Hi trai,

My customer id[protected]

Videocon has activated all 100 channels from the basic tier, however i had selected only 41 channels from basic tier channels including 25 dd mandate channels.

Totally i had selected 109 channels, please find 2 attached screenshots for quick and more details. I have marked these details in red color box.
41 (Bst) + 10 (Individual channels) + 58 (Broadcaster bouquets) = 109

I have sent multiple emails to the customer care of videocon to activate only channels which i had selected under sr. No[protected]. This reference number i had received when i had submitted the my plan.

I haven’t received proper response from them. Kindly look into the issue.

Second issue:
Now if we make a plan in D2h we can't remove Non-DD channels from Basic Service Tier of 100 channels.
There is no option to uncheck/remove Non-DD channels from BST.
Please find screenshots for the same. I have marked those Non-DD channels where is there is no option o[censored]ncheck/remove those channels.

    Indigital is not providing the platform of 100 channels aganst ncf of rs 130, in mumbai and else where thereby compulsorily asking us pay for free to air channels without our choice and not adjusting pay channels in the 75 fta channels given in the 100 channel pipe to choose with freedom against addl ncfplus mandated 25 channels of dd.

    Kindly take action against mso who is not at all concerned about customer

      Hi team,

      This is to bring to your kind notice that as per the amendment of the new trai rule, i did my videocon d2h recharge for 3 months on 02/02/2019.

      My previous plan was of around 900/- per month and my current plan selection costs me around 300/- per month.

      After confirming it from the videocon d2h customer care i did the recharge and requested for plan change and was assured that by 02/02/2019 eod, my plan will get changed and i’ll also be getting the extra 7 days benefit for the long term recharge.

      Despite of multiple calls to the videocon d2h customer care, my issue is still pending and i am being asked to wait for a few days now.

      I had no problem in waiting, but videocon d2h is still charging me with the previous expensive plan for everyday and they are still not sure, when will they be able to change this.

      This kind of service is not acceptable at all. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me.

        Respected sir,
        I am a regular customer of vediocon d2h service since last few years. Since last few days their website is also not working properly due to which i could not make a plan of my choice. Inspite of having sufficient balance in my account (Rs.582/- as on 04.02.2019 and end of subscription date : 24.02.2019) they stopped showing me channels as per my regular plan since the midnight of 4th feb without any information to me. I made a number of calls on their customer care no[protected] to request them to start my channels but they switched off the mobile. The same thing happened to a number of customers. How a customer is helpless when nobody attends the complaint, the mobile is switched off and the website is also not operative.

        Sir, you are requested to instruct the service provider to restart the channels as per our regular plan with immediate effect and also to repair their website enabling us to make a plan of our choice online as per your guidelines. My customer id no. : 79639266 name : ajeet chhabra

        Nothing heard from the service provider videocon d2h so far though a complaint was made to them also on 6th feb.Nor my blocked channels have been started in spite of having sufficient balance in the account. there is no improvement in the situation since the complaint was lodged. Nobody is there to take care of the customer. Very pitiable situation. Website, toll free no., customer care no...all not working...daily balance is being deducted from my account whilst all the pay channels are blocked by the service provider. This is an open cheating. please do something...thanks...

          On feb 2nd 2019, i had selected the alacarte option of channel selection for my airtel tv connection ([protected]) as per recent trai directive but in addition to charging me for the alacarte channels that i had selected, airtel is also charging an airtel bundle charge of rs 700 resulting in a monthly bill of rs 1235.43 instead of rs 535.43 for the alacarte plan i had chosen

          I'am not able to reach airtel customer service online or over phone to correct this. I have written an email to [protected]@airtel.com also raising this issue.

          Kindly help facilitate a resolution of this at the earliest

            what's the use, TRAI is not enforcing anything. I select my pack but even now what I selected and what I see is totally disconnected. Sent email to TRAI multiple times without any help. This is just creating so much of problems to common public. Everyone else is making money and cheating consumers.

              Hi i have recharged with 300rupees yesterday at 10am but my services and channel not showing even after recharge. I tried to call the customer care more than 250times.. Many times the line seems to be busy but when they pickup the call they say that server is down and they were not helpful... Help me as soon as possible. Also there site is also not working.

                Hello,

                I am a consumer of dishtv and subscribed for a free to air pack for three years, which cost around 1300/- and took 5 hd channels by paying 80/- but after some time an executive called me and offered 26 hd channels in 90/- and now they disconnected some hd channels like sab tv hd, when i called them they said you will have to pay 153/- basic and then take add on for hd channels and didn`t give any answer for those 1300/- which i paid for 3 years.
                I don`t need any sd channel so why would i pay for that, i already paid for free to air channels so why would i pay again. Please give me the solution asap.

