Hi, my videocon d2h customer id is 94740870 & i have called the customer care 3-4 times & also tell the chanel plans as per broadcaster list required by me. But since last 10 days whenever i have called them, i only get one reply that your request has been noticed but our systems are not working & will update in some time.
Till date nothing has been done by operator & they are processing my request for channels requested by me.

Kindly look into the matter & help.

    Dear sir

    I have chosen broadcasters packs as per trai rules on 27.01.2019 on tata sky website and got confirmation that it would come effect from 01.02.2019 at midnight of 31.01.2019 (Screen shot attached). But today when i talked representative of tata sky about the changes she said, we have not yet received any information regarding this. Sir, i also have spoken other representative of tata sky on 31.01.2019, he confirmed me that the packs i have chosen will come into effect from 31.01.2019 midnight. I am attaching both the call recordings for your perusal and request you to take action against tata sky for making troublesome to their subscribers. This is really cheating. I am still contacting him and over a phone call for last 45 minutes but they keep me hanging on. When asking to execute my chosen broadcasters' packs they say to choose again. I am really exhausted while calling them daily. As on today they are showing me their channels only.
    Kindly take the appropriate action against them so that they dare not to contempt trai's guidelines in future.

    Ps: i am regularly writing to [protected]@trai.gov.in since 1st feb, 19 but to no avail.

    I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[48512120]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. any time costumer care no busy.and also new trai law they donot clear us

      Hello trai,
      I have selected the channel for which i want to see but after this selection, airtel broadcasting a few advertising channels with the name of 'airtel home channel'. I don't want to ist these channel on my subscription. They are forcibly broadcasting these channel.

      Even those channel i have not selected are listing into the list with a message - please subscribe the channel.

      Please address this issue which is against the new guideline of trai.

        This is regarding compliant of digital tv [protected]

        I have recharged on 9th for rs 500/- inspite of this my connection was disconnected on 10th - before due date which is 11th. I have contacted several customer care no either they are giving dodging reply your voice is not clear or not picking call even automatic call also disconnected after 15 minutes. Till now i am unable to view my tv. But they are deducting the amount. I don't know how they're are deducting without resolveing the issue. Pls send your people cross check the same

          I am customer of d2h videocon direct to home connection. My cust id is 85199827. Since 10th february, 2019 my services are disabled. I have been trying to buy subscription as per new tarrif set by trai since 30th janyary, 2019. With great difficulty i was able to select the required channels. Since we have 2 tv and 2 d2h connection, i want to understand how do i need to make the payment. I am trying to call on their customer care no. But everytime i connect them they sayvtheir systemnis u down call after somebtime. This has happened 4 times. I realize they don't want people to change to new packags so that they can keep sell as per old tarrif. Kindly register my complaint against d2h videocon and do the needful to activate my connection. I am ready to pay, however there is no valid interface available. As the only mode to communicate with them is the customer care no which has a long waiting time.

            Fyi, we consumer have not at all benefited instead we have to pay extra money now after adding the channels that we were watching frequently previously with less price (Which was covering all our frequently watched channels and extra channels)

            Trai is saying that most people watch only 30 (Sony, star, zee, color tv) channels. Than why not trai is showing 130 channels in 130 rupees which everybody wants to see.

            130+gst 23.40 =153.40 rs (You will only get free to air channel with this much price and it will be compulsory that you have to give this much amount every month).

            30 channels that we were watching have all the 19 rupees cost as per the new trai dth rates, previously we used to give just 250 rupees covering all these 30 channels and even getting extra channels, but now we will have to pay 500 rupees just for these 30 channels.

            Youthink that we consumers are fool by making any law, we just have to follow their rules blindly.

            You are fooling people by saying tv bill will come down instead it is going up.

            But we still have to watch all the advertisements on the channels which are of 19 rs than why not ban on these advertisements.

            Whatever rules they are making common men are suffering literally

            Better will opt for netflix series thanks to the law

              This is to inform you that i’m a customer of videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] from last 05 years. On 08.02.2019 videocon d2h has stopped my services. My current available balance is around rs. 450.00. On 09.02.2019 i have selected some channel from WWW.d2h.com & communicated several times to d2h customer care but till date not a single channel is appearing in my tv set.

                I have choosen the my channel pack from videocon d2h but they have provided me different channels that i don't watch. I even called there customer care service but they are able to solve my issues. I have even tried to go through their website d2h.com to change my plan but it won't let me log in even after trying many times making new accounts in that.                   I have paid for one channel star gold select but that channel is not made available by my dth service provider videocon d2h. On talking with customer care, they told me to register a complaint where their mechanic will visit my home and charge 200 rs. How is this justified? Why should i pay for the mechanic charge? As i have already paid my subscription fees and my d2h cable is also working fine but only star gold select channel is not coming. They are also charging me that channel fee even when i asked them to stop that channel service, they denied. I want you to take a strict action against this as this is a act to loot customers.

                      Videocon d2h is selected 100 channels mandatory. Why?
                      Actually customer have to select those 100 channels as per trai order. But here d2h providers are selected default 100 channels. If channels list crossed 100 we need to pay extra money as per trai order. Thats why they are giving mandatory 100 channels. And one more thing was customer care numbers of videocon are also not yet connected.

