I am using dishtv since last 8-9 years and paying monthly rentals on time. This month after paying regular monthly amount of rs 707 for dish tv number [protected], they have discontinued all regular channels and only hd channels are coming. I had called on customer care but received no answer. I even sent a message on there number 57575 for call back, but no call received.
Requesting you to look into this and ask the dth to show all channels when i have paid complete rentals.

    I am using airtel dth from many years now with effect from 1st fe., 2019 i am facing problem regarding deduction of my money without activation of channels and self addition of packages. I also registered a complaint to airtel cintomer care vide complaint reference no. 85721481 dated 6th feb, 2019. But no any action is taken yet and i am still facing deduction of my money unnecessarily. My airtel dth id no. Is [protected] and my registerd mobile no. Is [protected]. You are requested to resolve this issue and have my deducted amount recredited in my account.

      Worst service ever i have seen by any dth service provider. I too agree that videocon d2h is intentionally not provided their toll free customer care no. And if provided than the call mostly not connected, if connected then they put on hold for long hours and automatically disconnect the call. Overall doesn't care for their customers.
      This videocon company violate the trai new rule and not provide service as per rule
      Website also showing always errors, there nodal officer no always not connected
      So tell me how can i select my new pack company nor receive any calls nor there site working no proper solution.
      I want from trai to take strict action against d2h so that they don't dare to play with customers money and time.

        I am a videocon d2h customer with id: 51952869; i have changed my plan as per trai regulations but half of the channel selected by me is not showing up. After several calls to customer care they picked up phone and disconnected without registering a complaint. L want to resolve this as early as possible. Otherwise l forced to change my operator. D2h is doing nothing on their customers complaints

            Sir pls maintain old cable system insted of dth system.. Bcz cost cable is incesed to more than 400 rupees.. Insted of 220 what we are till now.. Sir we belongs to poor family.. It is difficult for us to pay 400 rupees insted of 220.. Another bad thing is till now we gettin more than 500 channels for 220 but now are getting only 20 channels insted of 500.. This is really sad thing for us.. So
            I am requesting to main tain old cable system insted of this dth system with rules of trai.. Bcz peoples are frustated on bjp govt.. And it effect on coming election.. Pls i am requesting you trai pls dnt apply dth rules on cable.. As them separately.. Othewise peoples can defete the bjp govt... So think of poor peoples
            Who are feel pain if they want have to pay more than 400.. So pls maintain poor cable system... For seeing happines on their faces

              Dear sir,
              Videocon d2h has compulsorily adding 100 free channels, which they should not have done other than "dd" channels. There is no choice to dis-select the not required free channels other than "dd" channels. I chose broadcaster package for 53 channels, so my total channels went up to 153, and i was charged 43 rupees extra for using extra channels above 100. I didn't need those free 75 channels. If they have followed trai orders i would have paid 43 rupees less by deselecting the free channels that i don't want. My total channels would have been under 100. Hope trai takes it seriously and try to stop looting of consumers.

                D2h dth service provider not allowing subscriber to choose basic 100 free channels. This service provider is forcing a bouquet of 100 channel and not allowing to edit it.
                The customer care executives are trying to fool subscriber by simply telling trai new directions do not allow to choose.
                They are not ready to hear my defense. It looks like they are just trying to fool subscriber as per directions got from their boss.

                  I am from surat customer of gtpl bansidhar telelink pvt. Ltd. Paying more then before viewing channel package. I have paid 390/- a month of feb-19 recharge. I can't select a single channel to view. They offers package starts from 230/- per month up to 425/-there is no selection for viewing single channel pack. So do the needful to select single channel at our city operators.

                    Without my permission and informed me, two additional pack added "titanium & spl full on hd alacarte" worth rs. 795/- by dishtv. I am not able to remove it online. I have called to customer care but they also not able to delete it. According to trai consumer have rights to select there chennal but dish tv system is not support it. I can not do any thing. Dish tv android app and web portal not allow any changes. Kindly provide refund of extra pack added and allow us to select our pack.

                      This is rm narayanan writing this email from chennai seeking justice for plan migrated to new plans with out my confirmation. Previously i have been watching the channels listed below and subscribed with 4392 rs on sep 9 2018 7:17am towards one year recharge for my

                      Dishtv vc no. [protected].
                      Dish85 100
                      Tamil bonanza 10
                      Kids delight 31
                      English club hd 125
                      All sports hd 99

                      With out my knowledge or intimation to me my old plans are migrated by error in dish tv app/website even now it is showing that i have balance of 1694.23 rs today as enclosed in the figure, however it should be more than 3300 rs. So i request you to continue the old plan as i have interacted with some senior officials with interaction id[protected] promised me with compensation channels. Otherwise, kindly reimburse my money to my account which i have recharged for one full year. If i am not getting the channels or money i will be registering a suit in the judiciary since i have recorded all the voice calls of my interaction with customer care officials. No one has informed me about that i can continue with my old plan in-spite of my several calls and recordings i had with dishtv customer care officials. So please take action against the officials and quickly revert me with compensation of my lost channels as promised earlier since i have paid my payment in advance for one year having trust in dish tv.

