I have taken ala carte channel on my tv and tatasky has charged me almost 5 rs extra per channel... Like colour hd channel is available at rs 19 but they have charged me 23rs saying that trai has asked them to take extra charges for a la carte channel and not only for this one channel for each and every channel tatasky has charged extra and even they take ncf fees as rs 153 rather than taking 130... I hope that trai will solve my problems as early as possible

    Hi,
    My videoconferencing id is[protected]. I have recharged my pack on 4 feb but yesterday received msg that your account balance is zero. Company cc care no & app not working. Again i recharged my account with 500 rs. Company cc no which mention in site never working.
    Kindly clarify that why my recharge finished in 7 days & adjust my excess money asap.

      I am not getting any response from videocon d2h service provide. Theya re only providing package based rental. Pls. Help to resolve query. My cust id 20556053. We are not able to choose our channels which we would like to see. Further no respose from d2h servie provider irritate. Request you to ask them for view channels as per guidelines. Hope we will getting response immediately...

        As per trai guideline in our area andaman people are force to see the 100 channels pack as per andaman cable network, and they are not providing any customer choices and we have no other services provider at andaman, so they are deciding the terms and we all people force to follow it. So kindly take the note of the matter and kindly take necessary action against andaman cable network.

          As per your rules it is only mandatory to subscribe 26 dd channels, but videocon d2h is forcing to take all the 100 free to air to subscribe, and if i take bouquet they charge for additional channels beyond 100 free to air which 20 rupees for 25 channels.
          Their customer care says that they are migrating for that since last 2 days.

          Please do the needful in this regard and take action as soon as possible.

            As with respect trai, it is to inform you that videocon d2h * (Company) is not following your rules as per new order and forcing people to pay for what they don't want, they are providing with basic tier pack which is full with 100s of channel which we don't want to see except that only 25 dd channel's are mandatory. It's your responsibility to resolver the problem

              सम्माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ट्राई ने जो डीटीएच पर फैसला दिया है उसमें बहुत बड़ी गड़बड़ी है, पहले ₹320 में सारे चैनल आते थे, अब ट्राई के फैसले के बाद अगर उन सारे चैनल को हम सिलेक्ट करें तो बिल ₹800 से ऊपर हो जाता है, तो यह फैसला किस हिसाब से उचित है?पहले जितने चैनल आते थे, उसके आधे चैनल भी अगर सिलेक्ट करें तू भी बिल पहले से ज्यादा 450/- तक आता है? जब ट्राई चाहती है कि बिल कम हो तो इन्होंने सही से हिसाब क्यों नहीं लगाया?इतनी बड़ी गड़बड़ी कैसे हो गई?आप तुरंत इस पर रोक लगाएं, बिल कम होने की बजाय 3 गुना बढ़ रहा है| जब ट्राई यह चाहता है कि जो देखेंगे उसका ही पैसा देना है तो 130 का ट्राई का पैक लेना क्यों जरूरी है? मान लो किसी को सिर्फ स्टार प्लस 1 चैनल देखना है तो उसका मंथली बिल 193rs आएगा| 154 ट्राई का पैक, ₹20 चैनल सिलेक्ट करने का चार्ज, ₹19 स्टार प्लस का चार्ज, कुल मिलाकर 193 रुपए, सिर्फ एक चैनल लेने पर भी| यह कैसा निर्णय है, और इसके पीछे किसका हाथ है?और यह निर्णय कैसे उचित है कृपया इसकी जानकारी तुरंत मुहैया कराए?

                I have a consumer of videocon d2h service. My consumer id is[protected]. For a few days i am trying to create own channels package but it has not possible. Also i am calling videocon d2h customer care nos. But they have not any suggestion to create own package. Their website page of "create own channel" have not open. So i am helpless... Pl kindly suggest me to avoid this inconvince.

                  I am s. K mishra my rmn is [protected] i'm complaning about as per the new trai rule only dd 's 25 channels are mandatory but dishtv tv doesn't give me freedom to choose free to air channels and dishtv also doesn't give me freedom to remove some fta channels like dv365, rang, etc. And adding some pay channel in 100 channels that trai offered me in 130 rs. So i again request to dishtv provider to give me freedom to choose my own pack

                    With the recent changes on pay for only what you want to see. There is another angle which I think TRAI has missed completely. Multi TV connection. For e.g. I use to pay to Tata Sky around 1200 per month for 3 HD TV connection with all possible leading channels around 500 channels. Now with the current changes if I select and move ahead with on their website I have to pay 1100 and 700 each for multi TV which will land me paying Tata Sky Rs.2500. This is almost double to what I use to pay. And Tata Sky says this is as per TRAI the multi TV connection. Also if the logic is that multi TV is considered as new TV connection then I should be allowed to select channel for those TV's also. Is that simple.

