I have tried almost 50 times to contact customer care phone numbers of videocon d2h in last one week but no response. Either no one picks up the phone or all lines are busy or the call is disconnected abruptly. No response to my email also. No information about my package and charges. No details about my recharge. Very frustrating experience. My customer no is[protected]

    I have been trying to modify my dish tv pack several times, the broadcaster is issuing token numbers for my submission but not updating the choices. My broadcaster is dish tv and my vc no. Is [protected]. I have tried nearly 20 times but the broadcaster is not updating my choices. I tried calling customer care also but they are not solving the issue. They are saying that we cant solve i[censored] want to complaint go ahead we are not bothered about ur complaint, like this they are responding to customers. So please solve my problem.

      Sir, About !2 E-Mails have been sent to videocom d2h office stating there in My Own Plan with Channelwise cost therefor, but no satisfactory response from the authority.Instead of they migrated to new plan without considering my own plan.       My consumer id is 5202432. Long ago I started to view videocon d2h while I was at Raipur (C.G.). Since then, I have changed my mobile no. many a times and have forgot the mobile number in which my connection was registered. As per the format, I am not now able to put my choice of channels due to non availability of the original mobile number. Kindly suggest a new method in the return mail by which I can do the needful.         I'm from mumbai.
        Dish tv is not showing free to air channels. After sending mails and calling to their customer care multiple times, they are not showing free to air channels.

        Also on their mobile app and website, there is no option available to add, free to air channels in our pack.

        Also the customer care numbers mentioned on their website are not working most of the time.

          In kerala, wayanad, local cable tv operater 'malanad cable tv' desnot allowed to select free to air channels at customer's choice. The cable tv operator prepared two panels of free to air chanel's and four or five compained panels. They compail to select one of the panels given by the operator. Otherwise the customer is compail to subscribe one panel they says.

            As you all might aware that trai has recently announced new tariff for all the consumers. Previously, we have paid only 70rs as a monthly price to the operators and watch all the regional channels. But, now when i chose all those regional channels it comes out to be around rs 280 (Incl. Gst). Im asking one simple to trai being a middle class or lower middle class how can we pay that much amount for sake of entertainment. Why you people are always try to swindle the money from the poor people. We are facing lots and lots problem from early start of work till the end of day. We have only some time to relax and watch tv. But you have put the barriers for this too. What you want from us. Is the world is only for the rich. Please answer my questions...

              Tata sky is misleading customers in new trai package selection. I chose premium sports english hd as my base pack which costed 500/ month. So it showed my multitv charges would be 400/ month.
              But after a few days tata sky messaged me my multitv charges would be 500/ month. I complained about it but now they say my base pack is 500.46/ month. So my mutitv charges would be 500/month. I have attached pictures of the charges shown to me.

And any time a call the videocon d2h service centre always busy from last 1 month suffering worst service and i taken the help from you but not proper response, so please resolve my query as earlier as possible and get call back urgently from videocon d2h service centre i want my tv on today onwards at any how.

                  Tata sky has activated the bollywood premium channel on my account without informing me and they are saying that they have got the request on 4th feb 2019. During that week i was not there in pune. I went to my cousins wedding and how is that possible i will make a request to them. When i said them to deactivate it they are saying we cannot deactivate it for one month and also we are not going to refund the amount as it was a request from my end.

                      My d2h i'd no 19213030 monthly plan rs 315 (Old). I'm trying to submit pack as per trai new rule for the last 15 days. When i login to the d2h mobile app/website i couldn't submit as it comes writing plan cannot be migrated. I contacted the customer care many times and they informed that your best fit plan for 379 can be activated. No individual channel can be done.
                      This act of d2h putting me in lot of trouble and pressure. Kindly look into this and do needful action

                        As everyone know that with your new decision the cost of tv channel has really gone low. But then also we have to pay more money because of ncf charges. As including gst ncf charges are rs 153. So it very expensive for middle class person. According to me and public the ncf charges should be decreased. Probably around rs 80 including gst. This was my request from me and the whole public of india. Using such polite words is my quietness otherwise if the public got angry the can also perform the largest riot in whole indian history. So please take some action

                          I am subhakar singh, a den cable subscriber from delhi as per details shown below:
                          Customer name: subhakar singh, address: 75c bharat nagar new friends colony, new delhi 25, set top box no.[protected].
                          I had chosen my package as per the new gov't tarrif plan and submitted my request to my local cable provider malik communications. However it has been over a week yet the channels selected has not been activated. I am not getting any support or information neither from den nor from my cable operator. Please take it as a complaint and help me get the package activated also take necessary action against both den and local cable operator.

                            I am existing customer of den cable in delhi. As per direction / information given by the cable operator to me in the month of january 2019, a government has desided, you must choose a new plan / package select first after you pay the monthly payment accordingly your plan/package.
                            I have chosen the basic plan i. E. Rs. 150 per month w. E. F. 01/02/2019. But cable operator demand me of rs. 460 (310+150).

                              I have tried my level best to select channels on airtel website (According to your new policy). Airtel website has no provision of selecting individual channels, they only provide packages.
                              Their customer care persons are impossible to reach, i have been trying since last month (January 2019)
                              Please pass on instructions to airtel authorities to let customers select individual channels as well.

                                I am using asianet cable services in kerala, cochin area.
                                In their website when i try to select my own channels i'm show error saying stb not found when i give my subscriber code.
                                But when i try to select the pre-selected packages the subscriber code has no problem. They are forcing customers to opt for their own pre-selected channel package.
                                Its been around 15days or so since the new regulations came into effect till now they havnt fixed the issue. Many customers have the same issue and are facing difficulty

                                    We paid three days back to s s cable in thane but still not able to view the desired channels infact no channels working. It is complete shutout.

                                    We visited their panchpakhadi branch were asked to go to majiwada then brahmand.

                                    Finally, when we reached there was told it will start working by evening but it didn't.

                                    Please take strict action against them.

                                        My secondary videocon set to box attached to my customer id 98958713 in the name of ravneet sohpal is not working since long time. I am complaining videocon customer care no [protected] since last one week but each time i made call they replied system not working but my recharge amount is going in vain.
