My phone no is [protected] My Vodafone A/c balance RS.25/- deducted without any suscription on 23-december-2018. I did not get any message for deducted. Two times I called to vodafone customer care service they said" we will refund your amount with in 24 hr but still I m not get the amount. Now I'm continuously calling to customer care, but they did not connect to tele caller, call automatically jumped to another Vodafone offers.Still I'm not connect to tele caller. When I'm calling with another phone through another Vodafone some then after connected. I think they blocked me.Please refund my amount as soon as possible. Please do needful.

      Hi, i am trying to choose my channel pack with airtel dth. But i have been facing login issues in their online portal. First time i raised a complaint, they didn't respond for a week, when i checked back, that issue ticket was closed and they promised to address it next time with a new ticket no. After 4 days, they called me and confirmed that the issue is resolved, when i asked them if it's not resolved whom should i contact, they gave no response instead they assured me that issue is resolved. It didn't so i again raised a complaint and i have received any response past 2 days, time is running out for me to pick a channel list. Please address my issue.

      Why should we pay Rs 153 for FTA channels which we do not want? dish tv compels us to pay for these 100 channels by telling TRAI's mande.please help.please cancel the compulsion of buying 100 FTA channels which we do not want.Dish tv does not agree to allow us to select channels in the first 100 channels. Please make it clear.

        Trai new rule for dth is not worth for customer. Earlier i use to pay 300 rupees including gst and i got all paid channels, so that i can watch some popular programs from all the channels like sports, movies, wild life, music in different languages. But now because of new rule i need to pay more than 500 rupees for that same channels. Please change or modify the rules.
        For middle class and rural people it is huge amount to pay.

          Airtel 4g abd jio 4g is not work in surada, ganjam, odisha, india. Both company say provide good network but no one work in our area. I complaint both networks custumber care every time they says that we will solve this problem but from last 1year no one solve this problem so please take action and provide 4g network in our area. So i hope you looking this problem.

            I am having a dth connection of airtel. From last month they are showing an apathetic behavior. Airtel added a top up without my permission and deducted the charges for that that too without my permission. When i asked them to stop that additional top up they have removed many of my favourite channels of my base package. Again i requested them to change the package but they did not changed as i requested and deducted rs. 200 on single day from my account. Even after deduction of this huge amount for a single day i am not able to watch the any channels i requested.
            As per new guidelines of trai we want to choose the channels we want to watch but we are not enabled to choose the channels from airtel website. As we finish the cart after choosing our channels their website will show that webpage has been expired. Airtel has started looting their customers via unwanted deductions and by not providing the choosed channels.

            Tata sky customer care is not giving proper knowledge for its pack. 153 rs for nfc is necessary.but i donot see free channel so why i need to chhoose this pack for 153rs which i donot see...customer care is saying that if i choose any pack..amount will be added to 153rs.there is no facility for making own pack in tata sky in tata sky app...

            I rechared my number [protected] on date 01.01.2019 . Best offer shown on my number 1.4 GB date par day &UL std/local in Rs.399 on date 01.01.2019but i have got only 1 GB data & UL std/local par day.

              New regulations given by trai of selecting channels is totally against consumers benefits. May be it started with good intentions but finally end up with higher costs. For exactly same package which i am using currently i have to pay 125 rs extra (550 in place of 425) for my tata sky. Infact i will get some less channels compared to existing. My tata sky consumer i'd is [protected].

              Tata Sky is not activating the new packs as per decision of 29th December 2018.When ever they are contacted, they put up flimsy excuses that it will take time.Kindly issue fresh directives.

              The executives of Tata Sky toll numbers have been many times contacted for taking new packs as per TRAI decision of 29th December 2018, but to no avail.The executives always try to pass the buck by stating that the Trai directions will take a while for the new packs to be activated.This is nothing but non compliance of Govt.instructions.Necessary action be taken against the Tata Sky provider.Thanking you.

              Hi! We understand your concern. We are working on this. We'll update you soon regarding this.
              No option as yet to choose the channels of my choice. TataSky is a complete ripoff company. If they wont give a solution soon I will change to another DTH operator.

              Hi! You can choose packs of your choice from Tata Sky Recommended packs or Broadcaster packs. You can additionally also choose channels of your choice at applicable rates to create a subscription of your choice. You can do so through the following modes: 1. Self-care portal: mytatasky.com (in the manage packs section) 2. Tata Sky mobile app (in the manage packs section) 3. Visit your nearest Tata Sky dealer.

                As per new rate tata sky nt giving same channels rate plus they adding networking charge 150 plus i m adding only 66 channels only of 181 rs bt after dat they adding more 153 rs networking charge additional which is nt applicable before bt they r making money to add channels plus networking fee which is much more before the new rules the rate is 220rs nd nw 340rs.. Which is more than so please consider dem to decrease nt to increase colors channels rate is 19 rs bt they r showing 22rs plus nd additional network fees why i give additional networking fee only which channels i want to see only dat rate plz help me i m nt do rich nd for gov rules u have to paid only channels rate

                  Hi,

                  I have recently ported to jio, hoping its network is much better than my previous service provider but on contrary, i am highly disappointed with jio. Its network isn't working in hinjewadi area in pune and i have to search for network to make calls. Most of the time there is no data on phone to allow me calling.

