I used vediocon D2H from last 8 years.I recharged my account on 3rd Feb 2019. but still i am not able to see channels. I tried to call in call center from last 10 days but couldn't connect it. And if by chance it has connect ur agents said that we have server issue please call after 1 hour . called couple of times but statements was same. i registered in website that please arrange callback still now i didnt get any revert from ur side. yesterday i called in customer care and able to talked with them after taking all details they said we have system error then i forced to talk with senior person then they connect with prashant supervisor and he said that this is not yr plan and i asked for how can i do my plan selection on website or in app he said that u will get all information on your registered email id and get message on Ur registered mobile number. But still i didn't get any kind of mail and dealer. I really fade up of vediocon and want resolution or i want my money back. i already complained in NATIONAL CONSUMER DEPARTMENT. COMPLAIN NO IS 1157242. I already mailed in customer care @d2h.com and trai. Kindly revert asap. further all details u can find in you email.

    The new plans introduced by the train which requires the users to pay for each channels have increased my subscription plan of 350 /- months to directly double maybe more. As a consumer i do not agree or wish to actually go through with this plan which takes 154/- month just for mandatory channels that i do not even watch. My cable has most of the channels cutoff for last 1.5 months with only channels like doordarshan playing. Even my cable operator can not confirm when this will resolve as they are already not sure. About the trai's decision. I need to my cable to start again with same channels in same rate again.

      We are regular subscriber of m/s hathway cable & datacom & paying rs.250/- per month towards subscription fee. (Vc no —[protected]

      After enforcement of trai's order, our cable operator is insisting us to opt higher value package. To compel us, they have disconnected our service.
      So pl. Look into the matter and take suitable remedial measure.

        As per the latest TRAI order which requires us to select the channels as per our choice, I have been doing the same for 2 days on the videocon website and their app videocon infinity. Even after stuggling for so long I couldn’t select my channels. When I call the consumer care they say that please wait for an hour and your request would get accepted. I have waited for past 2 days but my channels are yet not activated.

          Dear sir, i would like to bring to your notice regarding the charges by hathway cable tv. I took the operator help to choose the packages. The prices when i am choosing channels is different from what they are advertising. For instance a channel price of rs19/- is more than rs 20+ and again finally gst is added
          Another point is regarding channel package, for example, star maa package is advertised for rs 39/- whereas our operator has shown rs 75/- price. Same with all the packages, i wrote to the hathway local in-charges, they only gave general information and not answering this, i sent a second mail even then no reply. The public is getting confused with the pricing. Please do the needful, they are extracting lots of money from common people. Thank you

            Sir, i am cable operator of sitapur...in sitapur two networks are working as mso.. Namely den and netvision... Den has continues his all paid channel services till 31 march... But netvision switched off all channels... From which customers are very sad and not watch all channels... Please take it very seriously because it's matter of ground customers which are not enjoying services of cable tv... Please said to netvision company to continue his services till 31 march in mean time customers choose his package comfortably... Please do needful... I am highly obliged you for this act of kindness...

              I have selected package code ksd11 and kept enough balance for the same. But i have not getting the channels i have selected as per package code ksd11. I have made many complaints with them in this regard, but no response. Since you are the authority recent scenario i would request you to instruct them to do the needful according to customer wish.

                Dear trai such a nice decisions which will break middle call people backbone. Do you think trai has provided freedom to customers on selecting channels?
                Why do we need to pay 150 rs for free channels? Do you think we are watching those channels?
                Do you know before this rules how much we are paying? And how many channels we are watching? Do you know how many channels we are suppose to watching for 250 rs?
                Now for same number channels need to watch we need to pay around 500 rs differently.

                Each and every time which ever decision is taking as a middle class person i am sure its a backbone breaking only.

                Such a stupid decisions taking indian government.

                Hi, I am a videocon d2h user. Currently, Videocon d2h is not providing all HD bouquets which are available on TRAI website. Further, videocon d2h is not allowing to add channels of my choice as part of 100 channel pack.

                  Greetings for the day.

                  With respect to the recent changes based on your guidelines i was completely losing my money because, earlier (Service provider airtel) when i pay 335/r i used get maximum channels (More than 200), but whereas now just to watch 68 channels need pay approximately 490. I don’t know where i am getting benefited on your guide lines instead of that service provider is only the more beneficiary. Please think and revise the guidelines as earlier or left the base price of 135.

                  Please think and advise how to get benifited. Other wise help me how to approach judiciary.

                    Hi, after this new trai rule, i am now paying rs 617 which is at least 250 rupees more than my earlier package. Also ncf charges is 222 rs is charging on this package which is very high per month.

                    Can trai make sure why this changes, why trai is not monitoring this type of changes. I don't know if trai is there for common peoples or for these companies.

                    Also i am not sure why ncf : 222 is charged for me. Airtel is not maintaining anything like cable. We have to purchase system (Antenna, setup box, cable and also we pay the charges to install) then if any issue then again charges to fix it then tell me what is the charges of 222.

                    Please request trai to monitor and fix else please revert to the old charges.

