Channel broadcasters have been continuously informing us about their bouquet of some channels at a reasonable price, for example, zee family pack is worth ₹39 in which a number of channels are there, but our cable service provider den cable network is denying our request to opt for the bouquet and forcing us to pay separately for each channel resulting in costlier monthly subscription. Also, they are offering a subscription of 307 in which mostly all channels will be there except zee channels for which which have to pay extra. And when we argued that the broadcasters are continuously informing about bouquet of channels, they say"they are just showing it, but actually no such pack is available, therefore you have to pay separately for each channel you want except those 100 channels for ₹153 which is compulsory amount you have to pay each month"

    I am a subscriber of the d2h videocon service. I have selected channel pack before 31st jan. Still ask me to recharge as old to continue channel viewing, now from 4 days not migrated to new pack & even not able to see selected channels also. Only company is broadcasting 100 free channels but they are reducing my accounts balance.
    My whole family is affected becoz of the company's ignorance.
    They are only sending messages and doing nothing. No customer care & website working..
    Therefore i request you to take action.

      Sir i have dth connection on airtel with id no[protected], but due to trai rules my channels gone off on 05.02.19, when contacted airtel they told to select the channels and sms with qr code to their office. I have also done and uploaded the code on 05.02.19 at 19.00hrs till now i am not getting the channels and thrice i mailed to airtel but no response.
      Now airtel is showing my rental @rs. 2358.00 per month, which is absurd. Airtel has deducted rs. 78.00 for last 24 hours without showing any channel.

        Dear sir,
        This is to inform you that my balance is deducting but no channels is available. No modification option available. Many channels show in my account which i had not select please solve the problem all my current balance is deducted. If not solve i will switch to any other d2h service. I want all the refunds which is lost by me due to your mistake. Till you not solve the problem i will not continues the serives after all my balance finished.

        This is compaint given in videcon d2h but the sites is not in service. You are therefore rquest you to p[ease show the problem as asap. I. D 91338735

          My Consumer ID :[protected]-001 for Air Tel DTH

          During the recent switch over of tariff to new plan Air Tel has failed miserably in providing uninterrupted broadcasting of programs through its platform and is even continuing to deduct daily charges against null broadcasting of programs. This is happening from 1st February 2019.
          Although several attempts were made to contact the customer care, but there was no readdress of the problems. time and again only assurances were given to resolve the problems but ultimately there was no solution from air Tel side.
          Hopefully the matter gets to resolve as early as possible though the intervention of TRAI.

              Sir, i am availing dish services for the last many years. According to trai rules, i have forwarded channels which we view. According to channels, rates are displayed against each channel in the tv screen and amount quoted against each proposed channel were also indicated. That amounted to rs. 234 including [protected]@18%. According to dish tv service provide i have to take 100 channels more for rs 130. That shows it is forcing to take additionally channels for extra cost.
              I request you to clarify whether taking of extra channels is mandatory.
              Hope you will look into this otherwise as per your policy towards benefitting users fails.

                Hi am from Kerala and an Airtel DTH customer. They are always giving false informations about new TRAI plans and whenever I tried to activate new plan through sms it is not possible. Very bad customer care. They are talking about a plan which I didn't select and totally fed up with their rash behaviour. At first they said select the plans before December 2018, then said before january and last said before february. As per that I select a new package through TV and tried to send scanned QR code but it didn't send, after that I contacted the care and an exexutive said that I had to change my registered phone number which is BSNL and that's why am unable to send SMS so I changed and tried with my Jio number but it also didn't work. after some days atleast I succeed in sending the message and I got a reply from Airtel DTH that my plan will be activated soon and I will receive a confirmation sms which I didn't det yet. 2 days before I contacted again CC then they said plan will be activated by 7th of February so I waited and contact today. Now they said they didn't receive my sms and I have to send it again and I tried but I can't send it. This is how a major DTH company os testing the limit of a customer.No body go for an airtel DTH connection. When I got my airtel connection 2 years back I had faced an issue and I gave complaint against them in consumer care and they contact me and give proper remedies. Am totally disappointed about the behaviour that's why am complaining. My Airtel id is [protected].

