1)Channel transmission is erratic.
Channels stop showing
2) No response on their site & emails of the given mobile no & toll free nos
3)Emails replies are just paper work as nothing happens & fake activation links are given
4) Mobile INFINITY D2H is useless and does not activate per given & selected channels
5)Regular deduction of the amounts without showing the channels.
More than Rs.500 balance.
Deducted Rs200 in last 3 days!!??
All the above seems to be in collusion & blessings of TRAI?

    Tata sky has increased my multi tv pack from rs200 to rs300, without informing me.
    Earlier it was rs.667 but now my total bill is rs 766, which is too high. I had complained to tata sky, but they said it's because of some new trai rule & they cant help it from their side. These new rules are causing dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
    Can u intervene and help?

      With due respect, i want to draw your attention towards a concern i am facing. I have 2 sim cards, one of bsnl and other of jio. I turned 18 in may, 2018. So, i tried to change the ownership of my both the sim from my uncle's (Fathers brother) name to my name in which bsnl did very smoothly. But jio doesnt provide such facility. It will be beneficial if you can enforce jio to give a brief notice regarding when will the ownership change be entertained as its much required process i have the noc & other documents ready.

        Dear Team,
        I treid a call to customer Services "N" no. of times but the were not active and unable to connect from my registered mobile no due to i am facing a problem while telecasting a Channels since one week due to might be some changes occurs by TRAI guidelines but no one help me out, Even i also sent a mail to Nodal Officer at nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com couple of times but as usual they are also not helpful, And on other hand i treid to visit Videocon D2H Offices at Lucknow by the help of web adreess and concern Person contact no which is mentioned on site they are also out of services, Kindly update me where should we approach and what counter,

          I am of the strong opinion that the amount of rs.130 + 18 gst being charged by the cable operators on free to air channels is not justified. Further, i would say that it is pro-cable or dth operators and against the interest of the customers. I seek your clarification of this.             Hello, this is kamaljit a videocon d2h consumer& my i'd no is 64516408. That today i. E i online credited in my d2h account and having balance in my i'd but it is not working, shows balance insufficient. When i aproached customercare after more then 30 calls an attendent attend my call and says u can call after half an hour due to system is not working. Is this not negligence. I want to sue the service provider in consumer court, is there any remedy with trai or not pls tell if have

              Hi i’m a videocon d2h subscriber my customer id is[protected] i’ve been trying to recharge as per the new pack since 20 day’s first of all i have 800 balance in my tv but it’s not working since 10 days it shows insufficient balance i also selected my channels they message we’ll look into it and don’t respond to calls please do something about this it’s really frustrating

                  Hi trai,

                  I am videocon d2h subscriber for last 6 years, recently 31 jan 2018 new rates of channels has been provided to consumers, i requested videocon d2h to update my channels list but they are not ready to change my channel list and they are charging according to old rates. They are charging according to ols packs. Even i requested them twice to reject my old pack and provide me only 187 mandatory channels, but still they are providing me the service of old service and charging 580 rs/month.

                    From[protected] My connection card no. [protected] is closed by d2h service provider.
                    I have called 178 calls, 9 emails @ 11 sms to customer care of d2h.
                    I have paid all dues @ recharges in advance to d2h. I have send email to them to cancel the card
                    But no reply from them.
                    Your resolutions is hitting people.
                    Pl look in matter.

                      My mobile number is registered with do not call registry and i have verified the same with nccptrai.gov.in website, but i am gettign all types of sms and calls from marketting agency.
                      I have called bsnl support about it, answer is we will re register. But no clear guidnce about complaince procedures.
                      There is a feature we can send text as unsollicated msg to 1901, but i am getting messages not from mobile numbers its are all from (Hp-wanted) (Bh-saleby) hp-massage, bw etc etc etc, why trai has no control over these marketing channels. I googled it i could not find any mehanis to report these messages and i am sure our network providers dont have any mechanics to control these (Even they will not find solutions to answer you) now my doubt is is any one aware how to stop these.

                      I am getting msg for massage club, loan, web fishing, etc etc etc which is annoying.

                        I have opted my channels as per the trai rules, in my settup box of videocon company channel no 997, videocon infinity app and also through videocon d2h web login. But they have not put those channels which i opted. Your rule says that the facility should be provided from february 1, 2019. But i am not able to enjoy my channel selection. Take some strict action regarding them. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail as well as sms also. Do something regarding this.

                        Recently i try to login through their d2h side my account section through my mail id and password but it still not open. And also i try through my registered mobile no to open the d2h for selection for channels but it now still it not open.

                        The company as well as customer care staffs now harassed customer.

                        My customer id[protected]. I am fully harassed by videocon d2h company.

                        Videocon d2h neither allow recently to login in my account.

                        So i request you kindly take action against the company so that we never harassed.

                          In reference to above cited subject this is to inform you that your discussion forum on website is not working, tried for number of times but i think it was made for making fool to the innocent consumers and nobody having any responsibility of consumers and you are busy only to gaining image on media.

                          If you really have any concern about the consumers than work in a unbiased manner.

                          You have already received this type of complaint number of times from the number of innocent consumers and still they becoming fool:

                          I have booked reliance big tv in march 2018 with advance payment and received independent tv connection in jan 2019, which has very poor in quality of hardware and service, before the installation i was complaint to customer cares though toll free numbers and email but no buddy refunded my amount and never any replay given by any one.

