Hi, i am a customer of videocon d2h from the past 7 years. Recently i migrated to the new pack as per trai guidelines. From that day not even 1 channel is working correctly.
My customer id is 79139129. The customer service numbers provided are always busy. No one answers on email. If we do get connected to customer service then they say they have technical issues and ask to call back later.
Kindly help me resolve my issue as it has been 8 days and i still do not have any resolution. My money is getting deducted.

Dish tv customer care not responding my calls, i am facing so many problem with dish tv channels they are not solving my problems. When i call customer care they are responding very rudely. So kindly see my complain and resolve it. Showing low balance in dish tv after recharge. Then i am trying to connect with dish tv customer care.
Family television entertainment is a very important thing for which we are paying too much.Inflation is increasing in everything.Do not we have right that we can see entertainment in less money?Trai is harming the consumer rather than the advantage.cunsumer requested to Trai to provide all the channels within below 200 ₹

    I am not getting the a la carte channel which i was selected on 28.01.19. Many times i called to the airtel customer care regarding this matter they did not take any action and now they charged huge amount according to airtel package rate. Airtel company is not follow the trai rules properly. My airtel customer id is [protected]

      Dear sir from following isd calls are coming on my mobile no at odd hours

      From allabove nos calls were recd @ 21.11 pm to 23.18 pm 9 times. It continuously happening since last 3 months, i have already made complaint against these numbers or additional other nos. Its not possible to give every or other day to place complaint. Please do the needful.

      I am trying to migrate my d2h account from last 2 days but service provider system not able to migrate the account. All paid channels are blocked by d2h.         I have connecction of dth the provider is d2h (Earlier videocond2h) they didn't allowed to choose channel list what we want for fta as per trai freedom of choose should be given except dd channels we have to choose (Dd channels 25. Other than the dd channels) for the fta channels of 100...75 channels should be given as per our choise but they said it can't. From february 1 onwards i cant contact the customer service of my service provider (D2h) they didn't give correct package channels (Broadcoster bouqets) some channels are not given... But they deduct amount including that channnels and instead of rectifying my complaints they said "if you dont want our service you may go to others" and i asked them complaint to consumer court they said "you can" but before that i want make sure with trai pls rectify this problem and clarify the freedom of choose... Before this regulation my dth amount was low but now amount gone high and my blood pressure also... And also i cnnot contact your's contact nos also mentioned in trai website the calls says check the no you have dialled... So pls resolve my problems

        iam from chennai so i need only tamil channels more. but in fta 100 channels they(D2H) give other languges are more .. and shopping channels more than 15(like naaptol and home shop 18) ... why i need shopping channels.. i need my language channels only not shopping channels
        Since last 1.5 weeks I have opted for my package for tata sky dth and I got message also but till date the plans have not changed and is costlier than what I opted for. Also multi TV charges have been raised to 400 per month which is higher than a simple package which I can opt for. Mi id for tata sky is [protected]

        As per agreement of my pkg all paid chanel are free till one year including HD chanel but company sudenly remove all HD chanel from last 3 4 days

        When i aak cc he said that the trai had said to close the HD chanel
        I am videocon d2h customer having customer id[protected].During creation of own pack basic service tier having 100 channel with DD channel, 75 channel can not remove except DD channel which is mismatched with your new rules. So please clarify and take appropriate action for resolved this type of problems.

Instead the old ala carte package is being continued. I was trying to contact d2h customer care since 10-12 days but they are not picking our call and also not responding to our mail.             My videocon d2h ac no 40572042 and my registered name and phone no is uday patil. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

            In my d2h account, more than 220 rupees is balance available but suddenly company turn off my set top box and all channels show a message "sorry, you have insufficient balance".

            I am trying from last 11 days to company but all phone no's are not in working condition, their consumer cares are not working. Even that website of company regularly showing a message after some processing that "504 gateway time out".

            I am facing a clear loot from them, i have sufficient balance but i am still unable to see any channel. This is ridiculous. Please look into matter.

              I have been using videocon d2h from past 1 year and recently i am facing many issues i have recharged my account the recharge was successful i got confirmation sms balance to my registered mobile but it was not reflecting in the tv and channels were not activated

              I’m trying to call customer service but they were not responding properly

              I need to escalate this to higher officials or ceo if not please take complaint to trai

              This is very poor service many customers my neighbors facing same issues

              I want my recharged money back and i will switch to other service

              Hathway cable has blacked out all channels, basaveshwaranagar, bangalore 560079, from 12 Feb 2019 which is illegal as per TRAI. They are also forcing us to opt there package rather than giving options to select ours. There is no option to select FTA channels in their given form.

