This is to inform you that hatway rajesh of ghatkopar has disconnected all the cable line from yesterday
And is demanding higher rates which is more than the recommend trai regulation.
He has no rights to disconnect the cable without any prior notice.
And there plans are more expensive
Please assist in this matter as there are many complains.in the local area about the irrigularties from the cable operator.
Please find the attached recommended package from the cable operator where they are not mentioning there name
As any document should have cable operators name in it.

    Dear team,
    I have been using 3 vodafone connection from past 12 years, as i have shifted to my new premises at kowkoor (Flat no 403, c block, phase 1, janapriya arcadia 500010) the network was on and off. Then by seeing all the social media ads and word of mouthi have ported all the three connections to airtel network, to my surprise the situation was worst then earlier and i have several complaints with customer care and visited nearest airtel shoppe but the pathetic thing is that either no one could able to resolve or taking responsibility.
    One of your customer care executive said that by installing network booster the issue will get resolved but non of the airtel shoppe are arranging the same and they are routing it to here and there.
    This is ridiculous that the kind of ads you show and in reality it is all false and most worrying thing is in spite of several complaints and visits still i am clueless, request you to either resolve the issue or please cancel my connections saying all we show is fake.

        Hello, i had made my channel selection on the videocon d2h website (Ie. www.d2h.com) on 29th jan 2019 and also got a message on the website saying "insert successfully: sr no.[protected]" (See attached screenshot). After some days the channels that we were viewing before the new trai order were changed but not as per the my selected channels and instead we are now receiving even fewer channels than what we were viewing before. I have 2 connections on videocon d2h at my house and some channels are seen on only one of the tv sets whilst some channels are not seen on both the tv sets.

        I have tried to complain by phone, website or email and even sent an email to the nodal officer but no response from any front. The calls are not answered since last few weeks. The website sometimes is down whilst at other times is not showing hd channels and/or hd bouquets and also the info of the bouquets is not available at times so we can't even see what channels are there in the available bouquets.

        It has been the worst service i have experienced regarding tv channel operators. Kindly escalate this to the higher authorities whoever can help in resolving this issue asap.

          I have account with d2h and i had activated the new plan based on new rule on 31st jan 2019 only. Some of the channels which i have selected is still not started by d2h and when i complain for the same to them, they say that they will required to send engineer & for that fees is 200.

          The others channel is working properly and only 4-5 channels is not activated by them for which they are asking me to pay 200 for engineer visit. And then your channel will be activated.

          Trai has started to benefit us but it is getting as nightmare for us. Since we paying the amount of channel selected by us but we are not able to see them.

          D2h is trying to fool us and we hope that trai will take strict action against them as they are not afraid of them.

            Dear honor, i am a person who views telugu, tamil, hindi, english channels. Usually my cable tv operator charge me rs 240 per month but now he shows me a sum of rs 400 per month. Then what is the purpose of bringing of this trai rules. These rules and freedom may help to some people who views jus some channels and there are some people who watch all channels in different languages.
            So will you plz help me to this complaint and bring some effective price list for those who views all channels.

              I had used your site for user selection of channels. After selecting the channels i had used the optimsed button. The selection had two pages one for free and pay channel and next page for bouquet channels. I sent the list to [protected]@incablenet.net
              Incablenet only released the free and pay channels sent by me bu the bouquet channels selected by me has not been relayed to me. Kindly look into this. I haeve sent two reminders to them but there is no response.

                ट्राई के नये निर्देशानुसार डिश टी.वी. पर पसंदीदा चैनल चुनने की समय सीमा बढ़ाकर 31मार्च 2019 कर दी गई है l बावजूद उसके डिश टी.वी. ने पहले से आ रहे अधिकांश चैनलों को बंद कर दिया है, जबकि प्रत्येक माह की तरह इस माह भी मैने उतनी धनराशि का रिचार्ज करवाया जितना हर माह करवाते थे l इस बारे में जब मैने डिश टी.वी. के कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत दर्ज करवानी चाही तो यह कहते हुये शिकायत दर्ज करने से मना कर दिया गया कि समय सीमा नहीँ बढ़ाई गई है और बंद किये गये चैनलों को चालू नहीँ किया जायेगा

                  My dth provider, dishtv india ltd., has not yet changed my channel list even though i submitted request in january. They are still charging me ₹925 as in my old plan. Everytime i call customer care, they say that their system is not updated yet and i have to wait for "some more time". Also their website & mobile app channel selection is not working

                    I umesh chandra joshi holding the airtel digital tv id [protected]. My cable network plan has been changed without informing me as i have already paid money upto feb 2019 for existing plans before declaring the trai new regulation. Myself not able see the channels as per existing plans from 03 feb 19 onward. I have tried to approach airtel tv officials to resolve my issues number of times & i could not able to talk airtel till date which reduces the moral values of consumer and wasting the valuable time to connect airtel customer care for long time.
                    However, with due respect i have opted the new channel plans as per my requirement and submitted on 08 feb 19 through your channel number 998. The same has also not been authorised to me till date. My paid money for existing plan is wasted all the day.
                    Therefore, you are requested to intervene my issues with airtel digital tv officials to resolve at the earliest and the action taken by you, may be inform to individual. I & my family will be thankful for your kind support.

