Videocon D2h is forcing all the 100 channels mandatory to customers and not allowing to select our package according to our wish. when called customer they are saying it is from TRAI and even after complaining about that they are not listening . customer service is not even bothered to answer and respond to our queries and saying if you have any problem check the website everything is mentioned there and making us to pay more and forcing to select take 100 channels mandatory other than 25 DD channels

    I am a DISH TV user, my VC number is- [protected].

    I want to know about the present recharge system of DISH TV but i am not able to get any help from DISH TV customer care.

    I have made my last recharge on 04.02.2019 and after that many of my subscribed channels are not showing.

    I have tried to contact with them with their helpline numbers but nobody is responding.

      Main videocon d2h company ka recharge karne ke liye kafi dino se pareshan hu. Na to unko websit se kuch hota hai trai ke mutabik maine apne sare channel select karke jab proceed hota hai tab kuch nahi hota sirf batate hai hum aapko batayege, company ke 4 ya 5 numbers hai koi bhi number nahi lagta hai.. Bahut bebkoof bana rahi hai

        I complaint to dish tv that they started new tariff plan and stopped my old "swagat pack" from last 2 days i contacted them but there are no any responsible answer i got from any of person.

        Today they refuse to start old package.

        I never given any intimation to start my new tariff plan and they started new plan without my information.

        From last 2 days we are not able to watch any channel.

        as per the communication from your customer care department. if i not selected new pack then my old pack will remain same till my last date i.e. september'19.

        My other neighbor's plan remain same till date and just my plan u changed..How is it possible.

        If my old plan "Swagat Pack" will not active by today end of the day then i will file complaint against your company in consumer forum and mentally harassment notice also as my connection and channel is not showing due to your company.

        Today is 4th day and still your team has no courtesy to call back and resolve client issue.

          I have selected channels screenshot attached herewith . but not implementation by DISH TV. i have called frequently. but your service is very poor. i am suffering from last 4 to 5 days about. we cannot take any entertainment enjoy.. what can i do now...? i also contact to [protected] this mobile number is not valid.. where to complaint ..???

            Due to the dth and cable traffic rates before the rule came in to force the bill id 199 and now the bill is 415 for the limited telugu regional channels which contains of 68 channels, why trai made such a fulesh rule that makes burden to the common people.
            Please trai change the rules by reducing the channel prices and avoide the gst on them to make the bills cheaper.

              Hii, My self Jatin Arora writing this complaint regarding the problem I ma facing through Airtel DTH service provider, As I Have bought a new HD connection from Airtel, and they got it install but the package I was asking they didn't gave me and said you will have to watch for this month like this and if you want to change the pack you can do that next month when I objected and said I wont be paying as its my wish what package I want they said then u have to pay again, and there is a new issue from the vendor where I asked for the price of new DTH connection he said me it would cost about 1500 Rs but when I got call of confirmation for new connection they asked for Rs 1600 and the person who came for installation was asking for Rs 1700, when I call the customer care about the issue they said you go and pay and you wont get the pack you are asking and next month you go and change otherwise you do what's possible, and after that vendor accepted his mistake and added few pay channels and started asking money and when I went through the customer ID they gave me on Airtel App I go to know that ID is not registered with my number when I asked them to rectify that and then only I will pay, now every day they are calling and asking for money and I said if you cant then disconnect the Connection neither they are doing that and its literally my mistake for choosing their services, I am everyday facing this harassment.
              I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

              The Customer ID ( [protected])they gave me first time they have deactivated that and the second time the ID they gave ([protected]) me is not linked to my number either and in such case neither I can go through my pack online as OTP will be send to that number neither I can ask for activation of any channel top up.

              In all this Vendor, Distributor, Service provider, Technician neither of any one is suffering neither they are accepting there mistake, its just the consumer who is suffering as its me who is not able to watch the channels I liked and there is no freedom for consumer it just the dictating terms of the Service provider and for the Money they can go any limit and there is freedom for the service provider only . It would be far better that I wouldn't have chosen the Service provider.

                As per agreement for life long pack fee of rs. 500/- (Postpaid plan) paid to spice telecom in 2008 (Now idea cellular ltd.), the monthly rental fee was rs. 25/- pm which was raised to rs. 65/- and to rs.100/-. Now they are going to change my plan (With monthly rental of rs. 299/-) under compulsion from 16th. Feb. Before changing my plan let the idea cellular ltd. Settle all my dues including life long pack fee of rs. 500/-.

                      As per the new rule for selection of the channel i called to videocon call center they said that they call me back but i have not recieved any call from them and they are still charging as per the old selection.

                      Also i tried to call and register a complain but neither their site is working nor call connecting.

                      I almost spend more than 500 due to this misleading.

                      Need your intervention against my complain against date on 5-FEB-19 by Order ID: [protected] on 16-NOV-18 at 02:47 PM I paid Rs 2175.00 to subscribe HD pack and the valid 17-FEB-19.

                      But my connection was interrupted since 4-FEB-19. This is not the first time, they do cheat the customer in this way, there need justice for excess amount which I already paid.

                      No channel is coming in my videocon d2h main hd set top box & in mirror hd box also, i have balance of Rs.592 . I am not able to select any new package online and no calls are connecting to customer care, Its always say lines are busy on customer care no. So please help on this matter, its very urgent.

