Sundirect dth does not implement the new trai rule on 01.02.2019. Their customer care executive officer said that they did not get any official order about new trai rule. They said me to recharge for existing pack for rs.280.00.
They have telecasting more unwanted tv channel for me.
Please implement the new order as soon as possible. It will more helps for people in india.

    Dear sir,
    I have a vodafone internet pack 2gb per day unfortunately last one week i ca not get any internet in my home and i already inform vodafone customer officer (30/01/2019- reference no:4-[protected])
    And they admit there network problem. And last 2 days i can not get connection there costumer officer line also please solve this problem still not yet solve this

      My mother has been receiving messages on her bsnl no-[protected] from a fraudster/scammer to call to no's[protected],[protected] etc to receive free talktime, when previously she called back to a no like mentioned above an amount of 7rs were deducted from her main balance. I request you to look into the issue and take an appropriate action and update me the status.

        Dish tv people are offering the customer to choose their back on the website but in spite of selecting the pack when you log in again you'll find different packs in your login. Moreover in spite of repeated calls they're not registering the complaints they are just informing that call back will be arranged and are saying that they are transferring the call to theirs seniors but later informing that the senior is busy and you'll be called back but no call back. Moreover the toll free number is not working from last 2 days. They are also providing the information on channel number 96 and 999 that the customer can choose their packs by making use of the remote but it's also not working.
        They're also not providing the exact information for the child connection. They're providing different information every time they were called.

          More than any service provider of dth still playing almost giving nothing and they keep people in confusion mode,
          Instead they force to make people for yearly package or 3months, or months full payment of package this all today set up each serviceprodiver making it forcefully pulling out they bring best out of that

          But then they make to give proper information nor feasibility of server or network toll free number proper guidelines still not in practice

          I just get to understand every time either they feasbility of server is??? And they pull me out to make me to pay extended days of payment and adding as due charges not paying timely by user this factors are faced by users

          I donot understand when package is given so much on display sceen or news paper about their network number of package allowed us to confuse

          Display screen on says about complete package but given in the list by service provider dth make to fail on certain ends on their website

          This is almost done dth is not givng proper information plus what do they give is nothing but cheating people money and time

          not at all happy - experience watching itself almost made in to money pulling
          as due charges and extended days, postponement of payment this all done often, sir i do monthly payment prior to the date in dth service provider, i do make them to support on giving understanding on channels andprice package, lot of time wasted by spending on website like dish tv.in and feasbility of server is almost carried nothing, repeated complaint to nodal officer there is no proper support
          and retailer shop is not giving ample understanding on current plan instead direct toll free make us wait for que and the responds to postpone this happens on every month which makes us waste of time spending on online payment and getting online channels
          tamilnadu cable service and private networks like dishtv service makes people to suffer

          toll free number the given service provider and website often allows to make instant recharge what they decide, either user cannot ask anything more than that instead the member in dish tv network keep saying trai issues when we demand give us understanding on the plan they keep postponing us to wait and then when monthly package gets over to recharge that lot of trouble to be faced by user on every month on month ending up yelling with customer care and there is no proper guidelines in regional language and nor english language down soutth district making to fail in all ends, local operatior making user or people to suffer

          should say all that teller machine is equipped to enrol the channels that is all settings made but package list itself missing all that they give almost confuse us on choosing it up
          this all highly under poltical fight who runs more channels and fate of every user to listen to such things often

            Videocon d2h do not have any interest on the guidelines issued by trai, they hav'nt change the pack till date i. E. On 2nd feb. 2019, in-fact the customer care people are forcing us to recharge as per our previous package which is against the policy. So please take necessary action against videocon d2h, they are not bigger than the government systems.

              You say 100 channel are free then for what we have to pay 130+18% gst for free to air channel this is unfair you are making cheat and you take out right of people.
              You are making fraud in dth so plzz plzzz make sure that free to air channel are free or paying channel.
              Modi government is not for poor peoples is only for the rich and business man.
              If you are anabel to provide to provide good service then don't spoil whatever is before.
              Please make sure that free to air channel are free or you just say are free and actually that are pay channel.

                Dishtv has still not implemented the new dth rules as stated by trai more over they are providing the base tier of 143 mandatory channels and there is no choice to select the channels within first 100 channels or even their 143 channels. With additional network capacity fee and gst their base tier cost ₹200 and if anybody wants to select channels they have to pay more than ₹200 and with additional network capacity fee.

