Hii, My self Jatin Arora writing this complaint regarding the problem I ma facing through Airtel DTH service provider, As I Have bought a new HD connection from Airtel, and they got it install but the package I was asking they didn't gave me and said you will have to watch for this month like this and if you want to change the pack you can do that next month when I objected and said I wont be paying as its my wish what package I want they said then u have to pay again, and there is a new issue from the vendor where I asked for the price of new DTH connection he said me it would cost about 1500 Rs but when I got call of confirmation for new connection they asked for Rs 1600 and the person who came for installation was asking for Rs 1700, when I call the customer care about the issue they said you go and pay and you wont get the pack you are asking and next month you go and change otherwise you do what's possible, and after that vendor accepted his mistake and added few pay channels and started asking money and when I went through the customer ID they gave me on Airtel App I go to know that ID is not registered with my number when I asked them to rectify that and then only I will pay, now every day they are calling and asking for money and I said if you cant then disconnect the Connection neither they are doing that and its literally my mistake for choosing their services, I am everyday facing this harassment.

Updated by Jatin1679 The Customer ID ( [protected])they gave me first time they have deactivated that and the second time the ID they gave ([protected]) me is not linked to my number either and in such case neither I can go through my pack online as OTP will be send to that number neither I can ask for activation of any channel top up.

Updated by Jatin1679 In all this Vendor, Distributor, Service provider, Technician neither of any one is suffering neither they are accepting there mistake, its just the consumer who is suffering as its me who is not able to watch the channels I liked and there is no freedom for consumer it just the dictating terms of the Service provider and for the Money they can go any limit and there is freedom for the service provider only . It would be far better that I wouldn't have chosen the Service provider.