                My customer id is 19432315. I have been facing issues regarding my pack selection and migration for 15 days now and none of the services of videocon d2h is able to solve my problem. I called customer care many times and every time i was assured that my pack will be migrated but nothing happned. I m done with all this now. U can check my history of login and my call history at customer care with videocon d2h. What is most surprising is their nodal officer number for gujarat zone is also not functioning. This is pathetic. My complaint number is[protected] which is yet to be resolved by their so called technical team. My d2h is not showing anything except fta channels which i have not selected. This is unfair trade practice and i want to file complaint against it.

                  I am using cable operator i used to pay ₹300 every month to my operator and i was able to see almost all the channels, i am very sad to say that the move trai made this time is totally unappreceable, now i have to ₹600 including gst for mega pack and still i dont recieve all the channels, like aaj tak, b4u music i strongly condemn this move it hits the pocket of a comman man.

                    I have recharged airtel dth for 1 year plan in december 2018. My plan is expiring on december 2019 only... Now airtel is forcing me to change the 1 year plan as monthly plan and i have to pay more... I have refused to do... They are telling that within this month, all the channels will ne blocked. Since i had taken for 1 year plan, they hv to give me uninterrupted service for 1 year. Kindly take my complaint and reply me.

                        Earlier i was paying 985 rs per month for dth, now after trai regulations, my bill has gone to 1591 rs per month. The ncf fee is around 200-300 rs extra, and multi tv charges have been increased from 250 per month to 600 per month. My actually channel pack price is just approx around 630 rs. But because of multi tv charges and ncf it has increased almost 1.5 times to 1600 rs almost. The older scheme was much better than the new one. Customers are ending up paying more.

                        Hi, due to the implementation of the new Tariff order the input costs for MultiTV connections have increased, which has resulted in a marginal increase in MultiTV prices. However, continuing with a MultiTV connection is still more value for money than going for a new DTH/cable connection. NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) will be applicable even if you opt for FTA channels only. If you opt for > 100 FTA SD channels, then additional NCF charges of Rs.23 pm (incl. of taxes) for every 25 additional SD FTA channels will be applicable.
                        Oh! So, TATA SKY feels that increase from 250 per month to 600 per month is marginal increase? However, that amounts to an increase of 240% than what it was, an increase of straightaway 350 rupees per TV. Please correct your basics.

                        It seems like its just TATA SKY's way of "making profits through other means" and taking advantage of TRAI regulations to loot its customers.

                            I would like to inform you about how pathetic D2h service and how they harassing the consumer, i did my monthly recharge jan16 2019 and they stop the service on 29th jan2019, when i tried to contact them it was in vein because the customer care doesn't have any update about it and i must say its worthless and wastage of time, now as per TRAI regulation when i try to do make my plan rule the D2h web site is not working this has been happening since last 15 days, i asked them for migration they don't have any knowledge, can you please take some action about this service provider.i attached a pic of D2h website when you recharge it always says error

                              I have 2 tv connections and from past 10-12 days no channels are coming at my 1 tv other one is only active. I have tried calling the call centre and the local operator but no response. I also tried selecting the channels as per the new policy and paid the amount, yet it does not work. However, some other locations the cable is working. The irony is that i get a payment reminder today even though i have already paid. This operator is harassing us continuously.                                 I had recharged online on official website of videocon d2h and selected my pack and based on the invoice generated, I had made the payment on 02.02.19 (valid for 1 month). Now I had received a message that my package will expire on 19.02.19. I had called up customer care regarding the issue and they are saying that my old pack is active and thats why again I need to recharge the account.

                                Please take severe action against the service provider. My customer id for d2h is 45080880.

Called so my times to Videocon D2H customer care and marked a mail to customer support for resolve the issue.

                                  But still not resolved the same.
                                  I have hope you will take care this issue and will resolve the same within short period.

                                    1. My customer ID is[protected], even using proper ID Videocon is not giving option to login.
                                    2. If forgot password is given email id entered is showing incorrect credentials
                                    3. If tried to create using same email id showing already exists
                                    4. If phone number or customer id is entered Videocon is not sending otp
                                    5.Even after repeated calling to customer care they are not responding to calls
                                    6. Not even able to login to choose channels

                                      As per TRAI, I have selected the required channels on videocon d2h website. Further, I also made the payment shown there.
                                      (Cust id[protected] recharged with Rs.353, Balance Rs.367.)

                                      But the channels are not working yet.

                                      It has been two days and after ten calls to them I decided to cancel the connection but even for disconnection they are not taking any request. I also sent them email as attached including nodal officer but no one has responded.

                                      Kindly escalate this complaint since I need refund of the recharged amount plus the compensation for unconvince caused.

                                        Sir,
                                        From Jan 30 the onwards we have modified my plan with the help of choose my plan option and the same has been sent to Airtel DTH through SMS..but regardless of calling the customer care nearly 100 times..every day..the plan choosen by me is not getting activated.instead they have automatically moved to a plan of their own choice..we are exercising difficulty in viewing the channel of our choice.