                          Now after installation of dth within a month all the hd channels are disappeared and customer care of independent tv did not having any answer.

                          What is this?

                          Now i feel govt dth is better than independent tv, so, it is my humble request to my innocent friend any consumers, please don't by independent tv and if you are having the independent tv then try to surrender it and take the refund of your amount.

                          Therefore i am requesting you to don't make consumers fool and take the necessary action against the independent tv.

                            My videocon d2h is not working after the 02-feb-19, for which we have made several complaints over the customer care and wasted everyday almost 1-2 hrs with customer care executive to talk to them and their higher authority but everything goes in vain moreover to that if you are making calls again and again they are disconnecting the call without listening the complaints.

                            Yesterday i made a complaint through email which is attached below
                            "with reference to the complaint no[protected] made for the customer id[protected], i would like to inform d2h that from last 15 days we have been facing the consequence of our worst decision that we have chosen the d2h as our service provide for broadcasting the tv
                            Service, we have contacted d2h several times during this period and explained the customer care executive that we are unable to watch any of the sd channels after the trai regulation came into effect and also not able to select the channels which we want see but every time we
                            Have wasted our time to make the cc executive to understand and listen their lame excuses that we are facing some technical problem and your problem will be resolved on priority, after registering the complaints by customer service the answer we got is"that your complaint will be
                            Resolved with in 48 hrs and after that we are receiving the sms that your complaint has been resolved"even without the resolution to our problem. We had tried 100's of time on d2h website to select the channels which we want to see but every time not able to select
                            And the message appears that"your package cannot be migrate due to some technical error please contact the customer care", which is effectively means that we will be paying rs 187 for no reason just for having the d2h set top boxes.
                            We have been subjected to harassment and mental agony by this nature of d2h customer care and the website which fetch us nothing after repeated no of call since last 15 days. If d2h cannot resolve my problem then i would like to disconnect the service from d2h and refund my
                            Payments which we have paid for recharging of our set top boxes (3no). If you will not take any action by end on monday (I. E 18-feb-2019) then i will file a complaint in trai as well as consumer forum".

                              As per trai new norms i have selected broadcast bouquet in airtel,
                              But i am able to see few channels in the same bouquet.

                              When i called airtel customer care they asked me what is the issue after explanation they told they have to send an engineer for the issue solving purpose.

                              My concern was that why would i pay for engineer for the issue which was created after the subscription and not from my side and i am able to see other channels.

                              Means the channel which cost 15 to 20 rs maybe i have to pay minimum 200 rs is it deserving.

                              I am attaching the image of the bouquet.
                              Request you to please look after this.

                              Worst service I have ever got from any other service providers...
                              I called the airtel dth customer service this was third time I got the reply that there is some technical issue going on so call after 2 hrs. Is this any coincident or they just want to waste the consumers time?

                              And than banged the phone what the ... bhai humko hamare hi Paise k value nhi mil rahi sirf lootney bhaithe ho ky...

                              20 days has been passed but I am not able to see my selected channels...

                                Hello sir/mam,

                                My dth account disconnected before the due date and we don't get the customer support from airtel digital tv team they also disconnect the call saying that we will transfer your call to the higher authority. They think the consumer are fool. Trai rules and regulation will be applicable from 1st feb 2019, but we recharge are account before the trai rules and regulation how can they do this for us, they also disconnected my channel without are permission they are not even ready to listen they says that after 12 feb your pack was changed. This is totally illegal and they doing every think as per their connivance not for the customer, this is not happening first time for us as many time they repeating the same think for thier customer and not solve the problem.
                                Please help to solve our problem as soon as possible, i am waiting for reply and hoping that you are supporting the customer.

                                  My self komil gajjar and i m using vedeocon d2h service.

                                  Now a days i can't recharge my d2h service from my service provider after many complaints mail only i received appolize reply from provider but didn't taken any action from them.

                                  I set up my channel list as per tria regulations on my service provider site but i can't recharge as per that amount they force me to recharge fixed decided amount by service provide and also not giving any guidance to the customer even its complaint numbers are not rechable.

                                    Our sub named operator neelam tamang is charging rs220/month for fti channel whereas as per tri rules n regulation it is rs135+gst per month. After paying rs220 plus our prescribed channel the total amount comes around rs500 per month, so the monthly cable fee has become very expansive and they are blaming the government for the tri rules n regulations. So can you do something for the extra rs70 they are taking for free from the customers. Because the new tri rules were supposed to make benefit for the customers but instead the sub operators are being benefited. Would you kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

                                        I am having v c no.[protected] with dish tv since long time on 25/1/2019 i have wrongly deposited rs.429 in wrong v c no.[protected] by mistake
                                        And since 28/1/2019 i have requested the dish t v 8 time by sending email to transfer the said amount from wrong v c [protected] number to correct vc no. [protected] but the dish t v has not done anything till today. As i have not recharge on 14/2/2109 dish t v extended service till 19/2/2019.
                                        Now as per dish t v today is last day for recharge but dish t v not doing anything to adjust mt rs.429 paid on 25/1/2019 on wrong v c number.
                                        Please do needful for me.
