I have reported all issues to you people but you have never even try to clear my issues.. Totally i lost around 150 rs so i have decided to port out from fraud idea to jio... Fed up with you and your service is too bad i will report the same to trai and consumer forum... Never try to cheat your customers

    It's third day I did not get any reply from your side.
    I had selected my pack as per new guidelines issued By TRAI on dated 01 Feb 2019 on dish tv app my vc no. [protected]. But today I find some north pack is activated by you on my pack which is not selected by me. I am trying to contact on your helpline no. From 2 hours but all in vain. I also sms CALL me on 57575 but no response from your side and also neither dishtv app nor dish tv website is working. I am trying to register my complaint with dish tv but all in vain. I had sent 5 emails to customer care of dish tv and also trying to register my complaint with nodal officer but all in vain.

    Here i request you kindly look in the matter.

      Hi everyone,

      By imposing trai on dth, the channels rate have increased rather than being cheap as it's been showing in all of the ads as of now.
      Before i was able to view whether sd or hd channels at rs 450 p/m but now it's costing more than rs 900 p/m which is really not a good idea at all.
      I hope our government would work on this and get a better solution.
      Also the channels head have tremendous changes in their channel prices.
      This really needs to be figure out soon.

      My Tatasky Service provider not allow me to change my package.

      Also, they made the list and channel menu so complicated so that user get frustrated and not change the existing package.

        Dear trai,
        I have selected the channels of d2h websites of videocon after 31st jan 2019 and paid accordingly to the service provider. But i found they have added 6 top up pack which was not selected by me. The channels i selected they are not providing more over i am not able to remove these 6 top up packs on my own. When i try to connect with the customer care number it's getting busy all the time. This videocon d2h company is not following the order issued in the benefit of consumer. My customer id is[protected], my account no. Is 10816840.
        Pls do the needful to remove these top up packs and get the selection of channel of my choice.

          By the new trai regulation, actually the customer is now on the loser side. The operators decided the package and even free channels are also included in the bouquet prepared by the operators.

          Suggest, a list of all free channels (Other than statutory) to be published by the operators and the option for choosing the channel should be with the customer for the minimum amount to be paid by the customer.

          For example i am from kerala and dont know the languages oriya, punjabi, kannada etc. And people of other states may not be knowing malayalam also. Now i should be given the right to select the required free channels for the basis package value paid by me. But ironically now it is decided by the operators and i am forced to take other unknown language channels.

          Trai is requested to intervene immediately and give necessary directions to all operators

            My videocon d2h customer id71214837. Accorfing to trai regulation, videocon taken channel request from me and i subscribe channels according to my preference and also told to remove other language channels in bft and all it comes 66 channel for me and videocon confirmed 195 rs as monthly charge. After coming to force from feb 1, they are informing me all channels in bft is mandatory and customer don't have rights to remove. Please take action against this fraud of videocon d2h.

              Airtel has barred dth services immediately after migrating to new plan on[protected] @ 20:00 hrs and are not unbarred yet. Though i had a balance and i further recharged but except dd channels nothing is working. On calling customer care they are saying as per trai guidelines services will be unbarred on 07th feb.                 Videcon d2hnot following as per trai rules and customer care trying to d2h plan. As per trai new rule only 25 channel dd compulsory but they trying push 100 channel and not giving any option your choice channel please take action against videcon d2h.
                Otherwise not meaning of trai new rule. I am trying last three day but customer care saying only technical issue going on, but how to possible last three day technical issue. Vedecon d2h not follow trai regulation.

                  Please note tatasky has increased the charges of multi tv charges from rs250 to 500. According to them trai has instructed them to increase the charges. Kindly clarify. Why trai instead of supporting end users advising dth provided to increase charges on muti tv set box charges. Kindly take necessary action against tatasky on sudden increase in charges.

                  Completely agree. Tata Sky website after selection of channels adds 700 per multi TV. I use to pay 1200 per month for 3 TV connection and now I have to pay double around 2510 Rs..

                  Is Trai helping or bogging it up completely? Tata Sky showing their way to make more money.

                    My customer id[protected]

                    On 19 jan 2019 i called vedeocon d2h customer service guy and asked how much i need to pay till feb 1st 2019, so he told me to pay 100 rs (Including gst) for total of 12 days as trai rules will change from feb 1st. So i paid 100 rs recharge, and i got message that i can get channels only till 27th jan 2019.

                    I registered complaint immediately on customer service guy for giving me false information. But till today there is no reply for that. They disconnected on 26th jan, when i called again on 26th jan they said they deducted 15 rs for disconnection fees, which is a fraud, so i raised complaint then they returned 15rs back and it got deducted automatically and gave me 1/4th day to view tv on 27th jan.

                    When i asked about what happened to my 100 rs, they blocked my number. I registered more than 6 complaints till today, but there is no call back, insted they blocked all numbers.

                    Customer service of d2h were saying trai cannot do anything or consumer court also cannot do anything, in between they activated some kids channel which i did not even ask for and increased my 330 rs package to 372 rs package which is a fraud again, so i have to raise another complaint.