                  I really need to port out. Please is there a option to port before 90 days of locking period?

                    I have three multitv attached to my main tatasky id. As per the new dispensation i am allowed to make choice of channels i view and pay. However on each multitv different sets of channels are viewed. Tatasky app does not allow any choice of channels for multitv. For example, on one tv i watch mostly sports, movies etc but my wife on her multitv watches only hindi soap opera. She watches just 10/15 channels. I m now forced to pay for all multitv minimum of rs400/-. Multitv charges has been very unethically increased from rs240 to rs400 by tatasky. Please address this issue. Thank you

                      I am using connection of airtel, make recharge of rs 399/ but incoming and outgoing call is not happening, i call customers care also sent mail to 121 they are telling, from our end service is ok, i went airtel store but they are telling, your number is. Block they don't have any resolution, if i go for postpaid only i can get my number, my question is that same company but why they don't know the reason some one telling ok, and someone is telling number block, if is block why recharge has took? Why my what app and internet is working? No one has proper answer, they are avoiding me, i want justice. If my number is already gone. I want my money back. Please do the needful

                        My plan is for 50mbps but speed never crossed 10mbps
                        Complained about it a number of times but in vein
                        I called a number of times to customer care but could not connect & could contact after 50 attempts
                        I visited to their registered address 2 times
                        They assured me to resolve my complaint within 2 days but in vein
                        So at last i am complained to authority

                        No connectivity since last 15 days & speed never crossed 10mbps

                          I am waiting from 4 months that new tariff is not costly but when i choose my channels with new framework the price becomes ₹400 but my old price for those channels was ₹220. The network capacity fees is too high ₹153 is not payable. I will turn off my dth connection and will go for dd direct plus for my family. This plans are very costly.

                          Please reduce the cost of dth plans so that we can get our desired channel around ₹200.

                            I have perused and used your newly published methodology of cable tv subscription charges and i find them highly discriminatory.

                            I have a present service from the cable service provider (Pune) for a total of rs. 510, taxes included. To chose these channels using your fta, bouquet and a-la-carte methodology, i will be forced to shell out rs. 791. Breaking down the charges, the main issues i find are

                            1) forced subscription to channels in the bouquet, which i will never view

                            2) excessive ncf which is a service operators' prerogative

                            3) forced charges of twice the ncf for hd over sd. So a preference of hd offerings, which have already been so recorded, is being discouraged, rendering better viewership and optimal utilisation of better equipment. This is most retrograde.

                            4) forced effective charges for carriage of 28 dd channels, whose viewership will be limited to one or two due to content or language.

                            5) unfair charges of gst on fta and ncf, which are only operator local convenience.

                            All in all, the whole system is poorly thought out and unnecessarily expensive to the consumer. I request an immediate halt to this forced imposition of the new system till all the issues as pointed out by me and other consumers are rectified.

                              Hello sir this is nilesh from pune, i am shocked to bring to your notice abt the unethical trade practices being made by telecom companies like idea. Sir even after having balance into the account and using it on a frequent basis, we r forced to recharge with monthly plans or else the outstanding facility will be terminated, can you please guide us, earlier we had no such type of force full recharges, the time limit or period for not recharging was 90 days now how come they idea have made it to 28 days, even they threaten to stop incoming calls if not recharged. Sir my question is trai not aware of such cheap practices done by companies, if yes, then y delay in taking action, if not please wake up from sleep. We were also promised by these fraudulent companies tht incoming facility or validity o[censored]r number expires on 2027, wt abt those commitment s, please take actions on a serious note, and do justice to the people of india.

                                I am paying 250 to cable operator now and watching so many channels that i want to. But because of this stupid rule now if i want watch these channels by selecting i need to pay approx 500 rs what is this nonsense thing why should i pay that or should i stop watching tv? Either remove that basic 150 charge so we can can select whatever we want or scrap this rule its not going to like anyone at all who paying less already.

                                  I have a annual package/plan (Platinum hd and multi-connection annual package) from tata sky which is expired on 21.07.2019. Tata sky customer care has told me that kindly change your annual platinum hd plan into a new monthly tariff plan immediately before 1st feb 2019. Tata sky violating trai orders by forcing ldp customers to new tariff plan which is violation of trai orders. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                    I have port my number from vodafone to jio. After porting, incoming call are not supporting from other networks. I have also registered complaint regarding this to jio and also have carried the procces which they have guided me but no successful attempt has been made to solve these issue. Please do note my issue and take subsequent steps accordingly.

                                      The new trai dth rules are not benefitting the general public.
                                      Before new dth rules i used to pay only rs.169/month but now i'm going to endup by paying rs.289/month which includes fta basic charges
                                      Rs. 153/month.

                                      I really don't understand why should i pay rs.153/month (Fta) in which no single channel are watched by me.

                                      Not only that, as per trai rules the highest rate per channel is rs.19 but my
                                      Tatasky is charging rs.22.42 per channel.
                                      Please check the issue. This new rules are useless to public. I hope it is better to continue with old ones or please do something which is useful for general public.

                                        In jabalpur, cable operators of cel network arw not knowing anything abot tari new rules, till now their website is not ready. As you know from 1st february channels will be black out if we don't choose it so i request you to please take care of them and charge a fine on them then they will understand, its up to you
