Videocon customer id[protected]

As per your rules it is only mandatory to subscribe 26 dd channels, but videocon d2h is forcing to take all the 100 free to air to subscribe, and if i take bouquet they charge for additional channels beyond 100 free to air which 20 rupees for 25 channels.
Their customer care says that they are migrating for that since last 2 days.

Please do the needful in this regard and take action as soon as possible.

yes.. I am also facing the same issue.. Videocond2h forcing to take 100 mandatory channels . please see attached screenshot.. most of them are not DD channels and marked as mandatory

    I have tried to change the plans to a la carte channels, for customer id [protected] since the last 4 days. However each time I receive a message that the request has been received. The plan is never changed and all channels are still active.
    I've tried calling the customer care multiple times for this issue, but I keep getting disconnected after being put on hold for a few minutes.

      Myself ashok patel user of airtel dth bearing customer id [protected] (2 connections). The company have activated 3 channels without my permission and start deducting amount from my balance. The details of channel activated is as below -

      Hollywood diaries - activated from 8 oct 2018 and charges 60 /- per month
      Sadabahar hits - activated from 8 nov 2018 and charges 60 /- per month
      Ikid world - activated from 8 nov 2018 and charges 51 /- per month

      And today when i called them to refund they denied and not agreed to show the proof for my request for activation.

      Please help

        I was trying to change the subscription plan to TRAI new plan.But Videocon d2h login page was not working.So I called the customer care.Its a stupid customer care service. I have been trying to change the plan but they didnt do.Instead they told me to pay .So I paid 200Rs but the plan was not changed.When I called the customer care again they logged a compliant.
        After 2 hrs I got an sms saying your compliant # is resolved.But actually its not resolved.Without resolving the issues how could they resolve the complaint.Again they kept on saying the same stories.

        sir, on dated:13.3.20 i got a sms from videocon d2h to recharge my account no[protected] with Rs 1303/- on 13.3.20 to get 30% cash back. i recharged my account throgh given link but could not receieved cash back despite lodging complaint three times to videocon d2h.the details of coplaints enclosed for your kind perusal and necessary action please.

          Trai ने नया नियम लोगों को सस्ता मनोरंजन मिलने के लिए बनाना चाहिये था, न कि 154 रू में zero चॅनल देखने के लिये
          यह तो जबरजस्ती हैं कि आपके घर TV रखते हो तो 154 ₹ वसुलंगे।
          अभितक हम 100₹ में 400 चॅनेल देख रहे थे। अभि हमें 400₹ में 12 (पसंदीदा) हि देखानेको मिलेंगे।
          जिसे ग्राहको के हित के लिए Trai ने जबरन बदलना नाइन्साफी हैं।
          इसका खमियाजा मोदी सरकारको भूगतना होगा।
          बेसिक पॅक फ्री देना जरूरी हैं वरना मोदी सरकार कि हार हो सकती हैं। जो हम नही चाहते।

            As per your (TRAI) guidelines I have changed my Airtel DTH plan according to my requirements. I have changed It online visiting Airtel website. My customer ID is [protected] and then I received references ID 132862. But till now 03/02/2019 my plan has not been changed by airtel DTH provider. I tried to call the customer care no but they did not respond even calling for more than 6 minutes and charging me for my mobile balance. So please help us you are the last resort in this situation.               My videocon d2h i think is fake. They are not listening & applying my new trai pack which is ready to start from 1st february 2019. I have done my process on 30 january 2019 of channel selection. They are not listening & only saying that your pack will be in process from tomorrow. As next they we called them & asked for our pack not started they are saying it regularly that will be start tomorrow & tomorrow. Please check where is the problem. Why they are not listening our problem. Thay are not also registering our complaint also. Please help us by resolving our problem as soon as possible.

                As per new rule we have opted for channels but. I have opted for fta dd sports channel and cannot see the live telecast of cricket matches. As i have subscribed i must have all the rights to see the channel. It is very unethical behaviour by trai. And before this new rule i was paying rs 300 for all channels now it is rised upto 700 and trai is saying it is in favor of customer.

                  I am a old customer and taking tata sky channels for yearly account. My pack my 99 - tamil was renewed and running as on 1st feb 2019, it is due to maturity during july 2019. Originally trai has not considered renewal. But at the end trai has allowed customers if they desire they can keep the pack in tack till the maturity. I have opted for the same and asked my tatasky to consider to keep me till maturity of the pack in july 2019. This was not followed and they have changed my pack.
                  Kindly instruct my tatasky to reconsider as the customer desire maintaining the pack as it is.

