    Dear Sir,

    As per trai guide lines we have created personal base packs . its run on TV only for one day . there after all channels removed by airtel. i called and requested kindly add my channel but they are put unwanted channels in base pack.
    i want to add some HD channels in my base pack but in both bouquet & Ala-carte not fine any HD channels on that list.

    today i called customer care and i requested please add some additional channels in base pack they are taken call after 140min and said sorry we are unable to do any changes in your base pack our system not working .

    my concern is how could we can access airtel website. if any problem with server .

    kindly take strong action against airtel .

      I have siti cable through our local cable operator. Now as per trai new regime it is mentioned that rental of rs.130 you can select your channels as per your wish. But when i am selecting ala carte channels in that whatever pay channels are there that is added with rs.130 rental. When you have liberty to choose your channels then why additional rental is charged. When we select package of cable operator then those rs.130 charges are not included otherway it is not shown.

        Hi sir, my name is gopal and i am using tatasky dish with subscription id[protected]. Usually i have recharged my account with rs.169 for telugu regional pack, but with recent trai rules tatasky charging around rs.289 and not for all telugu channel like previously. Please take some action against them and help common people.

          I am unable to login to my account for channel selection. Already given several complaints to customer care over email. Cusotmer care number is busy since last 15 days unable to reach. My customer id is[protected] and RTN is [protected]. But when i tried to login by given my mobile no. and OTP which I got then it shows another account of differnet user. Unable to view some chanels since last few days though I have sufficient account balance in my d2h account.
          Need quick intervention to resolve my problems.

            For new plan migration, i tried contacting videocon d2h, their numbers not working nor they replying for e mail n other side new rule making monthly cables charges more then before as simply need to pay 153 for 100 channels which are not useful. if you making rule make rule which help public but it look likes you made 153 as rent per tv which is like day time loot .

              Last date exend by trai to choice your channel till 31 march 2019 but our provider siti cable close channel till time plz take neccasary action as soon as possiable.when i call siti cable customer care its not response.

                This is regarding non compliance of complaint registered repeditly for the last three months. Every time a complaint is raised the same is closed after some time without actually doing it. To elaborate i am a customer of tata sky for the last fifteen years. For the last four months picture of one tv gets freezed after regular intervals especially hd channels. Technician from tata sky visited but could not find the solution. Finally he replaced the setup box and r's 400 were deducted. The problem remained the same. Now lately another technician came on 2nd feb and took setup box with him with the intention that the same will be checked at service center. Till date there is no information regarding the same. I am repeatedly lodging complaints but nothing is being done. Charged are being deducted on regular basis with out giving the facility. It is requested to look into the matter

                  I spoke to dishtv customer support today and complained about my inability to select the channels i want to watch from their official web site www.dishtv.in despite several attempts.

                  The complaint number given to me is[protected] which they refused to sms me on my registered mobile number [protected].

                  The problem i am facing is that i cannot submit the channels i have selected. Their website does not respond when i click on the submit button.

                  I shall be grateful if trai takes up my case with dishtv as soon as possible and held me resolve the problem.

                    We are currently having a set top box from videcon d2h, and we have already selected the channel packages and free to air channels from their consumer corner section online, and after selecting the channels the tariff calculated was rs. 348.16

                    So we according to that recharged our videocon account id : 79308111 with rs. 330 but the selected channels were not available and the old package is still continuing which is higher than the given fare rs.849/-.

                    We have tried reaching the customer care and even written them an e-mail but have not received any answers from them. We had recharged the account on 6th of february and the account doesn't show any balance from the 11th february.

                    On 9th feb 2019 i had called the customer care they said that we will work out the issue, but haven't received any reply or resolution from their end, kindly look into the matter.

                    Same Here, They are just making the money by upgrading the pack to higher amount without user confirmation

                      Hello sir

                      We are the consumer of cable tv. Before the regulation, we use to pay 150-170 for watching all channels including hd channels (Entertainment+movies+music+sports+regional etc). Now after the regulation, cable tv provider said that you have to pay 154 minimum where 100 fta channels will be provided.in this, nothing we get. The fta channels are useless. We have to select other packages like star, sony, colors, sports. If i included one by one the costs goes above 350+. Its most hit for cable tv subscribers.

                      Please do a analysis. Please remove minimum base price or a price which is bare minimum. All of subscribers are not tax payers. Poor people is watching in villages.

                        Sub: complaint against siti cable networks
                        Date: 13/02/2019

                        I am leaving in kamothe, navi mumbai, maharashtra. On 12th feb, i paid cash rs. 419.50 against advance cable charges for 100 free channels (Which is no use) + 27 paid channels to sai shidi cable services and aani internet broadband services, (Siti cable provider), samskruthi co-operative housing society, plot no. 30, naupada, phase ii, sector 22, kamothe, panvel, navi mumbai, maharashtra 410209.