                  I have one year subscrption package on airtel digital tv. I selected channels as per my reqirements and submitted to the airtel. But the airtel given an sms stating that my request will be activated. But no action from airtel and i have provided very few channels and that also paid channels. Even doordarsan malayalam also blocked. Their customer service is only computerised messages.

                    मान्यवर, निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त मोबाईल न० [protected] जो कि वोडाफोन कम्पनी से है, और मै इस फोन को काफी समय से इस्तेमाल कर रहा हुँ। वोडाफोन कम्पनी बार बार मेरा बिल गलत व बहुत ज्यादा भेज देती है जिसकी शिकायत मैने वोडाफोन के ग्रीनपार्क स्टोर जाकर कि, जो उन्होने बिल ठीक करके मेरा प्लान चैन्ज कर दिया था, जो इसके बाद कई महीने मेरे इस मोबाईल का बिल ठीक आया था, लेकिन अभी इस कम्पनी ने दोबारा मेरा बिल गलत व बहुत ज्यादा भेज दिया, इसकी शिकायत मैने वोडाफोन कस्मरकेयर मे की व वोडाफोन स्टोर ग्रीन पार्क मे की लेकिन बिल ठीक करने कि जगह इन्होने और ज्यादा बिल लगा दिया व कोई सुनवाई वोडाफोन द्वरा नही की गई।

                      We have two connections of airtel dth and after selection of channels we r facing complete black out in one of the connections since saturday inspite of regular calling airtel they always say it will resume after 5 hrs my monthly rental was 315 and balance is 450 and still they r saying that validity f my pack will expire within 3 days without giving services it's really pathetic

                        Please note that gtpl is charging extra money instead of as per trai charges.
                        Attached herewith calculation of gtpl charges detail. Earliear we get all channels only rs.280/-.

                        Also please note that your minimum charges of rs.130+ gst for fta is additional cost you charge to public, because of this reason dth cost go high instead of reduce. You should do not charge fta charges if it is free. Govt. Department cheating with public openly
                        As per your press note that dth charges reduce by 10-15 %. But we have to pay more money.
                        Kindly please look into the matter and do the needful

                          I am a cosumer of tata sky my suubscriber id [protected]. The tata sky associates are not helping us to make my pack they are doing notorious activity. I have talked to tata sky associate several time they are making a pack that is useless for me and they compel me to buy it. They are blood suckers company and looted the consumer anyway. They told to his consumer go on the website and choose your pack, please sir tell me in my village my old parents how will manage this.

                            Before 1.2.19 our tatasky dth service bill for 300 plus channels was rs. 1500 per month (One primary connection & 3 secondary connections) which has gone up to rs. 2300 for 90 channels i. E. An increase of 500%. What on earth prompted you people to decide on such a tuglaqui farman? It is most disgusting that such decisions which adversely affect crores of general public are taken by authorities without any meaningful logic.

                              My name is himanshu singh, i am using den cable, earlier for the same sd package i was paying rs.200 and now i need to pay rs.500 for the same, if you can't remove the burden then please don't increase it, and i understand your scheme was in the favor of public and at least you have done a little bit of research then you may had found this ala-carte scheme was already offered by some cable operators like airtel, etc and if you had done the research before implementing the rule then you must have found that hardly anyone is using ala-carte because public is more smarter than your dumb workers and if you just trying to loot people because govt. Has given tax relaxation then...

                                I have select the pack of rs. 357 with 100 channels 6 broadcaster bouquets and 4 individual channels but some channels of my selection is missing and some other channels are active in my pack and its shows my monthly pack of rs 431. One week before i ask to customer care she not able to answer me and says there is technical error call letter and since then custome care number [protected] is not reachable.

                                  Customer service agent asked me to complain on owner of d2h venugopal dhoot for wrong charges on my account.

                                  I placed a channel service request on 1st feb 2019 with sr no:[protected] with 284.47 rs confirmation from 3 customer service agents on the same day who told it will activate in 2 hours, instead customer service agent neha sharma on 5 feb 2019 said the amount is 354 rs, with discovery science channel as 10 rs, zee anmol cinema as 10 rs etc for 8 channels each with 10 rs each making it 80rs more.