                  Trai has issued new guidlines for dth and cable tv operators for new create ur own pack facility for customers, but videocon d2h do not have any interest on the guidelines issued by trai, they hav'nt change the pack till date i. E. On 2nd feb. 2019, so please take necessary action against videocon d2h, they are not bigger than the government systems.
                  TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Feel Happy for it and view the channel i[censored] r implementing u shd spend money like a water the Free channels which they are giving is useless for that we shd pay 130 + tax = (154).

                  For viewing other channel you should pay separate rate for separate channel it may cost you around 400-450 for selecting only 10 channels

                    I am the user of dish tv and after the trai rule about the implementation of channel based selection by customer i logged in to my account and tried to do so but they are still forcing to opt out to their recommended package and customer is deprived of opting out his choice'
                    Customer call center is also not responding after being holding the call o ivrs for several minutes.

                    As per the TRAI rule, 100 FTA channels are available in the base pack which has an amount of Rs. 130 + 18% GST and out of these 100, 25 DD channels are mandatory. You can select the remaining channels as per your preference. You'll only pay for the paid channels.

                    But why you have locked that free channels which cannot be edited as per customers preferance and why dish tv is directing to the similar channel package without giving any link to confirm the selected channels??

                      All dish ty operators have fixed base packs and not flexible base pack as instructed by trai/ please direct operators to make a flexible base packs as designed in your web site, so as we can select the base pack channel as per our wish/ they now provided unnecessary include channel with were noway related with our region. So please the dish operators to modify their selection method

                            I am a customer of tatasky dth. I had applied for some channels as per their directions given in the web site. But today they are not giving the channels i requested and hence this complaint. I am a resident of kottayam and a customer of tatasky. Please do the needful. I had already paid for one year subscription.
                            I cannot contact them by their e mail address also. Pleasee do the needful.

                              Now i am seeing 446 channels for rs 200 only but now new rules introduced by you is very high i calculated the tariff plan rs 45 sd channel i have to pay rs 468 and rs 45 hd channel i have to pay 855 to 936 this is very very huge amount so reconserdation the method reduce the price or allow to continue in the same method as of now means (446 channels for rs 200 only)

                                I have airtel dth conn with vc no [protected]. And i had taken annual pack of swagat with validity of 16/2/2019.
                                But no as per tria rule i want to change plan and dth team are telling that my account have suspended as i have 114 rs with validity which also showing in my dth app.

                                Then how can they suspend the account without any info and as i already have a balance of previous pack.

                                  Today is 1st february but d2h is not giving even exact date implementing my chooses plan accordingly to new trai norms, and if you want to activate pay channels they are charging old high rates and not giving any air of implementation of new bouquets. So trai has given orders but i being consumer not able to enjoy that at all so please grant my problem and resolve it.

                                    I have submitted my choice channels pack (Sr. No.[protected] through videocon d2h website on date 26.01.2019. Fta +paid channels and bouquet total count of channels are 100 for rs. 301/- included gst.
                                    But there is no transparency on their website, the pack i have choosed is not visible on the website. Also i can't see details of the pack, i can't edit or modify the pack.
                                    On 1st february 2019 i have shocked; they are showing channels as they decided.
                                    Please give order to them; 1) provide copy of the pack choosed by customer. 2) do available the choosed pack on their website for access to the customer for edit and modify, keep transparency.

                                      I have selected channels as per trailing in d2h videocon and talk to call centre what next to do they said recahrge as per your selected channels total value.
                                      I recharged for 388 as per trai channel submitted to d2h but they charged only for 15 days as per their old hd pack 750 price
                                      Kindly help me immediately.

                                        The new rlue has made channels costly because while selecting channels we have compulsion on 100 free channels which cost 150rs inculding gst
                                        And after we select the channels which we required {eg ; i selected 10 hd channels 5 sd channels which costs 166 rs including gst} the total becomes 320+{52rs] as gst so now the fact is i have selected my own 15 channels for which i have to pay 166 rs, so why should i have compulsion on free channels which increases the cost of selecting channels, ie i have to pay rs 150 to channels which i dont watch {was this benefit to consumers my trai!!!
