My dth tata sky provider is charging network fee as rupees 153 instead of rupees 130 decided as per new rules by trai. My tata sky id: [protected]
This fee is too more than decided by trai new rules for dth service providers.
It is requested to convey that message to tata sky dth provider to reduce the network fee amount to rupees 130 as per trai rules.

    We are using videocon d2h services. Last 3 days the channels are not coming so i called so many times but no one response. I mailed and tweet to their id. But nothing happen i get frustrated. I tried called nodal office landline no also but no one pick my call. I called at 11 o clock and early morning 5 o clock more than 10 times in every time but they put in waiting after 7 min it automatically disconnected. Please resolve the problem.

      My videocon d2h channels are not working from last two days. I called up several times throughout the day but didn’t get a single good response from videocon d2h representative. It shows very unprofessional and annoying behaviour. Could u please response to me, by which time my all channels starts working. I am very frustrated from videocon d2h. No one representative give the single answer to resolve my problem.

        Raised few complaints to jio but they closed without any resolution, would like to bring it to your attention to take some action against jio

        Complaint not yet resolved and pendind despite innumerble reminders to their customer care by phone, by email, and through dealer.
        D2h may be advised to resolve the problem of channels not being shown and refund my amount that they are deducting for the blackout period.

          Dear sirs,

          Are cable tv operators not liable to offer all bouquets of broadcasters for the channels they are offering?

          Asianet communications ltd., kerala is smartly not offering many bouquets of the broadcasters, there by forcing the customers to pick them up as alacarte channels and pay higher amount.

          For example,

          Star hindi hd premium - not offered
          Star hindi malayalam hd premium - not offered
          Star malayalam hd premium - not offered
          Sony happy india sports pack - not offered

          The above are only few examples.

          Please advise asianet communications ltd., kerala to offer all bouquets of broadcasters as published on trai website.

            I have given the list of channel which i want to see day before yesterday but i am not receiving any channel on my cable tv since last 24 hours and so. I reside in 7- chha - 27jawahar nagar jaipur opposite government school sector 7 jawahar nagar. When i called my cable operator vishva bandhu nayyar he told me that service has interrupted from trai delhi. Kindly provide my cable service as soon as possible

            I am trying to make several calls to videocon since 1st Feb 2019. I have already updated what channels I wanted still I am not getting for what I paid.             Yes, u must take legal action against them. everywhere facing same problem. cable operator point out service provider, service provider customer care not working.
            Multi tv charges have been increased I used to pay rs 250 each for multi tv now they have increased to 300 for two tv & rs 400 for three tvs

              Hi,

              I have created myop own pack under airtel dth on their website. The pack pricing came between rs 460/- to rs 480/- per month. According to this the per day cost should be around 16/- to 17/-. But airtel has been reducing the balance between rs 48/- to 30/-. I had credited rs 615/ on 1 feb 19. Today that amount has come down to rs 271/-. I have written several complaints to airtel with screenshots but so far they have not responded. The subscription rate now is rs 461/- pm. But even today rs 30/- was deducted, which is very high.

              Is there any trai website to give complaints against dth operators directly?

                I have airtel dth... I have not selected the package, but airtel dth has automatically converted my package from 225 to rs 309 and adjusted the days to lesser days based on the amount left with them and also reduced the channels... They should either of them but how can they do both.

                Why they are not keeping all free to air channels which were already in the pack earlier. Eg. Bhakti tv was part of earlier pack which is fta, but now i am not getting bhakti tv...

                I think the way you are implementing is wrong... More over why should we pay for channels when they are collecting huge amounts thru advertisements just like fta channels???

                  Charging for FTA channels who never seen watching. The main channels which public watch it's cost ₹22.50 each. If I required 15 channels of HD sports & movies it will cost appx ₹330 + ₹153 + NCF than what the use of new scheme. We are OK with old tariff. the MRP you kept of ₹19 reduce to ₹5 & base pack reduce upto ₹50, all will happily accept it. Trai is forced us pay more instead reducing our expenses.