                        But yet siti cable not provided me any of taken channels. Many others also complaining that their channels not started even after paying.

                        The cable operator giving compulsory their 100 free channels which we don't watch as its astha and others unwanted channels. They didn't give choice in free channels.
                        Therefore they charge additional rs. 40/- + 18% tax for 27 paid channels.

                        Earlier we pay rs 200/- per month for all channels. Now its double for only selected channels. Then where is the profit for common man??? Why this rule started??? Its wrong decision of trai. Please revert.

                        It seems from last 2 weeks since 20th March 2019, the sitinetworks.com site seems under maintenance, as soon as one can try to login Subscriber Corner, it show error server under maintenance. Then, how could a user change his/her existing packages and how should I do the payment for pre-selected packages. I don't have time to visit LCO. In this digital era, what is this going on? TRAI also have to look in this matter.
                        Hi, I am from Burdwan in West Bengal facing the same issue in online recharge and complain lot's of time but nothing got changed. Requesting to TRAI to look at this matter as I have no time to visit to LCO.

                          To whom so ever concerned,
                          This is regarding my digital tv connection with asianet... I have payed for this month as per the new trai guidelines.. For a asianet gold hd and a bouquet of sony entertainment at the asianet office in pallarivattom. They said it will be activated in 24 hrs and yet i am not getting many of the channels and none of the sony channels for which i have payed. When i calls the customer service one agent said to switch on the set top box and wait for 20 min.. It still didn't work and when i called again another agent said that the bouquet for which i have paid is not reflecting in their system... I request you to take some action against asianet as i am not getting the channels for which i have paid and i think it is my rite to get the service as a customer

                            Sir i hava a zing dth as per trai new dth regulation when i went for choosing my own channel to their website. It shows a boutique of bst (Basic service tier) that is 189 no of channel they don't provide any option to choose channel from bst channel thats why i have to pay 20 rupees more as per your rule sir i think it is unauthorised chargeing please do something.

                              I am DTH customer.You recently launch your new rules about dth or cabel services in that you put extra burden on all customers
                              Firstly we have to paid 200-250 rs to watch all channels
                              Now days we have to paid around 360-400 Rs.approx to watch same channels or less channel so we watch or not?
                              I think free channel prize with tax 153 main reason to add amount much more upcoming package. So reduce free channel amount.

                                Dear sir, i pranav patel was using mobile no [protected] from last 10 years and using teachers plan 98/months from last 4 years
                                During paying bill suddenly i came to know that vodafone had changed my teacher plan 98/month to 198 without documents and without my request, as i had ask to rechange my plan from 198 to 98, vodafone had demanded to submit documents for such changes, hence i had ask how did you previously changed my plan from 98 to 198 but vodafone didn't able to answer hence i decided to switch from vodafone to jio
                                My query is still same and i request to trai to look in to tha matter and return my money from the date plan has been changed

                                  Cable service provider are not providing free channel list for selection. They are giving unnecessary fta channels. This results in consumer need to choose cable operators pack. Rate of their packs are very high. I told him to provide free to air channel list to select channels but he refuse to give it to me and said that you will get these free channels only. You need to take strict action against this because people will think that channel selection is wrong decision taken by government but i personally feel that this is good step not until you take some action against it. Please look in to this immediately.

                                    This is nishit srivastava. I am a airtel dth customer with a customer id [protected] and i had subscribed to 6m sports pack from september'18. From february 1, all the channels are blocked despite the trai ruling. I have tried to talk to customer care representative and on twitter but to no avail. There is no service for last 13 days now since the order was implemented. Can someone suggest me something for my problem.

                                      I have choosen the my channel pack from sundirect but they are provided me channels i am trying to call there customer care service but no one is lifting the call
                                      Sundirect is charging 130 rs for hindi telugu pack and not giving maa movies hd and they are saying it is not applicable
                                      And for etv hd pack they are charging rs 29 they are saying 6 channels are not applicable

                                        I am airtel dth customer (Customer id:[protected]) opted for channels packages required by me on 31st jan'19 through airtel digital tv portal as screened by them in one of the channel. For a week channels opted by me were aired and then onwards many channels are missing and unnecessary channels being offered as per their wish. When i try to contact on toll free number only ivrs pre-recorded list is going on and there is no option to directly speak to representative for lodging complaint.
                                        This is not the first incident, earlier also there were certain occasions where few hd channels were provided without my consent on chargeable basis. Got it disconnected by speaking to representative through toll free number. Please take up the appropriate authorities of airtel for resolving the issue and refunding the amount paid for the month of feb'19.