                    1. I have raised complaint to you and airtel TV in one mail but the officials of Airtel has contacted to me 19 Feb 19. Any how I have approached to Airtel on 16 Feb 19. Than I have tried to know about my new plan status, they told me my request is not available with them.
                    2. I was shocked as I have submitted my request to Airtel TV on 08 Feb 19. Again myself submitted new request on 16 Feb 19 then finally I have got the channels.
                    3. When Airtel officials approached to me on my complaint then I knew that I have been charged Rs 437/- pack per month as I have choose only 92 channels including 25 free channels of monthly pack of Rs 364/- only. 4. Why the AirtelTV harassing the consumer, I have asked to the Airtel Officials who contacted me and not able to give any satisfied answer to me. I would like to convince you sir please take the necessary action against defaulter of Airtel TV who does not worry about the moral values of customer.

                      While i welcome trai's move for the new tarif it is like one step forward but two steps backward.

                      I was paying rs. 240/- to a service provider and enjoying the channels of my choice.

                      But now for the same channels i hae to pay 312/- rupees per month.

                      Now you please tell me what way we are benefitted?

                      Before formulating plans your higher ups should have the capacity in their mind to visualize higher price being paid after trai's orders.

                      With good heart you would have come forward but it faces backlash to sri. Modi ji.

                      Please revert back to the original position or amend the new rules to suit to our wallet.

                          Our cable operator is charging for paid channels from 13 feb 2019, onwards.
                          Inspite of the fact that trai has extended the date till 31st march.
                          Our cable operator is by the name of intec communication, located in sector 12 noida. They all of a sudden stopped the channels and we were forced to pay for channels according to new rates.
                          Even if the date has been extended

                            As per TRAI guide lines I want to choose my plan in which 100 FTA channels are made compulsory by Videocon wherever only 25 DD channels are mandatory, they charge after adding other channels package the total of all channels (100+...). (As shown in my plan).
                            My plan made for only one connection, not made for second connection.
                            Customer care No. also not responding.

                              I have a cable tv connection from sevev star cable network, mumbai. The company today discontinued cable service. I was told unless, the form for channel selection is submitted, there will no broadcast.

                                Last month i called to videocon dth and got choose my channels as per new trai rules. But they did not provide service and now they are not picking calls. There are more than 1000 of people are feeling cheated, what a poor service videocon is providing, and trai is not taking any action. I am surprised.

                                  The new rates of tata sky are very unfavourable to the consumer. My previous monthly billing was around rs 1500 with three multitv pack (@rs258 each).
                                  Now, to watch the same channels my monthly bill has gone upto rs 2110 pm with only two multi tv packs. (I have disconnected one multitv pack since feb 2019. The multi tv pack price has gone up from rs 258 pm to rs 600 pm!!!. This is totally unfair and cheating!!
                                  Further there is no pack available which has both hd and sd options for the same channel. So, if i have a sd set top box and a hd set top box in the same connection, i have to chose seperate packs for sd and hd for the same set of channels.. Which is increasing the total cost. This was not the case before.

                                    I have opted one year plan. Feb 2nd onwards stopped my services for showing up new plans. Unfortunately i selected highest plan 475 rs. But that didn't activated and at least not coming previously. No contact by them from 15days saying technical issues and resolving the same. My daily amount deducting. What customer has to do..                                       Trai has smelt blood and meat in the form of surcharges and cable charges.
                                      Remember, consumer is king.Do not treat them for helpless fools.cable operators and channels will lose revenue, customers will migrate to better oprions and trai will lose surcharges, and govt will lose gst income.tv channels will go out of business, losing revenue.
                                      RETRACT THIS INSANE AND UNFAIR POLICY IMMEDIATELY.

                                        This change is ridiculous, insane, not possible to support or sustain by any cable tv viewer. You take people for fools. Demand immediate retraction of the ruling. I for viewer will not oay these charges by boycot. Will stop cable connectuon, cable operators and channeks will lose business, trai will losr the meat and government gst.