                    The intent to implement the new change is good but unfortunately it is not thought through or the information is not clear.

                    TRAI needs to find a solution on multi TV fees immediately.

                      Trai decision is wrong, before we were getting all channel in rs 320, now after rules we have to pay 800 for all the channels we getting before.. Trai should 1st decide rate for per channel in rs 3 or less then it will useful otherwise its wrost..
                      In short your decision is making very high rate for dth and it is useless.. You must take action on channel rate and if they are charging prices then they must not to show any advertisement as we are paying them for their channel then why should we see advertisement.. Urgent take action

                        Trai has ruled one new rule for customer but that was actually loss for customer and service providers.. U can give optional customer can continue with before plan otherwise they move as per new rule who thinks trai new rule helps to customer they will move as per trai rule. Otherwise they will continue with previous offer. Please think about the general middle class family.. Farmer not able to buy this much costly pack in rural are they can able to watch 400-500 channels in 150 rs.

                          As per trai guidelines i have chosen my pack of channels on tata sky and airtel (Two separate cities). I wish to add a few paid/fta channels hence i tried it by following stipulated methods but in vain. Customer care of both operators are helpless and are unable to solve the issue. Pl. Resolve the issue at the earliest as this new change is proving inconvenient to consumers in the present scenario.

                            My dth connection has been made from airtel dth since february 5 and i know any channel, but the daily 5 is worth ten paise. Even if the customer care is talking about something, they can not correctly respond to the information on the disconnection on the seventh february. But the disconnection farm is more than five rupees ten paisa daily.
                            This has caused me a lot of stress. Hertily, i urge you to take appropriate action on airtel dth and give me proper compensation. Thanks.

                              I called to customer care airtel dth many times from my phone [protected]. Despite my talk to their senior, she also didn't worked on her promise. Now around 1945hrs sasmita the customer executive also mis behaved disconnecting the call. Plz do the needful action against all those customers executive & that senior whom i have talked since last 7days

                                My airtel dth no is [protected]. I have decided my package. But the channels are not started. And facing problem with free channels, airtel starts it sometimes and then stop them. I didn’t understand what’s going. I have been paying for channels while i am not getting them. There is package of tv today broadcaster package which is not started yet, while its included in package. I am calling customer care, everytime they say system is down.

                                  Sir i m a user of airtel digital tv customer id [protected] i m trying for so many days to change my package as per new guidline but no responce from customer care and not getting option on website. I tried calling my service proverder but not responding properly. I am a working person can not spent time all the time for this even though i have tried to contact them. On tv they are asking to scan code and send sms but in website no link to scan the code or it is not opening. Plaese do needful.

                                    As general public know that trai has done some changes in local cable & dth tv tariff plan from this month. Due to this changes peoples local monthly charges get up around 50% compare to their previous charges.

                                    I want to know from trai that why they have to do this tariff changes. Are they work for general people of india or private operator/companies?

                                    For example: earlier i get most of popular channels hindi & english
                                    (Entertainment, sports, movies, kids ets) around rs. 350 per month and now i can't get its half channels in same amount.

                                    I want from all the general people that raise a complaint about it in any platform in large numbers to stop it or ready to pay double the monthly cable tv / dth charge.

Their website is not working as i already activated my packs through their website only. My package includes starplus, sony, colors, bindaas, starsportsand ndtv india channel packs.                                         My tatasky id is [protected]. I already change my new tatasky plan on 31/01/2019 according to trai new order. But tatasky still not update my pack yet. Today my tatasky plan is near to expire. When i called tatasky customer care she told me again to update new plan. When i log in to tatasky and finally comfirm my new pack technical problem comes from tatasky. This was happen 3 to 4 times continuosly. They cant take request on call and website is still showing techinical error. Finally i decieded i will not recharge tatasky and if problem persisits i will discontinue tatasky service. I felt that tatasky is willing to not obey trai new format and disappointing customer too. Can trai will help me?
