I am a consumer of videocon d2h dth service for the past one week mandatory tamil channels are not provided to me mi customer id no[protected] phone no [protected] various complaints representation registered but no resolution what i am eligible for mandatory channels are blocked but telecasting payment channels opted. I opted for tamil mandatory channels but [protected]@h blocked the tamil mandatory channels for me. It gives lot of mental torture

    I have GTPL Sat top box. As per TRAI Rules of Choice of Channel by Customer it is not possible in Nadiad : 387001. Here Cable operator and GTPL Company has create a packages of channel. Today I have not able to select my Channel.
    Compulsory I have choice a high Rated package. Before[protected] I have paid only 3300/- per year. Today it is very costly in package system. The high package of Channel is Rs. 330/- Per Month, 390/- per month, 425/- per month, 450/- per month. In low packages. I herewith attached a Packages detail issued by GTPL.

      I am paying average 150-160rs per month and now if opt for new scheme i should pay spent minimum 220-240rs to see only basic regional language channel.
      We are not asking this new scheme and it is not useful to public. It is going to benefit you and private channel. Why are you squeezing common people.

      How many years ago government channels are started and why it is not being watched as favorite. If you develop government channel and government channel can benefit. What is the plan to develop those.

      Please reconsider and amend this scheme suitable to the public.

        Dear sir,
        I am a resident of andaman & nicobar islands, port blair. I would like to bring your kind attention regarding the cable operator’s (Andaman cable network, port blair) harassment towards the consumers.
        Here at our location the cable operators are forcing me to avail there customized plan bouquet instead of selecting my own plan as per trai rule.
        The cable operator deliberately adds all the free channels to make my package more than 100 channels, for imposing rs 20 form ever customer as additional ncf.
        Kindly find attached herewith customer package
        Application form we received from our area cable tv operator is attached for your reference. Moreover in the form its mentioned to subscribe the channel for minimum 3 month.
        In this connection i request you to take proper action on the concern.

          Hi sair, maine kal dishtv care me job call kiya mere pack banane keliye naya trai ke hisabse rs130 100 free to air channel+18%gst=rs154 +25 sd channel rs 20 me dene keliye. Lekin dishtv ki tarf se mu jhe bola gaya is hisabse apko channels nahin milenge. Apko rs154 +channel price with gst milakar dekhna hoga. So sair please solve my problem.           100 free to air channel ke badle 147 free to air channel milake capasity channel prise jyada kar rahe hai yeh log.please kuch kujiye.

            Despite trai having advised that customers can choose their interested channels, this option is not available in asianet digital tv. They have offered packages which r more expensive and not really interesting. I have my previous option still active (Ie i paid for 14 months in advance) yet yesterday the few channels i watch frequently have been disconnected. Local asianet offices r not answering their phones so customers r made to suffer.

            Please advise what action can be taken on asianet digital tv?

            I am facing similar problem. I am planning to approach Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. You may have to do the same.
            Asianet is looting the customers. They don't have a proper gateway to choose the channels.basic charge has hiked without informing the customers

              Air i have airtel digital tv connection with id [protected]. I had deposited full year subscription rs 1499 on oct 2018. On 30th jan 2019 i had selected my channel pack as per trai rule. But airtel digital tv stopped my all channels on 3rd feb 2019. After that i again selected channels list on 3rd, 4th feb but they do not start my channels sir i have sufficient balance in my account. On 6th feb i request for 3 times then they stated on 3 channel. Kindly look into matter thanking you.

                My name is deepansh singh. My jio number [protected] got disposed off by jio on 27 december 2018 and now it seems to be allotted to someone else without my will and permission. On 26 december 2018 i recharged my number with 49 rupees monthly pack and suddenly on 27 december, my number got disconnected without any reason or notice. There was no signal receiving by the sim in my phone. I visited jio care and service center both but they replied that haven't seen something like this before so they can't help. Even got no help from [protected]@jio.com email. Tccms website was also down in those days so i was not able to complaint. On 7 feb i randomly tried to call my number and it started to ring but someone hung the phone after saying hello. Why has this happened? And why has my number been allotted to someone else without my consent? I did not request any port and nor did i ever wanted to delete the number then why has my number been discontinued? I was a regular user of the number and regularly kept it fully recharged. I also didn't get any notification prior to the disconnection. I had been using the number over one year continuously and the jio care executive says he sees there is no reason stated in their database for the disconnection so they have no help for me. They are forcing to choose the pricey packs of siti cable company to their customers. I wanted to get the pack of rs. 130/- pack and 08 other paid channels which they flatly denied to do so.                     I would like to complaint about my videocon d2h provider... Pls take strict action against them as soon as possible... They are highly irresponsible & ignorant towards their customers... I m fed up of their service... They r nt following the new trai guidelines & just forcing their own rules on their customers... After doing the payment in advance for the channel subscription i m still nt able to see the tv.. & they r nt even listening to me... Every time they give the excuse of server down... The customer service of videocon d2h is pathetic & worst... Plz look in to this matter seriously & take action against them... I m hoping fr a positive response frm ur side... Pls help...                       I have asked vidieon d2h to broadcast cnbc awaz and zee business but they did not activated the channels since last two days. Customer care telling technical problem for last 2 days. Though, they were not taking my plan since last one month stating customer will be informed regarding trai new rules till 29 jan 19. Please initiate action against this company for honouring your deadline.

