Hi,
I am sukhvinder singh i am consumer of airtel dish television operator. My id number of airtel dish connection number is [protected]. I have choose my own plan as per your guidelines, i have deposited a amount in advance on 2nd feb. 2019 but still all selected channels were not shown. I am complaning time to time in airtel customer care but no response given by them. So please take action as soon as possible.

    मैं डेन गैलेक्सी नेटवर्क का उपभोक्ता हूँ, मैंने आज दिनाँक 9 फरवरी 2019 को ट्राई के आदेशानुसार अपने चैनल की चुनाव लिस्ट अपने केबल ऑपरेटर (LCOMR 347) को सौंपी, परन्तु मेरे केबल ऑपरेटर ने मेरे द्वारा चुने गये चैनल को देने से मना कर दिया है वो अपने द्वारा ही चुनी गयी चैनलो की लिस्ट मेरे ऊपर थोप रहे हैं जो कि ट्राई के नियमो का सीधा सीधा उलंघ्घन है। जो पैक वो मुझे दे रहे हैं, वो पैक मेरे किसी काम के नहीं है तो मैं क्यों उनके द्वारा चुने हुए चैनलो को देखूँ जबकि ट्राई ने ये नियम उपभोक्ताओं की इसी परेशानी को दूर करने के लिए संशोधित किये हैं।

    आपसे निवेदन यह है कि आप मेरे द्वारा चुने गये चैनलो के पैक को ही मेरे सेट टाप बॉक्स पर एक्टीवेट करवाने का आदेश जारी करने की कृप्या करें, आपकी अति कृप्या होगी।

      As announced, the rates for various channels were intended to reduce the cost for the viewers.
      Sorry to say that after i selected the channels i normally view, my cast has nearly doubled!!!
      Previously, all the channels were available at virtually half the cost!
      So the intention of the trai is a complete flop!
      Who did the pricing? Based on what costing?
      Is the trai responsible or are the channels playing on the non-comprehension of the viewers?
      Was the change brought about by the request of the channels and the protests by the channels
      A red-herring?
      Does trai plan to change its stance?

        Dear sir or madam, i have selected 6 bouquets of channel in this new pattern of your rule. Yesterday i found my videocon d2h account is deducting heavily. I check from d2h site that same bouquets activated twice. I have selected the bouquets again due to non view of the 1-2 channel. I'm made complaint to customer care. They are promising but not doing anything. So i am putting it in your concern. D2h (Videocon), complaint no. Is[protected] dated 09 feb (Told to resolve before 1415 hrs.           Tatasky creating basepack with dd and some junk channels. When same has been questioned, rudely they are mentioning this is decided by trai. Customers are having info related to trai facing diffculites, not sure about the comman people stauts on ths with lack of knowledge on trai policies...
          Each time when we call they are missguiding us. Same case with videcon d2h also

            I have airtel digital tv connection with service i'd [protected]
            To pick up channels of my choice i have been contacting call center's of airtel but no one helped. From the tv channel 998 also i was not able to select channels
            We i did not recharge after last month waiting for the pack
            When i recharged in feb 19 they deducted rs15 without my concurrence and they restored my old pack without my consent
            Now on 08/02/19 they disconnected as i took up through mail
            Now again today i have contacted their center's st velachery and got channels if my choice
            Very bad coordination by airtel

              I was calling airtel from 6th feb to stop the service of airtel dth and hold my balance payment in safe custody but not yet they do it and deducting the amount daily as per their charging rate. My last balance on 6th feb in 204 rupees and now its 169/- so please look into it, my airtel dth id is [protected]. I already using another airtel dth -[protected] but it had issue with some channel not shown as per activated plan. My mobile number is [protected]

                I am videocon customer for the last 1.5 year. I've selected aaj tak, animal planet, big magic, cartoon network, colors, discovery channel, movies ok, national geographical channel, ndtv india, news 18 india, star bharat, star plus, zee action, zee hindustan and zee news but they are not above even after several requests. On contacting several times but customer services are not responding.

                  As per trai's new guidelines, i have the freedom to choose my

                  Broadcasters. I told u that as per my own pack u have charge me rs.231 but as per my

                  Package calculation only rs.202. So, please send me channel wise charge details if i am

                  Wrong. I will created my packgae before 1st feb 2019. Ref no.[protected].. Last many days
                  In ur website nothing doing by us. Even not calling to u. Every time call not reachable. Ur site was

                    Hi, i have opted for the new free/pay channels and broadcasters bouquets on 27th jan. Before that i had subscribed for videocon's platinum hd south plan with sports channels which is the top most pack. But from last 5 days we are not able to see the channels which we had earlier and also which i opted as per the new trai guidelines. Seems like videocon as downgraded our subscription to the base pack. From last 5 days i am trying to complaint regarding the same but there is no way to contact them. Their website is down, customer care number is not connecting it just simply disconnects after 15 mins. They are not responding to my email as well. So i would request you to take strict action against them. And also ask them to subscribe us for the channel which we opted asap. Also they should extend my next recharge due amount by 5 days as we were not able to see the channels.