                      I have idea simcard, when i was purchased this sim card they was told me we are provide you lifetime incoming calls and sms services but last 6 months ago they was call me and said if you not recharge then your sim card all services is stop i am recharge every month but since 2 months i am not recharge because of i was meet with an accident so how i can recharge but idea company is doing fraud with me so please register my complaintand action as soon as possible on this company.

                        Please let me know what is the point of putting trai rule for dth. I dont find any benefits to the consumer. I was paying before trai rule 685 inr pm. But now i cannot see those channels after trai rule after paying 449 pm. If i want to see the channels which i was watching earlier need to pay 923 inr pm. Tata sky is not going with trai rule.

                          My cable operators are not giving me any choice of channel. He give us his own package of 100 channels, not of my choice, in his 130 price. My cable operator is Shiva cable network, Hisar, NXT Digital Ltd. As trai direction cable operators do not force for any package or channels.But when we ask for this package, we don't need such type channel, they ask me this is compulsory, without this package Set-top-box not to be installed.                             मेरा नाम सुनील है मेरा डिस टीवी नंबर [protected] है जिसको मैने तीन साल का रिचार्ज करवा रखा है इसमें फ्री वाले और तीन चैनल यू टीवी एक्शन, मूवी ओके और एंड पिकचर साथ मे फ्री दिए थे लेकिन फ़रवरी से मेरे तीन चैनल बंद और मै कोई भी पे चैनल जोड़ नहीं पा रहा हूं। इस बारे कई बार डिस टीवी सहायता पर फोन पर बात कर चुका हूं । जिससे मेरे तीन चैनल एक्टिव करने को तो मेरे को कहा गया था कि चोबीस घंटे म चालू हो जायेगे लेकिन अभी तक चालू नहीं हुए । मैं जब भी फोन करता हूं तो हर बार सिस्टम व्यस्त बता देते ह। और बोलते ह अभी कोई नए चैनल की स्कीम नहीं है। श्री मान जी में बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूं कृपया करके मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिए।

                              I am a videocon d2h user with customer ID[protected] in the name Yashpal Singh Rawat & mobile no. [protected]. Since last 1 month, i am facing lot of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. Ignoring calls, always hold like & then disconnect like.
                              I have multiple connection. On 1st February, 2019, I called on D2h customer care number. One of customer care executive ask me to subscribe your paid channels, as per new TRAI guidelines. I ask to executive, can u make package for me from your end, then he agreed & made package for me. He made package for me RS. 350/- & said you can avail second connection after spent RS. 153 extra. I had agreed & done.

                              Now the situation is my second connection services still stop from 1 February. I have been recharged of Rs.500 for which i should get services for mid March, but they have deducted 20 days for no reason. Again i have complained many times (approx 15 time) to their email ID [protected]@dishtv.in to which they are not proper replying . These kind of issues happened from 1 Feb 2019 & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again. As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for long time & after that disconnect. Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                Lodged with tatasky and both rejected by tatasky. So now in your purview...

                                I had a long duration pack of tatasky which was valid till february, 2020. However, recently giving excuse of trai guidelines, they asked me to go for individual channels. Annual pack cost was only rs 1950 for 12 months while the monthly pack now is costing rs 260 per month or rs 3120/- for 12 months and even now i am getting less channels. I have talked to others like subscribers of dish, reliance and airtel and they are honouring the annual commitments. This means tatasky is fleecing the customers. Please direct tatasky to honour the annual commitment. By the way why did you come with a plan which is detrimental to the consumers. Due to your new guidelines, the consumers are spending almost double the amount as compared to earlier. Over and above you are coming on tv and claiming to be working in the interest of consumers. Very irritating. You people and the government is for the capitalists only.
                                Please ask tatasky to honour the annual commitment.
                                Please rethink on your new guidelines and better it is to revert to old system. Don't you have any concerns for the poor consumers. You should not work only for broadcasters. You are hand in glove with the broadcasters. Shame on you.

                                  w/r to the above, my old pakage channel selection has been changed by Airtel without my consent to some Karnataka pack to which i have no Karnataka connection.Ihave fulfilled all my formalities for my newly chosen channal pack and got a confirmatory sms of new pack request from airtel but new pack channels are not being executed.Also I m not getting any proper response from the airtel customer care executive.Either they r not attending my calls or they r not equipped with relevant answer.
                                  Sir.i look towards u to redress my grievance.

                                    I Am using mirror pack of D2H . I have done recharge of Rs.900 . Only one TV is working and other is not working as saying you do not have balance. When i see my account balance is showing balance.

                                    I tried a number of times at their customer care no but they are not responding, after a long hold the phone get disconnected.

                                    Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      As of now I'm paying Rs. 350 for cable service (Hathway). My cable distributors says I will have to pay Rs. 1200 now to continue with same plan. Is it true that I have to pay 4 times higher if I want to continue the same plan?

                                      If yes, I don't think it is a good idea / decision from TRAI.

                                      Additionally, I heard from the news that the date is extended to 31st march, till then there won't be any disruption. But, Hathway cable vendor is not agreeing this point and they have disconnected the service. According to them TRAI is giving different instruction to cable vendors and News channels. Is it true?

                                      Don't understand who is playing around now?