                        Now a days different channels are alluring through advertisement to buy their packs like - star says to buy their star value pack just for rs 49 and colors for 31 and similarly other channels. But dth are not showing the same price of the pack. What add is being given on tv that price should be given by dth and packs also. But dth is showing individual price for each channel.

                            Please find the below communication email for issue in dth channels. I am a common customer, complaint my issues by email and telephone but no one going to respond me. I am activate a pack airtel dth, odisha as per trai guide line but from last 5 days i am not able to view any channels in my tv.in my airtel app the package showing rs.2828/- rental where as i am selected a package of rs.222/-.                               Sir i am having sundirect dth no[protected] i recharged rs 154 on 3 feb 2019 aftet that i added pogo and cartoon network they deducted 14.50 paise from my account and after that i called customer vare asking my deduction details they refuse to give details and after this isaw turner pack which is 10rs a package of pogo, cartoon, network, hbo, wb, cnn i asked about this package but they told thete no such package available i told register complaint against this they refused to register complaint and sundirect will it works under trai or not they told yes amd i asked in trai website they r showing 4.50paise for cartoon network and 4.50paise for pogo n why are you charging 6 rs. Per channel they refused to tell tje information please help in this regd

                                I am videocond2h customer. For last few days, my provider blackout all paid channel, inspite i submitted my choice for channel. Also all the cuatomer care no. Is closed.
                                I tried several time to contact videocond2h. I emailed them. There is no response. I am not able to see any paid channels. Also, there is enough balance in my account.

                                  Indigital is not providing the platform of 100 channels aganst ncf of rs 130, in mumbai and else where thereby compulsorily asking us pay for free to air channels without our choice and not adjusting pay channels in the 75 fta channels given in the 100 channel pipe to choose with freedom against addl ncfplus mandated 25 channels of dd.

                                  Kindly take action against mso who is not at all concerned about customer

                                    This is to inform you that my videocon d2h customer id is[protected], I tried to recharge my account on 02/02/19 but due to some problem form videocon d2h I could not recharge that day they gave 3 day credit but they stop the the services on 04/02/2018, then I contact customer care that day i told them that my services are disconnected and ask that what is reason of disconnection . they told me that services are not disconnected, after that i login in my account of videocon d2h and according to trai regulation choose my own channels and recharge my account by Rupees 330/- after some time my services are resume but I could not see channels of star but i have paid for that in my own pack. I am daily calling Videocon D2h customer care they are telling me that your services will resume within 20 minutes but till today i could not see all star channels and some other channels which i chosen . please look into the matter because they videocon d2h not helping me only deducting of my money without any reason.

                                      Acv mso operators in kerela stopped many channels such as
                                      Asianet, asiant movies, asianet plus, twenty four etc. Without giving pror information and prior notice, awarness, options, sufficient informations regarding new regulation to customers etc.... Without this sudden cutting of channals made public has got huge mentel agony. The acv thrissur office give one number to contact for customers but when the public contacting this number they are not capable to answer properly and not able to solve the problem. They are asking to contact the local link operator. When wwe contacted the local linl operator thye not given any instruction to local cable operator also.in this case the acv authority making totally confusion notonly public but local link operator also. So i kindly request your goodself to consider this matter immidietly

                                        Videocon d2h is not following the new tariff rate & condition setup by trai.
                                        They told that we have to take all fta channels it ia compulsory.in their website there is option to select or deselect the channels.
                                        Those other language channels that i never watch.
                                        So we can not keep our channels under 100.
                                        So my price goes much high.

                                        Please help & suggest what to do