                  I have paid my monthly prepaid bill of rs. 1100/- but found that the dth service provider has suspended operations since yesterday. After several attempts would connect the call centre but they seemed to be helpless and without any clue of resolution from their authorities. Even their website www.d2h.com is not working. Seems i have been cheated by videocon d2h. I have the call recording and screen shot of the website. My consumer number is 4766031.

                    1. Airtel dth has provided channel no 998 for channels selection
                    2. On 31 jan i submitted the selection using this facility and airtel acknowledged the same.
                    3. However airtel did not implement the new selection until 4th february and continued to charge at old rate.
                    4. This new implementation lasted only for a few hours and airtel has locked all channels except dd.
                    5. Airtel customer care doesn't provide facility to give feedback/ complaint.
                    6. I have used the facility to request refresh of the channels selected by me
                    Though there is instant sms stating that refresh will take place within 10 mins, refresh didn't take place at all in spite of several requests.
                    6. I have complained to airtel through email and they have not responded

                        As per trai guidelines all cable and dth operators has to provide fta, bouquet channels or al a carte channels. However independent tv is not offering this. Instead they have their own channels to offer which are of no use. The problem is that they charge rs.1999/- in advance for it's customers for their channels for a period of one year from the date of purchase which is non refundable.
                        After repeated requests they are not paying any heeds and surprising they are not afraid of complaints with trai even.
                        I don't want the advance payment of rs. 1900/- back. All i want is the list of bouquet channels proscribed by trai for which i am also ready to pay separate charges as would be applicable.

                          I sincerely wanted to submit my request of channels to asianet digital tv in kerala. But the company is only providing the tv pack created by them and that also with minimum 130 channels pack. Why they do not obey trai and provide all fta channels list for selection by the customer? I had sent them my selection thru e mail, but they instructed me to go to site and select which is not at all provided for customer selection.in trai site it was very easy to select. It was better if trai selection can be send by email to the service providers directly or trai has to give them instructions to follow the same method used in trai.

                              Respected sir as per your guidelines i had asked to change plan on 28/12/19 my customer id is 24496410 videocon they calculated price was rs.687. I accepted instead of changing my plan they blocked my maximum channel, i tried repeatedly to contact them, today they replied due to some mistake they cannot do anything, now thier no.                                 I am sandeep. I have purchased new airtel dth connection on 01.01.19 with my family hd for 01 month pack that was subscription pack. My customer id is [protected]...

                                On 01.02.19 trai provide freedom to choose own channel or pack... That is not worst for customer. Dth service provider increase the rate of their channel

                                I opened the sitelogin and click on change plan create your own pack next window opened and their two option for make own plan
                                1 — broadcaster bouquet
                                2 — ala-carte
                                I clicked on ala-carte but error (An unexpected error has occured. Our technical staff has been automatically notify you) showing last 3 days

                                I not able to make my plan... Help me sir what i do...

                                  I have an user of videocon d2h last 4 year, after new rules published by trai that subscriber pay only those channel what they selected only. Example if i select only star package i. E. I will pay (Rs 130+star package rate with gst), but very sorry to say i have not able to see the package rate in videocon d2h server. Same i have raised complain to videocon d2h with help of their customer care executive (Complain no[protected] dt 30-jan-2019 @ 14:25 hrs) but very sorry to say till date not received any positive response from them and issue still not resolve. Individual channel list and their rate showing but channel package details & rate not showing their website what we saw in tv channel advertise. Just because of that i cannot able to recharge my account as per my choice. Pls help

                                    My videocon d2h customer id[protected]. Accorfing to trai regulation, videocon taken channel request from me through website and i subscribe channels according to my preference and removed other language channels in bft and all it comes aroud 90 channel for me (Including pay channels) and videocon confirmed 295 rs as monthly charge. After coming to force from feb 5, they are informing me all channels in bft is mandatory and customer don't have rights to remove. Please take action against this fraud of videocon d2h...

                                      Sir i use jio 4g since last 3 yr my no is [protected]. Around the date of recharge my net speed is satisfactory but after when i recharged the speed automatically throttle down and in evening time it's not able to visit a site. I complaint many time but provider did not see any much concern. And just told tha they will fix it soon.in b/w these if i change my provider my recharge amount will get waste. So i don't have any other option except facing the issue and bearing irresponsible act of provider. Kindly take some action. Regarding such issues urgently
