Dear Sir,
I have been subscribed to Airtel digital TV and according to new rules I have selected channels and recharged money as required on 31st Jan 2019 itself. I continued to view old package and suddenly without any information Airtel has stopped giving any channels from 2/2/2019. I have complained by mail to Airtel, but no response. Customer care is not at all userfriendly and I am without TV channels since yesterday. There is no customer care number, where I can register a complaint.