                    In between, each customer service guy gives different different information which doesnt match with other, they disconnect the phone in between. Some keep on hold for 15 minutes or so and disconnect. I want you to listen to all call recordings which happened from 19 jan 2019 to 4 feb 2019 how much d2h is doing fraud.

                    Now coming day, on feb 1st i selected a package in online d2h site and submitted for the price of 292 rs, when i called customer service thats can i pay the ammount, they said price is 380 rs which is wrong again. So i called again customer service guy then other person says there is no request placed.

                    So i placed another request on feb 1st, which 3 of the customer service people could not find, on 4th call the guy found it and said they will activate in 2hours for the price of 284.47 rs, after 2 hours i dont get any message, so called again, same asked me to wait 2 hours more and said price is 295 rs, and when i asked why he changed price, he says it shows like that in his system, so i wait for 2 days more and call again the guy says to wait 5 hours on feb 3rd

                    Later i called 3 times one telugu guy lifts the phone and says he is busy and could not give any service or he cannot even say his name, he told it is not his work to help customers or he dont even know how to check what is there in system, 3 times the same guy picks the phone. He kept my phone number in blocked.

                    On feb 4th 2019 when i called another customer service guy said me to wait 5 hours to activate, but till now nothing is activated. I registered soo many complaints on the false customer service guys but there is no response from d2h.

                      Dear trai,

                      Before trai guidelines (1feb19) i am able to view all sd & hd channels for less than rs. 450 per month, now after trai rule implementation my dth tariff is almost doubled rs. 900 per month with most of the channels removed to minimize the monthly tariff. So with new guideline what trai going to achieve either company friendly or customer dissatisfaction. Earlier i am watching whole world with rs. 450 and now i am watching limited world with rs.900

                        I am shocked to know that government is augmenting such practices and the telecom companies are earning money on that count. Some simcards are to be kept mostly to get otps from airlines, wallets, etc for log in purposes and are not used extensively for daily use - would request trai to discontinue this clause of deduction of rs.23 every month from the lifetime balances which could’ve used for better purposes

                        Till now the TRAI has done nothing -customers with prepaid mobiles kept basically for OTP purposes are bound to pay monthly fixed charges of minimum Rs.23 to keep the no.active whereas the services are not used at all since the postpaid unlimited calls mobile nos.are kept by the customers

                          Am a customer of d2h (Videocon).
                          As per the new rules of trai, i have spoken with dish tv customer care and they have assured me my pack will continue unless i wish to modify. However, since yesterday, all the channels except regional language stopped. I have been trying to contact dish tv customer care but in vain. And am getting sms stating that my pack has been modified to best package and asking to recharge.
                          Would request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

                            In spite of regular follow up and even after submission of preferred channels list well before 31st January, 2019 Airtel DTH has blocked all most all the channels from yesterday Morning.

                            I have tried to contact their nodal officer over phone continually for 45 min and made more than 12 calls but nobody picked my phone.
                            I called their customer care no but they have no solution with them and they told to contact their nodal office.

                            In spite of your instruction not to harass customers they are very much harassing us.
                            We request your immediate intervention to resolve the matter.

                              But even after 5days now no program is activated and no channels are available for view on tv.

                                Even though the bst channels are free to air channels, dish tv still charges rs.20/- for every 25 channels in bst. How is this free?
                                They do not give us option to remove these channels as majority of these are not useful for us or we don't understand the language.
                                Can trai take a look at this and provide consumers option to opt for the required bst channels only?

                                  I am airte dth customer more than 4 yrs, customer id is [protected] & register number is [protected].

                                  After trai introduced the new charges about dth payment, i am trying choose my package or channels airtel website is not working, from yesterday my dth services got suspended due to low balance, then i recharge rs, 225 which i am already using old package, after recharge service get activate but no channels get display, from yesterday night (04 feb 2018) 9:45 pm, i am trying to contact airtel customer care number there is no response after long holding around 5 to 7 minutes call getting disconnect, getting record message like "all the executive busy to attending calls" i have tried 2 to 3 times same thing happened.

                                  Today also i tried to change to package plan through portal, its not working, customer care number same poor response, when i check the balance its got deducted without using the services.

                                  My complaint is no response from airtel customer care and portal not working, without giving any services they deducted my balance. Kindly take action to airtel dth.

                                  As a consumer my suggestion to trai, this new plan we forced to make rental and you have allowed tv channels to fix there own rental, why don't you make a condition paid channels not to give any advertisement?

Instead of applying the package i opted for, they have stopped all my channels. I am constantly calling their customer care center, but they keep me waiting and nobody replies. So i feel very helpless. Kindly do something.

But till date my pack is not activated & customer care of dish tv not responding & saying that their system is upgrading & will take 1 hr to activate my pack.But after 3 days gone nothing happened.

                                        Complain till now not resolved.dish tv customer care calling me but every time giving excuse that system is updating.They are offering basic pack of 147 channels. 25 are mandatory among them.but rest of 122 channels are not editable.As a customer you don't have a choice to edit them & instead of those channels you can select your preferred channels. If I wish to see other channels then the channels no is increased & payment for that also increased due to 25 channels slab.
                                        Till date my preferred pack is not activated & making falls calls to me