                      There is great confusion after deadline for cable tv channels is over. Hardly few subscribers are able to see selected pay channels as well as selected free channels even after registering their choices. Even many of 25 dd channels are blocked. It is desirable for trai to publish list of all pay, free and dd channels. Some service providers are not registering selected free channels and dd channels. As a result all subscribers are suffering. It is desirable that trai puts up detailed advertisements in leading newspapers with list of all channels. Some service providers are not accepting pay channels within the list of mandatory 100 channels resulting subscribers paying extra for pay channels if within the limit of 100 channels. Trai should clarify that pay channels can be included in mandatory 100 channels.

                        My id[protected], my complaint number[protected]. I am already registered my complaint. I'm paid one year payment for senthamil pack but they are disconnected my d2h connection 3days before disconnected and take my monthly monthly add-on recharge amount and they told trai rules so we were cut the service, then i'm asked my balance amount in my d2h account they told transfer my account at 12:16 pm 9/2/2019. Still now my service is not activated and my balance amount was not transfer my d2h account please resolve my complaint, many time i called the customer service but the customer service is not good

                          I am shivaji hasbe, i am the user of dishtv (Vc no. [protected]). Dish tv not providing 'movies now hd' channel under times bouquet 1 hd. As per trais bouquet list this particular channel included in above particular bouquet for the price of ₹ 20/month. I have paying ₹ 20/month to dishtv for this particular bouquet. So its resulting one big channel loss for me. So resolve my complaint.

                            I have trying calling up these people for last 10 days as my channels are not coming
                            1) there customer care number not connected even for calling at 50 times
                            2) once i was connected, they refuse to take my request for my channels and says call back later as their system not working, i insisted you note my request and update it once its start working but cc refuses / i was insisted to go to website
                            3) website for this company is not working, they are not allowing us, to choose our channels, neither no help is available / these people are harrasing us badly please help

                              Airtel pune has charged, rs 153 for, 100 channels but has given us only 25 dd channels.in spite of requesting them 10 times to give us the balance, 75 channels there is no response from their end. Me and my wife r both senior citizens and 70 plus we do not know how to do online

                                I have submitted a channel package 3 days ago but till today my free of cost channels are not activated although i have send the SMS regarding this to Airtel and they have sent me the confirmation of receiving but not activating and when we try to call on customer care they disconnect the cal after a several attempt not able to contact them.

But they failing to provide asmuch channells to me. Most of the unavailable channels are low priced. I request you to take ncessary steps for getting channels as per our wish.

                                    I chose my pack on 31st jan 2019 from videocon d2h website. They have started charging that amount however not showing me the channels i selected. I called them repeatedly and they are not resolving the issue. They are reluctant to fix the problem. I sent them email also on 6th feb 2019 and they have not responded to that as well.

                                      I am having dish tv connection with registered no.[protected]. Today i. E. 04.02.2019 i have received sms from dish tv wherein it is informed that i have migrated to new plan at a cost of rs.607/- against my existing plan which is costing rs.554/-. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent.

                                      In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website of dish tv on many occasions. I regret to say that website is not supporting the change of plan. Due to technical snags at their end, i am not able select plan. When they are not able to provide platform for changing the plan, they cannot change plan at their own. However after a lot of struggle some i managed to select my plans of rs 262/-, but though it has been 4 days, dish tv has not registed my selected pack. They are saying no pack has selected by me.
                                      The customer care number of dish tv also not working properly to contact or raise any complaint.

                                      The operator is taking unilateral decision and intervention of trai is required to stop such acts which are not in the interest of customer. The operator is trying to take advantage and charge more money from customers without customer consent.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have by now selected my preferred channels 5 times using various modes (Tv, website, app, sms) but i am still not getting my selected channels. Only a few channels that i selected are available. I have emailed airtel dth service provider 4 days back but no response. Their ivr doesn't work either. I got connected to customer executive after 30 mins of try and he said me to wait for 24 hours but still no success. And now i am no longer able to connect to their customer service agent. I would have spent hours on selecting my channels but still doesn't get my prefered channels. Please help