                                  But actual original trai a-la-carte price for
                                  Discovery science is 1 rs,
                                  Zee anmol is 0.10 rs,
                                  Zee anmol cinema - 0.10 rs
                                  Wb - 1 rs,
                                  Nat geo people - 0.10 rs,
                                  Baby tv - 1rs,
                                  Vissa - 0.50 rs,
                                  Star utsav movies - 0.10 rs.

                                  So total coming around 3.90 rs for 8 channels not 80 rs.

                                  So whatever neha sharma was saying is wrong and misleading, i caught her red handedly in the phone call. Asked her to take a complaint but she refused which is another mistake by d2h. Listen to the call recording. I raised complaint on her yesterday with

                                  Complaint no :[protected]

                                  Every customer service person is saying my sr request is 291 rs and it will activate in 1 hour from 2 days, in online d2h site it is showing me as 305 rs now, d2h customer service people saying it as 354 rs, actual request price is 291 rs.

                                  Today 7 feb 2019 when i called customer service of d2h, he told me to put a court case on d2h owner venugopal dhoot, as in his system it is showing to pay 354 rs which is wrong, no progress from customer service people or supervisors or managers or support team instead d2h is stealing customers money like this. Already d2h stole 100 rs from me on 19 jan 2019 and 15 rs on 26th jan 2019, but nothing happened till now. So all the money is going to mr venugopal dhoot, so for example

                                  Now 100 channels are locked with all dd and advertisement channels in videocon d2h which is not trai rule.
                                  I did the attachment of the locked channels which is illegal.

                                  *mandatory dd channels
                                  These are mandatory dd channels which will be part of every pack as per trai mandate

                                  Dd channels are 34 but d2h made 66 other advertisement channels as locked so that after 100 we need to pay 1 rs for each channel seperately
                                  So if you select 50 channels it means 50 channels prices + 50 rs extra we need to pay which is loot again

                                  I requested for 291 rs, but mr venugopal charging 354 rs illegally
                                  Means

                                  354-291 = 63 rs every month = 63 x 12 = 756 rs i will be in loss completely which is going in owner of d2h pocket

                                  So if it is 10 crore subscribers for d2h = 10 crore x 756 rs = 7560 crores rupees per year mr venugopal dhoot is looting from customers.

                                  Already trai charging 153 rs madatory = 153 rs x 12 months = 1836 rs per year for 1 customer
                                  Total 50 crore tv customers = 1836 rs x 50 crore = 91800, 00, 00, 00, 000 rs = 91800 crore rupees per year trai is making

                                  Soo many customers are facing soo many problems due to d2h
                                  None of my complaint is resolved till now.

                                  Customer service people of d2h are saying to raise a complaint on owner mr venugopal dhoot for collecting wrong charges, and are saying none of the complaints are getting resolved by them, soo many pending complaints or they are trying to disconnect the customers complaint calls.

                                  7 days gone but i did not receive message of 291 rs activation of my service request even after writing mail to nodal officer b. [protected]@dishd2h.com

                                  So can someone suggest me how can i register a cheating complaint against this kind of thing by d2h?

                                    I am trying to set my first 100 channels in videocon d2h, but the service operator provided no option to choose my first 100 channels. I have mailed to so many times and also i am trying to contact their customer care number for selection of first 100 channels, but no one reply my mail. I can't create my actual pack.
                                    Kindly look into my matter and do the needful.

                                      I want to bring to your notice that previously i use to pay rs.1480 for 4 tv connections featuring all hd channels and now i cannot understand my bill has gone to rs.2500 for the same.
                                      Kindly explain that the trai is there to safegaurd the intrest of general public, but here it seems it is otherwise.
                                      If you cannot reduce the rates then kindly do not increase the same.
                                      I herewith lodge this official complain and appeal you to withdraw your new policy which is very harmful the the people at large. We will suffer a huge loss due to your policy.
