Please note that videocon d2h is cheating the us in the name of service. There is no option for selecting the required channels from there end. Their online portal and customer care is not working at all and they have not given any option to customer to view and pay for channels as per our requirement. They are cheating with the people. Please look into the case and take necessary action against the company.

    Sir,
    I am a customer of videocon d2h for last 4years, today suddenly my channels, stopped with warning message "e18-4 sorry you have insufficient balance". But in my account showing 258.50 balance.
    When i called customer service they are saying you are a non warranty customer, so you have to pay 200 rupee for clear the complaint.
    Please take an action against videocon for not giving channels having enough balance and asking service charge for their software related problem

      I chose my new pack of channels but they aren't providing me full service while deducting money. I called several times but they didn't respond.

      I am unable to watch even free channels

      Please help me out.

      They aren't supposed to deduct money as well as they have to provide me proper service they promised.

        Since today dated 10th feb 2019, i am unable to create any subscription neither videocon d2h customer care numbers is active that i can call them for any help. Their site is down and no help whatsoever is available. They are the only ones who is not following trai rules and guidelines. I have enough balance in my account still on the tv screen it says insufficient balance, request you to penalise them heavily for not serving their customers

          We have called several times in customer care before and after selecting our d2h pack. Trai - daimond combo but it is not activated yet if we get conected to the customer care they have not given is any satisfied answer. They said call after an hour but if we call back they never picked the call we are facing this problem since tuesday. I want my d2h pack must be activated as soon as possible. Thanks

          Trai is not reponsing for d2h and we have selected our d2h pack daimond combo pack but trai is not reponding. So please activate it as soon as possible

            I m a d2h customer. My d2h id is 34067991. Videocon has stopped showing the channels, saying that my balance is finished. Whereas i have 2188rs balance as per the same d2h account balance menu.
            They have also not started my plan as i have booked in the month of jan 2019.
            Their phone nos are always busy.
            I have 2 tv connections at my home. When i called them in jan for 2nd connection, they said for 2nd connection they will take plan in feb, 2019. And now they have stopped services. Now it's total blackout.

            Today afternoon some channels have been started. Blackout is withdrawn. But my given plan still has not been started. Customer care is saying that there is some technical problem . IInd tv plan has not been accepted yet by videocon.

              Myself ashwinkumar tiwari ([protected]). I have seen complaint box of yours. There are 80% complaints about videocon. Myself is a customer of videocon. I do not even understand why videocon is left without any action by you. Either you resolve complains against videocon or answer me if videocon superior than trai.

                Myself ashwinkumar tiwari (Mobile no.[protected]) (Videocon customer id:[protected] from latur district. I am facing harassment from videocon d2h. As per the new rules of trai i have selected my plan but videocon is not providing channels to me even though they are charging me according to new tariff. They are insisting me to change set top box and are clear that their framework is not working and their view is to file a complain against them to trai. I am facing a clear loot from them. I have 2 set top boxes. Their consumer cares are not working. They are not ready to give channels. My demand is to take my set top boxes back and refund me my rs 2700. They have given me unwanted channels and charging for those channels. I hope you will accept my application and solve this insolvency by videocon. I am waiting for reply about actions taken by you.

                  I am facing really a worst situation while watching tv through videocon d2h i have been the customer of this since 4 years but nowadays the way they are giving service customer care response is really bad the number that they have displayed on tv screen for customer care request that number after dialling says number does not exist it has become very hard to catch them and get the information i would like to bring to your notice this should be taken as serious as you can and resolve the issue thank you.

                      I have non stop pack for 3 years rs 1279
                      And popular hd pack rs 69 per month.
                      These are cheaper than new pack.
                      But now i want to take sports channel.
                      Without any change in my previous pack i can't able to take sports channel. Plz help me. I had complained to dish tv customer care. But they are saying about my previous pack will be modified according to trai rules. These are very costly for me.

                        As per trai guidelines am not able to get the support from videocon d2h customer care to atten the consumer calls. Last ten days am try to connect with the customer care to procure the pack as per trai but videocon d2h service person not attending the as well as there website shows error gateway.

                        In my account am having sufficient balance of rs.495 but am not receiving any channels and also am send mail to there customer care by addressing my problem but no feedback or response from there end.

                        Kindly request to support and find out the issue and rectify the problem.

                          Videocon d2h has diverted new plan and i had sufficient balance but i am still unable to see any channels and i try to call their number never reachable. I recharge rs. 750 every month. I really feels videocon cheated me. I have still balance in my videocon d2h account for more than rs. 300 and still am unable to view channels. This is ridiculous.                             My subscription is till 1/8/2019 but i m unable see any channel consumer no.[protected], there website is not working nor consumer no. My package is platinum hd for one year i. E. 1/8/2019. But from 10/2/2019 im not able see any channel. Even there website is not working nor consumer care nos. Please do the needful. I m also not getting proper response from customer care.

                              I have applied for converting my vodafone postpaid number to prepaid in the month of january, 2019. I have paid all my bills, submitted the documents and even received the new prepaid sim from the vodafone store sector 15 chandigarh. But the company is not activating the new sim and old postpaid sim is still working. They haven't deactivating my old postpaid sim till today. From the past one month i am telling them to convert into prepaid but they are not doing it and unnnecessarily i am required to pay bill for the next month as well, since they are not deactivating the postpaid one.

                                  I am getting a lot o[censored]nwanted channels in my bst north and want to remove a lot of them as it is costing me unnecessary slab fee on adding required paid channels.
                                  As per the policy 100 fta channels should be in bst but i am getting more than that.
                                  I am not willing to watch the channels as these are just a wastage of money...
                                  Hoping for the best resolution from your side.

                                    You recently launch your new rules about dth cabel services in that you put extra burden on all customers
                                    Firstly we have to paid 200-250 rs to watch all channels
                                    Now days we have to paid around 500-600 approx to watch same channels list.
                                    Why..? Are you going to show us channel's without advertisement if yes then its good rules for us.
                                    Because you allready earning million of money from advertisement then why you putting extra burden of money on public all time

                                    Please look into this issue asap.

                                      As of trai rule our service provider taking high charges from customers.. We all customers against service provider's plan because we can't afford this kind of highly charges so please take some action against them as soon as possible. I paid only 280 rupees for all regular channel but now its get around 390 to pay for them.. They taking 20 rupees extra charge.. 130 common + channel charge + 20 rupees till 20 channel after that near by 40 channel it will b charge 40 rs. More so please solve my problem