                    I have try to select channel list from TRAI DTH Selection web Page. But the web page is not relevant to what you have given in user guide .I am not able to get exact step by step page in website.I don't expect those kind of technical issues in one of the leading country Government telecommunication page.It is representing country telecommunication page.So fix asap.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have been subscribed to Airtel digital TV and according to new rules I have selected channels and recharged money as required on 31st Jan 2019 itself. I continued to view old package and suddenly without any information Airtel has stopped giving any channels from 2/2/2019. I have complained by mail to Airtel, but no response. Customer care is not at all userfriendly and I am without TV channels since yesterday. There is no customer care number, where I can register a complaint.

                        Airtel DTH has not activated my new pack and they are deducting the balance and customer care is not responding to that and even after 20 calls from 2 feb i have not received a single help from. Kindly help we are cunsumers and for companies and govy policies we always have to suffer. Is this the way of dealing with indian people. We are treated as salves in private and public sector.

                          I have selected some channels and they have not updated that channels and they are charging old 363 rupees per month
                          When I call to customer care they are saying
                          On 1st Feb 2019- it will take 48Hours to update

                          On 3 Feb 2019 - It will take 48 hours to update, Backend team will call you when updated (particular time not mentioned)

                          I have requested channels with amount of 293.42 per month
                          But
                          When I login it shows 363 rupees per month.

                            TRAI created a big mistake with Indian poor and middle class customer(aam admi). It was lose for me. The regulation of about tv channels are against poor villagers.. for example: my old pack was 235 inr with 170HD mix channel include GST. but now- base pack 130, + HD 3channel 57inr. +NCF 6inr+18%GST=220 inr.
                            with 100 free to air channel and only 3 are my choose. it was really disgusting.
                            i deiced that i'm gonna to sell my TV. I can't give 220 rupee every month for my 3 channel to service provider.

                              I told d2h customer care superwiser to start my pack according to the rule of trai but he was saying that after 100 chanel you can apply any channel separately. You will have to see 100 channels, with the intention of d2h

                                I have selected my own pack on 28.01.2018 11:55 PM but same is not yet activated but charging me higher side.

                                I have called and discussed with the customer care but it is not happening and not responding properly, need intervention to close my issue else arrange to refund my balance and to close the account

                                  Greetings!!

                                  I created my own pack on february 1, 2019 as per trai rules and selected my all channels.
                                  Then i did a recharge of my account for the amount shown to me finally as it should be.

                                  Instead of activating my new pack my old pack was activated and yesterday i recieved sms from d2h that the amount for i did recharge was less by 99 rs of my monthly subscription amount (Of my last pack) and they asked me to recharge it for 99 rs further to get 1 month subscription.

                                  Secondly d2h is not offering all channels so we can not select the channels we want further.

                                    Today I have called to videocon customer care and asked my favroite channel price that i have already selected from videocon portal.

                                    videocon customer care executive said your favorite channel price is 227 INR and if you recharge now you can get your favorite channel now itself.

                                    After that i have recharged 227 INR and i have checked my account balance but its showing your validity is till 22/02/2019 and they not provided me my favorite channel list.

                                    Again i have called to videocon executive 2 times and they said still trai new rule note implemented so thts why they provided me my old plane.

                                    I said to register my complain for this issue but they are not agree to register my complain and 3 times they disconnect my call.

                                    i have voice recording with vediocon d2h executive that i have said to register complain but he disconnected the call.

                                    Now i am not able to seen anything from my TV screen, no channel comes in my TV screen, they said within 1hr you can get yours favorite channel but already 8 hr happen i am not able to see anything in my TV screen.

                                    This is not happen first time with me. from last 8 month i am facing issue with videocon.

                                      There is huge price hike after new dth rule of trai after 1feb, now 1 have to pay approx 250 to 300 extra for same plan 1 using from 3 years, this is very bad decesion by gov. This should be taken back. Curruntly i m using airtel dth.

                                      Before trai new rule complete package was reasonable and effective but now all free chanels are payble at 130+18%tax. This is wrost decesion by trai.

                                        In this godforsaken country each and every day the citizens are looted abused and taken for all granted.

                                        One such action is your recent irresponsible act of dth channel subscription change.

                                        Earlier my annual pack cost me 2200/- now the same pack cost me around 3600/- who the hell do you think would pay the difference in amount? Do our salaries hike have any regulations? Are you a regulatory authority or a public looting authority?

                                        Irresponsible ridiculous anti people act. Reverse it immediately.
