On Feb 8th 2019, I recharged my videocon d2h account for 1000 rupees thru netbanking on www.d2h.com website, So far the amount is not credited for the recharge donein my videocon account.
I called multiple times d2h videocon customer care number, it;s very hard to reach them and even by chance I reach them, they say to wait for 36 hours and will work and have some issue or the other to raise a complaint...I even tried today Feb 12th to raise complaint, they said some technical problem and cannot raise the compliant, ., ,
This is really very frustrating after TRAI brought these new guidelines and looks like D2H people are not cooperating...Earlier their service was fine...Can you pls check this and get my amount back or get it recharged...
