Videocon D2H: my new channel selection is not effective in the Videocon D2H though this is to be effective from Feb1st as per TRAI. when contacted Customer care, they keep saying Wait and no timeline is given for past many days after I have submitted my selected pack of channels and Nodal officer is not picking calls. Need reason of this non compliant by Videocon D2H and I ask Videocon D2H to give timeline by when the new channel select pack would be effective - as per my selection.

    Hi,
    My subscriber id:[protected]. Dth service provider : tata sky.
    I am on long term validity plan for an year from october 2018 to october 2019.
    I was forced to select a plan, so i selected. Now when i see trai directive for ldp, i can continue that, but they are not allowing me. Please help me on this.
    Now i end up paying monthly 250 extra for the same.

      Hi i am consumer of d2h, my subscription expire on 4 feb when i am going to recharge my d2h through videocon d2h website as per new trai guideline, i shocked that they force to choose customer 100 free channel but in trai guideline only dd channel are mandatory, when i call to videocon d2h customer care they told me that it is necessary to chhose those channel and when i asked them about trai rule they cut my phone.. Kindly look up the matter as matter is related of all customer of videocon d2h and videocon d2h is cheated us.

        My operator dish tv do not changing my pack. I already applied for the new pack few days back. But when i call they says that system is updating so we can't help you. Also they dot responding in a proper manner. So my question is why all the new scheme comes without any preparation. Please resolve my problem immediately.

          I am demanding few chanel under mera apna pack to active but instide of that he will active swagat hd pack which i donot want to. I call customer service but they do not help me they told server is updated you call later at evening i call number of times but its say its busy i am trying last half hour but same response. So i complain against dish tv.
          Please take neessary action against such mal-pratice.

            Dear TRAI,
            Videocon d2h has just advertised in their official websites about TRAI guideline and channels to be selected by customers. However, they are not aligned to TRAI guideline to meet customer experience as expected.

            I have created my own package using my login account in https://www.d2h.com on 25th Jan 2019. Here is the reference number of package i chose[protected].

            I followed up with d2h to this email address [protected]@d2h.com when this new package will be activated. They confirmed me that effective from 1st Feb, my new customized package will be active. Today it is 2nd Feb still nothing happened instead they have removed few channel no 596 & 576 which were also as part of my selected customized package.

            They do not give proper response to me also if i connect with them via call support. They are deducting money from my account unexpectedly.

            I'm not at all happy on their cheating service.

              Dear sir/madam,

              Due to your latest regulation for dth is not really good for the poor and middle class people. It is good for the service provider and the telecom company.

              Unnecessarily am paying rs.153 including gst waste of money.

              Example, if am required only 3 channel each having rs.10 per month.

              Now i need to pay 153+ (3*30*1.18) = rs.259.2 including gst.

              Why should i need to rs.259.2 for only 3 channels (Required channel)?

              If this is the real ambition of your latest new regulations?

              Then the govt is really not working for the people.

                Independent tv is not showing me my recommended channel, aslo not responding to call. I want to see ndtv pack but it is not showing. I called there at coutermer care center but there representative are not responded me properly and said rudely that we can't do anything. So deciddd to complaint here, so please accept my complain and kindly solvdy problem.

                  My d2h custemor id is[protected] on january 31, at 4:00 am i recharged in my d2h channel 164 ₹6 has already been 170 fixed, out of which my pack is super gold 3 days all the channels were doing well all day i cut a channel in my channel from today gaya zee tv mp chhattisgarh i called the customer in the customer and i do not have this channel in your service pack, so if i try to know the region then i do not answer my phone. And keep my phone is hold for long time

                    As per trai rule we can select any channel of our choice (Hd and sd) in basic network fee of rs.130. But d2h is forcing us to choose 100 fta channels which we dont want.

                    Please check the screenshot where i have selected just 1 channel but in total it is showing me 102 channel and not allowing me to edit basic service tier

                      My airtel subscription id [protected]-001. I am in multiple connection. Another connection id [protected]-002 this connection i have to pay 1925/=for one year from 6th september 2018. Airtel suspended both connections. Customer care numbers are not working. 12150,
                      [protected],[protected] ivr options not accept the options. [protected]@in. Airtel.com email. Is not response. So we are the helpless from airtel dth. What will do?

                        Dear sir/ madam,

                        I am a prepaid (Advance rental) customer with airtel dth.
                        As per trai directive, i am trying to figure out the best plan in the new offers, however, i am facing following issues:

                        I am forced to subscribe to unwanted 25 dd channels, which is eating up my free channels.