                        Dear trai,
                        I am user of videocon d2h. My custmor id is 29638365. According to new rule of trai, i have made my own pack before 31st jan-2019.
                        When my pack is activated its showing all those useless channels which i removed from pack as well as d2h not showing complete broadcaster' s pack. Like they are not showing discovery trubo and dsport and sony wah... Even they add nat geo wild hd which i did not add in my plan.
                        And while making a plan they were show my pack's total cost is rs 289/- but now its showing rs 337/-.
                        I called many times to customer care number as every body knows its never be connect. So kindly please take action against videocon d2h dictatorship.
                        Please let me know there is any dth portability option? Because d2h has become pathetic service provider.

                          I registered a complaint to Videocon D2h(nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com, [protected]@d2h.com) with customer id[[protected]] onTuesday, 5 February, 2019, 12:42:41 PM IST. Since from last 4 Years, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong deduction, frequent i recharged but not able to used services. i activated my new plan (popular monthly pack and additional six channels) but on 04-feb19 i take loan from ivr but it was not reflect in my account and i received message from the to transfer the amount of 35rs into my accout but next morning it lapsed with no reason plus i recharged of 100rs 05-feb-19 still not reflect in my account. i called n no. of times in customer care but not connected plus they only making updated their server most of the time or only i hear ivr of videocon.
                          Please help me for the same as soon as possible.

                            I am using a videocon d2h and my consumer id is 44399300.
                            Asper the new regulation policy i am selected total 94 channels on 26th january. But from yesterday i am not able to watch paid channels those i am selected. And all the customer care line r continued busy no reply from videocon. It's very poor service. From yesterday i am not able to watch any paid channel but amount is debited from my accounts. And still new pack is not activated. So why videocon d2h not follow the deadline given by trai.
                            Pl look in to the matter.
                            Urgent.

                              As per tria pack i designed my own pack and activated it here online... But wrong pack was activated as many of the channels i selected have dissappeared (Black out) and ones which i don't want is here. Kindly help me out with it.

                              Which is just ridiculous as i selected my pack itself and without any fault from my side i have been forced a blackout of my tv channel even after paying for it.

                                The first time of history one government organization put more charges on the fellow citizens and the broadcasting viewers, if i need to pay for the channels why you are allowed to show the advertisement by that channel broadcaster, so i pay money for see that advertisements, it's very strange and i don't know how it's fair, one month i need to pay rs.390 for viewing advertisements and interruption messages,

                                So if i need to pay for the channels i am the shareholder of the channel income because only that channels make an income by the consumers are viewing their advertisements so please make an arrangement to get my share from the broadcasters profit otherwise i no need to pay for any channels.

                                    Hello trai,

                                    It's great to see what you ordered, but what is the use for common man to those who used to pay 165 per month (With regional channels) is increased to 290 with minimum regional channels and f2a of rs. 153.

                                    Do you have any tracking system where you can see how the dth are giving f2a channels when 100 f2a are selectable in that 28 dd channels are default then why the f2a promo packs of dth are including other language regional channels like bangla, tamil, odish etc when the subscriber will take only telugu regional in-case of south. As this promo pack is given default any extra channel we are adding then ncf increasing and cost too for ex: i'm adding any pay or hd channel then cost doubles.

                                    When the channels are free why we need to pay ncf can't take the same with the broadcaster instead of subscribers as they are already getting money from advertisements etc. It's better if you can reduce the ncf to 30 to 40 rs any no one will watch f2a channels fully.

                                    For hd channels why 19rs why not capped to rs 10 any how they are making money from adverts programs sms contests... Provoking content etc.

                                    Trai has to be subscriber friendly and has to give the order which has to be applaused by nation.

My existing recharge got expired on 4th feb 2019, i recharged my account with customer id[protected] on 4th feb 2019 (Around 08: 30 pm) for an amount of 330/- and got he confirmation message on my phone from videcon d2h ; but till now (6th feb 2019, 08: 45 am) my services are not resumed. I my trying to contact customer care but the customer care no. Is not woking.
                                      2.in the videocon d2h site they are forcing 100 fta channels mandatory on people against the trai's order of 25 mandatory fta channels e to which we are forced to pay excess 60 rs against our selected channels as network capacity fees.
                                      3. On the website videocon d2h is giving option for ala carte channel selection, but no option is available for making payment against your channel selection and hence a person has to choose from the existing packs.
                                      I humbly request trai to initiate strong action as early as possible against videocon d2h so that they will stop harassing consumers and follow rules formed by the trai.

                                        1. Videocon d2h web site is not responding to choose the channels as per trai new guidelines.
                                        2.in the videocon d2h site they are forcing 100 fta channels mandatory on people against the trai's order of 25 mandatory fta channels.
                                        Due to which we are forced to pay excess 60 rs against our selected channels as network capacity fees.
                                        3. On 5/02/2019 videocon d2h service center telephone is not working.
                                        4. When we take this issue with the videocon d2h service center there answer is "migration is in progress".
                                        We request trai to initiate strong action as early as possible against videocon d2h so that they will stop harassing consumers and follow rules formed by the trai.

                                        what's the use, TRAI is not enforcing anything. I select my pack but even now what I selected and what I see is totally disconnected. Sent email to TRAI multiple times without any help. This is just creating so much of problems to common public. Everyone else is making money and cheating consumers.
                                        TRAI is not responding to anyone. Even though I mailed my complaint about the same Scenario 3 days ago still no response from them.
                                        They just messed up all the thing, Videocon is making money and TRAI is like wtf we don't care about it.
                                        My Airtel no [protected] is deactivated from your side please activate my number as soon as possible I am suffering lots of problems...
