I am a senior citizon 66years of age and i am in f-11a (G-8 area) hari nagar new delhi - 110064. I got cable connection through sky line cable tv shop no:5, inside db-block market, hari nagar new delhi - 110064. Having phone no: [protected].
I paid rs. 360/- for the cable services but i am not getting the channels connected for which i paid the money. After having complaining them for over 4 days, i went to their office today at about 11.30 am and was subject to abuses and dirty words by their employees names mohan and alam. Even the other staff at the cable office was there almost to hit me phyically instead of resolving the issues. I tried the customer care numbers of den [protected] which was connected but got disconneted in mid way. Even the siti costomer care [protected] did not respond. Are we there to get physically hurt if we ask for channels for which we paid money???

    I dont wish to switch over to the new system.in the old system i was paying rs 525 for 2 tvs whereas in the new system i am paying rs 1450 and getting lesser number of channels even after choosing the top level boquets.in the new system there are more number of hd channels but its not a major attraction for me. Secondly in the new system is there any concession for the second connection.

      I am awdhesh kumar tiwary, my customer id is 5473616 with videocon d2h.in spite of registering advance request in january and selecting the basic fta pack on d2h website through my id, my plan is not being migrated. On selecting the basic fta pack again and again now on website it is showing technical error contact to customer care and customer care executive is telling i cannot do anything. Please help me to migrate to basic fta plan and save my hard earned money. Please!!!

        I am from mumbai, malad west, mumbai-400064. I have hathway cable installed in my house under the name columbus cable. The operator has blocked all the channels except the 26 free to air channels inspite of the date submitted by the government being 31st march. On calling them they force me to take the maharashtra 130 rs pack in which you get 100 fta channels which i don't want. As per governments rules we have an option to choose the above mentioned category which hathway isn't providing. Please follow back. Thanks.

        Hathway Customer account number [protected] - Paid up the charges this morning as per Transaction ID HAT26465c178d454 .but all channels have been now blocked . Hathway operator in Colaba does not respond ; and when one of them did, they said they will NOT allow FTA channel other thn the Maharashtra PAck offered by them - and alacarte selection will not be entertained by them.
        THIS IS THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW OF THIS BEHAVIOUR. CONTACT PERSON OF HATHWAY COLABA IS MR. ROCKY LOBO TEL : [protected].

          Sir there is no option to chose hd channel in ala-carate channel list providing by air tel dth on air tel self care website. I repeatedly mail to air tel once they replyed on telepathically on 08 feb that this matter will be resolved within two to three days. But still i am not watching hd channel because they not provided me to chose hd channels (Hindi ent) list. Pl help us dth no - [protected]

          Sir now I am forcing to watch more channel then I have chosen for my pack.
          1. I made own pack of total 40 including 6 odd HD channels + 25 mendetary dd channel total no goes 72 or 73 maximum. my bill was 353 rs. Since last 03 days all free channel in my pack by DTH provider total no of channel is showing in airtel selfcare portal that 173 channel. but showing in ala- carate channel is 31 till today so I can not remove any added channel by DTH provider and they are now charging for that extra 70 rs more for no of chhanel exceding more then 100 channel.

          2. I am full in mental stress for such type of cheating One problem solve then another problem arises.

          Further I state that pl take me out from this mess and pl do needful for further they not do such type of thing

          They are not solving my problem, They have removed extra channel which is deliberately added in my OP channel by own after complaining to you, on 25 feb 19. My Op bill was showing 331 rs. Today come to know again total bill is showing 396 rs. however my package is showing 331 Rs. Sir since 15 feb 19 they have charged 100 Rs extra. Sir pl interfere in my matter to recover my money and you fine also. Now they are giving OTP by own to take channel of Air tel pack. I am very dusturb. pl help SOS...

            Cable Operator Hathway (Mallikarjuna Cable Network, Located at KTR Colony, Nizampet, Bachupally ) is providing a bad service to the customers even after paying the required channel money to them.

            I have paid Rs 300 for selected Channels on 9th Feb-2019 and still all the channels are blocked, tried calling Cable Operator @ [protected] and [protected] but no body picks the call to respond.