                    Hello trai,

                    What was the need to force any change in pricing? It was competitive earlier. People were free to select service providers whoever they liked. People got lots of channels in package for much cheaper price than now.

                    Now with this new pricing, why have you taken away my freedom to watch any channel at any time. Why should i select upfront only the channels i will see.? I dont want to select upfront, but whenever i sit to wath tv, i want to watch any channel.
                    What is your problem? Why you did this?

                    Earlier in 400 rs we got 300 channels.
                    Now for 150 channels we have to pay 600 rs.

                    So both your objectives have been destroyed.

                    Price has gone up for most consumers. And consumer freedom is lost.

                    Can you not see this obvious flaw?

                    How can you charge more now while saying that cost will go down?
                    Are you not hearing all the complaints from subcribers?

                        Under the new regulations Hathway have made Thier own combo packs and not offering the combo packs offered by star, zee, Sony&colours .The package offered is not useful and if individually each channel is selected the net rental is almost double to what I am paying now which provides all the channels at a much lower rental.As advertised by the government that the new rules will be beneficial to the public is not true.
                        Hence request the Trai to forsee what is being ultimately delivered to the public and take corrective action.

                          Videocon d2h is charging double NCF and two times of prices for all individual channels selected by me. The same cannel is appear twice in my pack view option. I have created my own pack for Rs.250/- but now the d2h is charges Rs.750- for one connection with two times NCF. Customer care is not responding and several mails sent to d2h customer care were also not fruitful.

                            As per the new guidelines of the TRAI when I am going to select "MY OWN PACK" the D2H site is not opened and always said that the wrong password. When I logged for OTP they send it but their site was not opened from this OTP. When I logged in forget password they reflected the massage in the screen that the new password send to your registered mobile no. but the password send by them (by 20 to 24 hours delayed from the request time) are also not able to entered in the site for creating my own pack. The customer care no. of D2H i.e. [protected] is not working since 01.02.2019 and always says that all lines of this route are busy. But surprisingly when you tried to recharge your D2H from the old pack amount they are happily ready to do so.

                            I think all these nonsense are created by them only to harass the customer so that being fed up he started to pay the old pack amount.
                            Please adivse the D2H to allow the customer to select their own pack comfortably without any problem. Please also make a heavy penalty upon them for disabling their sites, customer care etc.

                                Making 130 rupees as minimum charges and only fta channels available that to packages are waste of channels. 130 rupees basic charges made should include either fta channels or pay channels. The rules which is made will be burden for middle or lower than middle class. Let me consider the south package 130 for fta and for kannada colours package is different and sun package is different price and zee package different price.
                                If i need zee kannada and boutique 17 and apart from zee kannada other channels is waste because i need zee telugu or other zee package. While combining all the package it will go beyond the price which we were paying. What is the use. For advertisement sake you say don't give more than 130.

                                Give an option which ever pay channels selected it can taken to boutique. Else we cant recharge or have entertainment.

                                We ask trai to give chance select pay channels in 130 rupees after selecting fta.

                                There is no combo for kannada telugu package or kannada tamil or kannada telugu sports package

                                Give universal setup box option so if not this broadcaster we can move to other. If not customer. Lco can shift the network and give reliable services to customer

                                Billing option is not user friendly and no billing option for customers if provided its difficult to understand even educated.

                                Ncf charges every 25 pay channels 20 rupees ncf this is for services. This is not fare because to match lco revenue or signal holder a revenue its implemented

                                Trai brought rules to make customer transparent and economic

                                Now only lco or signal holders are worried because customer is not bothered once lco or signal holder goes silent then customer starts blaming the rules

                                Or its better you give billing or handle billing server of all signal holders

Now i have recharged 198 rs to select individual channels but it has activated bengali channels automatically and when i called care to change to telugu package they are asking to recharge again 212 rs.                                     I booked Reliance Big TV Cable Connection Online on[protected]. Successful Payment of Rs. 499/- was made by Net Banking through PayU money detailed as below:-