                        I am subscribing asianet digital cable service kerala for long and with the recent developments i was informed by this service provider that a self help portal would be provided to choose my own choices of paid channels however the same is not yet given. I was requesting them to maintain the earlier status "on" for such customers till the above mentioned portal is ready.

                        It is very disappointing that such a very unprofessional way of customer service would definitely eliminate the trust and confidence and i therefore request you to initiate appropriate action.

                          I am a videocon d2h platinum customer and recently i recharged my account but not able to see the services. I have been trying to connect with the customer care centres but none of the given numbers are connecting.

                          I have also found they are grossly violating the rai laws by not displaying the price of the channels and following the old norms.

                          Hence i request you take strong action against such company who cheats the nation and its citizen.

                            I had recharged my independent dth with freedom 1999 pack for 1 year and given services by company is all sd channel with hd channels for 1 year.

                            Now they are not giving that services.

                            I had already paid amount for hd and sd channels for 1 year
                            I had paid amount of 1999 for the hd pack.
                            Now the company is not giving full services to their customers.

                            They had disconnected hd services.

                            Now what can i do as i paid amount for 1 year only 4 months had passed and 8 montha remaining.
                            Now i want my money back that was charged by me for hd services.

                            According to trai regulations hd channels are also provided to customers.

                            Reliance communications that had independent tv dth had denied to provide hd services to their customers.

                            Please take serious action on reliance communications for not providing hd services to their customers.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I am using airtel dth services from 2007 but i am facing lot of problems from 4feb19. Airtei is charging rs150 for 100 channels but these channels are not visible till date airtel customer care executives are still unable to say anything system is down, technical issue, request not found, all silly excuses. I have make my airtel pack thrice but every time airtel cc executive is unable to check my plan change request as per trai guidelines from system. After so many requests still i am unable to view channels which i already paid to airtel rs 150 for 100 channels free of cost.
                              I requested airtel cc executive pls activity news channels aaj tak, zee news but not visible.

                                I have made recharge payment and selected a-la-carta channels as per the trai order but i am unable to view/see channels as per my choice and/or selection. Even after several emails to customer care, the issue remains un-resolved till date. All customer care number stands invalid. My subscriptions amount is getting deducted for base pack which i don't see.

                                  I am customer for siti network i called them regarding my tv pack and checked online they already have added 100 free to air channels to my account, i asked them to allow me to edit i don't want all 100 channels you have selected there customer care tell me to contact local cable operator for that i called him he told me that it is fixed from siti network end he can't do anything. But question is that why they are doing so, because it will increase my network capacity fee from 130 to 150 if i select 1 more channels above 100 which is fixed by siti network. That means if i select any of paid channels i have to 20 extra on that. As well as there website does not have any option to alter there fixed channels. Why should i pay 20 rupees extra i don't need 100 useless channels.

                                    I am unable to select pack as per trai order, no customer support providing in videocon dth, all customer care number of videocon dth always busy, no one can answer my call and also unable to select and login at videocon dth phone appliaction and on website.

                                    Videocon dth not providing colors pack on the platform.

                                    My amount was deduted unusedfull channel are running in my dth.

                                      I have selected my favourite channels after trai decision consumer selection but videocon d2h is not interested to implement trai decision. Seems now a days they have deactivated the customer care service, trying to call them on ([protected]), it is automatically disconnected without ringing. They are only making fool to the customer. Trai and broadcasting ministry should interfare in this issue so that consumer can take a inhale of relief.

                                      Star sports channel is free but my service provider tata sky is not showing this channel. Pls look into this.
                                      Sir, i select channels on my d2h plan according to new TRAI guide lines ON 1/2/19 but they not started yet and after contact them they told we have no information to start it. In other side Tata sky started from yesterday 01-02-19, please clear guide lines and lodge complaint.

                                        I am panneer selvam.59 years old and i want to give complaint against new galaxy netcom, 4/1, sriraman salai, thanikachalam nagar, chennai-110, ph[protected], who are the tv channel sub agent operator for tccl main operator, 9a, 5, club road, cheaper, chennai-31, ph[protected] who are cheating 2000 customers to insist to collect more money rs.170.00. For fta channel against 153.40 and they want loot the customer money nearly rs.40, 000 to rs.50, 000 each month in my area customers. So please take necessary action against them.

                                        Despite availability of balance money in my DTH Accont number [protected] of Airtel Digital TV and despite my choosing and subsribing of channels as per TRAI's instructions, Airtel has disconnected all channels to me on the afternoon of 2.2.2019.