            Hathway being a big brand, what a wonderful service is being provided by Hathway cable TV Operators

            PLEASE ESCALATE THIS REQUEST TO HATHWAY CABLE TV HEAD OFFICE MANAGEMENT

              I am from kolkata. I stay in seal lane (Tangra). Suddenly most of my channels have been blocked despite trai has extended the deadline to 31st march. The local cable operators are not ready to hear anything and are trying to force us to take whatever packages they are making by themselves. Which is quite expensive and also filled with unwanted channels. They are also not updating to the various packages beeing offered by various channels. And we are being forced to take the expensive ones only. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                Hello, i am gtpl cable tv consumer in ahmedabad... As per new rules consumer has right to buy his fta 100 channels and then also chargeable channels as per his requirement... But gtpl dont allows consumer for individual channel selection... They have made their own package nd every consumer will have to choose from that only... Consumer cant select on his own... Kindly guide how to complain against gtpl..

                I am from Amravati, Maharashtra. Consumer of GTPL cable network. GTPL is not allowing to select individual channel as well as bouquet channel. They are only insisting on buying channel pack made by them. And If we want to choose we have to pay additional ₹60 sum on the name of ncf.
                Also the service provided is third class.
                I paid monthly subscription but gtpl ahmedabad service not provide me. he said your setup box on for 20/25 minut but not positive report give by gtpl
                Cable TV gtpl worst experience, my connection not working from almost one week and not getting reliable answer from gtpl costumer care, no signal message still getting, even not said any time for conclusion so what to do now?

                  Same issue for me. My LCO is saying that we have to choose from the packages and he can only add ala carte channels but cannot remove any channels from the package, thereby making me pay extra for NCF.
                  I am facing same problem as "vmullick" . I have raised the matter with Den customer care as well as their nodal officers and its about more than a month yet problem persists and they disconnected my connection also.

                    Hi,

                    I am a hathway cable consumer, i am able to see any chanels even though trai declared that till 31st march services will be available as we are getting before, but still the local cable operator's do not providing the services, even i tried to the responsible person in west bengal mr. Santanu chakraborty for few times but he did not responded. I am from arambagh, hooghly, west bengal. Please do take some necessary actions and also prevent the corruption into these local level to state level services. I am a common people of hope you will listen to me and will do the needful.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I have Airtel Digital TV DTH [protected]. I have big channel issue to subscribe limited only required channel. I have n number of time raise my issue on Airtel customer care. But there is no response taken by customer care.

                      I am not able to see my selected channel on my TV even provide the list of changes shared to customer care. We pay money to DTH provider for watch my channel selection but they are not care about that even they are not response back to us.

                      When ever I call customer care each time first reaction is due to technical fault thy can't able to update any thing and on the top of that customer care hold user mobile call more than 15 mints. After that if we ask more on that why my subscribed channel is not shown conman answer due to technical fault you are not able to see those channel.

                      Can you please take a strong action against them.

                        As per trai rules
                        The mrp of ncf as prescribed is maximum rs. 130 per month. This rental includes the carriage of 100 tv channels. You can select any fta channel, pay channel or a bouquet (S) of pay channel as per your choice. If you want to increase the capacity (Because you want to watch more than 100 channels), you can do so by paying an additional amount of rs. 20 for 25 additional channels capacity or a part thereof. As an example, suppose you want to watch 110 channels, you may be charged an amount not exceeding rs 150 (Rs 130 + rs 20) per month. If you want to watch 150 channels, you pay another 20 rupees for the slab 125-150 channels.
                        If i can choose my channel, why are service providers making a base plan of 100 channels with are all fta channels. And the channels which i am selecting are add on that list. Which obviously make my channel list 150-160 channels. And again they are charging rs 20 for additional 25 channel. I was paying 250 per month till date. Now i have to pay around 400 rs.

                          Malls like big bazaar, more ask for customer mobile number (Compulsory) for billing, which is arrogantly and shamelessly sold to telemarketers without the customer's knowledge and consent. Later, the customer is harassed by untimely telemarketing calls for credit cards, personal loans, even if he is registered with dnd.
                          Your so called dnd app is nothing, but a fancy one, which doesnt serve the purpose. For e. G. A rogue bank like axis, sends sms from different headers for loans. Even if you complain about one header, the nonsense repeats sometimes, from the same header. Do you expect the consumer to complain about every number/ header these rogue banks use to send sms or call?
                          It is an illegal huge network. A rogue marketing agency buys the data from the malls, which is further availed by other rogues like hdfc bank, etc.
                          When contacted these rogues (Hdfc, axis, indusind) pretend innocence and intimate that the telemarketing number doesnt belong to them.
                          In the end, the customer is the sufferer, even though he is registered with dnd.
                          If such nonsense, is encouraged by trai, ignore this complaint, else take strict action.