                                    Order Amount : 499/- Dt. 11.03.2018

                                    Just after booking I talked on Reliance big tv customer care no. [protected]. I got reply “Please wait till confirmation of booking, we will back shortly. It will take some time.”
                                    I talked many times on Reliance customer care No. [protected] but every time I got reply “ your Booking did not update in our system due to some technical reasons. When your booking will show in our system, we will call you back.
                                    Then on 12.06.2018, to provide me confirmation of booking and Installation, I sent a message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [protected]@rbtv.in with a copy of PayU monety receipt of my successful payment against booking. I did not get any reply from Reliance Big TV in this regard.
                                    On 29.06.2018 and 03.10.2018, I again sent message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [protected]@rbtv.in to provide me connection or refund my paid money. I also did not get any reply in this regard.
                                    On 05.11.2018, I sent a message to PayU money, on their mail id [protected]@payumoney.com with a copy of their receipt, to provide the solution of booking confirmation. I Wrote in mail that according to Reliance Big TV customer care my booking is not showing in their system.
                                    I Received a mail from PayU money from their Mail ID [protected]@payumoney.com on 05.11.2018. In mail, they provided me a ticket ID 03779467 and replied “We help only in online transaction and after successful transaction, we settle the money with merchant. Only merchant is responsible for the next process. So please contact to merchant ‘PANTEL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.’ on their mail id [protected]@pantel.in”
                                    On 06.11.2018, I sent a mail to merchant on their Mail id [protected]@pantel.in with detail of my transaction and requested them to provide me a cable connection. But I did not get any reply till now.
                                    On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail again to PayU money on their mail ID [protected]@payumoney.com to provide me the proof of settlement of my booking money with Reliance Big TV or to provide me other solution of my booking. I informed them to lodge complaint against them.
                                    On 16.11.2018, I received a reply from PayU money by mail “we have already informed please contact to merchant or settle the matter with your bank.”
                                    On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail to PayU money on their mail ID [protected]@payumoney.com with a copy of bank statement related to my transaction and request to provide me the proof of settlement. But I did not received any reply from PayU money.
                                    Please look into the matter and order to provide me a cable connection or refund my money.

                                      I am using Videocon D2h services from the last 4 years.

                                      After TRAI launched the offer for D2h users. I have tried many times to
                                      change my Packege as per the TRAI Guidelines, but unable to do so.

                                      Videocon website and applications are not working at all. I have tried many times to change the packege but due to website issues unable to do so.

                                      Then I called up to D2h customer care associates. It takes 20 minutes to connect with the associates every time, there executives are very disgusting. They do not the complete knowledge of the packages, also they can't communicate properly. Executives are totally illitrate.

                                      I am fed up from Videocon now.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Sub : Irregular / Interrupted availability of channels in my Television.
                                        Ref : My subscription No.GA[protected] connections).

                                        With reference to the above, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the availability of channels to me are not regular from 5th February onwards. Some channels are available some time, after some time some channels show the remarks “ You are not authorized to view the channel”

                                        I have made an annual payment Rs.5760/- for 2 connections with additional 2 months extra scheme from November 2018 to December 2019 and as on 01/02/2019 an amount of Rs.4526.00 stands credit in my account as per your records. As per TRAI guidelines, the subscriber who has made advance payment for annual plan is eligible to continue to the stipulated period without any change of tarifs. The said provisions copied from the TRAI site copied and pasted below for your kind ready reference.

                                        11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber in advance?

                                        In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription. The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st February, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st February, 2019.

                                        When you are aware the above provisions, you should have told me that I can continue the existing package, instead, sent me SMS asking me opt for the new package and myself, without knowing the above provisions opted for Kerala Silver KSD05. Even that also not provided me fully.

                                        In the above circumstances, I request your goodself to kindly arrange to cancel my above option of KSD05 and provide me all channels which I was getting on 31/01/2019.