                      Please solve this issue.

                        my airtel dth consumer id is [protected]-001 and my register mobile number is [protected], sir/madam i am paying 130+GST+extra cost for my channels which i want to see but airtel is charging 25rs extra for my choice on the name of NCF .. sir this is going to be very high price for my new pack., sir just need your help to reduce this NCF charges . as no one told us regarding these extra NCF charges that we have to pay if we chose some extra channels of our choice

                          Respected team trai, sir mene 26.10.18 ko airtel dth company se ek saal ka new connection liya tha jiska naam fta hd h sir mene ek saal ka pack liya tha or 2800 rupey diye they. Ab airtel ne mere sare channel closed kar diye hai or amount bhi refund nhi kar rhe or na hi channel open kar rhe hai. Plz sir action against airtel. Thank you mohammad imran.

                            Myself vijayendra kamath videocon d2h id.[protected] had paid for selected channels as per trai orders. The customer care contact number is firstly not responding. Even if you succeed the representative do not reply to solve my problem. I am really sorry to say, that there is no one to control their irregular activities. I had recharged for selected channels which included sony set hd. This channel is not shown irrespective of my repeated requests. They just dont solved the problem, on the top they just disconnect the phone.
                            I am really sorry. No body has the control on these service providers.
                            I will be forced to switch to tatasky. But is this the solution.
                            I hope you can do the needful and i can watch my favorite "sony set hd" channel.

                                I am having videocon d2h connection customer id 75158249 they are providing me any channels after 1st february 2019 and they are charging unnecessary charges on my account and suddenly they have activate my different olan without my concern of rs615which is very high every i call them they have same answer our sytem are not working and when we are trying to do from d2h indinity app we are not getting a plan selection page please please help me till yestrday i have rs 130 on my account but now its zero kindly look into matter trai this people they are taking advantage of consumer. When i told them to forward a compain against this they are saying they cannot take a complaint i have to call them every day atleast 50 times then call are getting connected to them after that same answer there system are not working videocon d2h are harassing us and my daughter is crying a lot for cartoon channels please help me as repected citizen of india. They are spoiling trai name also because people are thinking after trai rule came all this things are happening but as we are educate we know this videocon d2h people they are doing all this thing

                                Now I am shifting my home to another place .
                                At new location there is no service of SCC Cable .
                                The SCC Cable operator cannot ger return that Set top box which is unusefull to me .

                                  As per your rules it is only mandatory to subscribe 26 dd channels, but videocon d2h is forcing to take all the 100 free to air to subscribe, and if i take bouquet they charge for additional channels beyond 100 free to air which 20 rupees for 25 channels.
                                  Their customer care says that they are migrating for that since last 2 days.

                                  Please do the needful in this regard and take action as soon as possible.

                                    Compliant against tata sky:
                                    Due to trai new rule the consumer has the freedom to choose the channels he likes but but the service provider (Tata sky) has increase the multi tv subscription by three times.
                                    I use to pay rs. 250/- per month for a second tv connection. Now i have been billed for rs.700/- per month for second tv subscription. Unfortunately i am thinking to remove one connection and only keep one subscription for my parents.

                                    Trai has to intervene so that the service providers stop bullying the consumers secondly there is a monopolistic approach by service provider on multi tv subscription pricing.

                                    One of the leading News channel name called "99TV" is not telecasted in Television by many of the cable operators and DTH providers.

                                    Lot of public in Andhra pradesh wants to watch the channel but it is not transmitted

                                    Hence complaint is lodaged to persue Cable operators/DTH providers to telecast
                                    Your new rules for cable and dth is not good for 90% indians who pay 250 for cable tv now according to your rules pay 300 to 500 this is not good so please think about it
                                    Today I watched the Hindi serial Patiala Babe in Sony television. Very worst dialogue by a male character produced which is not acceptable by anybody. Very volgure dialogue written by the serial maker. This is my objection that no censorship against the serial maker?

                                    I have selected my subscription package before 31st Jan 2019,
                                    It has been 4 days overdue, still the service provider has not started my selected package.

                                    I have upgraded my tata sky box in HD on 25th December 2018.It's was free for three months but after 1st February HD service disconnected. After calling c. Care they said can't provide this service due to Trai new rules.
                                    Compliant against tata sky:
                                    Same issue for me too.Used to pay 250/- for multiTV connection and now its 500/-.
                                    Trai has to intervene and understand the situation or else remove the mutliTV plan.How absurb rules and regulations.

                                      My dth service provider (Videocon d2h) is not allowing to choose first 100 channel as per my choice. They ask to select paid channels and give extra network capacity fee for those channels. They say that 180 channels are mandatory as per trai new regulation. If you want to choose paid channels you have to select it out of the first 100 vhannels. So please help me to choose my pack.

                                        Dear team as checked in news, (Trai) has clarified that the network capacity fee (Ncf) is not mandatory for subscribers who own more than one tv connection in a household. However airtel dth still charging the ncf on both connection. I did sent the mail to airtel customer care to waive off the ncf fees on my second connection. But not getting respond on this. Please help me on this.