                            Sir i wanna say that, i am customer of d2h videcone, why i pad money for not choosing my plan my pack, example, 40 religious channel, channel name ishar tv bhakti tv etc, why i pad money republic tv, sudarshan tv, sir i have only paid money government 25 channel like durdarshan, those videocon d2h are thief, i am not satisfied for your service. I wanna port my d2h to another company, plz solve my problems.

                                Subject: complaint against dth service provider `tata sky’ on repeated poor service (Subscriber id-[protected]).

                                Dear sir,

                                I the undersigned, have been a user of the dth service provider tata sky for the past 12 years, (Subscriber id - [protected]), however lately the experience has been really pathetic! Starting from not being able to view any channels of the sony network. After this is solved after repeated complaints, the new issue that has turned up repeatedly is that i am not able to view any of my channels that i have selected and paid for!!!

                                Having to make numerous calls to the customer care for the same problem is really frustrating and a pure wastage of my time! Every few days i am unable to view any of the channels while the screen displays a message that reads `kindly recharge your account’, the irony is that the screen read so despite i had a positive balance of rs. 1300 in my account!!

                                Finally after a week of not being able to view any of the channels, today i was able to view them after my `account settings were rest’ by the tata sky official. Each time it is termed as a technical issue and no responsibility is taken for it by the company.

                                It is also to be noted that trai, being the regulatory body, is toothless and due to reasons best known to trai, it is afraid of taking bold decisions against the errant service providers, so as to improve the quality of service being provided to customers!!!

                                I really urge trai to take some action as a governing body against such fraudulent service providers and show the spine to penalize them!! So that the consumers who pay for the service do not face such distress.

                                  Recently i have ported my 2 airtel corporate numbers (A) [protected] (B) [protected] to jio after 2 or 3 times they declined due to non-payment of their overdue
                                  When i paid their due regarding these numbers then they allow to port but after 2 or 3 month again they calling / sending sms regarding due amount and threatening me to stop the services of both the numbers

                                    With the new cable charges i am paying close to 1800 for my 2 tv's as opposed to the 600 i used to pay.. How is this helping the consumer.. And instead of being able to select channel i am forced to pick a package the provider has created which excludes some channels i want. I am now paying triple the amount and missing out on channels i would like to watch

                                      I am the d2h customer. They are not selling the tv packages as per tria rules.
                                      They have created their now packages and selling it. The are forcing you to buy costly packages.
                                      They should sell each and every packages provide on the tria website.

                                      Example:
                                      They are not selling packages provided by the zee and tv 18.
                                      Also dropping some of the packages from star and sony which are at a good price.

                                      Please take the necessary action.

                                        Hello all,

                                        My videocon d2h no :[protected] and i have taken multiple room connections from one dish (First : [protected] (7) and second :[protected] (2). I recharged yesterday i. E 13/02/2019 and after that i have called multiple time to d2h customer care as one of my connection is working properly after doing new package rule which is being applied by trai (Primary) and the other one (Secondary) is not working at all i am able to see the free channels only. Today also when i called multiple time customer care executive disconnected my call many a times without transferring my call to his supervisor.

                                        My complaint number with videocon d2h is[protected]Not sure weather he provided the right one or not). All of the customer service executives saying it will start but no one is providing me with exact time frame even supervisor naveen said the same as their it team is working on it. I need all the channels i selected on my both connections.

                                        As i have paid the charges so why i was not able to watch what i want. If you want me to pay additional charges for secondary connection i am ready to bear those expenses but i need this to done.

                                        Trai : i have not subscribed 100 channels which they are providing me because out of those many of the channels is of no use for me kannada, telugu, gujarati, etc and that thing is decreasing my bandwidth to select other channels and they are charging more.

                                        Please look into this and do the resolution asap because multiple connection means you have paid for the both not for 1. The charges which customer care provided me for second connection i agreed for that but still facing the same issue.

                                        Your response on this is very important.