                        If i select all the channels which i presently watch or may watch, my bill goes up way beyond my present bill.

                        There is no option for advance rental plan, therefore the benefits of same are not available. For example i am presently paying rs 5801/- for twelve months for a monthly base package of rs 700/-. As per the new tarrif, i stand to loose out on the monthly benefits of about rs. 220 /-.

                        The following is requested:

                        As i do not watch any of dd channels so i must have the option of not to select dd channels. By making it compulsory its contradictory to trai order itself, where the customer is to be given the freedom of choice.

                        The benefits of advance rental plan to be given, even if the portability provision is likely to be available.

                          I have selected the channels as per trai, but it didnt get implemented on 1st feb, when i contacted customer care, the customer care says trai hasnt implemented it yet. It seems the videocon d2h are fooling customer. Trai should seriously look at the schemes they have implemented as the dth companies continue to fool customers. Really bad experience with videocon d2h.

                            I have taken sim replacement on[protected] at 7.00pm from jio store at mvp colony, visakhapatnam. They said it will be activated in 4hrs.in this regard i have got confirmation at 8.15 through e-mail that they have received a request for replacement and it will get activated in next 4hrs.
                            Even in the morning on[protected] at 10.00 am it was not activated and i have called the customer care for the same. They said they will try to resolve it with in next 48 hrs.
                            I have requested them to get it activated as soon as possible since i am unable to make or get calls to the number.

                            Even in the afternoon i tried to contact again and there is no update or even they have not traced the reason for not activating my number.

                            I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard.

                              By usig videocon d2h website, 100 basic channels showing pre-selected and i contacted costomer care they told that "no option to select basic free to air (Fta) 100 channels. This is new rule form today (02/02/2019). Each free to air (Fta) channels after 100th will need to pay 1 rupees for each channel (Fta)."

                              No option to select basic 100 fta. I need to get the clarification about this

Also no confirmation mail or msg from d2h on the channels selected by me. Unable to contact their customer care also.

                                I live in 75 panchsheel enclave, lal kuan, u. P. 201009. This area is residential. But the mobil tower is on my neighbour's house roof house no 76 panchsheel enclave name mr. Hemant. There are two towers in my colony. I am very much afraid of the radiation from the towers because in my home there are kids and ladies. Plz remove them immediately, thank you.

                                  I am complaining with great dissatisfaction about tatasky:

                                  My tatasky subscriber id [protected]

                                  As per the trai guidelines i have exercised a-la-carte channel selection.

                                  But when i checked channels on my tv then i found that the channels i have selected is not seen and the channels i have not selected is seen.

                                  Moreover when i logged on to www.mytatasky.com to change my package, where i am not able to change "dd + complimentary pack".

                                  Tatasky is forcing me to see the channels what they set.

                                  In "dd + complimentary pack" apart from mandatory 25 dd channels there are other language/other channels that i do not want but still it is a part of my pack and the difficulty is that i can not change that "dd + complimentary pack".

                                  Whereas as per trai one can select his/her own channels after 25 mandatory channels out of 100 channels.

                                  Please note that channels appeared as "additional channels" are ok but ""dd + complimentary pack"in not ok.

                                  I have chatted tatasky representative on mytatasky,.com but the representative saying that i can not change"dd + complimentary pack".

                                  I must be able to change each and every channel that is displayed wrongly in my subscription.

                                  Please do the needful.

                                    I am a dth television user. I have complain about trai new dth rules applying from 1 feb 2019. I have a dth channel plan from dth service provider that includes channels that i want watch & some that i don't want & i have multi tv connection also but after trai new dth rules when i pick channels only that i want to watch in bouquet & also in ala-carte bases but its very costly against my previous dth plan & that cost effects my 2nd tv connection also because of new rules & no discount on 2nd tv connection & channels pricing is very high so please change trai new dth rules. & don't make it compulsory because consumers don't want to change their previous dth plans like me because after new rules it's very costly. Please consider my request.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice tha the current change advise by your team is not at all fecilitating subscribes, rather the monthly subscription charges gone up from 170 to 250 rupees, before the charge was 99 monthly rental and 70 rupees was south regional pack which add all the channel which was required as per our interest, now we are forced to pay 153 ncf charges + each individual packs which increased our monthly subscription charges from 169 to 250 rupees, advise us the solution for the same.

                                        Sundirect dth does not implement the new trai rule on 01.02.2019. Their customer care executive officer said that they did not get any official order about new trai rule. They said me to recharge for existing pack for rs.280.00.
                                        They have telecasting more unwanted tv channel for me.
                                        Please implement the new order as soon as possible. It will more helps for people in india.
