As per trai rules, the maximum price for any channel should not exceed 19 rs. Even if it is hd, but airtel dth has few popular channels at rs. 22. The hd versions of the same channels cost even more. Why is this being allowed? Asianet and vijay tv are two of the channels that i would like to choose and are priced at rs. 22 each when we opt for ale carte. Attached is the screenshot of some of the channel prices in their ala carte.

      Earlier i pay 245 per month for my intrest chanel & now is 300 rs. For that chanels is this trai try to reduce charges or give burdun to middle class man.

      Trai have to do something.
      I attched a scren shot with complain this is tata sky charges is this correct or not.

        I got call from two digit and four digit number. Although as per trai direction, all telecom operator has to flash legal no. To the end user on whose no. Call is being made. Please take cognizance regarding this and again direct my current service provider i:e airtel to flash valid no when an international / national call is being made to my contact number

          I booked a reliance big bv dth connection last july and was promised that it will be installed within 1 month, for which i made a payment of rs 1000 for 2 connections.
          Even after 4 months no connections was installed. I called their helpline regularly but with no effect. I asked for refund and they promised it to me in their e.mail toe but i have not recieved it yet inspite of repeated mails.

            Sir,
            As per trai maximum mrp for any chennel is rs. 19.00 but airtel dth is charging rs. 22.42 for the same channels, for example:-

            Trai mrp airtem mrp
            Sony ent - rs. 19.00 rs. 22.42
            Star spports 1 - rs. 19.00 rs. 22.42

            And so on... On all the channels where trai is charging rs. 19.. Airtel is charging rs. 22.42. Please do the needful and advise me what to do.

                It was good at the time of launching
                Now always having call drop issue in palluruthy areas
                When i am entering to my home at palluruthy, thangalnagar,
                It starts problems,
                Cant attend calls, the other persons cant hear,
                Voice not clear
                Always complaining in network team, but no action was taken till now

                  I have made an online request to Independence TV for a DTH connection on 20.12.2018 by paying Rs.1, 999/-. It was informed that the connection will be given in 10-15 days. They have given me the Work Order Number (968314) and Customer ID ([protected]).

                  Since the connection was not given as promised, I requested them to cancel my application and refund me the amount paid. I have been contacting their Customer Care regularly but not getting any proper reply. I sent several emails but no reply is received.

                  I would therefore request you to kindly help me in getting my money back.

                  Awaiting for a favourable reply.

                    I am a subscriber of tata sky dth. Under the new scheme we are required to select channels of our choice. On comparing the cost stated on tata sky website and trai channel selection option (App), i have noticed that the rates mentioned on tata sky website is higher compared to that of trai.

                    For example : star plus hd
                    Trai price is rs. 19/month
                    Tata sky price is rs. 22/ month

                    Also tata sky does not give option to select bouquet offered by channel broadcasters.

                    Request you to take up the matter immediately as the deadline is[protected].

                    Appreciate your immediate action.

                      Tata sky has given list of channels price. But what i have observed is.. As per trai the price of discovery hd is 6/- only but tata sky has fixed 7.08 zeekannada hd as per trai is 19 but tata sky fixed 22.42.. What is going on... Nothing but looting. Kindly announce priclist and inform public to complaint if dth companies fix more price per channel.

                        Sir Videocon dth is not able to provide channels as we like, I have many times made mails to dth with channels list but they can’t able to provide . The customer care operate is dull and not help me they order me many times to call after half an hour then I called them but not able to solve my problem so please order to Videocon dth to provide channels as we like thanks. .                           This is the second time when i am raising this complaint against airtel.
                          My airtel postpaid number :[protected]

                          This is regarding the internet bill charged under international roaming. I have subscribed a pack of international roaming on 24th dec 2018 for 10 days worth rs.1199.
                          Still i can see the additional charges are applied on my number and are related to mobile internet under international roaming which is rs.3362 for approx 1gb.

                          When i subscribed the ir pack, i received a notification mail regarding that and in that mail it is no where mentioned that once your 3gb data got exhaust, airtel will charge rs.3 per mb.

                          Second, when the 3gb data got exhaust, there should be communication made from service provider via email or text message regarding the data limit and future charges. But i didn't get any notification.

                          Ideally it should be done by network service provider. It is airtel's responsibility to remind customer for reaching to limit of data usage. It is big flaw by their it team due which customer do not receive any notification in such situation where data got exhausted.

                          When i discussed the complete matter with airtel executives, they denied to raise any complaint against this and the problem still not resolved. I already told them that i am not going to pay such invalid huge amount of bill.

                          I am attaching the screenshot of the email received when i subscribed the ir pack, in that mail no such details are mentioned regarding post data limit exhaust charges. Also it is mentioned :activated pack (S):
                          International roaming @1199 unlimited incoming - 10 days pack - zone a
                          Ir voice + data @ 0 per month

                          Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                            Videocon dth settop box not processing up to 100% and hang to go beyond 55%. No resolution from vidocon after complaining many times but no response. I want to return this useless set top box n want refund of my money. I complaint to dth customer care but they demand 200 for service engineer n other defective parts money extra. This happened with me 2 times already but no resolution

                            Tatasky is not providing tariff a per Trai new rules, when we are calling to tatasky customer care they are answering Trai had extended timelines. Please try to help and Trai has to involve I this and try to sort this problem as soon as possible.

                              I have recharged my tata sky dth yearly subscription on 23.11.2018. But in december, channel packs are given to choose by trai. I have requested them to provide me the pricing of channels under the recent directions of trai so that i would subscribe to channels of my choice. Frim then, i have called them so many times. Their response to my telephone call was that they have no information yet on the new pricing and that i should go for renewal as per the existing tariff. The service provider is violating the directions of trai in the matter of providing choice of channels. They want me to buy their packages which are expensive and contain many channels which i do not watch.

                              Thus, tata sky is indulging in anti-customer and restrictive trade practices. They should implement trai guidelines immediately in letter and spirit.

                              Today is 19th January 2019, Tata Sky is still not offering options for recharging DTH as per the new Guidelines of TRAI.

Kindly help me out of the situation and arrange to stop the unwanted sms. Most sms comes of hp-bnkscr and br-frcard in the name of credit score and credit card kindly remove my name and mobile number from the list of broadcasting sms of company's list.

                                        Mere area me jio ka network bahut hi slow aa raha hai iski speed 2g ki speed se bhi bekar hai maine lagbhag 6 mahine pahle iski complain kiya tha to bataya gaya tha ki jio ka network is area me theek kiya jaa raha hai jo 3 se 4 mahine me theek ho jayega lekin speed abhi bhi wahi hai. Complain karne ke baad se main 2 baar recharge kara chuka hoon lekin speed wahi ghatiya aur network bhi theek na aane se call drop ho jaati hai. Please is par action lein.
