from source.

                                  I have two connection with customer id[protected]. I have selected my channel pack on my both connections before. 31.01.19 and recharged the amount as videocon told me but my second connection is not working till now. Only the free channel are running on it i have talked to the executives many time but every time they told me to have some patience. 18 days have passed out no problem solved. Please do the needful.

                                    Dishtv automatically activate non stop pack without our permission.

                                    Dishtv is fraud company.

                                        My videocon d2h customer id is 23159248. After migration according to new trai rules, 1) d2h is showing different amount while selecting channel and submitting the same for migration. But, charging much more actually. Several complaints made by be to customer care telephonically and on e-mailed but no response.
                                        2) d2h is making all the free channels subscription compulsory even though only dd channels are compulsory. Complaints made but no action.
